The sheer joy and gender euphoria I get from doing anything at all and seeing my chubby little raccoon paws in front of me with the black nails and the cello bruises and the knitting calluses and the reminders scrawled in ballpoint pen and dyed in purple watercolor and splattered with acrylic is one HELL of a bonus.
