I thought it’d be fun to explore the intricacies of Luo Bing-ge’s character, knowing his complex feelings about Shen Qingqiu. This would take place after Shen Qingqiu and Luo Binghe married.

I will be playing the role of Shen Qingqiu. Whoever wants to roleplay this would be playing Luo Bing-ge and Luo Binghe.

Plot:

Luo Bing-ge finds a way back into the Danmei plot line and captures Shen Qingqiu. Luo Binghe fights him but ultimately fails when Shen Qingqiu is captured by Luo Binghe.

When Shen Qingqiu is captured, he loses consciousness, and when he wakes up, he has no recollection of being captured. For now Luo Bing-ge has kept Shen Qingqiu in a secluded place in the Demon Realm, away from him finding out about his harem and from finding out any details that’d make him realize he’s not in the right timeline.

Shen Qingqiu throughout this, feels like there’s something off about “Luo Binghe.” He does some investigating to see if it’s Luo Bing-ge instead, only to find that the scars on “Luo Binghe’s” body are still there. Not only that but “Luo Binghe,” has a reasonable reason for Shen Qingqiu to stay in the demon realm and not return to the Peaks to visit his loved ones. And he has also discovered “Luo Binghe’s” residence in the demon realm, has all his things and looks the same as the one in the Danmei plot. While Shen Qingqiu has his suspicions, he doesn’t have a reason to fully believe this “Luo Binghe” is not his Luo Binghe.

While all this is going on Luo Binghe, the real one, is trying to find away to bring back Shen Qingqiu. And at night, when resting, he tries to pull Shen Qingqiu into his dream realm with great effort, since they’re both in different timelines. But one night he manages it, only to discover Shen Qingqiu doesn’t find anything amiss. He explains everything to him, and Shen Qingqiu believes it because the Luo Binghe in the dream realm is more sincere. Luo Binghe promises he’ll find a way to find him. And one day he does.

The day he does, Shen Qingqiu confronts “Luo Binghe,” about not being his Luo Binghe. They argue, and right before Luo Bing-ge can do anything about it, the real Luo Binghe finds his way in to rescue Shen Qingqiu.

The two Luo Binghe’s fight, but the real one wins. And out of frustration, before both of them could get away, Luo Bing-ge erases all of Shen Qingqiu’s memories.

It turns out, this whole time Shen Qingqiu had been manipulated by this trick of “Luo Binghe’s” memory erasing. And last minute uses it on Shen Qingqiu, all because if he couldn’t have Shen Qingqiu, then he believed no one should. When Shen Qingqiu wakes up after being rescued, he wakes up in his home at the Peaks, with no memory of anything and Luo Binghe at his side.

From there they both try to find a way to regain back his memories.

Rules:

1. You must be 18+

2. Triggers are r*pe, suicide, and self harm. I am uncomfortable with m-preg and will not do anything over feminizing characters.

3. Three, l prefer two paragraphed responses, (or more), but I’m very chill about the length of replies. As long as it’s more than five sentences, we’re good. But I also do like responses that are paragraphs long. I do understand though that it’s not always easy to write that length all the time. Especially after a hard day at work.

4. Four, I know that canonically Shen Qingqiu is the bottom, but I prefer switches in rp! I will either bottom or switch. I am not down to top the whole time. I like to switch it up. I’ll do for you, what you do for me. 50-50.

okay, but what if Airplane enjoyed doing rp about his own novel? usually staring mobei-jun. It's annoying when people say he's ooc (he created the damn character!!).

Then he meets this person who plays platonic luo binghe only. and damn! he is pretty good at it, pretty in character, better than all the other people who tried doing so and couldn't grasp the essence of who lbh was supposed to be.

And so they roleplay in a totally platonic setting, just two bros demons going around the place making quests.

sometimes they nearly enter ooc territory but never quite, it's got to a point where the rp is simply too good to really care if the other one is a bit ooc sometimes.

It's all fun and thing until the to rp slowly turn less sfw.

involuntarily, they turn that rp into a BL, which is not necessarily something Shen Yuan wanted but hey, it is better than his binghe getting another wife. Plus it's totally not gay if the one attracted is /the character/ and not him. him getting hard in more steamy moments is not him not being straight 😤 it's him emulating what lbh would feel like.

although sometimes it is hard to say whether the way his roleplay partner is writing is really meant for lbh or for him (but he assumes it's just his imagination, they are two straight bro enjoying some rp).

I imagine airplane figuring out this cool roleplayer is actually his biggest critic by following sides conversation they have, especially when new chapters drop and sy leak some of his opinions.

there is a confrontation no long before they died, where they truly reveal who they are.

not imagine when they are living in a PIDW that is totally different from before, just hanging out with their husband only for Shang Qinghua to quote one of their replies. His memory may be bad after so long in here, but he still remembers.

it has Shen Qingqiu laughing as he quotes back a replied, often since they were inside jokes from the rp.

This leaves them sometimes laughing uncontrollably, sqq trying to hide against sqh with his fan trying to hide himself, leaving their husbands extremely confused.

maybe cumplane can start doing rp again, or try to rope their husbands into it too

Scum Villain's Self Saving System

SVSSS has explicit sex scenes. I have not read this series yet, only watched the donghua and read Reddit reading guides so take this with a pinch of salt!

There is a sex scene in the book that is significant to the plot and iirc it's dubcon. However I believe most of the other sex scenes are contained in the extras which are well- extras, but these also can get intense (I have read one out of curiosity and it seemed to have husband-wife roleplay as well as uh. Bleeding due to size if you know what I mean.)

Overall, if you can't handle spice then I wouldn't suggest SVSSS, but that all depends on what you can handle

Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation

Otherwise known as Mo Dao Zu Shi, I haven't read the novels yet but I have watched The Untamed, the donghua, and read some extra spice chapters.

There is a sex scene that happens in the main plot of the book itself, but it's technically skippable. In the extras however, Wangxian are very kinky and horny to be completely honest. It's much easier to skip the smut if you know where it is (look up reading guides, Reddit should have some helpful ones.)

There are a couple of rape jokes as well as instances of roleplaying and some other weird things, especially in the Incense Burner extras

Oh, and a sword hilt goes somewhere the sun don't shine.

Heaven Official's Blessing

I HAVE read these books as well as watched the donghua for this one and can confidentially say there is no spice here !!

In some if the extras, it does imply that it happen, but no part of the deed is described. In one extra, some statues of our main pairing are described to be getting nasty but again- there's no smut.

The most that TGCF goes in detail is passionate kisses but that's to be expected when reading danmei

Overall, they're all beautiful stories and I recommend all of them, but also know your limits <3 if I got anything wrong/missed anything, please lmk! Happy reading !!
