Lyssa is kind of ambiverted, she likes interacting with people and helping them but likewise enjoys her alone time/time spent with just Izkiel in silence

Vasili is more introverted and likes when he's not being talked to, the prince is more of an extrovert. Thankfully he's the more important person and people kinda gloss over Vasili at parties

Nobody would ever hurt Lyssa and Izkiel will make doubly sure of that

Yes the prince has a new bodyguard but Vasili still carries all of his weapons with him wherever he goes and is always keeping his one eye out (and he's still technically the grandmaster of the guard so he has some kind of nominal duty to keep the peace)
