Every time there's a food recall that spreads from one company to the next, even from generic brands that are unique to the store selling them, it makes me realize the illusion of choice under capitalism hyped up by conservatives is a bunch of bullshit.
Oh and uh, don't drink apple juice for a while. Arsenic. And it's more than just Aldi and Walmart

May 10, 2024 - Hundreds of radical environmentalists and anticapitalists have broken through police lines and fences and stormed the terrain of the Tesla Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg. They are attempting to stop the planned expansion of the factory, which would mean the destruction of surrounding forest and farmland. The factory also uses immense amounts of water, and all to sell shitty electric cars to give people the idea that personal consumption choices can save the environment from destruction, and make fascist Elon Musk even richer than he already is. The actions in the past days have forced Tesla to temporarily shut down production at the factory. [video]

On that note, three Rights Factory agents (Olga Filina, Ali McDonald, and Cassandra Rodgers) rebranded as 5 Otter Literary (along with Liza Demaison, also from the rights factory). Some of these agents were even recorded as being problematic at TRF.
🍵 💅 Got some tea to whisper? Send us an ask.

I day dream so much about living in a Male dominated, right wing paradise 💖
No women in power or politics, we're just all pregnant giving birth to lots of kids while Men do the important stuff🥰💖 obviously no feminism as all the conservative Men would make sure to get rid of all of that stupid stuff.
I just want Men to take over everything 😂😂

[ID: a parody of the triangle factory meme. panel one features a crude ms paint drawing of reginald next to the toppat clan airship holding the head of toppat leader henry while saying "an outsider?? in the toppat clan leader position?? how queer!! ive [sic] never seen such a thing- i must plot a scheme to overthrow this stranger should he prove to be a malefactor post-haste!!" panel 2 features a crude ms paint drawing of right hand man reborn, who simply stares at the head of toppat leader henry while saying "i guess we doin henry now". end ID.]
Inspired by RHM teaming up with Henry in Toppat King and casually nodding to him taking leadership in T4L while Reginald has his power struggle arc

hey wandersong fans. do you ever think about the baron. how, in so little time, wandersong clearly establishes four things: one, the baron fucked up an Entire Town. two, he did it trying to bring that town happiness, because it was once His community. three, hes kiwis father. four, they do not recognize each other.
do you ever think about how profoundly sad that is? the baron, presumably already estranged from his community, decided to try and bring it joy. he abandoned his wife and child to do so. he spent years, decades, even, working on his factory, his toys. but the factory fails. the community comes together, rallied by a bard he does not know, to tell him that hes done them wrong. that hes done something downright evil, even. he looks at a determined community he does not recognize, and backs down. he goes home to his wife, their child nowhere to be seen. thats to be expected, after decades. they must be an adult now.
and kiwi...ohhh the ways the baron parallels kiwi...the both of them, estranged from the communities they live in, doing whatever they can to bring the people around them joy, but its never enough. theyre never Part of the community. so they leave, on their own journey. one to save the world, one to save the town. and they fail! theyre not the heroes of their stories, no matter how hard they try. but kiwi went out making friends on their journey. kiwi has miriam to lift them up and help them out. the baron has no one, not anymore.

A key problem in modern egg production is the killing of male chicks. Shortly after hatching, they are sorted out and killed. They are perceived as uneconomical for the poultry industry.
Worldwide, 7 billion male chicks die every year for purely economic reasons. Because they are worthless to the egg industry: roosters do not lay eggs like their sisters, the laying hens. They are therefore considered an undesirable by-product. But they do not grow fast enough for meat fattening. The extremely high-bred broilers are the benchmark here.
