It started as a joke.

Pedro came out of the guest room wearing the robe — yes, that robe. Gold, crimson, decadent. A slit high enough to destroy nations and embroidery fit for royalty.

“I found this buried in storage,” he said casually, arms wide. “Thought I’d put it on… for science.”

You blinked.

You were curled up on the couch with your laptop, very much not expecting Oberyn Martell in your living room.

“I…” You swallowed. “You got to keep that?”

He smirked, doing a slow spin. “Perks of dying dramatically, I guess.”

It was so him. Legs on full display. Chest peeking from the deep neckline. Confidence radiating like heat off desert sand.

You set your laptop aside. “Come here.”

“Oh?” He grinned, already sauntering over. “Wasn’t expecting such a strong reaction.”

“Liar.”

He stopped in front of you, smug and half-hard already under the thin fabric. You reached for the tie at his waist but paused.

“Actually…” Your voice dipped. “Leave it on.”

Pedro blinked. “Wait, seriously?”

You tugged him into your lap. “Dead serious.”

That’s how you ended up under him on the couch, the hem of the robe brushing your thighs as he kissed you breathless.

The fabric whispered against your skin with every movement — soft, silky, royal.

He moaned into your mouth when you whispered, “You look like sin.”

“And you look,” he panted, “like you were made to ruin kings.”

You let your hands slide beneath the robe, nails dragging down his thighs. He hissed, rocking against you.

“You’re not taking this off,” you said again, breathless.

“I’m not?” he echoed, lips swollen, eyes wild.

“Not until I’ve completely ruined you in it.”

Pedro groaned — a low, needy sound. “Fuck, I love you.”

By the time you were both wrecked and breathless, the robe was still perfectly draped over him — wrinkled and open, but on. His hair a mess, skin dewy, your name still spilling from his lips.

“You’re obsessed with this thing now,” he teased, voice hoarse.

You pulled the robe closed again, smoothing it over his chest. “You have no idea.”

Wassup yall! I wanted to introduce myself and say thank you for checking out my little pet project. I’m a new interactive fiction writer, and this blog is where I’ll be sharing the process of writing my first IF game: Throne of Blood and Roses. It took a lot of courage for me to do this and show the world something I created. So if you love complicated royals, class tension, slow-burn romance, reality TV drama, and a bit of blood I welcome you home.

You are a nobody.

A commoner with no fame, no title, barely enough money to your name, and no place among the elite.

So when the royal heir of Eden refused their arranged match to Cain/Delilah/judas Vale a powerful noble born in Eden to rule beside them the kingdom’s fragile court began to crumble.

In a desperate attempt to restore order, King Aldric invoked an ancient law:

“When the heir’s heart falters, the will of Eden shall decide, the Selection Trials shall now commence!”

The Selection Trials is for nobles of other families, celebrities, and high ranking military personnel just those who bleed 24k gold.

Ten elite contestants were invited to compete for the heir’s hand in marriage a televised spectacle of romance, performance, and a little bit of blood.

Then, against all expectation, they chose you. A name no one knew. In a place no one believed you belonged.

No one knows why you was called.

The nobles hate you for it.

The rival wants you erased.

And the heir?
