"Oh. My. God."
I poked my head into the living room cautiously at the sound of my girlfriend's voice. I recognized her tone as the 'something has gone disastrously wrong and I'm about to have a meltdown' tone. I'd run to the kitchen to get coffee for both of us, and apparently in that short amount of time we'd encountered a new problem. To be fair, worse things had definitely happened in less time to us before.
"Babe?" I asked, taking a few more steps into the room. Caroline Forbes, my girlfriend and the love of my life, looked up at me, clipboard in hand and distress written all over her face. "What happened?"
"Ugh, the Salvatores happened!" she cried, throwing her hands up in the air. "I'm pretty sure they spent the past hundred years compelling anybody involved with this house, and now that new people are responsible for billing things like electric, water, gas, and whatever else you can think of, I have to deal with them all at once! And that's not even mentioning the home inspectors. And I still have to organize all the heirlooms they left laying around, just waiting to be broken. Or the fact that not a single bedroom in this place looks remotely like something a kid would enjoy living in-"
"Caroline." I'd set down our coffee mugs and now held up my hands as I slowly approached my girlfriend, stopping her spiral before it could go any further. "Take a breath, babe."
"Take a breath?" she cried, her voice actually going up an octave. "I still have to make decisions about our first class, find teachers, figure out curriculum, make sure the house is actually safe, and a thousand other things before we can open our doors, which we're supposed to be doing at the end of the summer?"
"Pft. That's all? Easy."
Caroline scoffed, her eyes practically glowing as a murderous expression spread across her face. If I didn't know her so well, I might've been worried for my safety. Instead, I closed the rest of the remaining distance between us, putting my hands on her shoulders and looking her right in the eye.
"Listen to me, right now. You are Caroline Motherfucking Forbes. You do event planning in your sleep, and I know that's a true statement, because I've heard it. This shit is right up your alley! Yeah, it's gonna be a challenge, and a lot of vampires with lazy habits are going to make it harder. But you love challenges! I've quite literally never seen you happier than when you're taking charge in the middle of chaos and pulling it all together. And we went to Paris for your birthday."
Caroline huffed and rolled her eyes, but I caught her smiling anyway. I grinned back at her, giving her shoulders a gentle shake.
"You are a force of nature, and there is literally no future where you don't pull this off. I'm not a witch, but I know it doesn't exist. Besides, you're not doing any of it alone. I'm here with you, and so are our friends. We're gonna help you every step of the way to get this school up and running. And we're gonna help you when a kid inevitably breaks some precious historic heirloom, and one of them brings home a curse from touching something they should've left alone, and every other situation you can possibly think of. We'll be here for you to lean on."
Caroline smiled. She took a deep breath, then pursed her lips and nodded, more determined than frazzled now.
"You're right. I am Caroline Forbes, and no centuries-long problem the Salvatores refused to deal with is going to get the best of me."
"Damn right."
She laughed a little, then leaned in to kiss me. We broke apart fairly quickly, since we did have quite a few things left to do, but it was enough to have a warm glow working its way through my chest.
I turned to retrieve our coffee mugs, offering Caroline's to her. Thankfully, they were still warm, and she took hers with one hand, picking up a clipboard with the other. Her eyes scanned the page for a few minutes with a critical eye. I just sipped my coffee and waited, knowing I'd need all the energy I could muster for whatever was about to come next.
"Okay... the bills are easy enough to deal with, so I'll get online and set up autopay for that. In the mean time, you're on heirloom duty. Find anything we don't want in the line of fire for kids practicing their supernatural abilities and put it in the attic."
"Yes ma'am," I said, saluting. Caroline rolled her eyes with a smile.
We started off to do our tasks, but I stopped short before leaving the room. Caroline was already buried in a task, but I took the risk of interrupting her.
"Care?"
"Hm?"
"If we get this done today... any chance we can play interior decorator for our task tomorrow?"
"Sure!" She turned around with a bright smile, a slight edge to it that I recognized and that made me immediately nervous. "And then we can deep clean all the other parts of this house that haven't been touched in years."
I groaned. "Do we have to? Can't we hire a cleaning company to deal with that?"
"Not when vampire speed will get it done at least twice as fast."
"But Caroline, there might be spiders." She crossed her arms, and I realized I was not going to win this fight. I sighed dramatically, turning to go back to the task I'd originally been on my way to do. "Fine, but if I see a spider, I'm screaming and I'm making you deal with it."
"You're an immortal vampire with super speed and super strength!"
"Yeah, and I still hate spiders!"
Her laughter echoed in the room and hallway behind me, and I smiled to myself. I loved that crazy blonde tornado of a girl, and although I complained sometimes and would continue to do so, I'd also follow her to the ends of the earth with a smile.

You asked for an AU, here’s one co-written by @mythorhuman and @cancerian-woman.
Eight-year old Hope is filled with great sorrow upon learning that her mentor Ms. Bennett has quit her job at the Salvatore Boarding School for the Young & Gifted to open a dance school in Paris. What is a distressed child to do? Run away to France, of course.
Bonnie turned away from the drivers at the airport and headed to a dark corner. She felt the shadow follow her and used her magic to reveal the small child once they were away from prying eyes.
"You're in big trouble, little girl," scolded Bonnie with her hands on her hips. The tiny redhead widened her eyes at being caught. Hope believed she could tag along without being noticed.
"How did you know I was there?" questioned the Mikaelson daughter. "I used a cloaking spell."
Bonnie took note of Hope's nervous fidgeting and sent her a small smile. "I would know my favorite student anywhere."
Hope grinned, and her fears immediately lifted. Ms. Bennett didn't hate her for running away. She knew her heart would break at being rejected. "You're my favorite teacher, and I couldn't stay at the school without you!"
"Hope, you need to be in school to learn."
Hope rebutted, "I had my best grades in your class, and you always helped me study for the others."
"The school is probably in a panic trying to find you," argued Bonnie. A missing student would cause unprecedented chaos. A Mikaelson child going missing would be a nightmare to deal with.
"We both know they haven't noticed my absence yet. It's a weekend."
"Hope, you didn't have to follow me all the way to Paris. We could have always kept in touch."
Hope stared down at her shoes shyly. "Ms. Bennett, the school would be so lonely without you, and I want to join your dance academy."
"I'm not your teacher anymore, so you can call me Bonnie."
Hope beamed up at Bonnie, knowing that she'd rather call her mom. "You can still be my dance teacher, Bonnie."
Anticipating the upcoming stress of dealing with the Originals, Bonnie gave her former student a stern look. "Your parents wanted you at the Salvatore Boarding School. I'm going to call the old number I have for your father, and hopefully he answers."
Beautiful content. Thank you both @mythorhuman and @cancerian-woman This is so precious.

Ever since I saw these pictures I have this giant urge to write an Enid/Hope fanfic.
Now imagine this,
Enid after finally wolfing out gets sent to the Salvatore Boarding School for the Young & Gifted. Upset after being separated from her friends ...from Wednesday she befriends a certain lone tribrid.
Hope after returning from Malivore is extremely lonely. Her friends memories of her has returned but they are kinda cold after being lied to. Landon never returns after leaving after breaking up with both Josie & Hope.
She thinks about leaving when suddenly a new student shows up, scars on her face, newly wolfed out and just as lonely as Hope.
Will Hope finally find someone who could be the epic love her family keeps talking about or will a certain monochrome psychic looking for her wolf get in the way?

Legacies: The Little Spin-Off That Wouldn't
[Article translated into English below; access link above for original Portuguese version.]
With the first anniversary of Legacies' series finale long past us, it seems the appropriate time has finally come for us to reflect a bit on the various elements that led to the series not achieving the same kind of success as its predecessors. If you haven't seen this spin-off of The Vampire Diaries and The Originals in its entirety, don't worry; you didn't miss out on much. If, on the other hand, you followed the series and our reviews while it was on the air, you know we have a lot to discuss. So grab your favorite snacks, maybe a drink, and without further ado, let's get into it.
Created by Julie Plec, Legacies premiered in October 2018 on The CW. The spin-off provides a continuation to the story of Hope Mikaelson (played by Danielle Rose Russell since The Originals' fifth season), the descendant of some of the most powerful lineages of vampires, witches, and werewolves in the universe created by The Vampire Diaries. The teenager attends the Salvatore School for the Young and Gifted, a boarding school that aims to provide a safe haven for young supernatural beings, teaching them to control their powers and navigate the challenges of an adolescence which, albeit similar to that of ordinary mortals, isn't without its differences.
Despite a promising premise that had indeed worked in the past, Legacies came to an end after only four seasons, becoming one of the last series to succumb to the great purge of 2022. This cancellation was not received with much surprise by most of its audience, who, after a season marked by the departure of an original cast member, anticipated the inevitable. However, Legacies' failure can hardly be exclusively attributed to what happened during its final stretch, having the problems of "the little spin-off that wouldn't" started long before the final nail was ever hammered into its coffin.
The Forgotten Legacy
As a spin-off, Legacies inherited not only a well-established vast universe from its predecessors but also the obligation to find its own voice within it. It's quite the burden, but let's be honest: anyone who wanted to revisit The Vampire Diaries or The Originals could do so at any time, so something a little different wouldn't have been frowned upon. However, while there is much to be said about Legacies' distinct tone – and, believe me, we will get to it –, one of its cardinal sins will forever be the relationship of narrative neglect it maintained to the original series.
For a self-titled "legacies" show, Legacies always used its source material rather loosely, treating the inherited mythology and characters with carelessness. If its solid mythological foundation was disrespected and scattered with the introduction of the ill-fated "monster of the week," so were the very characters who were brought into this derivative of The Vampire Diaries. By name alone, Hope, Josie (Kaylee Bryant), and Lizzie (Jenny Boyd) are the "legacies" the series should've served. Instead, the baggage they had accumulated throughout both original series and its implications were often minimized to favor a more carefree plot, reducing the main trio to a mere shadow of what it could've been.
It's purely antithetical that Legacies sought to capitalize on the emotional connection its audience had to the source material all the while ignoring it entirely, but that didn't stop it from trying. This led to the existence of cameos and references that, in an attempt to evoke a nostalgic feeling, appeared at moments that contributed little to the plot. If, in The Originals, Hope's family moved heaven and earth for the young tribrid, in Legacies, they seemed too busy to provide any kind of support to the character until the ratings demanded it. As for Caroline's (Josie and Lizzie's mother, portrayed by Candice Accola) absence, although its reason was briefly explained at the beginning of the season, her mission hardly justified her being gone through circumstances that truly warranted her visit, with the character making her first and only appearance in Legacies' series finale.
Everything Everywhere All at Once
As previously mentioned, it's no secret that Legacies attempted to differentiate itself from the other series in its universe by adopting a lighter tone, opting for largely inconsequential narratives, caricatured villains, and a whole roster of stock characters. During its first season, this gave the show its own vibe, something akin to series like Legends of Tomorrow: a comic book series with a somewhat out-there premise, but still with rather captivating characters. However, Legacies quickly began to alternate between its decidedly camp style and a more serious tone in an attempt to rationalize its overall lack of seriousness. Thus, while one episode would present a more grounded reality, the next would return to its extravagant origins, giving rise to scenarios such as a musical, a dream world, and even an alternate universe.
This inconsistency in tone between episodes had a negative impact on the various storylines and how they were received. The constant change not only left the series' audience uncertain about what to expect from any given episode but also caused many important storylines to fall flat, their content and message often contrasting with the overall tone of that particular chapter.
It's fair to say Legacies tried to be a bit of everything: comedy, drama, fantasy, film noir, western – the list goes on. But thinking that this amalgamation of genres would result in a cohesive series was just another of the many mistakes made by the production. Continuing on this topic, whose inevitable conclusion is the maxim "less is more," Legacies was inconsistent even with its characters, introducing a too vast array of figures that, ultimately, it couldn't develop. Instead of focusing on the main and secondary characters it introduced during its first season, the series wasted its time not only with the monsters that appeared in each new episode, but also with so many figures whose impact on the narrative proved negligible. Eventually, this disregard was reflected in the loss of actors (such as Olivia Liang or Peyton Alex Smith) and characters of interest to the audience to more appealing projects.
A Wronged Protagonist
Werewolf, vampire, witch. These are the three factions from which Hope Mikaelson descends, making her the first tribrid in the The Vampire Diaries universe and one of the most powerful supernatural beings in its mythology. When dealing with characters as overpowered as Hope, there are several avenues writers can explore to lay the foundation for their conflict. They can create an even greater force to pose a challenge to the protagonist, or they can choose to present an internal struggle, for example. Ideally, good writers seek to develop both external and internal conflicts side by side. Legacies, however, relegated all of Hope's baggage to the background, neglecting all that made the character great in favor of a supernatural bulldozer that had little use beyond dealing with whatever threat was present at the time.
The primary conflict for a character like Hope Mikaelson should always be internal – that's a fact. In this particular case, Legacies had no shortage of material to work with, to the extent that it would be possible to write an entire article about its protagonist alone. Identity crises due to her unique position in the supernatural world, expectations associated with her lineage, the fear of becoming like her parents, ethical and moral issues related to her powers, the fear of losing those around her... These are just some of the many viable options the series had at its disposal but, unfortunately, chose not to explore.
Another criticism that must be leveled at how Legacies treated its protagonist related to the romantic relationship between the character and Landon Kirby (played by Aria Shaghasemi). For reasons that, in all honesty, I'm still unable to comprehend, higher powers believed it would be beneficial for the series to focus its narrative on Landon instead of Hope. Thus, storylines like that of Malivore – which initiated the external conflict of Legacies – gradually began to shift toward the character, placing Hope in a secondary position.
Finally, the very characterization of the protagonist suffered from the presence of Landon in her orbit. Any qualities or interests the young Mikaelson might've had faded over time. In a way (and taking the opportunity to make a Barbie reference), he was everything; she was just Hope.
The Risks Not Taken
The existence of a protagonist like Hope, all-powerful and always ready to save the day, was a factor that consistently contributed to the lack of perceived stakes throughout the series. Legacies had several other opportunities to raise the bar of its storyline but, like many other aspects discussed throughout this article, it chose the easiest path to tread. In general, whenever something a bit more daring happened, it quickly got resolved. This rule could be applied to almost everything within the show, from narrative threads that were concluded easily and inconsequentially to the deaths and subsequent resurrections of a handful of characters.
Combined with the fact that the narrative was almost circular in both its content and development, this regression in any kind of weighty decision resulted in a progressive loss of interest for an audience that, considering the unpredictability of The Vampire Diaries and The Originals, concluded that the spin-off was entirely too mild.
In summary, the series made promises it simply couldn't keep. Its initial marketing and the premise set forth during its first season had little to do with what the spin-off eventually became. Instead of a drama about the trials and tribulations of supernatural teenagers with a special focus on a trio of female lead characters, the audience ended up with a clash of titans between these same young adults and Greco-Roman gods. No, I don't think it's unreasonable to say that the production of Legacies lost the plot.
Even with months separating the end of the series and the date I finish writing this article, it's impossible not to feel a certain level of frustration with this spin-off. Legacies had everything it needed to become a successful series, including feedback from the audience and numerous opportunities over time to correct its many mistakes, but it never did. Whether out of pride or stubbornness, it continued to dig its own grave by reinforcing everything its fans and critics complained about. For this reason, Legacies will forever live in my memory not as "the little spin-off that could" (an allusion to the folktale The Little Engine That Could), but rather as "the little spin-off that wouldn't."
You can revisit Legacies on Max.

Caroline’s love interest + last gifts
(first gifts)
[Caption: gifs from The Vampire Diaries. The first one shows Caroline reading a letter from Tyler inside his home, next to Matt; it asys that Tyler left Matt the deed to his house (so he could invite her in and take away the invitation of any other vampire), to protect Caroline in ways he “can’t anymore”. The second gif shows Caroline’s twins running around in tutus with wands as Alaric’s voiceover says that he and Caroline got “what Damon decided was Stefan’s last wish”; while he says that, he opens a package showing a sign that says “Salvatore. Boarding school for the young [and] gifted”. The third and last gif shows Klaus’ check of three million dollars for the Salvatore school, which Caroline opens alongside his letter for her, smug; Alaric’s voiceover speaks over the scene, as he says “Soon after the school opened, [Caroline] got a most impressive donor. But that, is the beginning of another story.]

#ARebornRomance
-Storyline with #Klaus @hybridofnola-
-Here I was trying to survive in this world the best way that I could. My mom had died and so did Stefan. The two individuals on this earth who I believed would be with me forever.
They betrayed me in the most heartbreaking way. I gave my heart, but it was trampled over by them. It appeared to be that way, at the very least. This is the reason why I began to isolate myself from the rest of the world.
At this point in my life, it wouldn't be such a bad idea to switch off my humanity once more. The last time I did this was after my mom died and Stefan was there to pick up the pieces.
There's only one person other than Stefan who knows me better than anyone, and he's off doing whatever. That leaves me here and putting on an act towards everyone around me. It can be exhausting at times.
Ever since The Salvatore Boarding School for the Young & Gifted was created, I felt myself burying myself in my work. I was ignoring my surroundings and trying to keep my spirits high. What I really wanted to do was to disappear and hide from the rest of the world.-

PLOT DROP 01.
Hidden in the shadows, the soul harvester watched as night fell upon the unsuspecting town. Lights flicked on inside homes and the streets cleared out for the most part. The only sounds to be heard were the crickets and the occasional laughter from a few drunken locals as they stumbled out of the Mystic Grill. Over the last thirty-four years, a group of gifted locals have discovered that something wasn't quite right. That perhaps, they were dealing with a new kind of monster. Something older and far more dangerous than they fathomed.
The town of Mystic Falls has grown too comfortable, enjoying their reunions with those who were brought back from the dead, living out their lives and not aging a day. The soul harvester felt robbed, and it wanted to make it's displeasure known. That's how the soul harvester found it's way into the walls of the Salvatore Boarding School for the Young & Gifted, it wanted to create absolute chaos. Finding a werewolf and a vampire in the school wasn't a hard feat, and once the harvester was able to get them into the same room, all it took was a little push. Prodding into the minds of the young, the vampire and werewolf turned on each other, tearing each other to shreds. The harvester kept prodding, making sure the two didn't stop until they were both dead and when in the silence, all you could hear was the thud of the two bodies, the harvester collected their souls.
Headmistress Caroline Forbes walked into the sounds of blood curdling screams, her pace quickening when she found herself at the source. On the ground before them were two students, vampire Jessica Miller and werewolf Dylan North. Tearing her gaze away from the bodies, with the help of the staff, Caroline hurried the students out of the gym and locked it off.
A summoning to Landon Kirby later told them that Jessica and Dylan never made it to limbo, so they were killed by the very thing that killed Alaric Saltzman, and whatever it was - it was getting more bold. As if it was sending them a message. Making a call to council, Caroline suggested they put a curfew on the town to keep everyone safe, taking her advise the town did just that.
The very night they announced that they were putting a curfew on the town was the night that the students at Mystic Falls High School had already had the plans for a bonfire and they weren't going to cancel that. Whispers of their plans had made it around town and to the very ears that knew the severity of what lurked in the shadows, and so to keep an eye out on things just in case - they attended the bonfire.
Unknown to everyone at the bonfire, the Soul Harvester lurked in the shadows, it's hollowed out eyes devouring the drunken high school kids, waiting for a small accident to happen before it fed again.
OOC INFO
With this plot drop, we are open!
Characters are to be at the bonfire, however they can leave whenever they want as they're not forced to be there.
No one can see the soul harvester unless the soul harvester allows it, keep in mind the soul harvester is an NPC.
Lastly, have fun!

95 - (Flashback) - Running the School
Part 96
Gemini Runaway
@icefrye19 @secretdreamlandmentality
2 Years Later
Shutting the door behind me I shrugged on my red leather jacket searching for Caroline. We had successfully turned the old Salvatore boarding house into the Salvatore School for the Young and Gifted. And it was probably the best life decision she had ever done in her immortal life. My boots hit the wooden floor where I knocked on her office door. “Hey Caroline, the new group of kids are here for the tour.”
“Awesome. I’m ready. Let’s go do this tour.” She smiled, pulling her clipboard against her chest heading out the door.
We walked down the halls seeing a whole new group of boys and girls waiting to possibly be interested in this school. Shoving my hands into my jacket pockets I smiled. “Welcome to the Salvatore School. We will be your tour guides, I’m Raelyn Mikaelson and this is Caroline Forbes - uh excuse me Salvatore.” I clerked my throat hearing my slip up.
Caroline opened the door where we started walking through the main entrance standing in front of the huge fireplace. There were some students hanging out there which made it look good. “We are big on school spirit. Education is our first priority obviously. We’ve sent students to the Ivy League, to Silicon Valley. Of course if you’re looking for a more unqualified course of study I assure you we are unmatched.”
“Like every school though we do have rules. Since you are supernatural I think you can understand that not every human in the world is very open to our reality. So with that in mind we just ask that the vampires don’t drink human blood from the vein and take the blood from the bags in the kitchen or to drink animal blood. Another rule is don’t get close with the locals of Mystic Falls. And finally please try and not show your powers if you decide to go off campus and into the main part of town.” Glancing around the room I shrugged my shoulders trying to keep the rules Caroline and Alaric had come up with even though not everyone may follow them all the time.
“We believe in inclusive blending of the species here. So outside of full moons…vampires, werewolves and witches all cohabitate peacefully.” Caroline paused in front of the burning fireplace until we heard a loud boom up on the roof.
Biting my tongue I tried to remain calm quickly slipping out of the room leaving the tour in her hands. “Excuse me, I need to go check on the leak in the roof. Caroline, can you take it from here?”
“Yeah go. I’ll be fine.” She nodded leading the group down away from where I was going.
Rushing through the school I went through the other main doors heading around the back of the school. I knew the spot where the kids would throw parties at like we didn’t know about them. Lifting my head up I put my hands on my hips seeing Alina and Lizzie up on the roof doing magic off in the direction of the woods. “Alina Josette Mikaelson. Elizabeth Jenna Saltzman, what the hell are you two doing out here!”
Lizzie put her hand down before I saw a fireball die in the air. “We were practicing spells, Auntie Rae Rae.” She had her blonde hair she got from Caroline up in a ponytail sitting beside her cousin.
“We were being safe and aiming them towards the woods. I don’t see what the big deal is.” Alina crossed her arms over her chest.
Scolding my second daughter I growled under my breath. “The big deal, Lina. Is that I told you to watch your younger brother. And here I find your outside blasting spells while your aunt Caroline and I are trying to do a tour.”
“Hope gets to do what she wants today.” She fought back where I ran up the wall doing a flip and landing exactly where they were with my vampire speed.
Crossing my arms over my chest I glared at my daughter. “Watch your tone or I’ll ground you from going to see Jackson this weekend. Now who exactly is watching your brother?”
“You gotta tell her, Lina.” Lizzie dropped her gaze to the ground annoyed that I was messing with their fun. Considering her and Lizzie related to each other while Hope and Missy were more like Josie.
Alina pushed hair away from her face, sighing heavily. “He’s with Missy…”
“You’ve got to be kidding me. Go to your room now. Lizzie, go find your sister now.” I rolled my eyes frustrated, vamping into my bedroom knowing exactly where they were. Missy, bless the little sweetheart she is, doesn't have the best track record of not talking with her father everyday especially in astral projection form.
Kicking open the door of my bedroom I gasped seeing that Missy and Henrik were sitting in a circle of candles and he immediately ran to me sobbing and clinging onto my shirt. “Mommy! I…I saw daddy…and he was feeding from…somebody.”
“Ssssh baby boy. It’s okay now mommy is here.” Pulling him into for a hug I wrapped my arms around him hearing him cry. So I just dropped to my knees letting him stain my shirt with tears. “Hey I think I saw the kitchen just making some chocolate chip cookies. I want you to go downstairs and eat some. I will find you afterwards and explain everything.”
He sniffed when I broke the hug, wiping away his tears and sending him out the door. “Okay…”
Waving my hand I slammed the door and locked it with magic stomping up to my youngest daughter. “Now listen here, Melissa. I have told you time and time again that we have a rule about astral projection with your brother.” Putting my hands on my hips I used her full name since she knew I wasn’t joking if I did.
“Don’t astral project with him unless you are in the room.” She looks at her light pink boots instead of at me.
Sending her a glare I asked her to give more details. “And why do I say that?”
“Because you want to keep Henrik from seeing dad as a monster since he was a baby when we had to separate. So he doesn’t have as many memories as we do.” She finished my thoughts, finally looking up at me. “I hate having to wait until five o’clock to talk with him. He’s our dad, why can’t we talk all the time?”
Lowering myself on a knee since she wasn’t as tall as me I put my hands on her shoulders. “Because I promised that I would help Caroline run the school. And your dad is busy looking after your uncle Elijah in France.”
“But I want to see him for longer than an hour everyday. So why can’t we physically visit him!” Missy snapped where I rolled my eyes at the sassy thirteen year old in front of me.
Raising myself to my feet I pushed her towards the door opening it with magic. “Go downstairs and find your sisters now. I’ll deal with you and Lina later tonight..oh and before you leave vessera a portus.”
“Seriously mom. You know I can siphon these off!” Missy rolled her eyes at me when magically chain’s appeared around her wrists.
Lowering my fist to my side I waved to her to leave me alone. “Not these chains, honey. I had your uncle Kol tell me how to spell them so that I’m the only one to take them off. Now do what I said. I need to talk to your father.” She scoffed leaving the room where I dropped on my knees in the circle they had made holding onto his necklace in one hand. ““Demitte moi, demitte moi.”
Before my eyes I saw a room in France where there were dead bodies in the room. Shifting my eyes upwards I watched my husband roll a dead body until it hit the wall and he saw me standing in front of him. “Raelyn, what the bloody hell are you doing here? It’s not our chatting hour yet.”
“Are you trying to break your own record of dead bodies in one city?” Crossing my arms over my chest sending him a glare. “We need to talk. Henrik saw you feed on someone.”
Klaus ran a hand down his face where I could see tears welling in his soft eyes. “Bloody hell…that shouldn’t have happened.”
“I know. That’s exactly what we wanted to avoid. But let me just say…I hate raising teenagers basically by myself!” I rolled my eyes, running my fingers through my hair in frustration.
Nik smiled, bending his head down but shifted his gaze upward to meet mine. “Even when you’re overwhelmed you are still as beautiful as I last saw you.”
“God can you not drive me mad with compliments every time we talk please.” I blushed wishing that I could physically touch him. I couldn’t really go visit him because the girls and Henrik were a handful. “Anyway that isn’t what I’m here to talk about. We have to find a way to fix this before Henrik is scared for life. Any ideas on that front?”
He sat down on a couch pushing one of the dead bodies off so I could sit down. Walking over to him I sat down beside him. “Well we can’t tell her she can’t talk to me for a week or she’ll just do this again. So no magic.”
“I already put the magic blocking cuffs on her. So she won’t have magic for a few hours. But we should include no tv or desert.” I was already one step ahead of him.
He reached over, putting his hand over mine but his fingers touched the couch while our eyes remained on each other. “I miss you so much, Rae…I love you.”
“I love you too. I have to go find our kids.” Shutting my eyes I disappeared away from him and back into our bedroom where I gripped my hair in my fingers, sobbing heavily I put my head between my knees. “I should have killed the Hollow myself and dumped its magic in the bottom of the Atlantic!”

☆゚.*・ ◞ kathryn prescott / female / white / she/her ——— is that MIRANDA (MIA) SALVATORE on bourbon street ? the 23 / 23 year old CURED HUMAN who stay in the FRENCH QUARTER ? i heard their BIOLOGICAL PARENTS are DAMON SALVATORE AND ELENA GILBERT. they are notoriously known for being IMPRESSIVE AND COMMANDING but also MYSTERIOUS AND SHELTERED. which is probably why they are considered THE PRINCESS around town. i wonder if they had their tarot cards reading, yet? either way, the cards on the table will reveal their fate soon enough // c
Miranda Rose Salvatore (named after Elena's mother and Damon's lost friend) was born at Whitmore College Hospital to her loving parents Elena and Damon, along side her twin sister Summer. Mia was a little bit of a trouble baby, a little too small for her age and needing extra support and love.
That didn't change as she grew up. Mia was gifted for her age. The first time she played a piano at 5 years old, it was like fate. By 9, Mia's childhood love for the piano had professionals head hunting her to go to their schools. With one agreeing for her just to attend on weekend while she finished middle school. Instead of high school, at 11, she was offered a scholarship to a music boarding school in Washington and she moved away from her family to attend there.
She was a professional piano player, in a symphony in the city by the time she was 15. The symphony helping her to get her own apartment in the city and setup her life for her. Mia loved what she did, but being so young when she moved away, she always missed her family. They made up for it by visits from her parents and other family regularly and going home for all holidays. But over time she craved them more and more, wondering what her life would have been like if she had been 'normal' like her sister.
Then she got the news about her sister, Summer, that she had died, Mia's world broke. And when she found her parents were moving to New Orlean, her heart couldn't handle it anymore. She stopped caring about her music the way she had before, craving a normal life more than ever.
Mia has never been to new orleans and knows nothing about the city apart from it being where her Aunt Caroline and Uncle Klaus live, but last week, when the conductor of her symphony tried to kiss her after they finished a show. She quit on the spot and got on a plane to come find her parents.
Mia's vibe is like genius child prodigy, with a side of massive grief, so normal teen experience are not something she had done before. But she wants to step into that world and likely not in the best way because she is both grieving and never done it before. So I expect people that know her might be a bit protective.
give this a like and i’ll send you a message and we can plot! but mia is welcome to met anyone. she would know the salvatore's and caroline and klaus' kids (including lizzie and josie) but not many others.

re: teachers at the salvatore boarding school
vanessa monroe is a new teacher slash librarian at the salvatore boarding school.
vanessa teaches introduction to magical history and introduction to supernatural species and yes, flori gets the irony of a human teaching them about magical history and supernatural species.
still, miss monroe is a good teacher. vanessa gets along great with amber bradley, the new guidance counselor and emma tig's replacement, and with ms featherwood - the healing teacher - but is slower to warm up to mr springthorpe, the drama teacher.
she officially makes her debut in season two, episode one, and becomes one of flori's contacts post canon. whenever she's seriously stumped or needs a second pair of eyes, flori visits, calls or texts vanessa.
flori realizes that it's probably kinda weird for vanessa to work together with a tiny research obsessed vampire after she's gone to duke, got caught up in isobel's research on supernatural species and assisted damon, elena and doctor saltzman but that's the way the cookie has crumbled.
after hearing through the grapevine that her daughter was going to teach at the salvatore boarding school after alaric got the boot, abby bennett-wilson decided it was time to return to mystic falls with her adoptive son, jamie bennett-wilson, in tow because she's missed her daughter (and any and all grandchildren she might have at this point).
she managed to get a job at the salvatore school as one of the few vampire faculty aside from caroline forbes herself.
aside from that, abby teaches chemistry of magic. she might not have access to her magic anymore but she still knows the theoretical applications by heart and has an open door policy.
at first, cary took the job because he wanted to get to know his relative, hope mikaelson, but then he found out he genuinely enjoyed teaching the wolves what they needed to know to survive so he stuck around. despite his enjoyment, he always has one foot out the door, though. if hope needs him or if his pack needs him, he'll be gone by first sunrise. for now, he happily teaches introduction to lycantrophy and has taken over your bloodline and you from professor springthorpe.
liam davis never thought he'd end up here: in the know about the supernatural (after elena took the cure and the compulsion wore off) and teaching at a boarding school for the young and the gifted after his stint as a doctor (for humans). nowadays, he can be found in the medbay. he's thinking about giving elena gilbert a call now that she and damon salvatore are officially divorced.
#floribeth dalisay / headcanons; metas and world building.#//look it pisses me off that there is like zero faculty at that school shufihisd so i have taken it upon myself to fill in the ranks

Unbreakable Bonds
Summary: When a unique and powerful Chimera, [Y/N], enrolls at the Salvatore Boarding School, he catches the attention of Hope Mikaelson, the strong-willed tribrid. As they navigate their shared supernatural heritage and the challenges that come with it, a deep connection begins to form between them, intertwining their destinies in ways they never expected.
---
The sun began to set over the sprawling grounds of the Salvatore Boarding School, casting an ethereal glow over the students as they went about their evening routines. Amidst the supernatural beings preparing for another night of classes, a new arrival made his way through the gates.
[Y/N], a unique and enigmatic Chimera, possessed a combination of vampire, werewolf, witch, and demon blood flowing through his veins. With his striking appearance and aura of power, he instantly stood out among the students. This was his new home, a place where he hoped to find understanding and a sense of belonging.
As [Y/N] made his way through the school corridors, he caught the attention of many curious eyes. Whispers and rumors followed in his wake, but he remained undeterred, his focus on finding his dormitory. His path led him to a common area where students were gathered, engaging in various activities.
It was there that his eyes met the captivating gaze of a young woman—Hope Mikaelson. Her fiery determination and untamed spirit mirrored the strength that emanated from [Y/N]. Hope was the tribrid, a powerful being herself, possessing the bloodline of a vampire, werewolf, and witch.
Hope's curiosity was piqued as she sensed the unique blend of supernatural energy radiating from [Y/N]. Making her way toward him, she wore a welcoming smile that instantly put him at ease.
"New student, I presume?" Hope asked, her voice carrying a hint of intrigue.
[Y/N] nodded, his gaze fixed on her. "Yeah, just arrived. I'm [Y/N]."
"Hope Mikaelson," she introduced herself, extending her hand. "Welcome to the Salvatore Boarding School."
As their hands met, a spark seemed to pass between them, a connection forged in an instant. They could feel the resonance of their shared supernatural heritage, an unspoken understanding of the struggles and complexities that came with it.
"I've never met anyone like you before," Hope admitted, her eyes scanning [Y/N] with curiosity.
"Likewise," [Y/N] replied, a genuine smile forming on his lips. "I've spent my life feeling like an outsider, but maybe here, among others like us, I can finally find my place."
Hope's smile grew, a flicker of understanding passing through her eyes. "You're not alone anymore, [Y/N]. We're all different here, but that's what makes us special. And together, we'll navigate this extraordinary world."
As the days turned into weeks, [Y/N] and Hope forged a deep bond, exploring their shared supernatural gifts and uncovering the intricacies of their hybrid natures. They faced challenges and fought side by side, their strengths complementing each other flawlessly.
In each other's presence, [Y/N] and Hope found solace from the struggles of their individual paths. Their connection deepened, a love that transcended their unique bloodlines. They became each other's pillars of strength, their bond unbreakable.
Together, as Chimera and Tribrid, [Y/N] and Hope stood tall, ready to face the world and embrace their destinies. Their journey had only just begun, but with their unwavering connection and the support of their newfound family at the Salvatore Boarding School, they
