reading @arieslost newest logan fic (READ IT!!!) made me remember something that happened at my local target the other weekend.
so its last Saturday, so right after the Japanese GP and I'm in the soda aisle and I'm wearing one of my f1 jackets from pacsun (I have an addiction to their f1 merch... besides the point) and this target employee is looking at me so I just smile like I do anytime I make any uncomfortable eye contact... the dude then stops and asks me if I watch f1, and I'm like 'yeah....' he goes 'favorite team' and I go 'McLaren' .
And I'm worried I'm going to get one of these mf's that start asking all these questions or make a comment on how I only watch bc the drivers are hot
He proceeds to start talking about Oscar and how he thought Oscar and Logan were going to have a very similar rookie year and that he was surprised by Oscar's success
Now I am an 81 fan but I couldn't even say anything about it bc I right away jumped in to the australian gp and how it was unfair that Alex got Logan's car, didn't even get points and that Logan was driving the tractor and Alex still had his car for the Japanese GP.
My ass is defending a man who doesn't even know of my existence but I got so defensive and started saying shit like "well maybe if Williams showed faith in him and didn't give away his car.... yada yada"
all the meanwhile my poor mother is just watching like "wtf šŸ˜"
anyways stan logan sargeant. my american boy who can do no wrong
USA USA šŸ‡ŗšŸ‡øšŸ‡ŗšŸ‡øšŸ‡ŗšŸ‡øšŸ‡ŗšŸ‡øšŸ¦…šŸ¦…šŸ¦…šŸ¦…

Iā€™m shocked, but Iā€™m not surprised. šŸ™
I have no words when I read the verdict earlier today. And to be honest with you, this investigation has disappointed me on so many levels. I donā€™t have an issue with Red Bull winning all the time, nor the drivers. The only issue I have is definitely the team principal himself. (In order to avoid being cooked on social media I have decided not to say his name.) This is not the first time that we have seen him do this before. As a Formula 1 fan who has followed the sport since 2020, I knew something was odd (sus šŸ˜) with RB, especially with the team boss. He has said mean words about Nicholas Latifi after the 2021 finale, he has said mean words about Mercedes and Lewis Hamilton, and like Helmut Marko who said racist words about Sergio Perez, both of them will never get caught when it comes to politics in F1. This just shows the amount of racism and sexism as the major issue in RB. And donā€™t forget the issue when it comes to second drivers in comparison to Max.
But you know what the worst part about this is? Itā€™s the fact that the parent company from Austria will never let him go. They literally did this as a formality, and there could be a hint of blackmail, but I will not get into that either. But with the female employee showing 100 pages of evidence, and the company stating that there is zero evidence in this investigation, has definitely made my blood boil. This is an example of poor treatment by the team, especially for women working there. This is contrasting to Susie Wolff when the FIA decided to open an investigation against her for her position at F1 Academy (managing director) with ZERO evidence and then deciding to drop the investigation, and it really shows the disappointment I have for the FIA. Therefore, if you are a female RB supporter regardless of which driver you support, you know this is bad for the world of motorsport.
So I wanna send a message to all the women in motorsport, and to all the female F1 fans out there. The reason why I always say ā€˜Representation mattersā€™, is the mere fact that F1 is NOT a safe space for women. With Mercedes, they are trying their best to bring women in the workplace, but when it comes to RB, itā€™s always a disaster. Even when the team boss is caught, they donā€™t care. They just let it go, which is really disappointing even when working with the FIA. I hope and pray that the female employee is alright at the moment, and is supported by her family and female fans around the world. Please just remember to not ask for the name of the employee due to privacy. We all have private lives for a reason. I also hope that she can appeal this and drag this whole investigation to court.
So one important thing here is this: REPRESENTATION MATTERS!!!! And I will not stop posting female drivers when it comes to motorsport or F1 in general. I hope that this investigation is a HUGE wake up call to F1 that women in motorsport is happening now and more than ever. This is the reason why Iā€™ll never stop supporting Mercedes and I want to applaud them for all the hard work and dedication in bringing diversity to motorsport. I hope that they keep this going, and especially for Lewis Hamilton to bring it to Ferrari.
Lastly, to all the women and F1 girls who are reading this and have followed the investigation, you are not alone. This has been a very difficult time for us in the sport, and no matter what happens this season, we are in this together till the very end. Thank you so much for all the support so far, and just remember:
You are not alone, and representation matters! āœØ
Take care! šŸ˜Š

13 Habits of disengaged employees (fix employee disengagement forever!)
In other words, only about one in five workers are psychologically committed to their jobs and likely to contribute positively to their organizations. The bulk of employees worldwide ā€“ 80% ā€“ are ā€œnot engaged,ā€ that is, they are not self-motivated and are highly unlikely to innovate at work.
And 24% are ā€œactively disengaged,ā€ indicating they are unhappy and unproductive at work and liable to spread negativity to co-workers.
What is Employee Disengagement?
We all do our jobs. But some love doing their jobs. The reasons can be plentyā€• your job brings you a sense of self-satisfaction, you enjoy the power to make impactful decisions for your company, or you relish the appreciation that comes with a job well done. Whatever the reason, there is a motivation beyond compensation.
Disengaged employees are workers who lack this extra motivation. Employee disengagement can quickly become a rot in the company culture. It can be infectious and cause serious harm to the overall organizationā€™s growth and performance outcomes.
Now letā€™s see some employee disengagement warning signs and symptoms.
13 Alarming Signs of Disengaged Employees
It is essential to detect the early signs of disengagement so that the leadership can reverse it before itā€™s too late. When your team starts showing up on any of these ten habits, itā€™s time to be alert!
Repeatedly missed deadlines and work quality below their usually high standards.
Silence or lack of interest and participation in engaging post-work activities such as a gaming session or movie night
Dismissive behavior such as nay-saying to new ideas and innovations that might be potentially rewarding for the company
Increase in absenteeism and making up excuses (so when that teammate is down with too many ā€œcoldsā€ in a month, itā€™s time to get them a serious check-up šŸ˜)
Suddenly becoming a ā€œYesā€ person instead of adding feedback or suggestions.
Ready to toss away learning & growth opportunities
Hardly ever asks questions or has work-related queries.
Unwilling to help other team members or help train new joiners
Gossiping about high-performing employees
Constantly irritable with feedback and at the news of new projects or work revisions
High attrition rate within the team or organization
Adapting to wrong-doing or status quo. Having no interest in reporting issues
Mocking the companyā€™s vision and not sharing the companyā€™s values

How Can Disengaged Employees Cost You?
Employee disengagement can be quite a blow to any business. According to a recent study, disengaged employees can make you lose up to 34% of their salary in revenue.
Thatā€™s not all.
A teammate with below-par performance can negatively impact your goodwill in the market, customer confidence, and much more. Letā€™s see some common burns that organizations bear due to lack of employee engagement.
Loss in productivity
Perhaps the primary area that you should be looking at when trying to figure out the cost of employee disengagement is the fall in productivity that adds to your expenses. With missed deadlines, poor quality of work, lack of enthusiasm, and engagement, you are more likely to lose out on important clients and projects!
For example, if there are frequent complaints by customers about your service, itā€™s time to buckle up and see what your team is up to!
Difficulty in recruiting new talent
Mmm, it goes without saying.
Would you like to join a company that is lagging in revenue generation, has low customer satisfaction, and has poor quality service with employees who are too worked up all the time (we all do our research before applying somewhere)?
Often a significant cause of employee disengagement is the companyā€™s weak internal communication & workplace collaboration. Getting projects assigned at the eleventh hour, repeated changes in work plan, and confusion about authority and end ownership may lead employees into frustration and the word about your poor workplace management spreads like a wildfire.
Suggested article:Ā Some useful tools to fix internal communication pain points
Lack of innovation
Do you recall how Nokia got wiped out of the market when a one-time bitten godā€™s (aka consumerā€™s) favorite apple rolled out in 2007? Well, was it because the company failed in coming up with a mere touchscreen that you and I would love to swipe through?
Nah! It was the lack of innovation on an optimized software that promised the best user experience, which Apple was quick to grasp and offer.
It makes me wonder, would a group of highly-motivated employees ever remain idle if they saw their ship going down?
Culture
Disengagement can have a massive impact on your company culture if not addressed timely. If an employee is uninterested at work or continuously stressed, it can bring down the entire teamā€™s energy.
New joiners can also catch this vibe and quickly become unenthusiastic.
Lower earnings per share and turnover
Ding! Goes the closing bell indicating itā€™s time your share revenue for the day is over.
And per Forbes, engaged employees can shoot this up to 2X more than companies with employees who are not delivering their best! If this correlation wasnā€™t enough, then let me tell you, McLean & Company found that disengaged employees can cost you up to $3400 earned for every $10,000 rated annually
So, if youā€™re earning $1,000,000, you be losing $340000 just because someone from your team isnā€™t able to deliver (and, yup, it might not even be their fault completely, so make sure to get them to feel comfortable and open up!)
Want to Avoid Employee Disengagement? Focus on ā€˜COMETā€™
No, Iā€™m not talking about the once-in-56 years burning asteroid to swoosh past your neighborhood, but the ā€˜C-O-M-E-Tā€™, which, when incorporated into your business, can make it skyrocket!
C= Communication
O= Objectivity
M= Motivation
E= Engagement
T= Training
Communication
The first and most crucial step is to keep your lines of communication open and transparent.
Companies where employees are better able to voice their opinions tend to have a much higher engagement rate than those that cannot.Ā Effective internal communicationĀ is indispensable for engaging employees with your company culture.
Quick Tip: Communication holds its efficacy only when you don't go overboard with it. Perfecting lines of communication means keeping them compact and crisp yet fixing the pain points. Corporate communication can be given a new dimension when displayed via a LED screen that is accessible to all, aka via the use of digital signage. Find out moreĀ here.
Objectivity
Unbiased. Unbowed. Impartial.
The ā€˜UUIā€™ principle of leadership helps companies garner maximum employee engagement and motivate them to give their best! Businesses with clearly defined objectives tend to have more influx of fresh talent and are likely to retain their confidence.
Motivation
Your employees look forward to that push that can make their day! Be it displaying their name on the digital wall of fame, a flexible work schedule, or the weekend getaway you planned for the entire team, motivating factors such as these plays a crucial role in keeping your employees engaged.
Also Read:Ā Employee recognition & reward ideas for every budget & all kinds of teams
Engagement
The core of what we have been talking about so far! And if you ask me, the best way to engage your workforce, especiallyĀ if you have millennials onboard, is to show them the result of their hard work.
Gone are the days when employees came to work just for the sake of it. They are equally eager and track how their work adds value to the company and, importantly, what their performance is compared to their peers!
Showing variousĀ KPI dashboardsĀ on wall-mount displays, client reviews & feedback, quarterly assessments of growth, and sales management are some ways your workers will remain engaged and deliver their best.
Training
Last but certainly not least, workforce training plays a significant role in employee engagement- throughĀ microlearning, webinars, on-demand accessible learning materials on the company intranets, or full-fledged classroom training sessions.
Parting words
Employee engagement is paramount if you want to become a brand rather than remain a business. To keep your customers and clients happy and deliver what they look forward to, your employees must understand your vision and consider it their own. And for that, an innovative culture that allows them to explore, collaborate, communicate and have the liberty to express ideas is required. At the end of the day, it is always teamwork that makes the dream work!

can you pls write hcs for yan withered foxy? istg hes so underrated;-;;
Your right dear reader! It's strange how unpopular Withered Foxy is compared to his variants. Well, that is if you remove all the fan-made comics with Withered Foxy as a protagonist (ć£Ā“Ļ‰ļ½€c) Either way, I think it's because a ton of people see the original characters to be the same as the withered but broken and traumatized āŠ™ļøæāŠ™ I personally see them as different entities tho. Anyways thank you for requesting lovely reader!! \(ā™”Ā“ą±Ŗ<ā™”)/
Tumblr media Tumblr media
ā¤ Years of loneliness and neglect have left Withered Foxy in total disarray. He canā€™t remember the last time he left the dark, dusty service room. He could always roam around, but whatā€™s the point when there is nothing out there for him? Normally, heā€™d recline and reminisce about his short time on stage, but lately, it's been harder with how restless he has grown. That is until he hears two employees talking beyond the door. Something about a new guard being hired?Ā
ā¤ Like every other Foxy, he appears reserved. Your first couple of nights will be him stalking you from the shadows of the hall. As he observes, he likes to fill in the gaps about what you could be like. You smile at a drawing a kid has made of him. Do you have a soft spot for children? Or maybe you're a fan of his? Either way, the more he watches it fills his head with delusions. Ones where maybeā€¦ you were meant to be his.
ā¤ Only when given an opportunity will Withered Foxy start talking to you. Heā€™ll inquire about you; ask you who you are, why you chose this job, and such. Oh, how sweet you are to him. So patient even though you were alarmed by his presence. Youā€™re so amusing to him; perhaps he should look after you more. After all, there are things worse than him in this pizzeria. Heā€™ll make it his duty to visit you every single night.
This man has two sides to him:Ā
ā¤ Very weary. He doesn't feel the motivation to do anything besides seeing you. Heā€™ll shuffle his way to your office and talk about anything on his mind. Even if you donā€™t talk back, the thought of you listening to his ramblings about the good olā€™ days comforts him greatly. If you're interested, heā€™ll even recite his classic pirate stories. He's very hesitant when he realises he's talked for too long, regardless of how much you assure him that you enjoy listening to him. Heā€™s mindful of his off-putting appearance, so unless given permission, he won't come any closer. To show him you are not afraid, you can reach out to him. Beware as this can unlock some unwanted clinginess.Ā
ā¤ The other is frantic. Impulse drives him to become more animalistic. When the only thing pledging his mind is you, what else do you expect from him? Instead of his casual greeting, he hides in the dark, ranting about you belonging to him only. Before you can process, he's already launched himself onto you. He grips you with every ounce of strength to make sure you don't leave him again. He holds you tightly until you bruise, and if that doesn't stop you from struggling, heā€™ll mark you instead. The last thing on his mind is the agony you feel. Only to be with you, no matter the cost. What's worse is the way he ā€œcompliments'' and patronizes your helplessness. He goes on about how beautiful the color red is on you. How, if this were anyone else, you would have been killed in seconds. Of course, he could never because he loves you~. The Flashlight is your only hope of getting you out of this madness.
ā¤ Once he resets, it takes a second for panic to set in. The poor fox does anything he can to make up for whatever heā€™s done. He doesn't know what he's supposed to bring, so he's breaking the first aid cabinet and rushing everything he finds to you. With all the overwhelming emotions you give him, he canā€™t control his mood shifts. He doesnā€™t want to wound you; yet, he doesn't want to leave your side either.Ā Ā
ā€œYou know yur olā€™ Foxy adore ye too much to hurt his treasure~ā€ šŸ„°
ā€œThis is your fifth time biting meā€ šŸ˜
ā¤ Withered foxy is both possessive and jealous. The mere thought of you seeing someone else sends him into panic mode. Anyone he deems to be getting too close heā€™ll maul into pieces. Even his withered friends are not safe from his scowls whenever they get too buddy-buddy. He wasn't the first animatronic to greet you, but you gave him your heart when you welcomed him with that beautiful smile of yours. To him, thatā€™s the equivalent of marriage.Ā
ā¤ The only other animatronics he trusts to leave you with is Balloon Boy and JJ. Withered Foxy resents the Toys with a passion. Despite this, he still has a soft spot for BB, as he cannot bring himself to hate children, and they make a good team. Same for JJ except he empathizes with her being left behind. They sometimes follow Withered Foxy whether he wants them to or not. On rare occasions, he leaves BB or JJ in charge of watching you when heā€™s away. If you're good with children you could use this opportunity to your advantage.Ā
ā¤ His paranoia always gets the best of him. Heā€™s the type to have a dream about you cheating on him and get angry at you for it. Heaven forbid he finds someone showing any type of romantic gesture too. He will gut them until they are nothing but mush in front of you. He wonā€™t beg or talk you into staying. Heā€™s dragging you into the parts and service to trap you in a suit. If he doesn't, regardless, youā€™ll still be stuck in the parts and service room. Resisting or begging wonā€™t help much with him thinking you don't know any better. Maybe you would've been better off being killed in a suit.
ā€œIf there be one thing a pirate never shares between his crew it be his treasure! And you, me jewel, shall be with me forever~ ā€

Obey Me! Bro's As: Retail Workers:
A/N: In the process of writing this, i kept thinking my tumblr was glitching because it wasn't saving to my drafts on this account. Turns out i was on my alt the entire time and didn't notice šŸ™ƒ
Tumblr media
_____________________________________________
Lucifer:
Lucifer can go one of two ways in my opinion
He's either extremely nice to people, or openly frustrated
I would be too if i had to put up with half the things retail workers have to on a daily basis šŸ™„
He's also the type to scan things extra fast when he sees a child without their parents in line bc they went to get something they forgot
That poor child.
He's staring right into their eyes as well, and the kid starts to feel like holes are being burned into their forehead
Mammon:
He has no idea what he's doing.
Constantly calls one of his co-workers over to his register because he doesn't know how to work the system
This is what you get for not paying attention to your mentor, buddy-boyā€¼ļø
He also ends up scanning the same item multiple times because he's distracted and then gets mad at the customer when they try to let him know
Eventually gets fired for pocketing money
Dumb mf šŸ˜
Levi:
He's very awkward in a lot of cases
Unless he notices someone buying something anime/manga themed
Or if he's scanning things for an older person
Levi has a soft spot for old people and i will die on this hill
Anyway, he would end up asking the customer about said anime item and possibly end up spoiling the entire show for them
Outside of that, I feel like he would get shaky hands and end up dropping multiple items
Bonus points if it's a glass jar
Satan:
Like Lucifer, he can go one of two ways
He's usually more on the frustrated side, though
He is the avatar of wrath, after all
Especially when there's a toddler in line and they keep grabbing random things-
Or that one baby that decides a grocery store is the ultimate location for a screaming fit
I feel like he would end up quitting once those things happen a little to frequently
Someone give this demon a break at the very least šŸ„²
Asmo:
He's overall very pleasant to everyone
Always makes sure to ask if they had trouble finding anything or how their day was going so far
He seems to be able to calm the children throwing tantrums down pretty easily too, which is always a bonus for the parents
He would also flirt with customers quite frequently, which gets him in trouble sometimes
For example, he didn't realize that this one person was married once until their partner came back and turned out to be one of those muscular people that could absolutely beat him to a pulp
He was scared out of his mind but they were--thankfully--willing to let him explain
Gets voted employee of the month often as well since he's just so great at his job šŸ¤“
Beel:
Diavolo forbid he gets hungry on the job
It's pretty much inevitable but still
He once accidentally started to eat a customer's cereal but realized a bit too late
Almost got fired bc of that šŸ˜•
That's why his co-workers always try to make sure he has something to eat at pretty much all times
Other than that he's kind to just about everyone, with the exception of those people who are jerks for no reason
He's pretty well liked by his co-workers as well, which is always a good thing
Belphie:
He's that one cashier that you can tell doesn't care and makes sure you're aware of it
Constant yawning
Sometimes he'll be half asleep and ends up pulling a Mammon and scanning the same thing 10 times, much to the customer's dismay
Only difference is that he doesn't get mad when they point it out
Other than that, he's relatively easy to work with since he doesn't really have the energy to argue with people
That doesn't mean he would let rude customer's off the hook, though
