Jujur, terlalu banyak kebohongan dalam kasus uni ini. Aink dan @jagungrebus Uda pusing mengurai mana informasi yang bener mana yang tipu.

Tadi siang, pasangan detektif Tumblr berangkat menuju dua lokasi, yaitu lokasi kontrakan terakhir uni yang di Cikadut dan klinik yang katanya suami uni pernah kerja disana tahun 2019.

Tapi keluarga uni ga ketemu.

Ternyata, mereka Uda pindah sejak tiga bulan yang lalu, dari cikadut ke Cileunyi. Makin jauh lagi dari pusat kota. Bukan karena mereka takut dikejar, tapi emang Uda ga sanggup bayar kontrakan yang di Cikadut.

Meski ga ketemu uni, pasangan Tumblr pulang dengan bawa no.hp suaminya uni yang didapat dari ponakan pemilik kontrakan lamanya.

Setelah dapet no hp suaminya, langsung aink follow up. Setelah dhuhur aink coba kontak, beberapa kali di telpon ga diangkat, di wa ga di bales. Setelah ashar baru ada jawaban.

Suaminya uni bilang ga bisa ditelpon karena speaker hpnya rusak. Jadi obrolan lanjut via chat.

Aini simpulkan secara singkat kesaksian dari suami uni.

Suaminya baru tahu soal penggalangan dana sedekah sekitar 3 hari yang lalu. Itu pun karena uni tiba tiba minta ganti no hp. Setelah minta ganti nomor, uni cerita ke suaminya.

Jadi, cerita bahwa uni dan keluarga suaminya dari dulu bantu anak asuh dan lain sebagainya tuh bohong yah. Clear. Suaminya bersaksi kalo dia beru tahu kemarin.

Dia cuma tahu kalo emang ada yang nitip sedekah berupa baju dan beragam barang, plus uang dan emang uni suka berbagi sama orang ga mampu di sekitarnya.

Nah, yang jadi masalah adalah ternyata uni memakai sebagian uang sedekah untuk kepentingan pribadi tanpa izin. Betul, menurut suaminya nama2 yang dipakai uni buat minta sedekah memang ada. Tapi ketik aink bilang kalo uni menggalang dana sejak 2017 dia juga kaget. Uni kemarin cerita, kalo usaha ngumpulin sedekah mulai dari 2020 sejak kehamilan anak nya.

Menggalang dana secara terus menerus atas nama pribadi, tanpa ijin dan transparansi dana aja Uda salah. Apalagi kalo sengaja ambil bagian dari sedekah tanpa ijin donatur.

Ini salah besar.

Betul kata mas miring dalam postingannya kemaren. Orang yang biasa hidup susah ketika buka penggalangan donasi bisa keenakan. Terlena sama uang yang terus menerus masuk tanpa harus kerja.

Ini mungkin yang bikin uni gerilya narik sedekah lewat postingannya, lewat DM nya. Bahkan ke orang yang dia sebetulnya ga kenal. Enak banget dapet duit tanpa kerja, yang penting sebagian dibagiin lagi.

Ini Uda salah banget. Bisa aja jadi benar kalo sejak awal uni transparan, bilang ke donatur bakal ambil sekian persen buat diri sendiri. Tapi kan enggak? Ampe sekarang yang tau berapa banyak uang sedekah yang uni makan cuma uni dan Allah yang tahu. Bahkan suaminya pun angkat tangan

Suami uni kerja ngojek. Data ini didukung kesaksian tetangga uni di Cikadut yang bilang kalo suaminya emang suka pulang malam. Pas istri aink cek di getcontact pun emang terlihat kalo nomor suami uni disave sebagai driver.

Dia mengaku ikut bertanggungjawab soal kesalahan uni. Dengan dia posisi sebagai suami tapi ga tau menahu soal kegiatan istri di belakangnya, dia ikut bersalah.

Dia janji ga bakal ngilang dan siap bertanggungjawab. Soal duit sih aink yakin ga bisa balik, sorry to say. Suami uni bilang emang kondisi finansial keluarganya buruk, pindah kontrakan pun karena emang nyari yang lebih murah.

Aink pribadi bakal nganggap ini selesai kalo uni Uda minta maaf dan terbuka lagi buat berkomunikasi. Buat teman-teman yang juga ngerasa dirugiin sama uni, aink siap jadi penghubung antara kalian dengan suaminya.

Kalian mau ikhlas terserah, mau perhitungan uang juga terserah, gimana nyamannya kalian. Siapin aja bukti chat sama bukti trf yang Uda kalian kasih. Silahkan meminta pertanggungjawaban keluarga uni.

Buat ke depannya moga ga ada kejadian kayak gini lagi dan sebaiknya polemik rumahati ga usah diperpanjang lagi.

barbatos headcanons sfw or nsfw? totally fine if not <3 i love anything you write for barbatos <3

Ohhhh man, so many headcanons considering how much space he takes up in my brain. Most of it centers around relationships and, by proxy, NSFW stuff. It ties into what I recall of canon material, but take it with a grain of salt since I haven't finished the OG game yet (I'm on lesson 42 right now). I'm just going to put SOME of them since I have so many. Also, some of these will probably sound more like character analysis than headcanons.

WARNING: MINORS AND AGELSS BLOGS DNI; THIS POST CONTAINS 18+ CONTENT. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT FOLLOW ME!

My Humble Barbatos Thoughts:

General stuff (SFW):

He smells like warm bread and spices due to all the baking/cooking he does and the tea he grows and brews.

When Asmo painted his and Diavolo's nails to match the brothers (per Diavolo's request), Barbatos let Diavolo choose his nail color for him.

His biggest worry is the mistakes of his past coming back to haunt him by inadvertently impacting Diavolo's reputation by association. If Barbatos's past sins became public knowledge, he would worry about how the Devildom might view him and how that would impact Diavolo.

Because of how incredibly old he is, and the way he seemed to come into Sol's life when he was a teenager (if I recall correctly?), and came into Diavolo's life when he was also young, I see his relationships with them as almost parental/guardian (at least initially).

Which means he probably doesn't really have any truly balanced/equal relationships with those around him, which can cause him to be somewhat isolated. He's there for others, but he's not very willing to let others reciprocate. He believes he needs to handle all of his troubles/worries on his own.

I can see his dynamic with Diavolo evolving into a more equal/balanced friendship over time, the parental/guardian dynamic falling away as he let's go of his protective role. I think this has already happened with Sol, since they seem more friends/equals than father/son (e.g., he allows Sol to have power over him not just in pact, but also with his grimoire); Diavolo is harder because Barbatos still sees the young prince as his responsibility (plus Dia is always trying to sneak out like a teenager 😂).

Barbatos has a LOT of talents and interests; he may be very proper and well-mannered, but he's been around for a LONG time. Canon things we've learned about him so far: he likes heavy metal music, he likes classical music, he is great at ice skating, fangol, and chess; he kills it at cross-dressing and dancing... he's a very diverse individual which tells me he did and tried probably literally everything when he was younger.

He's 10/10 middle-aged adult energy now. He's done everything, experimented with all the things, and now he just wants stability. He's still got some spunk to him and will engage in fun activities (especially for the sake of others), but if he had his way, I think he'd want to relax with his tea, his gardens, and his walks under the stars.

Relationship/Intimacy (including NSFW):

He had plenty of lovers earlier on in his life, but he didn't exactly have a lot of emotional intimacy. He's always been the oldest demon, and when he was younger, that simple fact made him arrogant and he saw himself as always being above others. It drove an invisible wedge between himself and those around him.

He's a greed demon, so I imagine that in the beginning he was more emotionally charged and selfishly motivated.

He has literally tried every kink under the sun moon. Young Barbatos was kinkier, hornier, meaner (due to his arrogance), and likely was not a very healthy individual to engage in relations with. Probably had lots of red flags. Was very free-spirited (our boy was hopping timelines will-nilly);

Young Barb had fuckboi energy, but in a quiet, intelligent sort of way (if that makes sense). He was hard to resist, yet very much untouchable.

As time passed, he mellowed out but also became more reserved. This made emotional intimacy even harder, and sexual escapades grew boring after a while.

Young Barbatos certainly got around, but he only truly fell in love once. But he had to leave that person behind when he made the decision to go back and fix his mistakes. He still thinks about them to this day.

In the past, when he saw the consequences of his recklessness and how it had impacted those he cared about (Dia, Sol) he had a change of heart and devoted himself to fixing his mistakes and to be in service of others before himself.

It may seem endearing and like excellent character growth; which it is, to a point. But it's also reactionary to the harm he caused. Barbatos sees his passions and desires as something toxic, something negative. As such, he sees them as being something that needs to be bottled up and controlled at all times.

Which makes it so much harder to fall in love, and when he does fall in love, it will scare him, because he feels that pull of selfishness, of wanting purely for the sake of wanting it. He has yet to figure out how to find balance within himself (i.e., trust himself), to allow himself to want without letting it consume him, and to give without self-deprivation.

Monogamous or poly? I could see it going either way, although I see him leaning more towards monogamous. It's the greed and also how he isolates himself; letting in one person would be hard, letting in more than one, especially to the same extent, would be nearly impossible. He's a VERY private person.

But poly can also work as long as its established that the relationship is exclusive between him and his partners (no open relationships/flings with outsiders). Poly might also be nice for him in that he can take comfort in knowing that his partners are there for each other when his work keeps him away from them (i.e., he'd hate for his monogamous partner to be alone all the time).

Either way, mono or poly, Barbatos does not like to share. It's the greed in him. They're his, and no one else's.

Barbatos would be very VERY resistant to entering a relationship in the present time mainly because he's dedicated himself to Diavolo. He knows his partner would not be able to be his top priority no matter how much he loves them, and not many people would be okay with that.

Barbatos used to be very sexually promiscuous in his younger years, but now he's completely closed off simply because has a reputation to protect for Diavolo. He doesn't want any jilted lovers/ex-lovers to try to cause trouble for the Prince of the Devildom simply to get back at Barbatos. Also, the man has no time for shenanigans.

If someone does manage to worm their way into his heart, it would be very slowly, over many years without him noticing until he suddenly realizes one day that he'd be lost without them. It'd be jarring for him, to say the least.

Barbatos is canonically VERY romantic. He's a giver, and his love language is acts of service. That includes not only errands/duties/chores/meals/dates, but also physical acts of service (massages, orgasms, etc.).

Loves LOVES to give oral. He loves making his lover(s) putty in his hands (think service dom).

Lots of kissing. So so much kissing. He's gonna worship every inch with his mouth and tongue.

Definitely does have a kinky side, but it only comes out to play with someone he really REALLY trusts.

He'd be down for nearly everything. I've seen 3 other ppl here on Tumblr do a magical Girl AU for the Batfam. I wanna jump on that bandwagon, too.

But I don't wanna copy someone else outright, so I'm still working on the designs. ( I am thinking of going hard light/hologram with adjustable tangibility for the details that would make movements easier, but we still got ruffs and bows. Possibly shoes with transformer heals using the same holo hard light so they can be falts and heals.) But I do know what weapons I wanna give them. (I also am thinking on making like the weapons kinda like in Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha. So magic tech-like. So we can get the moment where Bruce believes it's Tech when it's the thing he really doesn't like cuz he doesn't get Magic rules. ) However, regarding the story in all the clutter. Dick finds a music box hidden on the manner grounds. (buried? in dusty attic? Somewhere he shouldn't have been going?) It has little robins on it. It Has a false bottom, and out of it drops a bracelet with a peculiar picture charm bracelet with R image with a gem detail. Dick puts it on out of curiosity. Little does he know he is now magical girl cursed. It only comes to a head once he tries to become a hero and says no, in this universe, not letting Dick join him. Dick tries to join anyway by following. Bruce gets in a tight spot and really could use the backup. Dick tries to jump in, but the moment he decides to help, boom, "magical girl." I said it was a curse, so he looks like one, not only clothing-wise but physically, too. (curse only applies when being a hero; think starlights from Sailor Moon) So now Dick is out there pummeling villains with magic flags. (he has yet to unlock alt and lethal modes, got to have power-ups you know) Bruce is thankful for the help, but, it's Bruce. He tries to find out who Dick is; Dick Says, Call me Robin (Dick should be his lucky star. The curse comes with a magic girl veil of obscurity, meaning even if you should know who they are, magic makes you unable to connect the dots.) Here, the cat-and-mouse game starts and continues. Cuz one by one, the kids go snooping and get cursed. Robin recognizes Robin. So when Babs and Dick realize the other is cursed. There was a lot of back-and-forth. Based on the gem color of their costumes, they settled on both being Robins. So Dick has a blue gem on his, so he's Robin Sapphire / Robin "Saf"/ RS. Babs is Robin Jasper/ Robin Jazz / RJ, and her gem is Orange. And going down the line, it's the same story. Jay is Robin Ruby/ Robin Rue/RR. The course of your life altered within the laps of that one phone call and the days that followed. Liza's funeral was arranged quite quickly, mostly because your parents couldn't bare the suspense of it. They wanted it over with as soon as possible.

Ruben was with you through it all, but eventually his profession forced him away even though the last thing he wanted to do was to leave your side. However, you couldn't bare to travel back with him to Manchester when there were two people that needed you now more than ever.

"How about your toys, don't you want to bring all of your toys to grandma and grandpa's?

"No." Vale sat on the bed of his semi empty bedroom, his feet dangling off the edge. You joined him, wrapping an arm around his shoulders. "Now listen, I know you'll like staying at grandma's, she's got a big pool remember?"

"The water is green." He muttered.

"How about the beach then? In Bournemouth they've got really nice beaches. Don't you remember from last summer?"

"I don't like the beach?" 

"Of course you do. You've always loved the beach Vale."

"Not anymore." His eyes squinted, along with his body that tilted towards you. Vale wept in your arms. Weeping for his mother that would never take him to the beach again.

"Is he ready?" 

You left your nephew sleeping in his bed and went on to join his father in the kitchen. A now quiet kitchen, where the floorboards cracked when you walked over them. "No. He's still refusing to pack his bags."

"Oh."

He was quite distant, the children's father. He had always been the quiet type and sometimes you wondered what your sister even saw in him as she was his complete opposite. Liza was adventurous and full of life. Like you. Nonetheless, her husband was grieving and understandably so. He was now a widower left with two children to care for alone. But he was clearly not capable of taking care of Emmy and Vale in a time like this and so your grandparents offered to take them in until then. Of course, in the process, the children would have to move across the country and change schools. You could only imagine how difficult that must be for them after losing one parent so drastically.

"I'll go check on Emmy." You said and stood from the table. 

"She was going to get your present."

"Huh?" You turned around to meet his blank stare. Liza's husband had spent most of the days post the funeral staring out of the kitchen window. However, in that moment he looked at you, his droughtful stare penetrating your soul. 

"I told her to wait until morning. We heard about the storm on the news, yet Liza insisted that she'd get you your gift the same day it arrived in the post office. I believe that she was frustrated that it hadn't arrived on your birthday like it should have.

"W...what was it?" You stammered. 

"The gift?" He said, face pale. "How should I know? It's probably still left at the post office since Liza never made it there."

You felt a punch in your gut. Followed by the urgent need to throw up. You did so rushing to the nearest bathroom. After washing your hands and mouth you knocked on Emmy's door, her voice barely audible.

"Come in."

You peered open the door and saw her lying on the bed, a pillow covering her face.

"Oh, sweetheart. It's going to be okay." As soon as she felt your dip in the mattress, the pillow got tossed away, and the fairly heavy child clung to you. She clung to you in a way that no other human being had clung to you before.

"I don't want to leave."

"I know, baby. I know."

She cried against your shoulder, her body trembling in your arms. 

"Why can't grandma and grandpa move here?"

"They're old people, sweetie. Moving here would be more difficult for them than if you and your brother moved there."

"But what about daddy? Why can't he come with us?"

You sighed. "Oh, baby. Your dad is very sad right now. He just needs a little time to himself."

"Well, aren't you sad too?"

"Me?" You felt a sharp jab of your heart.

"Yes, you. Aren't you also sad that my mom is gone."

"Of course I am, sweetie. Why would you—"

"Does that mean that you want to be left alone too, like daddy?"

"Erm...no baby, not necessarily. But grief is very different for—"

"Great, then we'll move in with you."

"What?"

You couldn't just leave them. The children had refused to leave their home, but you couldn't just leave them with their father. 

Your grandparents agreed for you to take them with you to Manchester for the week, perhaps get their minds off things. The only problem is that things happened so quickly that by the time you and the children got to Ruben's apartment, their suitcases packed to the rim, you realized that you had totally forgotten to give him the heads up about the whole situation

"Y/N, you're home." He greeted you at the door with the warmest smile.

"Ruben. I—"

"Uncle Ruben!"

His eyes widened at the sight of the children, the two of them tackling him to stumble backwards into the apartment.

"I've missed you Uncle Ruben!" Emmy squeald, her arms tightening around his waist.

"Erm....I missed you too." He chuckled. "I had no idea that the two of you were—"

"I missed you even more Uncle Ruben." Said Vale who clung to Ruben's leg. "More than Emmy."

"No you didn't." She hissed at her brother.

"Yes, I did." He responded and suddenly they were going at it.

"Hey, kids, cut it out!" You shouted. They did so tilting their heads at you. "How about you take your suitcase to the guestroom and unpack. I'll be right there with you."

"Okay." 

Just like that the children made up, Emmy helped her little brother carry his suitcase towards Ruben's guestroom. It's where they usually stayed when they came to visit.

You sighed once they were out of sight and almost forgot that you had Ruben standing in front of you with a slightly expectant look.

"They refused to live with my grandparents and so I told them that I'll take the kids for a week. I should have told you and I'm sorry." You fell back two steps, surprised that your apology was awarded a bear hug from Ruben. Nevertheless, that's all he did, hug you, letting you melt into his embrace. The smell of him brought peace to your whole being and with each inhale you realized how much you had missed your boyfriend.

"It's okay, I understand." He whispered, planting a soft kiss on top of your head. "I made dinner for two but I'm sure I can whip up something for all four of us."

It was a peaceful evening, with the children enjoying a home cooked meal for the first time since the funeral. They spent the rest of the night playing with Iker. The dog was more than excited to play with two beings with the same energy levels as him. It struck you how the children's eyes had lit up again coming here to Manchester. They lit up as a fragment of hope that despite the darkness that life has put them through, light was at the end of the tunnel. You were happy to have brought them that light.

"Auntie Y/N, I can't sleep."

The first night wasn't easy, though. Vale had come knocking on your bedroom door, which was a bit stressful for Ruben who really needed his sleeping hours. Despite this, Ruben had been the one to wave Vale over, allowing him to join you in bed. He fell asleep between you and Ruben with his thumb in his mouth. And right there and then you vowed to make sure that your niece and nephew had everything they needed in life to feel safe. Everything.

i love the current lessons so much actually because there is honestly so much underlying angst / potential for it! i doubt the devs will go that deeply into that direction and i don’t think it would translate well within the game anyway but just imagine mc getting more and more concerned about their own powers that also shape their relationship with everyone else… sure everyone loves mc but dia/barb and solomon have entire realms to protect and therefore wish to have mc on their side if push comes to shove (which has been a recurring topic in nb)… mc getting increasingly insecure / afraid that they’ll be seen as a tool / weapon first instead of a friend… i mean especially after being used as bait??? solomon showing his shady side again??? AAAH!!! THINK OF ALL THE POSSIBILITIES!!!

re: angst, yeah, i get you, they haven't really hit the mark on really leaning into angst yet, and although i doubt they'll hit this one, i still have high hopes about how it's going to conclude or how they'll handle the situation (the fact that they got teleported to babel + michael's texts to simeon makes me think raphael is FINALLY going to burst and let out all the emotions he's been bottling for literal millenia)

SPEAKING OF RAPHAEL. again, i love that tlhe's the side character focus on a season with the underlying fact of simeon's transformation to a demon - his reactions and avoidance of the situation, even though he's already made aware of it by michael, coupled with the fact that he still has hidden guilt over what happened during the celestial war....... MANNNNN IM SOO EXCITED FOR RAPHAEL DEVELOPMENT AND EXPOSITION..... hopefully this means mephisto and thirteen will also have their own time in the spotlight soon regarding glimpses of their backstories and developing realtionship with the cast (and mc in particular)

ON A SIDE NOTE. anyone else catch how barb reacts after solomon and mc chooses to keep the reason for mc's growing power a secret??? yeahhhhh he defo knows. dude raised solomon and is the demon of time, of course he'd know. knowing him, he probably just wants to see how it plays out, considering he's powerful enough to mitigate any real catastrophe from actually happening (hellooo he was literally contingency plan number 1 from the sf final) love the thought of him just going. heh. this'll be fun to watch :>

Solomon finally made it back and just casusally brings a dragon egg back with him [9-2]. Sure. I'm not questioning his antics anymore; he's nowhere near to being my main Nightbringer candidate

Solomon makes the hypothesis that maybe Nightbringer is the reason we're here?! No way!! :o [9-2] -> but in all seriousness, it's nice that he's trying to tell us as much as possible of what he knows

Solomon claims that Diavolo can definitely be trusted [lesson 9 hard mode]. I'm actually taking his word here because 1. we know that Solomon cares a lot about MC and their safety, 2. we learn next lesson that Solomon has some sort of agreement going on with Nightbringer, and 3. that Nightbringer just threatened MC's safety. I just genuinely see no reason why he would lie about who is and who isn't trustworthy here

he tells us completely umpropted where Beelzebub is held captive [9-8; pic below] -> Solomon decides to follow him since he also wants to talk with Barbatos about the entire teleportation thing [9-8] -> both Barbatos and Solomon heading to where Beelzebub is held captive caused quite a headache for me...but we'll get to that next lesson!

illusion!Diavolo and illusion!Simeon fight over who should get to lead/support humans--demons or angels [9-A] -> also, illusion!Diavolo talks about leading humans to happiness. Leading someone else to happiness seems to be Nightbringer's favorite past time, would you look at that :)

⸺ THE 'MC IS HUMAN' SITUATION ⸺

taking this opportunity to just say how much I love serious Dia, thank you for listenting <3 (putting this in here because it's in regard to MC's expulsion since Diavolo found out they are a human) -> that being said, he mentions that his father entrusted the Devildom to him [9-7], but like,, when?? He literally fell into a coma?? Did he wake up in the middle of it like "oh by the way son, before I forget" and then passed tf out again???

⸺ RECORDS OF A BANSHEE ⸺

the brothers show up during Diavolo's talk about MC's expulsion and we learn that Beelzebub is now being held prisoner because he wrecked the castle at yesterday's dinner party [9-7]. This is the timeline of it all:

1. MC gets their letter summoning them to the Demon Lord's Castle [lesson 9 hard mode], and the brothers + Simeon and Luke participate in the dinner party at the Demon Lord's Castle. We don't know which one happens first 2. at some point during the dinner party, Lucifer talks about him aquiring a record of a banshee's song [9-14] -> according to the others, this caused Beelzebub to completely lose it, which ended up with him causing significant damage to the castle -> Belphegor later on mentions that something was wrong with Beelzebub at the time [9-7] 3. the next day, Beelzebub gets a letter summoning him to the Demon Lord's Castle and is imprisonened 4. after that, MC has their meeting with Diavolo and they talk about MC having to return to the human world 5. during that meeting, the brothers show up and demand for Beelzebub to be released 6. Lucifer basically gives up right after getting there (??? WHY did you even go there in the first place then, my guy???). Before he leaves, he tells Diavolo that ultimately, he doesn't accept them either -> Diavolo is distraught by this comment 7. Barbatos suggests continuing this meeting some other time and accompanies MC and Solomon a little. Before parting ways, he explicitly tells them where Beelzebub is being held captive 8. Solomon and MC split up; Solomon follows Barbatos to where Beelzebub is being imprisoned, and MC heads to the House of Lamentation to talk to the brothers and find out what happened

withholding my thoughts for now because there is one last detail happening in lesson 10 that kinda ties the entire thing together, but I will already say that based on how the characters present described the entire situation [9-14; all three pics below], Beelzebub's meltdown seems too big to be caused by the mention of a banshee

sooooooooo i'm here to say something after thinking a lot on it. but before that i'd like to apologise. to my blossom anon, because i couldn't post the minki compilation. the rough draft is ready but i couldn't expand it last week because my dad got hospitalised unexpectedly. i was busy cooking for my mom as she stayed in the hospital with him and only today, did my schedule get cleared up when he got discharged. but, even other than that, i promised a lot of things not just to dia but also to you guys but never actually got round to writing them. it mainly has to do with the lack of time after i started college, but even before that, i struggled to focus and procrastinated a lot and that's completely on me. i'm sorry. now for my main message, i think i'm gonna stop writing. this is a big decision, so hear me out a bit. around the beginning of 2023 was when i first created minyoung in my old diary. the year 2022 was the year i came to completely hate my real life, and imagining about minyoung was my only escape. which was why i'd spend more time daydreaming rather than planning or writing. then in 2023, my life got so bleak and boring due to my gap year after high school when i stayed at home, and my routine consisted of waking up, helping around the house, studying and nothing else. and that continued till september this year, when i finally started college. college was the fresh start that i'd always been waiting for, but didn't realise. and now, even though things aren't the best, i'm starting to enjoy life more and wanting to spend more time on improving myself in my studies and career. i've been sitting down on my laptop since this morning, trying to write, but my mind keeps itching to work on my seminar notes instead, even though i've blocked off enough time for all of it. so i'm just gonna follow my heart and mind, and focus on what excites me, because writing for minyoung doesn't seem to anymore (even though, i've barely just started). my account and dia's blog stay on blr without a doubt, and i will come on here to read fics probably, but i won't be posting till i feel like it yet. sorry for everyone who was hoping for the next chapter, but it's not gonna be out anytime soon. and for my own good, i hope i never feel the need for this escape in my life again, because unlike other writers here on tumblr who write as a hobby, writing is just a distraction for me that swayed my away from my real life goals. wishing everyone who sees this and knows me, the best, because y'all have been nothing but sweet to me. i wish you all find what you need in your life, and live to the fullest. i love you all so much. this is not goodbye, so come talk to me in my inbox or ask for my discord if you'd like to keep in touch. i'll answer my asks tonight <3 much love, your moonie.

Right, so on stream today, Tango was trying to set prices for his redstone shop, and chat was being really indecisive about what the price should be (we literally halved it last second).

So, for some reason, I thought it would be a fun idea to go though everything he's gonna sell, list out everything it takes to craft it, and figure out what the price would be if someone were to buy all the components separately, and from there list what the price would be if Tango were to solely focus on being cheaper than that (which I don't think he should do, but that's not the point of this).

(note that all of the following calculations are based off of how much it takes to buy exactly 64 of the component, at the prices or best guess of the potential future prices at the time of posting)

Redstone block: Currently priced at 7 diamonds per 32 Redstone (9) - At current price, one diamond gives you just over 41, so one stack costs about 1.56 diamonds

Torches: One stack for 2 diamonds (2.22) Redstone - 1.56 diamonds Stick - Cheapest I found was three stacks bamboo for one diamond, making one stack of sticks 0.67 diamonds

Repeater: One stack for 6 diamonds (6.06) Redstone torch (2) - 2*2 = 4 Redstone - 1.56 Stone (3) - 1 diamond per 6 stacks, making one stack 0.167. 0.167*3 = 0.5

Comparator: One stack for 7 diamonds (7.5) Redstone Torch (3) - 2*3 = 6 Quartz - 1 Stone (3) - 0.167*3 = 0.5

One stack of logs crafts four stacks of wood, making one stack of wood 0.75 diamonds (note here that Skizz may raise his price to match the more common 4 diamonds per stack of logs, making one stack of wood one diamond. Then again, he may not. I never know what Skizz is doing). Every 1 wood makes 2 slabs (crafting recipe is 3 wood to make 6 slabs), so one stack of slabs costs 0.375 diamonds. 0.375*3 = 1.125

Piston: One stack for 5 diamonds (5.47) Wood (3) - 0.75*3 = 2.25 Cobble (4) - 0.33*4 = 1.33 Iron - Mumbo, who holds the permit, does not currently have an iron shop open. Assuming he would use the same price as his gold shop, 1 stack of iron blocks would be 3 diamonds. That would make 1 stack of iron 0.33 Redstone - 1.56

Sticky Piston: 5 diamonds (5.33) Piston - 5 Slimeball - Joel, who holds the permit, does not currently have a slime shop open. Assuming he would use the same price as honey blocks, one stack of slime blocks would be 3 diamonds. From there, one slime block makes nine slime balls, making 1 stack of slime balls 0.33

So, if Tango were to sell everything at half a stack, focusing solely on making it more profitable (technically) to buy from him instead of buying everything separately, that would make:

Comparators - 3 diamonds

Dispensers - 4 diamonds

Droppers - 1 diamond

Redstone Lamps - 3+ diamonds

Target Blocks - 6 diamonds

Daylight Sensors - 5 diamonds

Pistons - 2 diamonds

Sticky Pistons - 2 diamonds

Hoppers - 3 diamonds

Observers - 2 diamonds

Crafters - 4 diamonds

Personally, I feel like a lot of these prices could add 1-2 diamonds to the price solely because of how annoying they are to craft (*cough* dispensers *cough*) or just because of the pure convenience of having them already crafted makes the price worthwhile.

Not to mention things like stone or (presumably) gold where you end up having to buy a lot of the respective product in order to craft the whole redstone component. Also, almost everything I listed included some decimal of a diamond in order to buy exactly one stack, which is not possible in minecraft. So you're also gonna have to pay more to buy the whole stack anyways (if someone wants to do the math on how much you're gonna actually pay to buy a whole stack of each item (for example you'll actually pay one diamond for the stack of sticks), feel free, but I'm tired so I'm not gonna).

Anyways, idk why I made this, it took much longer than I'd like to admit, Tango's probably never gonna see it, I'm not entirely sure if I even want him to, barely anyone else is probably gonna see it, or care, and I disagree with my own prices anyways. There's a lot more factors that should go into a shop pricing other than just being cheaper than getting it from other places, and at the end of the day, I fully believe Tango should price everything the way he feels is best

I made another blog now! Its initial purpose is a personal blog (because I wanted to make a primary one for a long time now because suusoh is a second blog that can't send asks and like stuff smh), but I figured I will be using it as a sort of uh... "getaway" blog whenever I feel too burnt out or overwhelmed with suusoh.

So some more x reader stuff might end up there; johan, anna, eddie, etc., and also some of my art!!! hehe.

As the blog will serve as a little "retreat house" for me of sorts, basically the dynamic is: if I haven't posted in suusoh for a while, chances are I'm brainrotting and uploading with my new blog now :)!

I've been debating if I'll share it with you guys, but I've decided that I'd like for it to grow naturally again, from the ground up like I did with suusoh. So it's a no for follower migration for now.

BUT!!! I will not be hiding it either. Chances are, when I upload fics into the johan x reader tag under that blog, I'm fairly certain you guys will know its me.
