so what if. and hear me out. i made my own au for shadowvanilla purposes-
au details below
HELLO SO I PRESENT AMNESIAC AU
so you see, i was minding my business, drawing and looking at cookies and how everyone has their own cool aus with awesome designs and i went "well im not very good at designing but i Love putting characters in Situations"
this au is mostly focused on shadowvanilla so dont be too hopeful I'll get into the other cookies besides their little circle, im ill for gay yaoi only okay
So! motions to comic above, amnesia smilk time! let me elaborate
Pure vanilla fucked up BIG TIME, in that he maybe ventured out to beast yeast alone to try and find out more about the beasts and a way to stop them, as people with a savior complex have a habit of doing. Maybe, perhaps, also at the same time, smilk was getting the workings of his new dough body done and sensing pv was nearby decided to take the opportunity to torment him a little, yknow he cant help himself! he needs to see him
a nasty little fight and confrontation in some old structures of smilk (or at the spire) result in pv using a strange spell he spotted in the surrounding papers and documents, and .... accidentally cracks smilk's soul jam! hehe, oops!
and also sealing his memories. double oops. damn, what are you gonna do now pv?
well he cant leave confused smilk alone here, and itd honestly be best the other beasts and dark enchantress dont drag him back there in this state, so he offers a hand.
"Come with me. We can help you, I'll make sure you're okay."
a memory-less smilk is confused by this but... he's already grabbing the other cookie's hand before he realizes it. It'll probably be fine, something about this cookie... makes something in him feel okay.
taps forehead, im still working everything out of course, and i WILL be cursing all of you with sketchy stuff about it when I'm able, i need more time to figure out smilk's behaviors without the soul jam and corruption
of course I'm always of the mind that pre-corruption smilk was kind of a rat and rude but how exactly is the real question!! how bad was it before the corruption exacerbated the negative qualities of knowledge and his personality
anyways,,, feel free to ask questions!! it could help me figure this all out, if yall are interested of course,,,,,,,my,,,, handful of crk followers SNRRKS
#pure vanilla cookie#shadow milk cookie#white lily cookie#gingerbrave#wizard cookie#strawberry cookie#crk fanart#crk au#amnesiac au#shadowvanilla#pureshadow#<- that is my end goal here guys the men are going to kiss#my drawbs#ALSO THIS WONT BE TOO ANGSTY AN AU#WE ARE A HOUSE OF HAPPY ENDINGS HERE IM SORRY I LOVE HAPPY ENDINGS OR AT LEAST HOPEFUL ONES#but rest assured there will still be angst and conflict#as is a constant with liars#looks directly at pv

so thanks to angelapleasant's take on Buzz in Something Wicked (brilliantly written btw), I've been thinking about how I want to do the Grunts, because I was never satisfied with how I was writing them. If I ever bring back my modern uberhood (I have the canon URL!) or if I want to play them in medieval PV or what have you. and well.
I do like the fanon more than she does, but I also want it to be more. complicated. tastier. a bit less... teenage. and seeing angelapleasant's depiction of Buzz and Tank made it click, the exact dynamic I want.
so in order to make this work we first need to accept a postulate: all the Grunt boys are neurodivergent. yes, all. None of them will ever get a proper diagnosis while they're living under Buzz's roof. But...
Buzz is the kind of middle-aged white guy who yells at everyone if he can't keep to his strict routine, and only eats three foods, and has Strong Opinions about sportsball statistics. He's very invested in Looking Like The Right Kind Of Person-- he's constantly masking, honestly-- and very invested in Being Normal. (Incidentally, this is why Buzz hates PT- not aliens in general, PT and the Smiths. He can't stand that someone so Weird is better at Being Normal than his family.)
Tank takes after his dad, and also has the profound misfortune of Taking Ideas Seriously. When Tank believes in something, he genuinely believes it with his whole chest. This is a rarer quality to have than one might think. It is also a deeply unfortunate quality to have in a place like Strangetown.
Ripp doesn't like routines. Or being told what to do. Or having to focus on anything but the, like, three things he cares about. And none of those things are Normal- he likes art and music and writing terribad romance novels. He's also flamingly bi, and since he's a Romance sim, he's not very good at keeping it under wraps. He started talking about having crushes on boys in kindergarten.
Buck has exactly one interest (pet fashion!), is also an incredibly picky eater, doesn't like loud noises or crowds, and can't tie his shoes or tell time on an analog clock. He talks a lot with family and friends, but completely clams up around strangers.
And so we've got this family dynamic where...
Buzz is harder on Ripp than he is on either of his other children. Buzz desperately wants Ripp to be Normal, for both selfless and selfish reasons. The world's a cruel place to be Not Normal, after all... and it's a cruel place if your kids reflect Weird back on you.
Perhaps a bit too hard. Perhaps pushing into the realm of "asking Ripp to do the unwise or impossible". Perhaps getting worse and more unreasonable the older (and surlier) Ripp gets.
Ripp resents this, ofc, and pushes back. They've got a vicious cycle going where Ripp rebels harder every time the General puts more expectations on him, which makes the General push back harder with more expectations, which makes Ripp rebel...
Tank has been watching this horrible cycle his entire life. And no one bothered to tell him that the expectations Buzz puts on Ripp are not the same expectations that Buzz wants him to live under.
And Tank takes ideas seriously.
So Tank is desperately struggling to live up to this impossible ideal that no one asked or expected of him. He's trying to be the perfect soldier, get perfect grades, be perfect at his job, keep his room perfectly tidy, be Better At Being A Good Normal Person than anyone else in the family, hate the people the General wants him to hate...
If Buzz knew what Tank has internalized, at this point, he'd be horrified. He mostly just wants his kids to do their best... and mayyyybe not publicly embarrass the family.
Buzz is also easier on Buck than either of his other children, because he's the baby and you just kind of ... instinctively want to take care of him. It doesn't hurt that Buck looks more like Lyla than either of the other kids...
So Tank is desperately struggling to live up to an impossible ideal that no one asked him to live up to; Ripp is desperately kicking against the pricks of an impossible ideal that everyone seems to want him to live up to; and Buck is alternating between Getting Forgotten and Getting Spoiled Rotten.
You've got this horrible, horrible family dynamic, that could probably be resolved with, like, three honest conversations and some honest renegotiation around expectations. But all of these men (except maybe Buck?) are incredibly emotionally constipated and Will Not Talk To Each Other without some severe goading from an outside force.
idk, that's just where I'm at at this point, and I don't think I've seen anyone else with this specific headcanon. especially not neurodivergent!Buzz.

Video
youtube
Hello! Please watch the video in 1080p so it doesn't have awful quality, and if you enjoyed the video, leave a like on it please! Thank you! I
f you guys read the description of my Kakyoin Project Diva Hibana video, then I'll just skip to the point, because yall know how difficult it is to make nice PD videos then, especially if you make your own mods for said vid lol.
My buddy, Alice, created this Narancia cover of Lost One's Weeping! There... was not exactly a whole lot I could do to make this pv look cooler? But I did what I could. All I got to work with is the crappy Windows Movie Maker, man. :'D I literally did this all last night btw. The original Narancia mod was pretty much a recolor, and I improved him to the best of my ability. He's still not EXTREMELY accurate, but I, again, don't used Blender as it's too beefy for my computer and takes up too much memory, and thus, I only have MikuMikuModel to work with, which means extreme limitation. Hope he still looks good enough. :)
I added a watermark in some parts of the video, for the same reason I did the Kakyoin video. I didn't want to, but these videos have been nightmares to create, thus I don't want this to end up on sites like Tik Tok without any credit, I'm sorry. :( Also, please don't ask for the Narancia mod, only Alice, Kaz, and I get a copy of him. Shoutouts to my friend, TheBizarreKazeko/Kazekothestrange for making the thumbnail, and Caffeinated-Chaos-Bean/RainwaterPearls/Bubble-P for creating the Narancia song cover!
I listed credits at the end of the video, but here they are in the description as well:
Narancia mod, and face mod: ShannaHeart
Eyelash mod: emsterchu
Narancia Ghirga Lost Ones Weeping song cover: RainwaterPearls/Caffeinated-Chaos-Bean/Bubble-P

How Energy Transformations in Solar Panels Power Your Home
Solar power has become a popular renewable energy source, especially as more homeowners look for sustainable and cost-effective ways to meet their electricity needs. But how exactly do energy transformations in solar panels work, and how do they power homes? In this blog, we’ll explore the science behind solar panels and the transformative process that allows sunlight to be converted into usable electricity.
1. The Basics of Solar Energy and Energy Transformation
Solar panels utilize photovoltaic (PV) cells, which are designed to absorb sunlight and convert it into electricity. This process involves several steps and energy transformations:
Step 1: Light Absorption - When sunlight hits the solar panels, photons (light particles) are absorbed by the PV cells in the solar panel.
Step 2: Generation of Electric Current - As photons are absorbed, they excite electrons in the PV cells, causing them to move and generate an electric current.
Step 3: DC to AC Conversion - The direct current (DC) generated by solar panels is converted into alternating current (AC) by an inverter, making it usable for household appliances and systems.
2. Key Energy Transformations in Solar Panels
The transformation of sunlight into electricity involves two primary energy transformations:
From Solar Energy to Electrical Energy: This is the initial process, where PV cells convert sunlight into DC electricity.
DC to AC Transformation: Since most home appliances use AC power, an inverter converts the generated DC power into AC power, making it suitable for household use.
3. The Role of Inverters in Solar Energy Transformation
Inverters are critical in solar energy systems because they allow the transformed solar energy to be used within homes. At Lonestar Power, we offer a range of efficient, high-quality inverters that optimize the energy output of your solar system. Our inverters ensure that the maximum amount of energy captured is converted into usable electricity, minimizing waste and enhancing efficiency.
4. Types of Solar Panel Systems and Their Energy Transformation Efficiency
There are several types of solar panel systems, each with unique efficiencies in terms of energy transformation:
Monocrystalline Solar Panels: Known for high efficiency and durability, monocrystalline panels have a high energy transformation rate, making them a preferred option for residential use.
Polycrystalline Solar Panels: These panels are slightly less efficient but more cost-effective, making them a good choice for those looking to save on initial costs.
Thin-Film Solar Panels: Although less efficient, thin-film panels are flexible and can be used in a variety of applications.
Choosing the right panel type can significantly affect the energy transformation rate and overall efficiency of a solar system.
5. Benefits of Energy Transformation in Solar Panels
The energy transformation in solar panels offers numerous benefits, including:
Reduction in Electricity Bills: By harnessing sunlight and converting it into electricity, homeowners can significantly reduce their dependency on the grid and lower their monthly electricity costs.
Environmentally Friendly: Solar energy is a clean, renewable source of power, meaning it doesn’t produce emissions or rely on fossil fuels.
Energy Independence: Solar power systems, especially those with battery storage, enable users to rely less on the grid, allowing for more self-sufficiency.
6. Why Lonestar Power Supports Solar Energy Transformation
At Lonestar Power, we understand the value of solar energy as a sustainable and cost-effective solution for modern households. Our team provides comprehensive guidance on selecting the right solar panels and inverters to maximize energy transformation and efficiency. okay the new anime season is already in full swing, so I gotta get my thoughts out on the last season. because I have once again watched Way Too Much Anime.
same as before, we chose what to watch mostly based on which PV trailers looked interesting before the season aired. now I'm gonna yap about all 17 shows for way too long.
✨obligatory disclaimer that this is Just My Opinion, Man. if I say something mean about your favorite show, please don't take it personally!
everything we watched, in alphabetical order: Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian, Bye Bye Earth, Dahlia in Bloom, The Elusive Samurai, Isekai Suicide Squad, Magical Girl and Evil Lieutenant Used to be Enemies, Mayonaka Punch, Oshi no Ko S2, Quality Assurance in Another World, Senpai is an Otokonoko, Shikanoko, Shoushimin, Tasuuketsu, Too Many Losing Heroines, Tower of God S2, VTuber Legend, Wistoria: Wand and Sword
Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian - 1 episode, dropped funny that this one is first alphabetically, cuz I only watched one ep with a group of friends, mostly just to clown on it. I swear there's at least six anime exactly like this one every season: hot girl randomly takes an interest in the most boring man on the planet. Boring Guy is Boring. there's probably a weird little sister involved. but the girl is Russian in this one, because that's easier to write than actually giving anyone a personality. fucking snore dude
Bye Bye, Earth - 8 episodes, dropped this show is… weird. the worldbuilding feels incredibly dense, but also not very well explained. it felt like they were introducing new concepts and Proper Nouns every other sentence. I fully believe that this all makes sense to the original creator -- like I'm sure they have a 400 page Lore Bible with all the deep rules of their world, because it all feels very intricate. unfortunately I don't have that lore bible, so I found it really hard to follow.
that said, I think I like it? kinda? the animation style is kinda ugly, but for the most part I like the character designs. I think it's great to see a female lead in a show like this, and I really like what I've seen of the MC and her motivations. there's some really interesting fantasy ideas -- like the way people "grow" their weapons as an extension of themselves, MC's curse that her sword can't cut living things, this society that revolves so heavily around music -- but all of it together just becomes a confusing jumble.
it's not bad, but not good enough for me to finish this season :/
Dahlia in Bloom - 6 episodes, on hold this is honestly one of the more refreshing romance anime I've seen in a long time. It's a little slow moving and not very action-packed, but I love how well Dahlia is established as Her Own Person before the main love interest is even introduced. My girl has a career! hobbies! a friend group that stands by her while she goes through a messy break-up! it's so easy to root for her, and early episodes of this anime truly had me screaming "GIRLLLLL DUMP HIM YOU CAN DO BETTERRRRR" at my TV (in a good way)
and her main romantic interest is really good too! he has a personality beyond just being a perfect hot romance boy! the two of them have great chemistry! they act like adults and have a believable slow-burn starting as friends! idk it's kind of wild how realistic the romance in this show feels, despite being set in a fantasy world.
unfortunately this show did get put on the back-burner while we were watching a bunch of other things, but I'd really like to return to it sometime. I wanna see Dahlia thrive in her career and personal life!
The Elusive Samurai - 7 episodes, dropped okay, guys. you guys. listen. I really wanted to like this show, okay. I watched the previews and was like holy shit, CloverWorks has done it again. if this is as good as Wind Breaker, maybe I can finally forgive them for what happened to Promised Neverland. I saw the clips on twitter from episode 1 and thought this could be the big standout of the season.
but, uh. it's not. at least, not for me.
the tone of this show is extremely inconsistent. it flips wildly between wacky gag-manga comedy, and dead fucking serious horrors-of-war. sometimes multiple times in the same episode! add that to the break-neck pacing (in the first few episodes especially) and it left me with emotional whiplash. like, okay -- the more dramatic, gritty grimdark stuff I rather enjoy. the scene where the villain obliterates a whole battalion single-handedly, and then gets swarmed by adoring fans while the one survivor tries in vain to tell them what a monster he is -- that shit gave me chills. it's some incredible visual storytelling. but then the show inevitably cuts back to the weirdo priest doing some weirdo shit with the kids and I'm annoyed again. eventually I just got tired of it.
absolutely banger OP and ED though. probably my favorite ED of the season, and second-favorite OP.
Isekai Suicide Squad - 5 episodes, dropped boy, this one sure does do what it says on the tin. this sure is an anime about Suicide Squad -- yes, the DC comic book characters -- getting transported to another world.
honestly I was really enjoying it, at first. it's not doing anything particularly new, but these versions of the characters are fun and the animation was good enough to carry the story. and like, I'll say it -- anime Harley Quinn is pretty hot. I'm a lesbian with eyeballs, I can admit that.
unfortunately the animation takes a nosedive suddenly right around the point where I dropped off. the fight with the dragon is REALLY rough, like almost unwatchably bad. and when the animation is that bad, I stop to wonder what we're even doing here. they're taking a huge detour from the main plot to randomly fight a dragon, and it doesn't even look good. I don't know if the animation gets better again after that, but I decided there were better things to watch this season /shrug
pretty good OP and ED, though. I like the really stylized animation in the OP, and the ED is a decent bop.
The Magical Girl and the Evil Lieutenant Used to Be Archenemies - 2 episodes, dropped this one looked cute, but mostly I wanted to take a look because it's made by Bones. and it is pretty cute, but for such a prestigious animation studio, it didn't exactly blow my tits off. after two episodes, I really felt like I'd seen most of what this anime would have to offer. the guy is "evil" but has a soft spot for one girl, the magical girl is cute, he gets flustered when she does cute stuff. it's fine, but nothing to write home about.
the episodes are real short though -- about half as long as an average anime episode -- so it's not a huge time sink. who knows, I might pick it up again sometime if I want something fluffy.
Mayonaka Punch - 12 episodes, completed alright, now THIS show is the absolute underrated gem of this season. it's fun, it's funny, and it's even a little bit gay! the cast are the best kind of likeable assholes, and they had me laughing out loud multiple times an episode. the more emotional/dramatic parts are pretty well done in my opinion too. particularly the way the show depicts Masaki being haunted by nasty comments online feels very "real", without being too much of a huge bummer.
genuinely, Mayonaka Punch is just a great time. I never felt bored watching this, and I'd gladly watch another season if PA Works decide to continue the story! but even if they don't, I think this has a pretty satisfying conclusion. it's nice to enjoy a good 12 episodes that wraps itself up neatly at the end.
also my absolute FAVORITE OP of the season. I'm a sucker for OPs that are sung by the cast, it's super catchy, and the animation is great. all the references to actual viral videos and trends are funny without feeling forced or cringe -- jumping on viral video trends is what the whole show is about, after all!
Quality Assurance in Another World - 3 episodes, dropped man, I honestly don't have much to say about this show. the broad concept is kinda interesting (QA testers working on a full-dive VR game get trapped in the world of the game SAO-style) and the art style is kinda unique. it just didn't really hold my attention, unfortunately. my wife watched a few episodes past the point where I stopped and she said it kinda popped off a little later but ehhh. someone might really enjoy this one, but it's just not for me.
Senpai is an Otokonoko - 7 episodes, on hold so this anime was made for my wife specifically. she's read the whole comic (I think it's a webtoon?) and adores it, so she was beyond hyped for the anime adaptation. and it's honestly really well done! I think the way it uses chibi characters for comedy (and to save on animation lol) is really cute. the characters and drama are pretty well written, and I really like that the two "rivals" in the love triangle are actually friends with each other.
the only thing is that parts of the story/drama are kiiiind of heavy. my wife is a trans woman and relates very strongly to the main character, so it's a hard watch for her sometimes. even though she's read the comic and knows what happens, she's said she really needs to be in the right headspace to watch this one. there's nothing egregiously bad though, omg -- the worst I've seen so far is the MC's mom being really transphobic and them trying to go back into the closet because of it 😬 so definitely a trigger warning for that
but yeah, really like this one, we're just watching it pretty slowly so I haven't finished it yet.
Shikanoko Nokonoko Koshitantan (My Deer Friend Nokotan) - 2 episodes, dropped hoooo boy. the big meme show of the season. I feel like anyone who follows seasonal anime has probably heard of this one, at least. I saw the OP going around a lot, and I'll admit, it's an earworm.
maybe this is a controversial opinion, but ya'll, I did not care for the actual show at all. I went into it with pretty high hopes, granted, since people were hyping up how funny the manga is. In two episodes I think I actually laughed maaaaybe once? I dunno, the hyper-realistic CGI deer are pretty good the first few times you see them, but boy does the gag get old fast. even the scene where deer-girl busts through the wall of the classroom only got a little snort out of me. and then that joke completely overstays its welcome by going on for like two full minutes of gratuitous slow-mo.
really all I can say is: not funny, didn't laugh! Mayonaka Punch is way more fun, watch that instead.
Shoushimin - 6 episodes, on hold first of all, this anime is fucking gorgeous. truly every frame a painting. I've seen people talk about "cinematic" anime this season, and Shoushimin really embodies that. the characters, the environments, the framing, the lighting, ugh. I wish I could eat all of the lovingly-rendered pastries in this show.
animation aside, this is a veeeeery slow-paced kind of slice-of-life. it's all about small, mundane mysteries, so I can definitely see people finding it boring. my wife decided after about 4 episodes that she just doesn't have the attention span for this. I mostly like it though; it makes me think of a more chill version of the fake manga the MCs write in Bakuman. that said, I need to be in the right mood for something this slow, so I've been watching it on and off.
also shoutout to the OP because I am an Eve fan first and a person second
Tasuuketsu: Fate of the Majority - 2 episodes, dropped I would have completely forgotten about this show, if crunchyroll didn't keep trying to get us to watch the next episode. it's an extremely generic death-game show with pretty stupid rules imo. frankly I would have dropped it after one ep, but there's a cliffhanger at the end of ep 1 that was intriguing enough to convince me to watch a second. they completely undo that cliffhanger in episode 2 though. boooo 👎
best thing I can say about this show is that there's a plot-relevant kick to the balls. no I will not elaborate on that.
Too Many Losing Heroines - 12 episodes, completed man, okay. so from the PVs before the season started, I thought this one was an easy skip. I don't care for harem shows, and this looked like just another boring light-novel romance. no amount of pretty "cinematic" animation was going to get me interested in flat, annoying characters that I've seen a hundred times. we were literally late to start watching it, and only picked it up toward the end of the season because people would not stop talking about it.
so take into account that I am very biased against this entire genre when I look you dead in the eye and tell you: this show is kind of incredible? like don't get me wrong, it's not exactly re-inventing the wheel here, and there's some fanservice moments that made me roll my eyes. but overall, this has some of the best character writing and drama out of everything we watched this season. the girls are genuinely a lot of fun, and their friendships are very believable. even the stuttering shy girl, which is usually an archetype I find super annoying, managed to win me over in the end.
the male MC is probably the weakest part of the show to me, but he still has more going for him than most guys in this genre. I like that his story is more concerned with him learning to be platonic friends with people, rather than just trying to push him into romance with all the girls. even if he ends up with one of the girls in the end (probably the blue-haired one), I appreciate him building a real friendship first.
and I gotta mention the EDs, because each of the main girls gets their own dedicated ED song and they're all beautifully animated. the OP is pretty fun too.
Tower of God Season 2 (part 1?) - 13 episodes, completed I'm honestly pretty torn on this one. once again my wife has read this whole webtoon, so she would have more thoughts about this in terms of adaptation, but I'm anime only. I really liked season 1, even though I found some of the worldbuilding hard to follow, so I was looking forward to this.
and man… I'm so disappointed in the animation for this season. The art style in S1 was one of my favorite things about it, so seeing them drop that in favor of a much more generic modern anime style was a huge bummer. If it was done so they could go all-out on the action more easily that would be one thing, but all of that is pretty lack-luster too, and I know I'm not the only one who feels this way.
as for the story, maybe I just don't remember S1 well enough, but I was pretty fucking lost sometimes. this is another story with mountains of worldbuilding, and I'm sure some fans of the webtoon could go on for hours about the lore. unfortunately that's not me! maybe I'd have a better time if I re-watched S1. even so, I did like most of the new characters, and seeing the returning ones when they showed up.
I dunno. 6/10 overall, not enough Khun. excited to see Khun more in the next cour.
VTuber Legend: (extremely long LN title) - 12 episodes, completed I cannot believe my wife made me watch this whole thing. I can't believe I actually sat through every episode. this show is some peak brainrot, but that's not always a bad thing?
don't get me wrong, I like vtubers just fine! I follow a couple of english-language ones that I like, though I'm not deep into the ~fandom~, as it were. I have no idea how accurate this show is for Japanese vtubers, but boy are these characters weird and horny. sometimes they're funny, sometimes they're unbearably cringe. though that probably doesn't come as much of a surprise, given the premise. who knows, if you like vtubers and bizarre fetish content, you might like this one.
Wistoria: Wand and Sword - 12 episodes, completed this show wound up being a kind of sleeper hit this season. I remember basically no one talking about it before it started airing. it must have had some crazy word-of-mouth recommendations though, because it shot up into the top five seasonal shows on MAL at some point. I started watching from episode one just because the PV trailers looked dope, and I was not disappointed!
in terms of story, again, there isn't anything we haven't seen before. magic high school, kid who can't use magic and gets bullied, but he's really good at sword fighting so he kills lots of scary monsters. but here's the thing, guys -- he looks fucking incredible while he's doing it. this show is completely carried by its slick animation and art style. it's just an absolute treat to watch, and I wish I could eat the colors and intense shadows at work here.
it's already confirmed for a second season, too. my wife liked S1 enough to read ahead in the manga, and she said it only gets better, so I'm definitely looking forward to that.
Honorable mention:
Oshi no Ko: Season 2 - 1 episode, on hold okay this is embarrassing but IN MY DEFENSE! I'm caught up on the manga! 😭 so I already know what this season is about!!! we just decided to wait until the whole season aired so we could binge it, and haven't gotten around to it yet. also it's annoying to watch, since I don't want to pay for fucking HIDIVE, so we have to watch it……. elsewhere.
but like I'm sure it's good. this is easily my favorite arc in the manga, so if the anime kept up the quality from season 1, I'm gonna have a great time. when we get around to it 🙃
#once again not tagging every anime bcuz I'll go insane#for fall 2024 I have TWENTY-TWO anime added to my list 😭#several of those I'm probs gonna watch when they're finished with another friend#but also jesus christ lmao#long post#ramblings#peo watches too much anime

How Solar Panels Are Installed
Solar Installation Brisbane can save you money on your electricity bills and help you become a part of the clean energy economy. But they need to be installed correctly in order to work.
A solar system consists of solar panels (or modules), mounting racks and an inverter with computerised controller. The solar panels catch sunlight and convert it into electricity for your appliances.
Installation Process
A solar installation requires a lot of wiring. First, the installer sets the racking to support the panels on your roof (it’s important that this be done correctly to ensure the panel array receives maximum sunlight). Then, they install the electrical wiring. Depending on the type of system you choose, this may involve connecting micro-inverters or power optimizers to the panels. It also involves connecting the inverter(s) to your existing breaker box, and adding a generation meter so that you can see exactly how much energy your system is producing.
Before this happens, your solar professional will do a thorough evaluation of your energy consumption and needs. This helps them recommend a size that will produce the most electricity for your household. They’ll also take into account factors like your roof orientation, local climate, and your purchasing option: whether you’re purchasing the system outright or entering into a PPA. Then they’ll do a final inspection and submit the paperwork for your official grid interconnection.
Equipment
Solar installations require specialized equipment to make the system functional. This includes solar panels, inverters and battery backups. The inverter is an essential component that connects the solar panel to the electric grid or a home’s power system. There are two main types of inverters: string inverters and microinverters.
Other equipment needed for solar power systems include mounting racks to secure the array on the roof or pole, conduit to run the wires and a junction box to protect electrical connections. Some installers use a solar specific tool called a solar hanger, which helps to remove the need to maneuver heavy solar panels on a rooftop and allows for a smooth installation process.
Finally, field teams need a good PV tester to measure the energy output of the solar panels and confirm they are functioning correctly. A simple solar-specific plier set can be used, but some more advanced tools have remote measurement and reporting capabilities to enable in-field analysis.
Installation Cost
The installation cost of your solar power system will vary based on several factors. For example, the type of solar panels you choose will have a significant impact on your final price. High-quality solar panels from reputable brands often have a higher price tag.
Additionally, the size of your home and energy usage will also affect the total cost of your solar system. For example, a family of two using a lot of air conditioning will likely require a larger system to offset the majority of their energy use. The more energy your system generates, the lower your average electricity prices will be over time.
Another factor that can increase or decrease your overall solar panel installation costs is the financing method you select. Paying upfront for your solar system allows you to save money in the long run because it eliminates interest rates and qualifies you for incentives. Alternatively, you can choose to finance your solar system and receive monthly payments instead.
Maintenance
Many solar companies will have an ongoing maintenance plan for their clients. This includes cleaning, system inspection and a performance review. This is a great way to keep things running smoothly and to avoid larger problems in the future.
The amount of maintenance required depends on your location and weather conditions. In general, you should clean your solar panels about twice per year. The more often you clean your panel, the less likely it is that they will become obstructed by debris. This is especially important during winter, when snow may build up on your solar panels.
Most solar systems also include a monitoring system that allows you to monitor the electrical output of your panels. This can be accessed via a mobile app or a physical home monitoring system. The monitoring system will allow you to spot problems quickly, so you can get them fixed before they become bigger issues. Most of these systems also include a workmanship warranty, which will cover any installation-related issues that may occur.

The Great Knights Are OK AU
Right so, some disorganized ideas about the AU because I'm in the mood for it. This is just me being purely self indulgent btw don't expect high quality.
The first part with some backstory on each of the five is here (click the link)
So of course this starts out because of the Pure Vessel
Dryya is the main one tasked with training PV.
This is mostly seen as an act of discipline, to develop the vessel's ability to defend itself and strengthen it
So the thing is that the Sealing Day was just announced, but it's kinda far still.
But PV is conflictedm whcih by itself is a big deal because its supposed to have no mind.
One day Dryya is tasked with escorting the White Lady somewhere out of the Palace it's Isma's turn instead and she immediately notices something's wrong with PV
(More under the cut)
Isma sees this as alarming so she tries to call out someone else to inform the situation and PV, unprompted, stops her.
Which really settles for Isma the idea that it is not hollow.
But also the don't want anyone to find out.
So Isma goes "shit PV could feel threatened".
If PV is not hollow, that could ruin the plan. But if they're not hollow then they definitely have thoughts and will.
She struggles to communicate so she gets the local bilingual on the team, aka Ze'mer, to try and sort this out.
I think in general she has the easiest time trying to communicate with Vessels tbh
ANYWAYS now two of the five are on the know. The other three find out by the end of the week.
And it's kind of a mess of opinions but the resolution is to protect PV. They can defend themself pretty well but they have to be cautious.
At least, the Hollow Knight as a person becomes common knowledge, so they use that on their favor to have them not disappear but instead be integrated into the ranks.
RIGHT, part 1 is over.
Now things are still a mess, and the only solution people had is not there.
And one day out of the blue Ogrim shows up with a child, a vessel, he found on the sewers.
That's Ghost. I guess in this AU they take a while to get out of Hallownest, the place is still full of people anyways and they feel the need to hide.
Ogrim thinks at first it is a wrongdoer but how could it when it's so small.
Yet they can still pull off one heck of a fight.
He brings them to the Basin and asks the other five (counting PV).
And there's a moment of recognition between the vessels. It happens for Hollow first tho because Ghost looks the same, while PV has changed.
And they're... full of regret. But they refuse to talk about it (they learnt some sign language as time went)
Things do get better between them with some time. They keep Ghost out of sight of the King, just in case. Isma offers her own place in Greenpath.
When Isma walks in with Lost Kin by her side, who she found while in charge of patroling Kingdom's Edge it's just obvious Something's going on with these children.
Holly shows them the Abyss door and this is a turning point, becuase it starts clicking for everyone else. "There are more"
They can't even go inside.
But yeah it is... kind of late for everyone that never left the Abyss.
And what exactly can they do? They have no proof beyond what the supposedly mindless beings have to say.
I do think it would be good if they started researching about it, maybe ask the dreamers and such. Have someone who doesn't raise alarms poking into the Archives.
Anywyas, Lost Kin actually lives with Nailmaster Oro. Like the last nailmaster anyone would expect. But it is safer for them over there so it is fine. They still pay visits.
And that's not the only thing going on I guess.
Things get a little heated up near the surface, but usually just guards deal with it. It's probably an effect of Radi making her moves anyways
One day Hegemol uses some time while on duty to visit his old workplace and when he's back a maggot stole his armor.
He finds them in an empty side of the market.
But Hegemol knows his armor better than the usurper, so he takes them down.
He wants to turn them in for their crimes but... it feels wrong.
Maggots are frowned upon in Hallownest, they're the lowest of the low and honestly get the worst treatment by bug society.
And how could this be? How can the most civilized kingdom be this vile to its own denizens? Yeah fuck that.
Hegemol is already distrusting the Kingdom. And here he brings up another candidate because for someone who knows nothing about the amor, this maggot is pretty determined.
And it is just really angry.
Hegenol makes an alliance with it.
He brings it up to the other Knight and thus marks the time where they start changing where their loyalties lie. It's super difficult, but they're strong as a group and want to stick together.
Ze'mer is as gay as ever and although I'm not sure how to fix her storyline.
If she starts making alliances with other folks and being more critical of Hallownest she has more of a chance of making things work out
But still, mantises still have a lot going on by themselves and are very wary of Ze'mer so, good luck I guess.
I do kinda like the concept of either Ze'mer wanting to challenge the Lords on behalf of her fellow knights or the Traitor's Child also wanting to join the Knights as a way to make an alliance, at least part time
But everyone else is just like "This can go wrong in so many ways"
Love wins though, I really don't want to kill them off.
Biggest issue with this whole thing????? What happens to Radi?
Answer: No idea
I mean, maybe PK is forced to use more direct means of action against her.
Maybe he has to open up the Abyss or else this guys will start a revolution.
Maybe they learn about the Dream Realm from the Seer and go "shit we're doing this ourselves". Or who knows askjdskjda
But yeah that's it for now KFDKJJDGK
I'll gladly accept questions to help me figure out more things about the timeline
#AU#my post#the great knights are ok au#pure vessel#dryya#isma#ogrim#ze'mer#hegemol#false knight#ghost#lost kin#can you tell this is a mess? yeah it is#i dont know if i wanna maintag this tho#AH also this is not proofread#ive had a couple of really rough days so i just wanted to write something that made me happy a bit#im cringe but content

Thank you for being a champion of the show and critically interacting with the show.
I get so demoralized when every few posts in the various tags are people shitting in the show either those who’ve never watched it or salters who are angry their version isn’t playing out. Im so tired of seeing, “cool ideas bad execution” or the obsession with the scraped PV from nearly 10 years ago. It’s bad enough we have youtubers who make video essays that completely miss the point of the show skewing people’s opinions because miraculous is an international success.
I also want to thank you for calling out fandom behavior like how pro sentiadrien theorists take it too far and starts harassing fans who don’t like it and especially for not taking toxic chloe fans shit. I’m not one to defend mr Astruc but for gods sake Chloe fans have to leave him alone and stop bugging him on every little thing.
Just thank you for being a sane figure in the fandom. Your metas on fandom culture and miraculous are greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Anon buddy. I just made a post about my (admittedly) minor grievances with the show's direction, but I will clarify: even if I end up not liking something, it's not a strike against the show's quality, merely my enjoyment, which is a scale. Me not liking one thing (the increased serialization) doesn't mean the show is worse for it or that I suddenly dislike it. I just like it a smidgen less. I can think of exactly one thing that would ruin my enjoyment of the show and I've already mentioned what that is, repeatedly.
I think that’s basically what these people who feel the need to defend talking about the show should consider; do these things you complain about make you dislike the show? Then why are you watching something you actively dislike? It’s like people are embarrassed over liking a kids’ cartoon. Maybe it's their first time liking a kids’ cartoon while outside the target audience so they're insecure about it. Because this reminds me so much of when My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic first became the Big Thing it did. People were always saying things like: “I know it’s girly BUT-” like being girly is a bad thing.
Of course, the “good idea, bad execution” thing is literally people saying: “I wanted this story but I wanted it told the way I like so it’s bad”. If you want a story written to your specifications, commission an author to write it for you. Or, if you’re broke, get acquainted with the AO3 tagging system, there’s a big chance the right tag combination will net you the exact adaptation of the story you want to see, especially with a fandom as big as Miraculous. Or only watch finished shows where you can read the plot synopsis ahead of time to make sure that you know exactly how the story will go before you watch the show so it doesn’t disappoint you. There are other options than ruining everyone else's fun.
And that's basically what the obsession with the PV is. That's the version that wasn't made, so every single dissatisfied fan can convince themselves that, if it had ever been made, that version would have been the one that does everything exactly how they envisioned it. We know jack about it, so it's simultaneously nothing and everything. It's the Schrödinger's show; the concept was bad enough that no network wanted to finance it, but it was so good that every single fan who finds someonething wrong with the Miraculous Ladybug we did get would have loved it. It's only because there's a "beta version" the fandom knows about that the fandom can pin all their ideas of how the story should have gone onto it.
I'm just very tired of seeing people complain who will clearly never be happy with what the show gives them even when it clearly starts catering to them. I've even seen people who admit to liking the new direction of the show towards being more linear, who say it's an improvement, say it's "still not good enough" and those people need to go read an event comic if they think a story needs such a convoluted continuity that you need to make notes to keep up. And I'll say, even though I prefer the 80% episodic 20% serialized story structure, if Miraculous did go fully serialized, I'd still think it was good.
I just feel kinda silly about complaining about minor gripes when other people apparently have issues that require a complete reboot of the series. Frankly, it's clear that those issues are less issues with the show and issues with how these people engage with media.

Jibaku Shounen Hanako-kun: Ghost Hotel’s Café (Part 2)
Revealing the secrets of the menu, such as “crushing muffins so they will look like earth”! Interview with the staff of Jibaku Shounen Hanako-kun GHOST HOTEL’S CAFÉ.
GHOST HOTEL’S CAFÉ, the collaboration café of “Jibaku Shounen Hanako-kun” – an on-going manga from Monthly G Fantasy (Square-Enix) by Aida Iro-sensei –, was held in Ikebukuro, Tokyo at AniPara CAFÉ for a limited period from December 5 to February 11. Here, we have carried out an interview with the staff behind the planning and production of “Jibaku Shounen Hanako-kun”. We have discussed things in detail, from the background of the collaboration café’s presentation to the public to the secret stories behind the development of the food and drinks that reflect ideas from the author, Aida Iro-sensei!
Interviewees
Square-Enix café organizer: Ookubo Kana-san
Square-Enix editor in charge of “Jibaku Shounen Hanako-kun”: Imanishi Chiharu-san
Grounding Lab café planner: Andou Minako-san
Grounding Lab café planner: Nakayama Natsuko-san
Andmowa café menu creator: Aizawa Kanto-san
AniPara CAFÉ manager and menu creator: Shirato Kouhei-san
The collaboration café of “Jibaku Shounen Hanako-kun” is entirely supervised by AidaIro-sensei!
——How was it decided that “Jibaku Shounen Hanako-kun” would have a collaboration café?
Ookubo: The cue was that, while the café planning members were talking about what café to hold next, we were introduced to “Jibaku Shounen Hanako-kun” as the most highly recommended title of our company.
Andou: There are a lot of young people in the staff of AniPara CAFÉ and most of them knew “Jibaku Shounen Hanako-kun”, so by the time SquaEni-san talked to us about it, we gave them the one-sentence reply of, “By all means!” and asked them to let us do it. *laughs*
——This is the third time that “Jibaku Shounen Hanako-kun” earns a collaboration café, so how were the fans’ reactions?
Imanishi: Since this is the third time, there were many reactions of concern about the very concept of “how will it turn out next?”. Thankfully, the responses were good and we received many warm messages such as “it was fun”!
——How was AidaIro-sensei’s reaction when it was decided that yet another collaboration café would be held?
Imanishi: They were very pleased. An event that the readers can enjoy is a rare opportunity, so they were hyped about many things, such as, “I wonder what we will do~!” and, “How about this?” (laughs).
——The theme of the collaboration café is a “ghost hotel” this time. How was it conceived?
Ookubo: This time’s theme was proposed by AidaIro-sensei.
Imanishi: In the first time, I think it is orthodox that the characters are made into café waiters, but since this is the third one, Sensei suggested that they felt like displaying them in yet another a different light, and that they wanted to make it so that both the people who would be attending for the first time and the people who had already attended before would be able to enjoy it in a brand-new way.
G Fantasy carries out a project of giving away color spreads as presents every year along with the commemorative issue of its launching, and the theme for the color spread of “Jibaku Shounen Hanako-kun” on the 25th anniversary was “ghost hotel”. There was also the fact that the readers’ response to it was very positive, so Aida Iro-sensei decided, “Let’s go with a ghost hotel this time!”.
When it comes to “Jibaku Shounen Hanako-kun”, you cannot miss out on ●●●!
——Did you get any menu or decoration suggestions from Sensei?
Ookubo: They granted us the base ideas of the menu and supervised the whole thing. They also chose the names of all the menu items. Writing “holy” in English was one of Sensei’s ideas. *laughs*
——The shop’s interior has a wonderful decoration perfectly fitting of a “ghost hotel”, with spider webs and mini characters hiding everywhere.
Andou: When we were thinking about how to reproduce the worldview depicted by AidaIro-sensei, we thought it was perfect... so we left it there (laughs)!
Ookubo: That spider web is amazing, isn’t it? The first time I looked at it, I thought it was a perfect fit for the café’s mood!
——The BGM that plays inside the shop is also a perfect fit for a “ghost hotel”.
Ookubo: We choose after listening to lots of tracks, so hearing that makes me happy! This time, Sensei gave us proper suggestions regarding the worldview, so the interior design parts were easy to picture.
Imanishi: There is a fun to it that is similar to riding on a horror attraction, even if you are inside a café. I think we were able to create this atmosphere exactly because its worldview is solid.
Ookubo: Also, since this is “Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun”, we would like everyone to check the toilets, by all means! I want people to see at least this with their own eyes.
——The toilet is a checkpoint that people cannot skip. The illustrations for the café were made by AidaIro-sensei this time too, but do the numbers written on the keys of each character have a meaning?
Imanishi: In this thematic setting, the employees (the characters) live and work in the ghost hotel. The numbers on the keys are the numbers of the rooms where the employees live, and they increase like 1, 2, 3... when you see them lined up in order, you will know who is whose neighbor and which of them are in the floors below or above. This is linked to the nature of the characters’ relationships, so please give it a check.
——Sensei did not just write the story but also story cards.
Imanishi: There might be people amongst the readers of G Fantasy who know about the 25th anniversary illustration, but I believe most of them will be seeing it for the first time. Since it could be difficult to understand what the story of this ghost hotel is and what the characters are doing, so we introduce them in the story cards and in-store PV. This method is easy even on people visiting for the first time, so we would like them to come hang out with friends here (laughs).
Aizawa: Quite a lot of the people who come to the shop are young, and on Sundays, it is not rare for families to fill up the seats. Amongst them, we have received a call from a father who had never been to a collaboration café before, telling us, “I want to make a reservation for my daughter; how do I do it?” and we have also been asked, “My daughter wants your goods; are they still not sold-out?”.
Andou: We have also been told, “I’ll save up my allowance to go there!”. Hearing things like these makes me think that it is great that we managed to implement a wonderful café, and I want people to enjoy it by any means.
“We crush the muffins to make them look like earth.” “The pot-au-feu is always chamfered.” – The secret stories behind the cooking of the collaboration menu are revealed!
——You have quite a quirky menu, with things such as the “GHOST HOTEL’S CAFÉ Afternoon Tea”, which comes with a written invitation to the Ghost Hotel; Hanako-kun’s favorite food, the “Hanako-kun Floaty Doughnuts”; the shinny “Mokke’s Delightful Candy Cake”, which is modeled after candies, Mokke’s stable food.
Andou: “Mokke’s Delightful Candy Cake” is quite a painstaking piece of work...! Of course, it is delicious, but I think being able to have fun taking pictures of cute food is a point that everyone looks forward to in a collaboration café, so we prepared a menu that everybody would be able to enjoy from their eyes too. When we were planning it out, we had about thirty suggestions for the menu in total, and from there, the team narrowed them down through discussions until the menu took the form it has now.
Nakayama: When it comes to Mokke, I think the image that comes to mind is of candies, do after a bit of devising, I came up with a cake that looks like candy. I am happy that, thankfully, the fans also had positive reactions to it!
——The “Edible Plots of Nene from the Gardening Club” shows quite a bit of uniqueness. Having a dessert inside a vase had a lot of impact.
Ookubo: The “Edible Plots of Nene from the Gardening Club” consists of muffins in flower vases, and the sight of the vases lined up in rows in the kitchen is quite surreal (laughs).
Shiratsuchi: We crushed chocolate muffins for them to look like earth and made them dirt-like. As a cook, I am also conflicted as to whether it tastes good to eat it like that, so while obsessing over the reproduction of its appearance, I break muffins into pieces every day, in order to combine them with a definite deliciousness.
——(Laughs) “Nene’s R•AD•I•S•H Pot-au-Feu” is a warm and comforting dish, perfectly fitting for this time of the year.
Imanishi: This is actually the menu item that requires the most work out of the other collaboration foods.
Ookubo: The radish used in “Nene’s R•A•D•I•S•H Pot-au-Feu” is not a ready-made one that we warm up, and instead we cook the radish in the shop every day. On top of that, since the ingredients do not absorb the taste when cooked in the normal way, we chamfer (thinly scraping a vegetable so that it will take a round shape) the radishes one by one, so this is a menu item that takes up a lot of time. It costs 880¥, so when people ask, “Is this the quality of a collaboration café?”, I think it is in the good sense (laughs).
——My! The people who visit the shop should totally try this out, then.
Aizawa: We want them to! This desire is quite strong in us, but since it is a hassle to prepare that menu item, it would be a problem if too many people ordered it (laughs).
Shiratsuchi: While I was happy that everyone said, “It’s delicious~” during the sample food meeting, this item made me think, “I might’ve created something terrible (in a laborious sense)” (laughs).
All: (Laugh).
Ookubo: The cooking team really created the collaboration menu with a lot of passion. We make the crust for the “Clock-Keeper’s Tart ~with fruits~”, which is from the latter half of the menu, by hand every day in the shop. We fill it up with layers of berries, chocolate cream and wiped cream one after another... It gives us so much work that it could make people think, “Are you really serving this at a collaboration café?!”. I believe that even people who have only ever been to regular cafés and never to a collaboration one can also enjoy it.
Imanishi: The menu for the latter half of the collaboration has quirky and cute items, such as the “Mad-Risky Soup”, as in a “pretty dangerous” soup, and a limited number of the “Pipe Dream Cake”, so I think anyone can enjoy it, be it the people who visited during the first half or the people who are visiting for the first time during the latter half.
By the way, AidaIro-sensei’s top recommendation was “Kou’s Specialty Omelet Rice”! This rice omelet has caponata (boiling of fried eggplant) inside, so the flavor is unlike that of any other collaboration café. The fact that these secret gems exist is part of the wonderful levels of consideration from the cooks’ side.
——All the foods looked delicious, and every drink was wonderful too, so I was indecisive about which ones to order.
Ookubo: “Nene’s Welcome Cocktail” is also in the story that AidaIro-sensei posted on Twitter before the café’s opening. I recommend it as the first drink to the people who are visiting the collaboration café for the first time.
——By the way, are there any menu items that were rejected?
Nakayama: There was a legendary menu item named “Hanitarou Sandwich”, right?
Imanishi: There was! There is a character named Akane-kun who uses a haniwa as a protection charm, and I suggested a meal based on him – a “haniwa” coppe bread.
During the planning stages, I thought it was possible and tried reproducing it, but the cost turned out pretty high and its appearance was a haniwa through and through (laughs), so I wondered if anyone would order that... There was also the fact that Akane-kun is not much of a “haniwa stan”, so it became a legendary menu item (laughs).
Andou: I had suggested “Hanako-kun’s Doughnut” with the image of a school cap at first, but then the talk turned into, “Rather than a hat, I want it to have the appearance of a cute and tasty-looking doughnut”, so the cap version was rejected.
Ookubo: I also tried to produce a book-shaped cake, with the image of Tsuchigomori-sensei’s Four O’clock Library, but it seemed the price value would be too expensive, so it was unfortunately rejected.
——So there were menu items that were cast aside as “legendary” ones! This means you have created quite a number of items, but how do you come up with those ideas?
Nakayama: We were already collecting information from Instagram and Twitter and analyzing what the costumers were after. We deepened the conceptions from there to plan out the menu a lot.
Andou: Also, we think first-thing about what will be suitable for the costumers’ age range. In these occasions, rather than thinking about it as the menu of a collaboration café, we tried coming up with tasty-looking stuff as a regular food and drinks menu, and from that point, we created many things that drew close to the characters.
——It seems you were very conscious of the “showiness” of several menu items this time, so is “showiness” an indispensable element for your needs?
Andou: That’s right. Of course, the menu has to be delicious, but I think that, if it also turns out good for taking pictures, it will be posted on Instagram and Twitter, and become a cue for the fans to interact. The people who know the series will obviously do that, but I would be happy if this menu could become a trigger for even the people who don’t know it to talk about it, like, “That’s wonderful”, “What series is this?”.
Ookubo: We believe that the collaboration café’s menu is important for the original work’s side as well, so we take many requests, such as, “I want you to make this kind of dish” and, “I want to put this illustration card on it”, and the side that plans out the cooking does their best to give them form, so a wonderful menu is birthed every time, and as a result, it turns out as something that the fans can enjoy.
——It seems the people who will visit the store are quite young, so have you devised anything for the flavors?
Aizawa: We added a bit more variety to the taste of “Nene and Mokke’s Broccoli Gratin XD” during the planning stages, but we reviewed it in order to make it match the palate of young people better.
Ookubo: The “Mokke Curry”, which appears in the latter half of the event, was a green curry at first, but we changed it into a normal curry so that it would match the young ones’ tastes.
——On the topic of creating menu items that suit the customers’ age group, were there any difficulties or things you obsessed over?
Aizawa: The biggest hardship in making the menu of a collaboration café is the items’ appearance. Even if we deepen their image, we often worry about how to bring out their colors.
We repeatedly have conflicts such as, “I have to use this ingredient for bringing out this color, but this ingredient doesn’t fit this menu. Then how do I reproduce this coloration?” so it’s a relief when we eat the finished products and calm down with a, “It’s surprisingly good now that I’ve given it a try!” (laugh). Also, when we are feeling confident, the ideas soon flash into mind, but when we are in a slump, we get distressed.
Shiratsuchi: There was also a difference of views between the cooks’ side and the original creators’ side, so there were times when we thought, “We’ve made something really good!”, the original creators would say, “This won’t do!” (laughs). In regards to the menu, it is purely an insight race, so it made us happy when good flashes of inspiration took form and received approval.
——Anything from this menu that gave you an especially hard time?
Aizawa: As expected, that would be “Nene’s R•A•D•I•S•H Pot-au-Feu”, which we talked about earlier (laughs).
——Lastly, please leave a message for the readers.
Imanishi: New menu items will be added in the latter half, so I believe it has turned out as a café that people can enjoy no matter how many times they come. We want them to eat, drink and have fun. Also, the coasters that they can earn by ordering foods and drinks have wonderful designs, so I hope people will take them as a memory, by all means. I think you will definitely enjoy it, so please come over!
Aizawa: There are many attractive menu items, so do not forget your cameras!
——Thank you very much!

Comparing KO’s (OK KO) Character Arc to Cassandra’s (TTS)
Ok THIS^ actually bothers me and I really hope it’s a shit-post. Sorry, @astratic, but you have inadvertently signed up for some Character Analysis.
Let’s establish one critical difference between Cassandra and KO before we really dig into this shall we?
Cassandra is a fully developed, fully functional adult roughly in her early to mid twenties.
KO is a CHILD, who’s age is literally 6-11, though fans typically agree that he acts in the 8-9 range. Additionally, he is commonly head cannoned to be on the Autistic Scale and/or ADHD.
Because of this, their decisions and actions need to be seen through different lenses.
Point 1: work tirelessly to become a hero like [parent] who you idolize
KO:
This statement perfectly depicts KO’s goals. KO strives to be a hero in order to help people to the best of his abilities. He hates being useless and powerless to help his friends, so he trains to be a better hero and works through his struggles with their help. He lives to be like his mommy and his father-figure. I mean, look at him when Gar praises KO and tells him how proud he is of him.
Cassandra:
Cassandra’s goals are different. She wants to be a guard at the end of the day for glory. She wants people to see and acknowledge her abilities and strength and admire her for it.
Yes, making her dad proud is a benefit of that, but that is NOT her driving motivation.
Point 2: Become discourage by lack of progress and hindrance by social status
KO:
Social status was NEVER KO’s problem. His stalling in progress, as I mentioned in another post, was a mental block. He couldn’t tap into his power He came from lower middle, working class family with a single mom.
Cassandra:
Social Status was her problem, but only up until the 1st season finale where she was placed as Captain of the Guard.
She had regular progress in getting more time and respect as a royal guard. The fact that She CHOSE to leave that behind in order to follow her crush on some half-baked, unplanned road trip is only the fault of her own. She threw out the chance she had been waiting for for her entire life to follow Rapunzel.
And than was given numerous opportunities through out the trip to leave and pursue other goals.
Point 3. Be Mentally Ill
Okay, first OP, you could phrased that WAY better.
Secondly, the mental struggles our characters face are completely different and largely incomparable so to group the two is insulting to both characters.
KO:
Disassociative Identity Disorder (or multiple personality disorder)
Possible Undiagnosed Autism and or ADHD
KO develops Disassociative Identity Disorder, due to his frustration at lack of progress, the manipulation of Shadowy figure, and his bottling up of negative emotions. KO is mostly unaware of what happens when TKO is in charge and vice-versa. It took the two a long time to figure out how to work together and eventually merge back into one personality.
He also demonstrates some traits typically associated with Autism and ADHD, though some of those could be on account of his age. It is a common head cannon amongst fans that his either and sometimes both.
Cassandra:
Cassandra doesn’t have to deal with any mental illness until the season 3 finale where it can be gleamed that she’s working through depression if you squint at it.
Yes, there is the Blueberry Ghost, but she was never a result of Cass’ mental state so much as her being host to the Moon Stone.
Her struggles lie in reigning in her anger and her pride so that she can see problems from unbiased perspectives and apologize for her actions. And that is left still unresolved by the time the finale comes around.
Point 4. find out long lost parent is actually horrifically villainous and have a whole crisis about it.
Perhaps, we need a little reminder here before I dig into this one:
KO is a child figuring himself out and Cassandra is an adult figuring out what she wants in life.
KO:
KO had been struggling with his darker side for quite some time before he asked his Mom about who exactly his dad was.
This was something the show had demonstrated time after time that bothered KO, not knowing who his dad was.
So he finds out his dad was this big time hero, and gets reassurance from that fact that he comes from great heroes, so he too can be a hero. Only for that to be immediately tossed out the window when it’s revealed that the only person he hates in the entire world, the person he dubs as the truly evil villain, is actually his father.
His whole world is not only shook to its core, but his self-confidence as well. Laserblast was a great hero who turned villain; what does that mean for a hero-in-training whose already struggling with that darker side.
Praise Carol for not killing PV on the spot.
Additionally, PV didn’t actually know KO even existed until a few months before this incident, and wasn’t even sure if KO was his kid (KO does coincidentally share a lot of Physical attributes to Gar) until KO came busting in, wearing Laserblast’s helmet and bragging about how his dad was a great hero.
So when they attempted to have that father-son relationship, it was as awkward and strained as it should have been. (I’ll get to the OK KO Finale in just a minute)
Cassandra:
Cass could have cared less as to whom her real parents were. She had her dad. She had her goals. She had her job. Who her parents were and why they dumped her on the Captain was irrelevant to her life.
She didn’t care until Season 3, and that whole season was OOC for everybody,
Even then, it wasn’t so much as a crisis so much as an excuse to use to fight Rapunzel. It didn’t matter that Gothel was her mother, it mattered that Gothel picked the Sundrop over her. Which in all honesty was the best thing that could have happened to Cass.
Her “crisis” revolved around a dead woman’s shattered legacy more than her mother.
Point 5: Fall under the influence of said Villainous parental figure
KO TKO: (again, a CHILD)
TKO was used and manipulated into letting his darker side show by Professor Venomous/ Shadowy Figure, (this is my opinion), in order to actually have something they could relate to eachother on.
Yes, Shadowy Venomous saw TKO as more of his tool for power, but you can’t deny that he wasn’t motivated to have his son by his side.
Additionally, KO had at this point literally locked away a part of himself because he didn’t have the tools to deal TKO with this mentally or emotionally. So he responded the best way he could and pushed the problem down so he and others wouldn’t have to keep cleaning up TKO’s messes.
KO was in desperate need for someone to understand how he was and how to help him.
And guess who was there.
Cassandra: (again, an ADULT)
Cass was never led on by Gothel, she was led on by Zhan Tiri.
Cass was delusioned that the moonstone was hers by Zhan Tiri just as much as Rapunzel was delusioned into thinking stopping the moonstone was her destiny by Demanitus.
However, Zhan Tiri really didn’t make Cass do anything, she never pushed her past the breaking point, she never forced her to do anything.
Baked Ziti only prompted Cass, reminding her what she was angry at.
Cass was perfectly capable of ignoring her and doing her own thing.
Point 6: suddenly and dramatically betray everyone you love even as they plead with you to stop. Become convinced they all hate you except for [villainous parental figure] who is actually just manipulating you to gain power.
This point is actually a very good description of what happened to both, given different contexts. Again, remember that KO is a child who is significantly more easily influenced than Cass should have been.
(Note: again, Zhan Tiri’s not her Parental figure and neither was Gothel)
Point 7: ruin everything and destroy your home
KO TKO:
His destructive rampage was motivated by the betrayal of the one person he believed to understand and support him entirely. He was literally grabbed by the shirt, lifted in the air, told he was nothing more than a tool at best, and that the plan to conquest together had been a lie.
Wonder where I’ve seen THAT BEFORE?
(Sorry about the low photo Quality, I quickly search and screen shotted so)
(yes it’s this scene that made me think Mad Ben and TKO would get along)
Cassandra:
Which betrayal are we talking about? Because both involve trained guards rightfully attacking Cass for injuring the crown royalty and wrecking the castle.
Point 8/9: snap out of it at the last second and be horrified at what you've wrought/ the world is fixed by an incredible magic. Reconcile with your loved ones. Flourish
KO:
This is accurate.
But KO didn’t have to lose his power to see how bad he messed up. He was actually at the top of his game. He probably could have taken out the President of the Universe if he really wanted to. Instead he begged for everything to get fixed, and wished that EVERYONE (even Professor Venomous) could live their best lives.
Cassandra:
She was only repentent AFTER she lost her power. Even then, she does not apologize for her actions but rather the circumstances and ONLY to Rapunzel herself. She does not care that she caused a world catastrophe, and still wouldn’t have had she won.
With how it was executed, Cass did NOT deserve such an easy redemption. She should have had to work at it. She should have at least attempted to apologize to the people whose lives she ruined. To the people she’s hurt. Not just Rapunzel. Rapunzel has no right to forgive her in place of everyone else.
Eugene should not have to forgive her.
Varian should not have to forgive her.
The Brotherhood honestly deserves to fight her in combat.
She should not have been able to ride off into the sunset and avoid the consequences of her actions.
BUT I digress.
IN SUMMARY:
KO and Cass, while they share some similarities, do NOT have the same Character Arc. At all.
Sincerely,
TheAngryComet

Sakuya Sakuma SSR (Exciting Move-in Day)
Read full translation under the cut!
Story Title: “ The Shot of Nostalgic 5 ~ Spring Troupe~ “
⋆ ˚。⋆୨୧˚ PART 1˚୨୧⋆。˚ ⋆
Itaru: "Out of the shadow from the field of the grave this summer...." [1] Masumi: I don't understand what that means. Tsuzuru: It's a typo as usual. I mean, the other parts are still Japanese, right? Izumi: I'm back-- Masumi: Director, welcome back. Citron: Ohh! Masumi is so fast. Like a thunder speed. Tsuzuru: It's lightning speed. Izumi:: Umm... What's everyone looking at? Chikage: It's the troupe's blog before the renewal. Izumi: Before renewal? Sakuya: Yes! I was supposed to write a blog post this time too but I can't think of anything to write. Then, I remembered the old blog. Itaru: The blog itself is renewed but the old blog is still around so everyone decided to take a look. Look, here. Izumi: Wow, how nostalgic! Itaru-san originally set up the blog to promote RomiJuli, right? Itaru: That's right. There was a company homepage made by the manager before we launched the blog but the quality was so terrible. Tsuzuru: Ah, those flashing letters and rainbow logos... Citron: It was cracking all over! Tsuzuru: You mean, flickering. Masumi: It was so lame. Chikage: Was it that bad? Citron: The data is still around. We can check it. This one. Chikage: I see. The anachronism is impressive. Was it made 20 years ago? Itaru: Exactly. Though if you look at it now, I didn’t notice how retro it was before? On the other hand, it might have the potential to go viral… Masumi: Not likely to happen. Tsuzuru: When you compare it to the new site, the difference between before and after is too extreme. Izumi: It’s also a part of Mankai Company's site history. Itaru: Because the company’s site was like that, I created the troupe blog to serve as a little publicity. Chikage: You certainly can't grow page views with that site. Sakuya: Speaking of, the five of us took a photo and posted it on a blog, didn’t we? Izumi: Oh, there's that too. Tsuzuru. Indeed. Citron: I remember it too! Since we're already here, why don't we talk back the blog? Masumi: Not talk back, it’s backtrack. Sakuya: Ah, here it is! Chikage: The title is... "Spring Troupe Flagship Performance, During Practice". Citron: Here’s the photo of the five of us~ Itaru: Looking at it now, that's certainly it. Masumi: It is. Tsuzuru: It surely is. Sakuya: How should I put it? I can feel the awkwardness in the photo.. Citron: Our expressions are quite stiff. Chikage: Haha, you're right. Tsuzuru: We took this photo just for the purpose of posting it on the blog. Masumi: It looks terrible because of a certain someone's fault. Itaru: Because of someone? Chikage: You mean Chigasaki? Izumi: Ahaha..... Itaru: There was a reason for that, you know.
⋆ ˚。⋆୨୧˚ PART 2˚୨୧⋆。˚ ⋆
Itaru: Hmm... I already launched the blog but the PV isn't increasing at all.
Sakuya: PV is the number of page visitors, right? Tsuzuru: We released this blog for promotion but it’s meaningless no one’s batting an eye on it. Citron: Since we worked hard to make it, I want everyone to see it. Masumi: But how can we make them look at it? Izumi: Hmm… Increasing the number of visitors for the site and blog... Itaru: I know! Let's take a photo. Manager: A photo? Itaru: Yes, I have a charming face and Masumi is kinda good looking too. Masumi: I don't want to hear that from you. Sakuya: Citron-san is good looking too! Citron: Sakuya is cute! Tsuzuru: .... Manager: No one is mentioning Minagi-kun. Tsuzuru: No, you don’t have to. Masumi: He's plain. Citron: Tsuzuru is easy to get along with~! Itaru: Exactly. Tsuzuru: Don’t force it. Manager: Spring Troupe does have high beauty rate~ You know, there's this one beautiful person in the first generation too. Itaru: You mean, Yuzo-san? Manager: Yuzo-san is still the same as before. Though he was popular for being wild. Izumi : (I wonder what Yuzo-san was like when he was still part of the former Spring Troupe. I’m a little curious.) Anyways, let's take a photo and post it on the blog. Itaru: Strategy for increasing PV: Winning women's hearts by showing off the appeal of hardworking boys ! --- Chikage: So you took this photo with ulterior motives? Itaru: That time, we had no choice but to grasp at straws. Tsuzuru: And that was just the start of all the troubles. --- Masumi: We're taking photos in this place? Tsuzuru: Well, we're just taking photos so this should be fine. Manager: Let's start taking photos now. I will be your cameraman--- Itaru: Director-san, can you do it? I don't trust the manager's camera skills. Manager: Eh?! Don't say that. Citron: The images from the company site are all blurry! Manager: Eh~? Is that so? I uploaded the photos I took often and put them on the site. Izumi: Then, let me take it. Itaru: The position will be... Our leader, Sakuya , should be in the middle. Citron will be here, Masumi is here. Then Tsuzuru, move here. Sakuya: Yes! Tsuzuru: Here, right? Masumi: ... Tsuzuru: Don't just go close to the director on your own! Move over here. Citron: My spot is here! Izumi: I'll take it now. Say cheese~! ---*click Izumi: What do you think of this shot? Itaru: Hmm, it's a bit too bright. Izumi: Got it! I'll take another one. ---*click Itaru: Ah, this shot is as stiff as cardboard. Delete it. Izumi: Y-yes! One more time! ---*click
Itaru: Maybe it should be a little more like this? The next one-- Masumi: Annoying. Tsuzuru: Aren’t you being too nitpicky? Itaru: Hmm. We've tried various things but for some reason, none of them is satisfying. Izumi: It's difficult. Itaru: I got it. There's a sense of distance. Sakuya: Sense of distance? Itaru: There's a sense of distance between us so let's move closer together. Masumi, come over here. Masumi: How troublesome. Itaru: Just do it. Citron, move here. Citron: Okay ! Me and Sakuya, shoulder to shoulder. Itaru: Yes, Like that. Let's take another photo. ---*click Izumi: Well, that's the photo I took at that time. Tsuzuru: As a result, the photo looked a little awkward. Masumi: Itaru was really annoying. Itaru: The most important thing is that it was well received and we got good comments. Sakuya: The number of page views went up too, right? Citron: Yes! It was a great success! Chikage: However, it seems like the group photos haven't been updated since then. Itaru: Well, that's all of it. Chikage: I guess so.
⋆ ˚。⋆୨୧˚ PART 3˚୨୧⋆。˚ ⋆
Tsuzuru: This kind of talk makes me feel nostalgic.
Citron: It's one of my many memories! Izumi: Yeah, I remember lots of things that happened during those days.
Choice 1: “We used to know very little about each other” Izumi: When we all first joined the company, we only knew a little bit about each other. Sakuya: That's right. Tsuzuru: I was surprised when I found out that Itaru-san is a game-addict. Chikage: I didn't know anything about everyone at first. Masumi: He was pretending to be an eloquent salaryman at first. Itaru: Ah, how nostalgic. Tsuzuru: No, I don’t want to hear that from you. Citron: But now, we know a lot of things about everyone like Sakuya's favorite food, and music that Masumi loves!
Choice 2: “There were fewer people” Izumi: There were fewer people back then. Tsuzuru: You're right. Looking back, there were only the 5 members of Spring Troupe, the director, manager, and Kamekichi. Sakuya: When I think about it now, it feels strange. Chikage: I was not around yet at that time so it's hard to imagine. Masumi: There were no other people around when I was walking down the corridors. I couldn’t hear other people's voices either. Citron: But now, the number of people has increased and it has become very lively! When Chikage joined Spring Troupe, the sparkles powered up!
Sakuya: That's right! We haven't taken any new photos, right? I mean, the 6 of us. Citron: Ohh! That's great! Tsuzuru: Yeah, That's a good idea. Itaru: Spring Troupe's revenge photo? Masumi: I want to take another photo with you. Izumi: No, no, not my photo. We're talking about Spring Troupe's photo. Chikage: But we already have plenty of good photos with the six of us in it. Why would we take photos again? Sakuya: I thought that I wanted to take a more natural photo of us. That's why, I wanted to take advantage of this situation and take a photo right now. Of course, I won't post it on the blog. Chikage: Well, if you put it that way. At least we're not wearing school uniforms this time. Itaru: Retrieving Sakuya's birthday memories. Citron: Everyone wore school uniforms! It was fun! Izumi: Leave it up to the camera man. Let's move to the theater. Tsuzuru: Roger! Izumi: I'll leave the positions to Itaru-san this time. Itaru: 'Kay. Then, senpai should be in the middle-- Chikage: Why me? Itaru: You know, gathering around grandpa. Chikage: The hell. I think our leader, Sakuya, should be in the middle. Itaru: That's fine too. Sakuya, stand between Masumi and Citron..... Is it okay now? Izumi: Well then, I'll take it quickly. Sakuya: We're counting on you! Izumi: (Looking through the viewfinder, there are the 6 members of Spring Troupe.) (It's different from that time. They're snuggling up more naturally. Their expressions are softer too.) (It’s giving off a warm atmosphere, almost like a family photo.) Izumi: Hehe... Citron: Director, why are you laughing? Masumi: You are so cute as you smile like that while holding that camera. Izumi: No, it's nothing.
Say cheese!
NOTES:
1) The term used is "今夏い野講袁墓の幽冥ナブたい出...”. I’m not sure where they referenced this title. The kanji is all mixed up and I couldn’t get any context from it at all >////<

How to Work Out How Many Solar Panels You Need
If you are interested in the idea of using free, environmental friendly energy to power your household, and you want to have a solar panel array installed, one of the most basic requirements you need to keep track of is the number of solar panels that you need.
There are many factors that would determine just how many you would need to use, and how many you will actually be able to buy. Some of these include the results of your energy consumption target calculations (how much energy your household appliances and devices need in order to function properly), the budget you have at your disposal and the type of solar panel you are using.
Also, depending on whether you are considering the purchase of a high-tech solar array or you're thinking of building your own panels yourself out of cheaper materials, the prices may vary. Therefore, the number of solar panels you can put together in an array may be different, and their quality might also have to be assessed.
Calculating Energy Consumption
If you want to determine precisely how many solar panels you need, it is essential to measure the amount of energy that a solar panel can offer, and compare it with the value that you require. Considering that a normal household consumes about 8000 - 9000 kwh on a yearly basis, and the fact that a $300 solar panel of good quality can only provide about 100 - 200 watts of energy, the number of panels you need to power your entire home may be quite substantial.
Of course, depending on your needs, you might not always have to use up so much energy on a regular basis. Especially if you are an environmental enthusiast, and you know how to choose appliances that provide better functionality, while consuming less energy, you might actually be able to reduce that number to half, or even less.
Also, if you want to build your own solar panel, you might find that the manufacturing costs can Solar Panels effectively be reduced to under $200 for a standard 36 cell solar panel. Depending on the quality of your homemade solar array, you only need about 30 or 40 panels to provide enough power for your entire home.
This number may still be too large, but it can be reduced if you wish to use an additional type of energy, such as wind power. Solar Panels This can offer you more energy on cloudy and rainy days, when solar panels don't operate as well, and reduce the need for panels to half or even less.
Use caution, as different types of solar cells will provide a varying amount of energy. You can calculate the energy output easily, however: after you build your DIY solar panel, measure the current and voltage it produces, and multiply them to obtain the watt value. As a result, a small, 6 ampere solar panel that produces 12 volts, for instance, will offer about 72 watts.
Now, such a weak solar panel may not provide you with too much energy, but the good news is that there are many inexpensive panels on the market that can offer two or more times as much power, and you don't have to pay more than 300 to 400 dollars for one. A solar array made of 10 to 20 of these panels would, therefore, represent a viable option when it comes to powering a large number of low energy appliances or gadgets.
Different Solar Panel Types
The rate and efficiency with which solar cells are able to transform solar energy into electricity also plays a part in determining how many solar panels you will need.
In the case of panels using monocrystalline solar cells, for example, the amount of sunlight needed for generating a specific amount of energy is far less than in the case of thin film or polycrystalline cells.
In 2010, a company that produces high quality monocrystalline solar panels was able to break the world record for solar energy efficiency, producing solar cells that could transform more than 24 % of the sun's rays into usable electrical power.
Some researchers even consider that, in a few years, it may be possible to create monocrystalline solar cells that are able to go beyond the 30 % or even the 40 % mark, significantly increasing the efficiency rating of these types of solar cells, and that of solar energy in general.
A good example of the energy efficiency that these solar panels can offer would be that a solar panel using a total of 36 monocrystalline cells can generally produce around 100 to 130 watts. This practically means that if you want to get 1 kw (1000 watts), you will need about 10 of these panels. Depending on the quality and brand of the panel, pricing can range between $3000 and $5000 for this plan.
In contrast with these results, technologies using polycrystalline cells are barely able to get close to the 20 % limit today, while thin film based technologies hardly provide about 15 to 17 % efficiency.
These numbers may conclude the technological superiority of monocrystalline PV cells, but they do not prove that the best decision is to buy such panels. It's true that you will not need as many panels to reach a general output of about 1 to 3 kw in this case, but the problem is that the more monocrystalline solar panels you buy, the greater the price difference becomes.
You may also opt for less energy efficiency and a better pricing option in order to save money. In this regard, polycrystalline cells are far better, as they are not as weak as thin film-based technologies, and are somewhat less expensive than monocrystalline solar cells.
Budget Issues
Now, everyone is usually thinking about budget issues when it comes to buying or manufacturing a solar panel. DIY solar panels are obviously cheaper, however, the quality differences can be great, not to mention that you will need to put a lot of work into it, if you want your new panels to perform properly.
If you decide to buy a solar panel, on the other hand, you will already have all the numbers necessary regarding how many watts it produces, and how stable it is. By using some simple math, you can then calculate exactly how many of these devices you need in order to meet your energy target.
The main problem here is that there are many brands focusing on offering different types of solar panels based on a large number of different technologies. As a result, you may have a hard time choosing between them, and you will have to look around on numerous websites to find out what past buyers think about any particular product.
Most people would believe that about $3000 to $8000 would be enough for a viable solar panel array; however, the numbers might double depending on your needs and the technology you want to use. Fortunately, most manufacturers are already starting to develop better technologies that allow people to buy more efficient solar arrays at a considerably lower price.
You have to take all the options into account, however, and avoid clinging to some brands simply because they have a "catchier" marketing agenda. Ultimately, the numbers will show you everything you need to know, and you can make up your own mind regarding which types of panels you should buy, and how many of them you will need.

Alright um wow! i actually kept up with this! if you don’t know i started drawing as a new years resolution lol and um wow! here i am doing a year end review! also like?? the fact i started out with a few random colored pencils i found in my basement, a single pencil, and a single sheet of paper?? and that’s all i used for 2 and a half months??? aND now im using a whole ass drawing tablet??? it’s kinda wild lol Also from this point forwards i post higher quality versions of the art & go into details about the art so um yeah, it’s a *very* long post to end the year on
January 2020 um yeah i had only started drawing like 4 days before this and wow it fucking shows lmao (also all of my first drawings are just straight up scenes from Ghost & Pals PVs because wow froggy your so creative only drawing the things you watch on youtube lmfao)
February 2020 Okay but like,, yeah yeah i get i only had a month of experience and all of my experience happened on a single piece of paper but like?? why is this one so fucking bad?? lmao like i remember even at the time of making it i hated it lmao. Also super cool note this was my first drawing i did in full color! i later decided that it looked weird having only a bit of the paper colored so i went back and colored the whole thing because dumbass froggy is a dumbass
March 2020 omg woah is that more drawings of ghost & pals oc’s in the exact same pose as in the PV?? that’s like, so creative bro Also the fact that i very clearly remember thinking that his head was *way* too small to be realistic but i felt like the older art where there heads are literally wider then there whole ass body was fine??? hewwo??? froggy?? you good? like i know your kinda stupid but heWWO???
April 2020 Okay okay okay heres where things start to get interesting 1. I found a sketchbook and was no longer limited to that single piece of paper 2. I started editing my photos so i could actually get the colors i wanted 3. I started my tumblr uwu! 4. and i actually?? don’t hate this?? like yeah it’s still not creative in the slightest but it’s not *bad* and i kinda like that shade of red :flushed: May 2020 yeah no your not getting a high quality version of this So basically this was the month when i started moving over to digital art using my phone and wow was that rough getting used to (but also it was so much easier for me to do with my set up lmao) June 2020 Yeah i like to pretend this one doesn’t exist lmfao This was the month where i first started taking like?? proper reference photos for my art and i was actually starting to be creative with it and come up with my own ideas,, just,, all of my art from this month looks *exactly* like the reference photos except worse to the point where im not sure if i can even call it art lmfao
July 2020 To say this month of my life was a shitshow wouldn’t even begin to cover it lmao so um yeah, i drew that! also?? if i remember correct my mother stole the little art supplies i had just cause and that’s why this one isn’t in color or anything lmao
August 2020 I feel like it was around this point that my digital art actually started being *somewhat* good but i still wasn’t *super* happy with it
September 2020 This is literally the only thing i drew in september and it took all of like 10 mins lmao, I remember feeling just kinda burnt out and like i had no ideas by this point cause as we have figured out im *very* well known for being creative
October 2020 By this point it had been 3 months since i had done a full traditional drawing so i remember being like ummm i really should do *something* but not really actually liking this art lmao
November 2020 Feeling like i had wasted like the whole year drawing wise and feeling like i was capable of doing so much more i decided to try and do a full drawing everyday for this whole month and yeah! i fucking did that lmao, i feel like this was this month was the first time i ever really like, *understood* shading and how to use color ig? i also feel like i really kinda found out what i *actually* wanted to make this month so that’s very cool December 2020 You guys are gonna have to wait until these posts go up in january to see this art in high quality sorry not sorry Can i just?? can i just say how fucking good it felt to be able to make whatever i wanted without having to rush to finish it before midnight every day? and i really did just make what i wanted to meaning that this month i made more edgy shit then normal and just aghhh feels good man aLSO ALSO i got a drawing tablet mid way through this month so um yeah, still getting used to that lol overall im like, really actually kinda proud of how far my art has come within a year and i really don’t have any plans to stop soon! and lastly thank you to everyone who has followed me! (also shout out to like, all of you guys watching me from the begining because damn fan art does so much better then my oc art lmfao)
#my art#art#digital art#traditional art#thank you#my art through the year#keeping tags light on this cause i really put no effort into this post and im just gonna act like there are no typos#despite knowing there are probably at least 50 lmao#probably a typo in one of these tags lmfao

Hello!! It’s great to see someone else as obsessed with kalafina as I am lol ^^ I just want to know, where do you get the content and stuff? Like the gifs you put with some of your posts. And just other videos of just kalafina hanging out? (Pretty much is there a kalafina equivalent of bts’s bangtan bombs?) I’ve seen a few videos of the three of them looking for costumes in their early days and one of them celebrating Hikaru’s birthday in LA but that’s it.
(Sorry this is a little continuation) and even when I found those, I had to dig DEEP into YouTube. I also saw two behind the scenes videos of their mvs (fairytale and progressive) but they were in really bad quality and no English subs (I’m trying to learn Japanese). It seems like their fan base isn’t big enough to Where ppl translate stuff. Also on the making vids, they said they got the video form their website, so I dug into it but couldn’t find it? Sorry this was long lol
Hi there!
Haha, I am definitely a very obsessed fan, however, unlike most fans I am more on the quiet side so I am not particularly vocal about my obsession.
I get content by working hard and constantly researching. ᕦ(ò_óˇ) The hustle is REAL! I also know a couple of amazing people who continuously help me with stuff that I can’t get due to various reasons. I would say that ever since I became a fan I have been collecting their stuff religiously. Throughout the years my collection has grown immensely. I have also tried my best to find all the super old stuff.
I am sorry, I have no idea what you mean by “bts’s bangtan bombs”. Are you asking for a comprehensive collection of content? A Kalafina-hub so to speak?Unfortunately there is -currently- no such thing. Kalafina stuff is scattered all across the internet The fandom isn’t what it used to be and there are hardly any dedicated people left so yeah, translated stuff is hard to come by (at least when it comes to English translations - Chinese and Russian translations are a different story).
That’s not to say that Kalafina stuff is impossible to find. There is actuallly so much floating around on Youtube, Facebook, VK, Bilibili and canta per me. You just have to invest a bit of time to look for it. But it’s not really hidden away so you won’t have a hard time finding those things. It might sound strange but it’s in fact a very good time to be a Kalafina fan. Sony used to delete so much content back in the day but nowadays they don’t seem to care anymore.
Doing a bit of self-promotion here: I take a lot of pride in providing as much Kalafina content as possible. I always share everything on my blog and while I mostly focus on recent stuff, I also regularly post old and juicy content. On top of that I have started uploading content to Google Drive to offer it permanently to all of my fellow fans. In the past I didn’t have enough storage space but just a few weeks ago I upgraded so I would be able to provide more content. It’s a slow process though since I have a full-time job and it seems like these days I am spending all of my free-time replying to asks. XDAnyways, I am sure you can find a ton of amazing stuff by simply following me and browsing through my archive. Please give it a try!
As for the making-of videos you are talking about, I actually just recently got an ask related to that topic. The anon was wondering if I had any of the PV making-ofs.Not sure which videos exactly you watched (there are a lot of uploads for those making-ofs) but none of them have good quality so you will just have to deal with that. A lot of Kalafina content has never been available in good quality unfortunately. In almost all cases the original source does no longer exist. Some stuff was only ever available in Japan so fans had to depend on generous people willing to share that stuff. If that stuff happened to have low quality you just dealt with it, it’s better than having nothing at all. There is actually quite a bit of Kalafina content that has forever been lost because no one ripped it (e.g. that final SPICE Kalafina broadcast *forever sad*)
While not many Kalafina videos ever got translated, there DOES exist a subbed version for both the progressive as well as the fairytale making-of!! They are very easy to find.
