Uncomfortable Headcanons based on The Magnust Archives  (Accepting)

Dean doesn't care much for religion. He has vague memories of his mom telling him angels were watching over him, but he's pretty sure that's a crock of shit. Any prayers he ever sent out into the universe went unanswered, and so he just knew no one was out there.

Prior to the end of season 3, he had a little faith remaining, the hope that there was some higher power out there, maybe even fate, watching over people and making sure he and Sam and other hunters could look out for humanity properly.

Except he died and went to Hell, and got pulled out of perdition by an angel. Kinda forces you to re-evaluate your opinions on divinity, but it hasn't changed anything about his opinion on religion.

There might be gods and angels, but they're not looking out for humanity, and he sees very little point in paying attention to someone who considers him little more than a bug on the wall.

As far as he's concerned, humans are on their own and have been for a long time, but he won't begrudge someone's faith. He's not going to ruin their worldview because he knows the truth.

As careful as the scientists of Aether Paradise are, it is a hidden fact that at times there would be causalities. Quite often a trip to Ultra Space meant that something or someone wouldn't survive. Lynn has been mostly lucky in this regard, though she has had some near death experiences. However, her shoddy memory prevents her from remembering the details.

Her family kept their labwork under wraps. How could they just admit they coerced their young daughter into performing autopsies all for the sake of carrying on their intelligence through lineage? Most of what was experimented and studied on was a variety of ultra beasts. But every now and then a Pokemon plucked from one of the other dimensions would end up on that so called operating table.

Since she's left the Aether labs she has not come across another corpse of any kind. At least not yet. As for her parents, their current whereabout are unknown. If they have survived they are likely in hiding somewhere due to the nature of their crimes.

I mean thinking on the Mag 9 statement more, the implication was that if Gertrude hadn’t died the way she did, there were like, two dozen other avatars or manifestations waiting to jump her, possibly that day, each with a fittingly ironic and horrific torment and death prepared for her, all of whom had to slink away in shame after the entity that got her just went “gun”
