sorry I've been slacking on fundie content lately, I recently learned that a Welsh prince came to the Americas in the 1100s with a few hundred people and that his descendants might be the real life explanation for a few midwest/southern/appalachian folk legends (well it was native history that white people wrote off as folk legends) and that the Smithsonian might've been complicit in hiding this information so. that's been taking up a lot of my time
#i haven't had a fixation line this for a while lol I'll make up for it with some fundie social media updates#there was a European CASTLE IN INDIANA GUYS A CASTLE#and the colonizers just took it apart to build their own shit bc they were like oooo free building materials im losing my mind#people in my area build a lot of shit or of limestone bc it's everywhere and sometimes they build shit in this old medieval looking style#that's always confounded me but they were probably just replicating the look of the structures that used to be here! and culturally it just#continued up until present day im freaking out#they also found roman coins on both sides of the Ohio River from the exact time period that pre-date Columbus *screeching*

To anyone wondering if Non was manipulating Phee, or didn't love him : to whose benefit would that little smile upon getting a text have been? The heart as his contact name?
Then think of that little kiss he stole at the beginning of the episode and tell me you still have doubts. God could descend upon Earth to tell me Non didn't love Phee and I'd still give him a judgemental eyebrow raise.

I think it'll all work!" and for the FIRST TIME, I am at a point where I am actually writing the shit coming together and IT ALL WORKS, HOLY SHIT, IT REALLY ALL WORKS

code geass has definite flaws worthy of criticism but I will go down forever with the opinion that the Euphemia moment at the R1 finale was perfectly written and a brilliant addition to the show. People who say that it just happened for shock value and didn’t make sense for the characters are objectively incorrect. I can’t believe people think it’s bad just because it’s [checks notes] a tragic and shocking event in the tragedy and shock show.
#‘It just happened to move the story forward’ yeah man that’s how narratives work. Situations must occur.#Sometimes I remember it out of nowhere and am like damn. Poetic cinema.#it was being continuously foreshadowed for ages and was such a bone chilling moment#I just wish that it had had emotional repercussions for Lelouch in R2?#like he and Euphemia ADORED each other and the fact that he doesn’t even mention what happened after#is infuriating#he mourned for her!!!!! And then it’s entirely ignored in R2#except for by Suzaku. And that’s fucked.#if anything that should have been THE catalyst that made Lelouch actually grapple with the person#he was willing to become in order to defeat Britannia#the amnesia arc did nothing for the show and it aggravates me the way it screeched his development to a halt#Code Geass#anyway. I promise I’m normal about this show.#Yes it had long term plot repercussions of course how could it not#but like. For our protagonist it starts to lose the emotional weight in favor#of him having to deal with strictly the political fallout and the growing distrust by his followers
