Thinking about Melting Point
How they met after Ulla was already married and had a kid
How Donella was drawn in by Ulla's power, by her knowledge
How they bonded in a way Ulla and Quirin never could, how they connected through science and magic and intelligence
How Ulla and Quirin never really understood each other-- How they loved each other but Ulla could never know why Quirin was content with staying in place and Quirin could never know why Ulla wasn't
How Donella knew she was falling for Ulla and couldn't do anything to stop it
How she knew she couldn't tell her because "she's straight and married and would never love me back"
How Donella had to put all that aside to trap her in the library, knowing that she would never see her again, knowing that she would go insane
How she had to watch her child (because that's what Hugo is. her child) go through the exact same process with Ulla's son nonetheless
How she had to watch him cast her and everything he used to believe in for this boy. How she told him "don't get attached don't get attached" because the last time she got attached she lost the one person she loved
And then how she watched as he confessed. As he broke the pattern. As Ulla sat and watched as well
And how it broke all barriers when Varian confessed right back. How they saw, in that moment, that this is what could have been

The Grim Reaper Awaits Only One Person Beyond the Bad Ending
My translation of Victor's bonus 95k love point story for Part 2 of the Fractured Fairy Tale event
I've also translated the letter that comes from one of the event sets here
Note that this is very bittersweet.
--
Tonight, I must guide another soul who has wandered into the world of fractured fairy tales.
Tumblr media
Victor: Welcome to the world of fractured fairy tales... Victor: We have one new guest, ya~~y!!
Kate: T-this is... I... Just now, I was in the bookstore, and now...
To calm down the postal worker who had gone astray as she was in the middle of a delivery, I explained this world to her. As soon as she finished listening, her expression changed, her lips pressed together with determination.
(She's a sharp one.)
As soon as the signal bell tolled out, I made my usual declaration.
Victor: May you find your happiest ending, Miss Kate. Victor: ...Now, welcome to the world of fractured fairy tales.
In place of the woman who had been drawn into the story world, a single book fell to the ground.
Victor: It seems you've chosen 'Alice in Wonderland' first. Victor: Will you be able to reach your happily ever after?
...
Tumblr media
Kate: Huh...? What- what was I doing...? Kate: I feel like I've been asleep for a long time...
And from there, Kate continued to search for the "missing piece" in every world, meeting bad end after bad end. Even though her memories of the fairy tale worlds were erased each time, she never let it discourage her, and always chose to open the next book to search for that "missing piece".
Victor: Ah, back again.
Tumblr media
I followed along with her story. The stories of the world of fractured fairy tales were not like normal books. When someone entered that world, the text would begin to unfurl and a new story would be written.
Victor: At any rate, this is the first time I've seen someone return so many times.
Kate never gave up despite the number of bad endings she met, always drawn into the book to try again.
Victor: I've spoken with Harrison, and I think that you may really be the key.
In this story, Kate was being tormented by her wicked stepmother, and while she was walking in the woods, she slipped and tumbled off a cliff. And that was the end of that story.
Victor: ...How many times is this now?
And then she re-entered the fairy tale world.
Victor: Next is... Little Red Riding Hood, is it? The last time this happened, you met your end at the hands of the Big Bad Wolf before you made it to your grandmother's house.
Once again, I took the book she had entered into my hand. The world of fractured fairy tales will never end until the "missing piece" is found.
Victor: If you truly are the key... Victor: Then you must realize yourself that you are in fact that "missing piece".
What was missing from every fractured fairy tale was this: the protagonist.
Victor: A Wonderland without an Alice, a story with no Snow White, a tale where Sleeping Beauty disappeared without a trace. Victor: Without a protagonist, of course a story would end up fractured and twisted.
Once again the story stopped. I realized that Kate had met another bad ending, and put the book back. And then I prepared to meet her once again, to repeat the declaration I had made countless times already...
Victor: Welcome to the world of fractured fairy tales... Victor: We have one new guest, ya~~y!!
Kate: T-this is... I... Just now, I was in the bookstore, and now...
(I do wonder, why you keep coming back.)
I wasn't like Harrison, but my heart ached just a little upon seeing her back here again. I once again explained about this world to her, but--
(Huh?)
Just as I realized that there was something different than usual about this meeting, she began to speak.
Kate: U-um.
Victor: What is it?
Kate: I feel like I've met you somewhere before.
Victor: What?
This was something that had never occurred in the endless number of loops I have gone through. I couldn't stop myself from voicing my surprise.
Kate: A-ah, that probably sounded really weird-
Victor: Don't worry, it's quite all right.
Kate shook her head as if panicking, so I urged her to take a deep breath to calm down. As she did so...
(Every last memory of everything she experienced in the fractured fairy tale world should have been erased from her mind.) (Is it because she's returned to this point so many times that an impression of me has somehow remained?) (But that's never happened before...)
Bashfully, Kate smiled, just a little awkwardly.
Kate: Your hair is so beautiful, I guess I thought it might have left a deep impression on me.
The sight was radiant, something I could never find in a story: her beautiful smile.
Kate: I hope I'll be able to find that "missing piece".
Opening the book, she once more departed for the world of the fairy tale. Left behind, I turned and headed for the library full of fairy tales, so I could check on how she was doing.
...
(She's going to return again.)
I didn't follow along with the story she had been drawn towards.
Victor: If you can return the story to its original path, and find your happiness in that world... Victor: Nothing would make me happier.
But it wasn't because of all the past experiences that made me think she would meet another bad ending this time.
Victor: Perhaps you are the one I've been waiting for all this time.
From the depths of a bookshelf I retrieved a book with a faded cover. That untitled book was the one Kate had picked up first on the day at the bookstore, where she was whisked away to the world of fairy tales.
Victor: So many people have stumbled into stories just like you. Victor: But different people chose different books.
For some people it was Cinderella. For others it was the Little Mermaid.
Victor: The only person who ever took this untitled story in their hand was you.
For all that I wished that she would find her happily ever after as soon as possible, a single flicker of hope flared in my heart.
Victor: Kate, did you know?
A story of hope that I had given up on.
Victor: That book that you first held that day, it was mine.
Stroking the spine of the book that Kate had entered, I sat down.
Victor: It was my fairytale that drew you into this world. Victor: There has never been a single person like you before. Victor: But I didn't believe it. That you could be the key.
Opening that ancient cover, the book's title appeared, illuminated by the light of the candles.
Victor: I had thought that you would be the protagonist of some other fairy tale, setting it right. Victor: I never thought that that you could be the key to mine.
That fairytale contained an anomaly that was impossible to fix, one that no one had entered since it first fractured. Or rather, one that no one could enter.
Victor: But it appears as though this story doesn't need you, not yet. Victor: Even if I want you.
How many more bad endings will you go through, before my story finds its way to you? That old, faded story that began with a cliche line:
Victor: "Once upon a time, in a land far, far away..." "Over and over again, the wounded girl took Death's hand." "But that path led only to destruction. There was no hope for anything approaching a happy ending." "This is a story that leads to death. A story of beautiful ruin."
Letting out a breath, I closed the book. With my eyes closed, I imagined Kate and her slight, shy smile. I reached out for her light, far removed from destruction, but my hand met only air.
Victor: May you find your happily ever after soon. And may you not notice me, waiting here.
But, I wish--
Victor: ...that you would take my hand...
The words that left my lips, and the movement of my hand through empty air, extinguished the light of the candles. In the silence, I took the faded fairy tale in my hand, and pressed my lips to its cover.
Victor: Show me a happily ever after, Kate.

If the Hashira Adopted a Child with You

Hashiras x fem!y/n

A/N: Hello lovelies!!! I'm so sorry I haven't been posting content. I was dealing with a few family issues and wasn't able to get to writing. Thankfully, the issues have been resolved, however, I never got back to writing because I almost forgot about this account! I hope you guys will enjoy this fic! This fic idea was courtesy of @rupkatha-banerjee!
Tumblr media
Rengoku:
When you first mention the idea of adopting a child, Rengoku immediately agrees that it is a great idea with his signature smile
You have been hesitant to ask him if adopting a child is okay because you are aware of his family's traditions of how as the woman holds the child in her womb, she must stare at a fire to bring the bright colour of flames to the child's hair
The nest day, Remgoku insists to take you to an orphanage that he had come across during patrol the night before
You both take a wagon into the city, and soon you come across the orphanage that Rengoku mentioned
You walk in and are immediately greeted by the sight of children running around everywhere, and the owner comes over to greet you
You spend some time talking and playing with the children, but you notice a small boy sitting in the corner of the main room alone
You come over to him and greet him, but he says nothing, staring at you behind his blonde bangs with dead orange eyes
You realize that the boy's eyes and hair distinctly remind you of Rengoku, and feeling empathy for the boy who seems to be unable to get over the fact that his family was gone, you decide to adopt him
At first, it was very hard
The boy would not say one word to you or Rengoku, sitting in the corner of the bedroom, simply staring into nothingness
But that didn't stop you, and you say by him every day talking to him about your life and Rengoku and all the other Hashira
You would especially tell him about Tanjiro's adventures with Zenitsu and Inosuke, laughing to yourself as you recount the hilarious events (you got to know these things thanks to Rengoku)
Soon enough, the boy, who you decided to name Yuki, warmed up to both you and Rengoku, and was talking non stop with both of you, playing outside and helping around the house
You spent as much time with him as you could, teaching him basic skills and educating him
He got to meet all the Hashira and met the infamous trio as well as Nezuko, who he surprisingly warmed up to the most
However, when you got the news that Rengoku had passed on during a mission, you and Yuki we're devastated
Yuki shut down completely, not speaking to anyone, leaving you back at step one
Seeing the state of your son, you cried and cried tears that were bottled up ever since your childhood
Through your sobs and wails, you could see your son moving towards you
You realize he was embracing you, and from that day, you both promised to save each other and never leave each other, no matter the cost
You continued to raise Yuki, watching him as he followed his father's footsteps to become the new Flame Hashira
You were concerned that he would one day not come back, but you had faith in him
One fateful day, your time had come to an end
You had successfully lived to old age and passed on peacefully with your son by your side, as he kept his promise to never leave you, ever
Sanemi:
When you first proposed to adopt a child, Sanemi was afraid
He was scared that he was not cut out to be a parent due to his severe anger issues and aggressive nature, especially after thinking about what happened with Genya
Obviously, Sanemi being Sanemi, he lashed out at you, asking: "Why the fuck would we need to adopt a kid!? Stop being fucking stupid!"
Instead of bursting into tears and running away like he thought you would, you hugged him from behind and said with a smile: "You'll be an amazing father, trust me."
By the time Sanemi turns around, there are tears in his eyes, and he silently cried into your shoulder with you rubbing comforting circles into his back
The next day, you two both go to the orphanage in the city in hopes of adopting a child
As you enter, you immediately get along with the kids, playing and talking with them as Sanemi sticks to one corner
However, a little boy about 7 years old comes up to Sanemi and asks in a harsh tone "What do you think you're doing oldie?!"
Sanemi being Sanemi again, he retorts back yo the kid, and before you can stop them, they are both having a screaming match
You realize in that moment that this not is the right one for your Sanemi
He was able to match Sanemi's temper, and he seemed to be enjoying himself just as much as you could see that Sanemi was
You decide to take him home, and while the owner tried to warn you, you simply tell her that he's the right one
However, the nest few days in the house were chaos, to say the least
The house was never quiet, with yelling and screaming bouncing off the walls so often that you were temped to get earplugs, but you wouldn't trade it for the world
The boy you adopted, who you named Sake, seemed harsh on the outside, but was a real sweetheart on the inside, just like your Sanemi
However, it took just one sentence to ruin this to what seemed like beyond repair
The normal arguments were going on between Sanemi and Sake, but it seemed to be more serious this time
Before you could intervene, Sanemi, out of a fit of rage, yelled, "Just because we adopted you from that orphanage doesn't mean that we won't dump you back there!"
The silence hung like a blanket that was too heavy, suffocating everyone under the weight
Tears rolled down Sale's face as he looked to Sanemi in shock, betrayal and hurt shining in his eyes
You watched as Sake's eyes dulled so much that his eyes almost looked black, void of emotion, and his tears dry up instantly
You recognise the look on his face
That was the look you had on your face when you were abandoned by your family, a defense reflex for when you knew that if you were to cry, things would just become even worse
"Sake....?" You called to him, but he doesn't seem to see you
Before you or Sanemi can do anything, you hear something come from his mouth, too quiet to be heard the first time, but then you realize what he is saying
"I'm sorry.... I'm sorry...."
You feel like bursting into tears upon hearing this, and you go to hug your son
You got a glimpse of Sanemi's face, who was equally as shocked, not only by his words, but the reaction that he got due to them
Sanemi managed to snap out of it, and immediately came to join your hug, apologising for what he said, trying to reassure him that they wouldn't abandon him and telling Sake to not apologize for what Sanemi had done
At these words, Sake broke, sobbing into you and Sanemi, wailing so loudly that your's and Sanemi's hearts broke
After what seemed like forever, Sake had fallen asleep, exhausted by all the crying
As you tucked him in, Sanemi sat in the kitchen, a look of hopelessness on his face
"I told you I'm not cut out to be a father," Sanemi's voice echoed in the startlingly quiet house
"Mistakes happen, but it is up to us to fix them," you simply reply as you both watch the sunset, too filled with sorrow to say any more words than those
The next day, you wake to find Sake not in bed
This frightens you, and you rush out of your room in search of him, only to find him sitting outside, plucking the grass
You remember one memory where Sake and Sanemi were fighting about pulling the grass, and they both ended up pulling grass from the ground and throwing it at each other
They both got an earful from you, but you could see them grinning at each other like idiots
That memory made you smile, but your smile faded when you saw the dull look in your son's eyes
You don't even realize it, but Sanemi walks towards Sake from behind you and kneels infront of him, looking him straight in the eye
"No matter what I or you say or do, I will never abandon you like I was abandoned, never," Sanemi whispered as he looks at Sake for any sign of acknowledgement
After a few agonizing minutes, Sake's head slowly rises, and you can see tears glinting in his eyes
"You mean it?" he asks, and you know he's trying to stop his tears
"Yes, both of us do," Sanemi promises, and you give Sake a smile when he looks to you
Another minute passes by, and your concern slowly grows, before the tears in Sake's eyes overflow and he's jumping into Sanemi's arms, wailing loudly again, but this time in relief
You join their hug and tears of your own are shed, and you all sit there together on the grass, sobing and comforting each other, knowing that this quite promise to be together always was made
After that day, everything goes back to normal, and you witness as your son grows up to become a Demon Slayer alongside his father, creating a new breathing technique based on Wind Breathing and rising the ranks
As the final battle comes and goes, you find yourself at Sanemi's side as he quickly approaches his demise due to the Demon Slayer Mark
You and Sake hold both his hands as he takes his last breath, never leaving his side until the very end
Despite your Sanemi being gone, you try your best to live and enjoy life
You visit the Kamados and Zenitsu, Insokue, Kanao, and Genya with Sake, and you help take care of them with the occasional visits from Urokodaki and Tengen Uzui
As the days go by, you soon find yourself lying on your bed, drawing your final breaths with Sake at your side
You can tell he is trying to hold back his tears, but they flow anyway, and you brush them away with your boney, frail hands
You lips barely mouth the words I love you before your last breath falls from your lips and you pass on peacefully of old age with Sake at your side, and you know he will stay at your side, always
Gyomei:
When you tell Gyomei that you would like to adopt a child, tears stream down Gyomei's cheeks
You were afraid you made him cry out of sadness, but he reassures you that he cries tears of joy
Out of excitement, you drag Gyomei with you to the city is hopes of finding a child in the main orphanage of the city
However, before you arrived, you caught a glimpse of a little girl in an alley dressed in rags, desperately feeding a ghastly thin cat a small piece of meat
You approach her from behind and tap her arm
She immediately flinches away from the touch, looking up at you with frightened eyes
Gyomei slowly follows, and seeing his holding form, the girl crawls back helplessly, tears starting to stream down her dirt ridden cheeks
Gyomei simply sits down infront of the girl and holds out his large but surprisingly welcoming hand
The girl takes his hand hesitantly, and finds that ur is warm, though hard to the touch, is pleasantly comforting
It seems that exhaustion took her over as she slumps into his hand, her head resting on the hand that lays on Gyomei's warm palm
The cat she was feeding also goes to brush up against his hand and curls next to it contently
You knew from the moment you must take her and the cat in as your children
The first few days was filled with a lot of cleaning
The girl, who you decided to name her Sayo at Gyomei's request, was frightened at first by the unfamiliar environment, but soon warmed up to getting in the bath as Gyomei guided her
To give her privacy, he stepped out as you washed her, and you got to know how she ended up on the streets
You reassure her that you and Gyomei will take care of her, and that her cat is also safe, as Gyomei was washing him outside in the garden
She told you the cat's name was Cookie, because she loved cookies but could never have them often because they were too expensive
As you walk out of the shower with her, you find Gyomei on the porch feeding Cookie some meat from your and his kitchen
Sayo walked over to Gyomei and sat next to him with no fear, touching him lightly as if she didn't want to scare him since he was blind
Gyomei smiled slightly, and both Sayo and Gyomei sat together petting Cookie, as you watched them bond silently with only the setting sun as their witness
As the years went by, Sayo got more used to you and Gyomei
She met all the Hashira, the Kamados and Tanjiro's crew, as well as Master Kagaya and those at the butterfly estate
She especially got along with Kanao, with both of them being soft spoken and their similar pasts
As Sayo grew, she helped out at the butterfly estate, especially as the Demon Slayers prepared for the final battle, helping develop the Anti-Kibutsuji drug
Once the battle was over, news had reached both you and Sayo that Gyomei had passed on fighting valiantly against Muzan Kibutsuji and the Uppermoons
You and Sayo were devastated, but despite that, you both decided to live on to keep Gyomei's memory alive in your hearts, knowing that he was not really gone, but he was resting in both your hearts, eternally
Obanai:
When you finally brought up the suggestion to adopt a child, Obanai almost spit out his tea
Obanai couldn't help but think of all the things that could go wrong if he were to become a father
The one thing he couldn't get over was the fact that any kid would probably be too scared to even look at him because of his scar
Obanai obviously didn't say anything to you, but you could see the inner turmoil he was going through on his face
"Relax, Obanai! I know you'll do great as a father!" you gave him your signature smile and Obanai knew that he couldn't say otherwise
It took a few days to convince Obanai to actually come with you to the orphanage, for Obanai was afraid that, with so many kids around, the bandages around his scar would be pulled down accidentally, leaving the monstrous thing out in the open for prying eyes
Instead of shutting Obanai down, you let him voice all his concerns at once, knowing that Obanai would like to be able to voice his concerns before you look for a solution
"It's not possible to say that those things won't happen, but you just have to trust me," you smile as you run your fingers through Obanai's straight, jet-black hair
Obanai had said nothing after, simply watching the moon shine it's pale light over the both of you, the only witness to this affectionate moment
The nest day, Obanai wakes you early and says, "Come, Y/n. If we want to go to the orphanage, we better leave before traffic picks up."
At Obanai's words, you immediately brighten up, reading Obanai about how he was the one waking you up to go to the orphanage
After you hassle around the house trying to get ready, you and Obanai share breakfast that he made for both of you and you head out to the city soon enough
As you enter the orphanage, you experience a sense if nostalgia, for you remember the time you spent in the orphanage as a child before being thrown out because of shortages in supplies
Obanai sulks behind you, giving a nasty glare to whoever tries to come up and talk to him
However, one child comes and tugs on Obanai's haori lightly
Before Obanai can turn and tell the kid to "fuck off", he notices the bandages around one of her eyes
Quietly, he could hear her say, "You have bandages just like me."
Obanai's eyes widen slightly, and he brushes his bandages unconsciously with his hand
The girl simply stares at him, not saying anything more as the awkward silence continues
Unknowingly to Obanai, you have been watching this interaction, and you tell the owner of the orphanage that you'll take her in
As you, Obanai, and the little girl all take a cart back to your home, you see from the corner of your eye that the little girl is leaning against Obanai, probably sleeping, and Obanai is simply sitting there, watching the sunset
You knew you had a feeling that this child was right for you and your Obanai
It was the middle of the night when you realized the little girl you adopted was not in bed
You immidiately started to panic, startling Obanai awake as you run around the house trying to find her
You end up finding her outside, staring at the moon, her bandaged eye now uncovered, revealing the gruesome scar that hid beneath
You were unsure of how to approach the little girl, who seemed so lost as she simply stared at the moon, however, Obanai walked over from where he was standing behind you, taking a seat next to the girl
You realized that his mouth was not covered with bandages as it usually was, displaying his equally large scar that ran from the corners of his mouth
The girl looked over to Obanai, eyes wandering over his face curiously, before stopping at his scar
She reached out, tracing the scarred over tissue around his mouth, her mouth agape in what you thought was surprise or awe
After exploring Obanai's face, tears pooled in her eyes and ran down her pale cheeks, and she whispered, "You look like me."
You smile as Obanai agrees with the little girl, taking her hands in his and holding them against his scar
"No matter who tells you you're ugly because of your scar, or if you think your own scar is ugly, remember that you are not the only one suffering. You can always come to me," Obanai said sweetly as he lets go of her hands, though her hands stay on his face
The night grows deep as the little girl continued to shed tears hidden behind a wrapped face, the moon as witness to this moment as feelings are shared for the first time
As years go by, yours and Obanai's daughter, who you named Rin, became a Demon Slayer alongside you and her father
She made many friends on the way, meeting Tanjiro and Nezuko, as well as the rest of their friends and the Hashira and those who worked at the Butterfly Estate
She got along very well with Genya, though he was too shy to speak to her at first, and they shared everything with each other and bonded due to the face that they both have a scar running across their faces
You couldn't help but smile as you saw your daughter laughing along with Kanao as Tanjiro and Zenitsu were chased by Inosuke
Everything felt perfect... until the final battle
As a Demon Slayer yourself, you were present during the fight against Muzan Kibutsuji, trying to defend your comrades as best you could while keeping an eye on Obanai
However, you must have been engrossed in the battle, for by the time Muzan was ended, Obanai was lying on the ground, almost lifeless, with lacerations running across is face and multiple wounds that were bleeding profously
You hold him in his finaly moments, pressing a slight kiss to his forehead as Rin joins you, holding his hand and shedding tears that streamed endlessly down her blood-stained cheeks
Obanai simply whispers the words, "I love you" before the grip on Rin's hand grows slack
Your own tears fall as you and Rin silently grieve the loss of a father and a husband
But the battle wasn't over yet
Muzan has passed down his blood to Tanjiro, causing him to become the Demon King, and drawing out the battle further as the sun still rose, not fazing the new Demon King in the least
You and Rin struggled to fight due to the injuries you both sustained, but you both managed to buy enought time for Kanao to bring Tanjiro back
As everyone embraced in joy as Tanjiro became human again, you and Rin cried silently to the side, still grieving the hole that your family now has
After the final battle, you try to enjoy the days that you have left
You were one of the rare Demon Slayers to have unlocked your Demon Slayer Mark, causing your demise to come rapidly as you reached the age of 25
Your daughter sits at your bedside as you struggle to keep breathing
You know Rin is struggling to hold in her tears, and you caress her scar, giving her a loving look before the light dulled from your eyes and your arm dropped lifelessly
As you reach the light, you can see a faint silhouette of a man, holding his hand out to you
You know it is Obanai as you reach out to take his hand and wrap him in your embrace, both reunited once again
Back down on Earth, Rin's tears fall from her eyes, but she is smiling, knowing that you were finally reunited with your one true love

Blackpink in Your Area (p1) ft. Jennie Kim
Pairing: Jennie Kim x Male!Reader Rating: Explicit / Mature Wordcount: 1.6k Summary: After her latest performance you find yourself sneaking backstage with your girlfriend.
Tumblr media
AN: some context, this was made...god around the time of their first world tour? so writing wise it might not follow the same rhythm of my current stuff. but it's a personal fave i've had privately that i figure fuck it i might as well post it now. if you want to read a TWICE converted version of this chapter with Nayeon you can find it on my AFF profile but this is the OG never published version. Enjoy!
"Where are we going?"
"Ssh. Just come on!"
The accented voice leaves little room for argument as the owner's hand pulls you down another corridor. It seems with every turn you get further and further lost — which is likely the point. However, Jennie seems to know exactly where she is going, a small comfort at least. She pulls you down another tight passage then stops, pressing you against the cold wall. Instinctively you hold your breath before realizing you have no reason to — or at least you hope you don't.
"Jennie, you're acting like we're running from the cops," you speak, your voice a hushed whisper despite your previous reasoning.
"They might as well be the police," she responds, glancing back the way you came.
After another moment, she must be pleased that there is no one following you and turns to face you, a mischievous grin on her features. Without a word, she cups your face with her hands, bringing your lips down to meet hers in a slow, greedy kiss. Whatever concerns or confusion you had previously begin to fade away as your hands find their way around her. It has been so long since you had a moment together that you had forgotten how easy it was to melt into her embrace.
She pulls back, her nose brushing against yours. "If anyone saw us," even with your eyes closed, you can hear the relief and satisfaction in her voice. The kiss had the same effect on you. "This would be over and my career would be on the line," she places a kiss to your jaw as she speaks.
It is a bittersweet truth. What you have is masked in darkness and secrecy; not even the other members of her group know about you. If it were ever revealed to the public, not only would the fans and paparazzi eat you alive, dating is strictly against her company's rules. You always said that you would end things with her before you ever let that happen to her.
You feel her palm running over your cheek, your distressed thoughts likely showing on your face as your brow furrows. "Don't think about that now," she presses another kiss to your lips, then another and another; giving you plenty of time to notice just how soft and irresistible her lips are. By the fourth kiss, you are eagerly kissing her back, your hands sliding from her waist up her back, pulling her closer than you already were.
This time around your embrace is needier, hungrier; as if every second you were living on borrowed time. You feel her hands move from your cheek up into your hair, fingers running through and gripping at the short strands. Her teeth dig into your bottom lip, tugging on it while she peers up at you with those killer eyes of hers. The sight alone is enough to make your heart skip a beat.
"I need you," she says when she lets go, "Right here. Now."
As she speaks, one hand slides down from your hair, running over your chest and rubbing over your slacks. Her palm encourages the bulge that is growing there and you cannot deny that your arousal doesn't just come from her but the fact that at any moment you could be discovered. It is exhilarating in its own way. Adrenaline and lust are a dangerous concoction on any night but here with Jennie, it seems especially so.
You agree without a word, only giving a small nod of your head before you are spinning her around so her ass is jutting out to you while her hands splay against the opposite wall. She is still dressed in her stage outfit from the earlier performance, which doesn't help to subdue your eager hands in the least. She is stunning in every way, yet when she is on stage she still somehow seems to magnify that. Seeing the outfit just brings back memories of watching her earlier that night.
"Need some help there?" A teasing voice breaks you from your momentary recollection. Jennie is glancing over her shoulder at you, brunette hair partially masking her features. She has a vixen side to her and truth be told, you are used to her taking control and being in charge, but you also know that you cannot let this opportunity she is giving you go to waste.
In return, you offer her a smirk of your own, "Merely admiring the view." Though given your time and place, this is hardly the moment for appreciation.
You push her plaid skirt up, your hand dipping between her thighs. "You've soaked right through your training shorts, baby," you try to keep the arousal out of your voice, but the husky facade cracks just a bit. Jennie moans in response; the notion turns you on just as much as it does her clearly. "Just how long were you thinking about this?"
At first, it is a rhetorical question, but as your wrist snaps back and forth, fingers getting her off over her clothing, you find yourself eagerly waiting for an answer. Jennie does not give any; her breath comes out in quick hiccups. She leans further into the wall, her hips pressing out closer to you in obvious need. "Were you thinking about it during your performance?"
"Y-Yes..." she manages, her own hand reaching back to grip your wrist, refusing to let you stop. "When I saw you in the crowd — oh god."
You can tell she is going further and further down the rabbit hole. Her New Zealand accent becomes more pronounced the more aroused she gets. An astute observation you have made over your time together. It is not the only sign either; she is biting down on her plump bottom lip and her thighs are clenching deliciously around your hand.
Satisfied with her answer, you lean over her, your breath hot against the shell of her ear. "Baby, we don't have much time."
The idol takes a moment before she nods in response, her grip loosening on your hand. Your fingers deftly move from between her thighs to her waistband, pulling down her spanks to expose her to the night air. You make quick work of your pants buckle, or at least you try to. Your own eagerness causes your hands to fumble with it for a second before finally getting it undone and unzipped.
"Oh fuck..." Jennie moans loudly as you slide your length into her, and it is the most heavenly sound in existence. In any other time, you might've clasped one hand on her mouth to muffle the moans lest you be discovered, but in this moment, caution is thrown to the wind.
You can feel your cock swelling even further once you are inside her; the walls of her pussy clamping down on you. It takes you one thrust, then another before you are in to the hilt, a deep groan rumbling from your chest past your lips as you take a moment to revel in the sensation. That moment is all you allow yourself, however. Comparing it to the earlier kiss that had been the slow and eager first embrace; what comes next is pure hunger and lust.
Your hands grip her waist tighter as you pull out of her, hips snapping forward to meet hers. Another delicious moan reaches your ears as she lets her head fall back. Each thrust is harder and faster than the last, desperate to be with her and to have her coming undone in pleasure. Of course, to do that, you have to hold yourself together as well, and that is no easy task. "God, you feel so good."
The sound of skin slapping together begins to fill the space you have tucked into, mixing with the heavy breaths and moans that fill the air. You lean over her, one hand moving to turn her face towards you as your lips meet in a sloppy embrace. "I love seeing you like this. I want to make you feel this good all the time."
Jennie only moans in response, her mouth hanging open as she takes every inch of you. Your free hand moves from her waist to her chest; fondling her breast through her top. You have enough sense not to be so aggressive that you pop a button, but it is a tall task. The last thing you need is questions from the costume department.
"Fuck, right there," her hand reaches back, grabbing at your ass to force your cock back to hitting the same spot. Jennie is so used to being in control that you are almost tempted to deny her request. And maybe in a different time and place, you would have teased her for a bit before giving in. Now, however, you do not even have control over yourself, let alone strength to tease her. All you can do is what she asks of you. Hips move frantically to fulfill her desire, driving her closer and closer to the edge.
Her nails dig into your skin, and you can feel your own release coming as well. "I — I'm close!" you grunt in warning.
"Hold on, baby. Hold on, I'm almost there... almost...!" she goes quiet; her body tightening as her mouth falls open in a silent cry, her eyes shut tight as her orgasm runs through her. Fingers dig into the back of your neck as she comes, and it is just might've been the most beautiful thing you have witnessed since her last one. Jennie has never been the loudest when she comes undone, yet it is still enough for you to reach your breaking point.
"JENNIE?!"
Suddenly, a voice cries out, causing you to physically jump back, your cock springing free of Jennie's pussy, cum shooting in the air. When you look in the direction of the out crying voice, you are both aroused and horrified.
There stands Jennie's group-mate and best friend, Jisoo, her face coated in your cum.
"...Oh fuck..."

(Possibly-)Final-thoughts-on-season-4:
I have to applaud the creators for their fantastic use of doubles throughout the whole season, especially because the fact that they were doubles was a diversion all along. The intended targets were always hit, it was only their likeness to the trio that made us question who the killer was after.
So we are left with more mysteries than were solved. The stalker who has been watching the trio for years was not revealed and neither were Winnie's poisoning or the left-handed door notes explained, which will supposedly accompany us into next season's investigation.
I am wondering whether the missing guy from TV either was the Arconia stalker or knew something about it.
As of late I am confused why Sazz wrote "Tap in" on the floor. It made sense when we thought she was killed in Charles's stead, but now it makes me wonder what message she was trying to convey. It's possible she suspected her body would be disposed of, so she left a sign that would point to her being killed there. It could have been a sort of a last nostalgic message to Charles, a thank-you for all their years together and also a plea to tap in this time for her and to find her killer. It could also point to the fact that her killer, Rex was posing as the author of the movie and, therefore, in a way, as Sazz.
I realized that the gun found at Sazz’s paradise was never really explained. Williams took it to have it looked at and never got back to us. I suppose it's America, so anyone can own a gun without it having a real meaning in terms of plot. But there remains a possibility that we will come back to this clue, since Charles wants to go and take Sazz to her final resting place at her paradise and anyone could have planted that gun there, so there may be more clues lying around.
I am still wondering about the whereabouts of Sazz’s phone. It makes the most sense that Marshall took it from her before taking her to the incinerator, but it doesn't explain why or how the hidden camera footage was sent to the trio and also why whoever had the phone sent them such an angry message. I have a theory that while Marshall was walking the ledge to Charles's apartment, the stalker, who had seen on his cameras that Sazz was shot, came and took Sazz's phone. The hole in this theory is that Sazz, who indeed had other things on her mind, made no suggestion to Marshall that there had been anyone there before him. It's also possible that the phone was lost and obtained by the stalker on the way to the incinerator or while Marshall was cleaning up Charles's kitchen.
I was thrilled for Mabel's new home opportunity and at meeting new unique in-building side characters.
The loose end that bothers me is that the Brothers sisters are under the impression that Dudenoff was murdered, and they have some of the story on tape. If the Westies and Mabel want to keep living their peaceful and low-rent lives in the West tower, this could become a problem.
Glen shouldn't have died. I remain devastated.
On that note, I stand with all the people who are hoping for another Paul Rudd character to appear next season and hopefully to continue this theme for a while.
In spite of the bittersweet ending, there must be a part of Oliver that is relieved to let Loretta go, knowing she’s safely out of the murder building.
I loved that there were things you had to piece together yourself. Like, sure, it was great that Ron Howard tied the killer and the shoe print together, but to comprehend the reason why Marshall would steal the director’s shoes, which is a weird thing to do, you had to remember the explanation given in passing by Glen during Sazz’s funeral. Marshall, or Rex Bailey as Glen knew him, had a problem with his heel. As Glen put it, he had his heel blown off. Now, that might be an overstatement, but there was certainly some discomfort involved, and according to Ron Howard these specific shoes have extra cushioning in the heel.
There was a serious lack of Theo and of Gut Milk (although mentioned once) this season.
The original score was once again brilliant, touching and memorable. The non-original song choices were questionable and underwhelming most of the time, with the exception of that song during Oliver and Galifragilistic's bonding time and Nat King Cole at the wedding. All in all, this season's score was fairly good but could not hold a candle to season 3's extraordinary music—but that was to be expected.
Season 4 was definitely the most heart-wrenching, emotional season yet, and I remain in awe of how tenderly the story of Sazz's life, kindness and dreams was told. This was also the most confusing case so far but that was mostly because there was more than one case going on (see: Dudenoff) and there were leads that were never going to be wrapped up during the course of this season (see: hidden stalker cameras, Winnie's poisoning, left-handed door notes), so a lot of our effort went into distinguishing between clues and cases.

TBB SEASON 3 EP 9 THOUGHTS & FEELINGS!!!!! | spoilers below ✨
• UHM OKAY CAN WE JUST GET A ROUND OF APPLAUSE FOR ALL OF US THAT KNEW FENNEC WAS TALKING TO VENTRESS LAST EPISODE 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
• Okay, hear me out: It’s totally possible Omega has a high M-count and could be Force-sensitive. But also, could it be possible that she may not have a high enough M-count to be trained yet her M-count doesn’t degrade since she isn’t aging at an accelerated pace? It could be that for whatever reason the clones’ M-counts degrade over time because their ages are accelerated, genetic degradation due to when they were conceived, what batch number they were, Jango Fett’s DNA degradation, etc? This also begs the question that normal Force-sensitive beings’ M-counts might possibly degrade as they age but not enough to alter their connections/abilities to tap into the Force, especially if they’ve been trained. Idk, it’s definitely possible for Omega to be Force-sensitive but we will just have to see.
•Asajj Ventress, you dropped this 👑
• Her fight sequence with Crosshair had me wishing I was her so bad.
• Crosshair being so brotherly and protective is still 100000/10. “You did.” Implying he was heavily against not intervening in Omega’s tests w/ Ventress but he let her go do it anyway because he loves and trusts his sister.
• TECH MENTIONED AGAIN I—PLEASE BRING HIM BACK I SWEAR FILONI I AIN’T PLAYIN AROUND.
• Wrecker this episode was so 🥹🥹. Him trying to cheer up Omega by telling her they should go eat was so cute.
• I adore Omega’s ability to see the best in people. She doesn’t immediately cast people off because of their pasts and that’s a quality I think many people lack today. We saw Crosshair tell her she’s being naive in an effort to protect her but I don’t think she is being naive. I think she genuinely sees the better part of people and will always be willing to give someone a chance.
• I am once again asking, WHERE TF IS ECHO. Ik he’s with Rex but PLEASE bring our boy back. I’m so tired of the family not being all together.
• DID ANYONE ELSE NOTICE THAT WE DID NOT SEE CROSSHAIR’S HAND TREMBLE AT ALL THIS EPISODE??? Like not once did we see him shake out his hand or scowl at it. He was steady as hell when he was shooting at Ventress!! His meditation sessions with Omega must be helping 💜💜💜💜
• Crosshair skipping down the Marauder’s steps to help Omega into the ship, adorable. AND THEN EXTENDING HIS HAND TO VENTRESS AFTER NOT WANTING TO TRUST HER. This is such wonderful character development. I think Omega has definitely rubbed off on Crosshair a bit. He’s trying to give people a chance, just like Omega did with him. 🥹🥹🥹
• I really do love that the Batch doesn’t want to let Omega go, esp Hunter and Crosshair. Hunter went months without knowing if she was okay, let alone even alive when she was on Tantiss. Obviously she and Crosshair have such an unbreakable bond at this point that ofc he doesn’t want to let her go either.
• It would be so cool if she is, in fact, Force-sensitive and that she goes off to be trained by Ventress or someone else in order to protect her brothers. But tbh it’s not the best ending the show could have imo. It would be so bittersweet but I also think fall kind of flat for Omega’s character if that were the ending of the entire show. A huge part of me just wants them to all stay together and live happily ever after. Ik it’s Star Wars and we probably won’t get that but still, it’s nice to dream that it could happen.
• And lastly
Tumblr media
I will be thinking about this for the rest of the week.

I friend of mine just bid farewell to wattpad and fanfictions. She's a really good author and wants to focus more on her published works and stuff and oh my God I never expected this day to come so soon and so abruptly. We grew up together and we've been friends since 2018 and it's like a bomb dropped on my head when I read the announcement. I'm gonna support her in every step, obviously but it's just... the fact that I won't see her little updates of fanfictions and her announcements there is just... so weird to wrap my head around.
since 2018 :')) it must have been a hard goodbye even for her too 😭 and for the readers if there wasn't any prior hints it must have felt like a bomb truly esp if you're close with them 😭 i know it feels like a bomb too whenever i see writers here leave.
it's gonna be bittersweet for a while but you end up cherishing the memories you made with them and i hope if you're friends you stay in contact <3 best of luck to her and hugs for you 🫂

not to continue being an emotional bitch on main but I was thinking about The Last Unicorn (the film, mostly, as it was Baby's First Hyperfixation) and how it is a film about growth and grief, at its very core, and that's why it resonates so strongly.
At the end, the unicorn says, "I have been mortal, and some part of me is mortal yet. I am full of tears and hunger and the fear of death, although I cannot weep, and I want nothing, and I cannot die. I am not like the others now, for no unicorn was ever born who could regret, but I do. I regret." And I wanna focus on those last lines.
There comes a time in all our lives, I think, where we experience that loss of innocence, and it feels like the first time it's happened in human history when it's happening to you.
This isn't a story I've told many people but I'll share it with you now. When I was 12, my grandmother, who I was extremely close to, died of cancer. It had spread to most of her body, including her lungs and brain. Her last days were spent in a hospital hooked up to a morphine drip.
The last time I saw her, it was in the hospital, and she was begging my father not to leave. We had to return to our home to pick up my mother for the impending funeral. And I just remember my grandmother crying out for my dad, telling him not to go, and I remember how utterly crushed I felt in that moment. Death was inevitable. I couldn't escape it, not when it was directly in front of me. At my grandmother's viewing, I could hardly look at her.
For years, I was severely thanatophobic. Death has always kind of hung over my life. My maternal grandmother, only a few months after I was born. My maternal grandfather, when we went to his apartment and found him dead. My grandmother's friend, who we found dead in his house. My grandmother herself.
That was over ten years ago. I've grown quite a bit, and I think working in a nursing home has given me a little more of a "unique" perspective, if you will. Death is just part of life. It happens. And sometimes, it is merciful.
But the grief remains. There are times I'm 12 again, and a scared little girl, watching my grandmother, who could hardly recognize anyone, cry for my dad not to go. I feel regret for not being able to look at her body at the viewing.
And even beyond death... I grieve the girl I lost to abusive boyfriends. I feel this lingering regret at the loss of my innocence, not that I could've stopped it. I think of the sweet little girl I was, and I want to cry for her, but I can't. All I can do is look to the future and try to grow and be better for her.
It's a human experience. We don't like to admit it, but grief is quintessentially human. When it happens to us, it feels like the first time it's happened in history.
And then we grow. We have to keep getting up, and going about our lives, and trying not to trip on our grief. It doesn't go away, but it tucks itself into a corner, where it'll catch us off guard when we least expect it. Then it goes back into hiding.
I think The Last Unicorn is a really beautiful example of all these ideas coming together. The unicorn must come to grips with the fact that she is not innocent anymore. She has grieved, she has loved, and she knows the bittersweetness of regret. Her journey is self discovery, but a tragic one, one that we all go through at one time or another. It's a film that still resonates deeply with me because the notion of grief and growth has always been present in my life.
Anyway, sorry for the ramble. Was just thinking about it quite a bit today.

'When I originally saw All of Us Strangers at the 59th Chicago International Film Festival, I left the theater in awe of the movie and performances. I was also stunned by the ending. I immediately knew I wanted to dig deeper into it. It’s an ending that shocks you, but also leaves so much to unpack.
This film had a big impact on me in 2023 because of some of its themes, including love, loss, and loneliness. It’s one of the best movies that discuss grief. It tackles the subject in a way that feels more grounded in reality than some films, and shows it as something ever-present that never truly goes away. The All of Us Strangers ending explores that and more...
What Happened At The End Of All Of Us Strangers?
Adam (Andrew Scott) brings Harry (Paul Mescal) to his parents’ home to meet them. They refuse to let them in and, and in a panic, Adam freaks out and breaks a window. Harry leaves him. Adam wakes up back in his childhood home with his parents. They discuss Harry and Adam’s relationship. Then his parents tell him that they must leave. They notice how this situation is not good for him.
Adam pleads with them but they must move on so he can as well. The child and parents go on one last outing to his favorite diner. His parents say their goodbyes before slowly fading away. His dad fades first and then his mother, after losing her eyesight — similar to their deaths.
He arrives back at his flat but ends up at Harry’s apartment and notices a really bad smell. The TV is on and the place looks like it hasn’t been touched in a while. Eventually, he finds Harry’s dead body in his bedroom. Harry’s ghost appears. He breaks down about his death and the fact that no one has discovered his body yet.
Adam comforts him and asks him to go upstairs with him. They lie in Adam’s bed together, talk some, and then drift to sleep. “Power of Love” plays in the background.
What Happened To Harry?
The All of Us Strangers ending makes it clear that Harry died before they began their relationship. After Adam closed the door on Harry, he went to his apartment, drank himself to death, and possibly overdosed on drugs. It’s unclear if Harry intentionally died by suicide or was so depressed that he continued to engage in destructive behavior, like drinking and drugs, until it accidentally killed him.
It doesn’t really matter if he died by suicide or accidentally. The point is that he was so lonely and scared that he engaged in behavior that ended his life. All of Harry and Adam’s relationship happens after he dies. The conversation between Adam and Harry at the end heavily implies that Harry is also about to fade away. Like Adam’s parents, he is also about to move on.
This is another movie that thoughtfully talks about depression. Harry’s “sad eyes” are because of his own life tragedies. He doesn’t have his family because of his feeling of being an outsider in it. Then he has no friends and only starts a solid relationship with Adam after his death. Harry, in some ways, is also a cautionary tale to Adam. Don’t close yourself off so much that you are alone in the end.
The Hope In The Tragic Ending
It’s easy to interpret the All Of Us Strangers ending as sad and tragic. However, it’s more bittersweet if anything. Adam is likely about to be alone again, but his relationship with his parents and Harry allows him to do some emotional healing. His parents have given him some closure. Adam will never stop grieving them (as his mother states, there will never be enough time with them), but now they've at least gotten to know him. They accept and love him. Adam resolves one of the major things holding him back from love.
Harry is dead, so Adam experiences another loss, but he also experiences more love. Harry opened his heart to romantic love again. Even at the end, Harry tells him to not close his heart to love, and Adam seems to accept that message. We see a different Adam from the start of All of Us Strangers to the end of it. He won’t continue to isolate himself from the world.
He will go find love again. Additionally, Adam and Harry’s love story answers the age-old question: Is it better to have loved and lost or to never have loved at all? The film argues it’s better to have loved and lost. Just because there is no happy ending for Adam and his parents, or Adam and Harry, doesn’t make these relationships and love any less important. The pure existence of them makes it all worth having, even if they end.
Adam also realizes that if he let Harry in at the beginning of the film, Harry would have had a different fate. This makes him see the importance of not pushing someone away. They may need you. All of Us Strangers director Andrew Haigh expands on this idea in a Time interview:
There is hope in the fact that he has understood that, basically, he is capable of being in love and being loved and being there for someone else that might need him in that moment.
Adam (probably) doesn’t regret not opening the door for Harry at that moment, because they still have a love story. Just because it happens after Harry’s death doesn’t negate the impact and power of it. Let’s look at it this way: Some people discover their favorite artist after that artist’s death. Their death doesn’t diminish the impact and power of their work and life. Sometimes it makes it even more meaningful. Death doesn’t make love any less meaningful.
The Importance Of The Power Of Love
“The Power of Love” by Frankie Goes to Hollywood plays a few times in the film. It’s one of those perfect movie music moments. The song basically sums up why the All of Us Strangers ending is hopeful even in its sadness. It talks about how love has a way of healing the soul. The film is also about the ways love heals if you open yourself up to it, even after deep loss.
In the same Time interview, Haigh explained his use of the song and its importance to the LGBTQ+ experience of the ‘80s and his youth:
It's actually quite a subversive love song because it's written by a bunch of gay dudes in the '80s in a really tough time as AIDS was devastating communities. I always knew I wanted to get it into a film, and it made perfect sense for it being at the end of this.
One part of “The Power of Love” says “death-defying love for you,” which could basically summarize one of All of Us Strangers’ messages: Even in death, love cannot be destroyed. The song also mentions “make love your goal.” No matter how life may hurt you, don’t ever stop loving.
On the surface, the story may seem tragic but it’s really a beautiful way of looking at love and loss. The pain of losing someone crushes your soul, but the love you get from it and after it, makes the whole journey worth it. Death cannot destroy love.
All of Us Strangers is one of the best movies of 2023 and one of the best LGBTQ+ romance movies ever. It’s a film that stays with you in both a hopeful and heartbreaking manner.'

"You know we missed you," Tia answers Taehyung, then kisses his lips before doing the same to Jimin. "How was work?"
"It was fine. Got a lot done, but it was hard to focus. You were heavy on my mind which is why I'm back a little earlier than expected."
"Damn... same here. I couldn't stop thinking about you. I lowkey felt like something was wrong," Jimin adds.
"That's exactly it. Like she was in danger?"
Jimin confirms Taehyung's assumptions with a nod.
"This is wild, but I felt the same way. The feeling was so strong, it woke me from my sleep. I damn near killed myself rushing down the stairs when they rang the doorbell," Jungkook admits to the others.
"They?" Taehyung is obviously confused.
"Oh, my bad. So, there was an accident..."
"ACCIDENT?!" Taehyung and Jimin speak together, interrupting Jungkook.
"Stop, I'm okay, I promise," Tia reassures with guilt written all over her face. "I feel so bad to have worried you all, but I'm fine. Namjoon took great care of me."
With perfect timing, Namjoon emerges from the living room to join everyone in the foyer. He looks a little nervous but smiles as he waves.
"Hi, guys."
Jungkook places his hand on Namjoon's back and flashes a wink when he looks at him. Taehyung and Jimin, still clearly befuddled, come to extend warm greetings. They look at Jungkook who just simply smiles and nods his head. When they look at Tia, she is transfixed on Namjoon, and he is on her.
"What's wrong?" Namjoon is asking Tia, wiping at his face, thinking there must be something on him.
"You," she says, her tone enticing. "You and those dimples...that smile should be illegal. Jungkook, arrest this man for burglary," Tia commands and pauses, leaving everyone on edge and perplexed, "he has stolen my heart," she says, covering her face, embarrassed at her own corniness.
Tia's POV
Thankfully, I was able to get a same-day appointment with my therapist, Monique. I've been seeing her for years, as the saying is true, that every therapist needs a therapist. It's bittersweet that the session is virtual. I know I'm safe at home, but I do prefer to see her in person.
"Tia! It's been, what, two months? How are you?"
Laughing lightly, I reply, "Well, that's a loaded question. Where do I start?"
"Wherever you would like to start."
There is a comfortable pause while she patiently waits for me to get my thoughts together.
"Well, let's start with some good news, I guess."
"Okay, tell me. What makes you happy these days? Let's hunt all of the good."
I love the way that I can talk to her, like we've been friends for years, yet she's still able to keep an unbiased opinion and help me see things from different perspectives. She will also call me out on my shit if necessary. I tell her all about the men in my life and how I met them all, and also about the potential with Namjoon. There is no judgment from her, as she asks questions and listens to me ramble. I tell her about the renovations to the house and that I am pretty happy considering the other things, which we end up discussing later in the session.
"Yes, I remember when we last spoke, you'd mentioned that you were in the process of purchasing your first home. I'm so proud of you, so glad that the process went smoothly, and that the renovations came out the way you envisioned them," Monique said. "And as far as the fellas go, it sounds like they all sincerely care about you. Your relationship is not conventional but it's healthy...that's all that matters."
"Yeah, thank you for saying that. I must admit, it's different, and sometimes I wonder what others will think."
"That's understandable, but what other people think is their business, not yours to worry about."
"Facts," I respond with a soft smile. "I did want to speak with you about something specific to our situation."
"Okay."
"Well, I've told you all the good things, but there have been a lot of difficulties this past month. I'll get into the details in a bit, but my loves, Grey and John, have been instrumental to my recovery."
"Uh-huh."
"I don't know if I'm overthinking things, as I tend to do," I pause, attempting to push back the tears trying to well in my eyes. "But I find myself wondering if I'm using the guys, using sex as a way to distract myself from everything that has been going on... from the trauma of it all. Also, am I using them as a security blanket? Thoughts like that seem to keep creeping into my mind."
"I see that these thoughts make you feel a bit emotional," she replies and I nod in agreement. "Exploring a polyamorous relationship does not guarantee safety. Things can still happen. When you are with them, are you thinking about how they can protect you? Do you initiate sex with a diversion from reality in mind?" She pauses briefly before asking one last question, "Are you only concerned with what they can provide for you or is the relationship reciprocal?"
"It's funny that you say that, seeing how I met Namjoon today. The accident that happened earlier was completely because of my decisions. I do think about how safe I feel when I'm with them, but not specifically that I require protection from them. I find myself relishing in the feeling of safety, love, and authenticity. This is something we're all experiencing for the first time, together, and I've not had this with any other man in my life... not even my own father, for that matter."
"Tia, your father died. I'm sure if he had a choice, he would have been here to care for you and provide all of those things."
"Yeah, I know."
"All of the characteristics you just mentioned, are they reciprocated?"
"Oh, absolutely. With whatever this is that we have going on, I hope that I'm enough for all of them."
"Well, from the sound of it, they support and encourage each other as well. Maybe it doesn't all fall on you, as long as your intentions are good."
"Yes, it may sound crazy, but I would do anything for them. And there is no favoritism...I care about them all equally yet differently."
"That is beautiful and I am so glad that you are happy. From what you've told me, it doesn't appear that your goal is to use them more so than it is an instinctual responsibility that they all feel to keep you safe. These are elements of a strong, healthy relationship. I would, however, like to recommend that you all have a sit-down and talk about what you all expect from each other, details regarding your sex life. For example, will there be relations between the guys or just with you, contraception, and any other concerns you all may have."
I feel so much better after speaking with Monique. She is always able to help me see things more clearly and get me out of my own head by validating my thoughts and reassuring my thoughts. I go on to tell her about the stalker, me being poisoned, the life-saving hospital visit, and the mental issues I was having as a result. She goes on to express how overjoyed she is that I am not allowing the hardships to take over my life, pointing out my strong will to leave the house today.
We come to the end of the session with her saying, "If you're having a feeling or something is telling you to move a certain way, maybe follow your intuition. And remember, it's okay to pause and just be every now and then. It's okay to take a break from being strong. It's okay to live a soft life, allowing others to love and care for you. It's okay to focus on the good things sometimes." I gasp then laugh at that, having just heard it from Taehyung earlier, causing her to ask, "What?"
"Oh, nothing. Tae, coincidentally, said the exact same thing to me today."
"Hmm... coincidence or confirmation?"
We log out of the session, and I take a moment to just think...to just be. I sit in the silence, trying to turn my brain off for a second. My eyes are closed, and I'm here...just existing, trying to silence my thoughts.
This must be what meditation is like. Damn, I'm still thinking, but I'm trying not to. Fuck, I suck at this. Suck...I wonder what my babes are doing. Oh wow, I'm such a freaky frog.
My mind races for a bit longer with me combating my internal dialogue, not entertaining it. I notice immediately when my mind goes quiet, but only for a minute.
"Can't hear with a chaotic mind. Calm down. Focus. Breathe."
Ok, I hear that! Typically, when I'm thinking, I hear my own voice within, but this... this is not me. I'm taken aback, wanting to open my eyes and stop whatever this is, but I decide to stay here. While this situation is strange and new, the voice is comforting, familiar, and warm. I'm noticing that it is coming through in short phrases, rather than eloquent sentences. I am also able to take comfort in knowing what this may be. My mother often spoke of being "led by the ancestors" and would often require silence so that she could "listen". I wonder if this is what I am experiencing. Just as quickly as I think that, it answers.
"Exactly. Gifts beginning. Flourish. Age irrelevant. Blessing not skipped. Very strong. Practice. Seven. You feel them. Love. Trust. Safe. Okay. Let go."
I can hear it, and I am able to understand!Tears are collecting behind my lids. A chill runs through my body; there's a feeling like someone has a grip on my heart, and I'm experiencing shortness of breath. It's not uncomfortable, but definitely noticeable. It is similar to the feelings I face when having an anxiety attack, but this is more of a suggestion instead of something that takes over my body. Taking in every detail and feeling, I place my hand over my heart and lean in completely.
Jimin's POV
"So, is this normal? Is this how all of this goes?" I have so many questions yet Jungkook and Taehyung are focused on the TV screen, seemingly chill, like they are used to this.
"Why? Are you jealous of Namjoon?" Taehyung asks, obviously trying to be a smartass, never averting his eyes from the video game Jungkook is playing.
"No, I'm not jealous at all. I'm asking if it's normal to have these feelings."
"What feelings, bro?" Jungkook's tone is less condescending as he continues to click the buttons on the controller.
"Like, the pull to Tia and knowing when she needs me. The pull to you both. And now, this feeling I have towards Namjoon. It's like being in a pitch black, dark ass room full of puzzle pieces but being able to pick the ones you need because they glow in the dark."
"Damn, man, that's deep...perfect analogy. There are thousands of people in this city, but I only feel connected to you two and Namjoon," Taehyung confesses. "I don't know if it's normal, but this is what we're experiencing together and with Tia."
We all just shrug, giving up the urge to understand, and look up when Tia emerges from the basement.
"Hey! How did it go?" Jungkook asks the question we are all thinking, placing the Playstation controller on the coffee table. I was so worried when Taehyung mentioned to us what she'd said earlier, about using us as a distraction. I wonder if she was able to speak with her therapist about that.
"It was really good! I feel so much better... so much lighter," she says, making her way over to join us in the media area off of the kitchen. "Where's Namjoon? Did y'all scare him off?"
"He had to leave to hand out the rest of his business cards. There's one for you on the island. He owns a landscaping business," Taehyung informs her.
She comes to stand behind the sofa that the others are sitting on and runs her fingers into Taehyung's hair, her nails audibly scratching along his scalp. The feeling is clearly intoxicating, as he melts into the couch, his eyes rolling backward, and his bottom lip tucked between his teeth. Laughing, she moves to give Jungkook some affection, only for Taehyung to reach over his head trying to grab at her wrists.
"Oh, Jagia, don't be like this. That wasn't nearly enough!"
"Hey, stop! It's my turn, right, Noona?" Jungkook talks to her with his head lifted and resting on the back of the couch.
Tia leans over his upside-down face and places a kiss on his lips, her hand resting on his throat. Taehyung and I just watch as their tongues dance, their lips moving in sync with each other like the most perfect tango. We are completely captivated by their exchange until she releases him with a 'muah' sound.
"Right."
"Fuck that, I want one of those," Taehyung protests. We all get a good laugh before Tia moves back over to him to give him the same treatment as Jungkook. I watch how gentle her fingers move over the skin of his throat, her thumb brushing over the stubble on his jaw and chin. She's not even touching me, but I'm growing, beginning to push against my zipper. When she's finished, she lets him go and stands, looking down at him. He sits up, flashing a smirk while blushing, again eliciting laughs from us all.
When Tia looks over to me, my eyes go wide, not because I don't know I'm next, but because of the way she slowly approaches me, like a lioness stalking down her prey. Her hips sway effortlessly, her thighs jiggle slightly with each step. The way her shorts stretch across her pelvis and thighs is a clear indicator of how phat her ass is...I can damn near see it from the front. Jesus, I've never wanted anyone so badly in my entire life. I gulp down the lump in my throat, happily yet nervously awaiting what is to come next.
When she reaches the chair I'm occupying, I offer her a smile and reach out for her, holding her hips for support as she climbs onto my lap. With her hands playing at my neck, she peers into my eyes, like she knows it's one of my biggest turn-ons. Eye contact and hearing 'yes sir' turns me to putty every time.
"Hey," she whispers.
"Hey," I retort, moving my hips slightly in an attempt to adjust my now, very prominent erection.
Fuck, I hope she doesn't feel that.
She nods, as if reading my mind, and grinds down on me. My mouth falls open, the feeling is amazing and what I didn't know I needed. At the same time, my eyes drop closed due to the shock accompanied by pleasure, and she takes the opportunity to tilt her head, leaning in to take my lips against hers. Kissing her feels oddly familiar, like I've kissed her everyday for an eternity but this is our first REAL kiss. Her movements are slow and intentional, savoring every second as her warm tongue grazes my bottom lip before sucking it into her mouth. I move my hands from her hips, sliding over her plump ass, up her back, and letting one continue to her nape to pull her in, deepening the kiss. Holding her like this has me feeling like a virgin, overly excited from their first kiss. When she moans into my mouth, I have to pull back, unable to compose myself.
"Feels like your first time, doesn't it? Don't feel bad...she had the same effect on us, too."
Taehyung doesn't speak but nods his head, agreeing with Jungkook. Tia simply wipes any remaining lip gloss she was wearing from my lips before adjusting herself to sit facing the other men, her cheek resting on my chest with her legs draped across the arm of the chair.
"Cut it out, guys...you're making me sound like some kind of temptress."
The two men make eye contact with each other before bursting out in laughter. What the fuck have I gotten myself into? Is this woman after my soul? If so, I think I may just hand it over willingly if it would make her happy. She shakes her head, not entertaining their behavior before changing the subject.
"So, the thought crossed my mind before, but my therapist just confirmed it. Since we're all here, I think we should talk about this...about us," Tia announces, but there is a sense of uncertainty in her voice.
"It doesn't feel right, does it?"
She looks up at me and answers in the smallest voice, "No." She looks down to fiddle with the gold rings on her fingers.
"We aren't all here, are we? Did you feel it, too? With Namjoon, I mean," Taehyung asks the question to no one in particular, but we all know what he's speaking about... the instant connection and desire for Namjoon is evident.
"Yeah, it was like a long-lost relative had found his way home. I honestly didn't want him to leave, but I knew he had to. Should we call him?"
Tia sits straight up, the obvious excitement in her eyes when she responds to Jungkook, "Do you think we should?"
"Shit, why not? I'd bet money that he's probably waiting for you to call, hoping it's not regarding your lawn."
Jungkook's POV
It's so cute how excited she is, with a pale shade of nervousness just below the surface. We all go to sit at the island, Tia practically skipping across the room. When I slide the card across the marble in her direction, her eyes grow wide in surprise.
"Nuh uh, Koo, you call him."
"Why do I have to call him?" I'm obviously teasing her...it's cute the way she's acting, as if she's anxious to talk to her high school crush. I, of course, pull my phone from the pocket of my hoodie, and lean over the counter to get the card back. I start to dial the number when Tia stops me.
"NO! Wait... oh my God. Why am I so nervous?"
"He IS fine as fuck...maybe that has something to do with it?"
"Maybe so," Taehyung agrees with Jimin.
"T, cut it out. You know you're a baddie. What's the worst he can say?" I try to encourage her, continuing to dial the number.
"So cute," Taehyung says, pulling her into his arms. Jimin moves to grab a wine glass from the cabinet before rushing to the fridge to pour Tia a glass. I don't think he realizes what he's doing, not knowing all of the details behind why she was sick when he first met her. I'm a little on edge awaiting her response, having not pressed the button to begin the call. I don't know if this will trigger her since that's how that fucker decided to poison her, by spiking her wine. Taehyung doesn't seem to notice, too preoccupied with loving on Tia. I'm on the fence, unsure if I should interject or allow this to play out. I hope this will not hinder her recovery, but I choose to fall back, making room for her to handle it herself.
"Here you are, beautiful, maybe this will help take the edge off." Jimin sits the glass in front of her.
Please, don't be afraid, Noona...please.
She looks down to see the red wine sitting in front of her and is, thankfully, unbothered. She does ask if he brought this bottle himself or if he found it here.
"Ummm... I brought this from home. It's one of my favorites, so I wanted you to try some. I'm sorry, did I do something wrong?"
Jimin seems to be examining her expression, anticipating her answer.
"It's a long story...I'll tell you all about it later. But no, Jimini, you've done nothing wrong. Thank you."
We all watch in amazement when she lifts the glass to her lips, sipping the crimson libation into her mouth. It is astounding how brave this woman is, yet she's acting so skittish over a phone call. I'm assuming the others feel the same way, watching her in awe as Taehyung kisses her temple, arm dangling over her shoulders, and Jimin leans across the island, beaming at her, his crescent eyes on display. She licks her tongue out to collect the small drop of wine left on her plump lip which causes me to mimic her, licking my own. She is so enchanting; I am completely and willingly entangled in her spell.
I'm touched by the amount of trust she has in Jimin after only meeting him days prior. There is something magical happening here, within us. Our love, our bond, is obvious and deeper than the ocean is. I know it's not the liquid courage as the alcohol hasn't even had time to make it into her system, but she leans over the island to take the card from my hand. It is amazing how the smallest move that she makes turns me on in such a major way. The heaviness of her breasts causes them to bounce when she's sat back on her stool. My eyes wander to admire their fullness, up to the dip of her collar bone. Shit, even the way her bra straps are pushing into her soft skin has my dick jumping.
She finally makes the call and puts it on speaker, holding it casually to her lips. When her eyes dart up to look into mine, my heart skips a beat. What's wild is, I bet she isn't even aware of the effect she has on us. I'm assuming he's answered when the corner of her mouth tugs up into a smirk and though it's quick, I catch the way her tongue traces the edges of her teeth. Fuck, this girl can have anything she wants from me.

Year One: End of Year
Tumblr media
Chapter List WC: 1,420
29th June, 1992, Late Afternoon
Violet couldn't believe that the year was already over. As she was walking out of her last final, which was Charms, she had felt the moment was a little bittersweet. She was ready to go home and see her parents, but she was going to miss Hogwarts. She would miss the magic, her friends, her classes. She didn't know how she'd be able to cope without these things for the next couple of months.
She decided that it'd been the best year of her life. Despite all the bad things, like bullies and Harry Potter almost dying at the hand of He Who Shall Not Be Named, it had been a really great year.
It was still hard to believe that actually happened. She'd heard about the attack after the fact, when Harry was laid up in the Hospital wing. She ran there the moment she'd heard, running into Hermione and Ron, who told her the whole story. That they'd been trying to stop someone all year from stealing something called the Philosopher's Stone. They had thought it was Snape, but it was actually Professor Quirrell, who somehow had You Know Who living in the back of his head. She'd gotten lost here, and they tried to explain the best they could. In the end, Harry stopped him from getting the stone, which would've given him the ability to reform and live forever. Quirrell died, and the soul of You Know Who escaped.
Their year had definitely been more exciting, and dangerous. She finally understood why they'd been so secretive all year, and why they'd often disappear for hours at a time. She couldn't hold it against them that they hadn't told her. After all, they were friends, but only saw each other in classes and sometimes free periods, whereas the trio was together almost all day, every day.
She and the rest of the students were spread out around the lawn and the Great Lake, the weather bordering on almost too warm. It was a nice, sunny day, with a slight breeze rustling the trees. It couldn't have been better.
She exchanged addresses with her friends, ensuring that they'd all trade letters throughout the summer. She didn't want to lose touch with them, fearing that if she did, they might not be as close next year. Aimee and Hannah reassured her that nothing could break them apart.
Later that evening, at the End of Year Feast, Dumbledore made grand theatrics at the announcement of who won the house cup. The quidditch cup had unfortunately been won by Slytherin, as they'd had the most house points and game points by the final tally a few days prior.
"Another year gone." He began, standing at the head table, "And now, as I understand it, the house cup needs awarded. And the points stand thus-- In fourth place, Gryffindor, with 312 points. Third place, Hufflepuff, with 352 points. In second place, Ravenclaw, with 426 points. And in first place, with 472 points, Slytherin house."
After each house was named, there was a smattering of applause, but after the winner was announced, the entire Slytherin table stood up clapping and cheering. Some other students clapped politely, but didn't join in on their cheers. When Violet turned around to glare at the table, she caught the eye of Draco. She stuck her tongue out at him, but he only smirked before quickly looking away.
Banners fell along the walls and above the tables, spanning the length of the hall, brandishing the Slytherin colours and house crest. The house only cheered louder.
"Yes, yes, well done, Slytherin. Well done, Slytherin." Dumbledore continued, effectively silencing the hall, "However, recent events must be taken into account, and I have a few last minute points to award."
At this, whispers broke out around the room, students looking at each other confused.
Hannah and Violet turned as one to look at Cedric for an explanation, but he only shrugged and murmured, "This hasn't happened before."
"To Miss Hermione Granger, for the cool use of intellect when others were in grave peril-- 50 points." The cheering and clapping began again, aside from stark silence from the Slytherins, "Second, to Mister Ronald Weasley, for the best played game of chess that Hogwarts has seen these many years-- 50 points. And third, to Mister Harry Potter, for pure nerve and outstanding courage, I award Gryffindor house 60 points."
"They're tied with Slytherin!" Violet exclaimed excitedly.
"And finally. It takes a great deal of bravery to stand up to your enemies, but a great deal more to stand up to your friends. I award 10 points to Neville Longbottom." The students cheered louder, hardly pausing when Dumbledore continued, "If my calculations are correct, I believe that a change of decoration is in order. Gryffindor wins the house cup!"
The banners changed to the Gryffindor colour and crest. The students around them got up and turned to congratulate the Gryffindors, who had finally broken Slytherins winning streak. For the first time in six years, Slytherin didn't win the house cup. That alone was cause for celebration.
The rest of dinner was full of cheer and celebration, with the three houses pointedly ignoring the Slytherin house, whose students had taken to glaring at Gryffindor.
Later that evening, when all the students had retired to bed, Violet allowed herself to feel the tiniest sliver of guilt for her misdeeds towards the Slytherins, especially Draco, at dinner. But only for a moment, because they didn't deserve anyone's guilt or kindness after their deplorable behaviour all year.
━━━━━━⊱༻ ༺⊰━━━━━━
30th June, 1992, Noon
The train ride from Hogwarts to the station was just as loud as the previous night's celebrations. Some students were tucked away in their compartments, but most were out and about, saying final goodbyes to their friends.
Violet, Aimee, Caroline, Hannah, and Susan all shared a compartment, sharing what their plans were for the summer.
Susan and Caroline took off after a few minutes, going to see their other friends. Violet, Aimee, and Hannah only rolled their eyes at their friends, knowing they wouldn't see them again until it was time to disembark.
A knock on the door interrupted their conversation, drawing their attention to Cedric.
He smiled sheepishly, "Hi. Just wanted to say, have a good summer."
Aimee and Hannah broke into a fit of giggles, Violet shaking her head at them, "Thanks, Ced. You too. Got any plans?"
"Not really, maybe do some travelin'. You?" He moved to lean against the doorframe, shooting a curious glance to the still giggling girls.
"Ignore them, I do." She laughed goodheartedly, "I'm not sure yet, I'm just excited to see my parents!"
He nodded in understanding, "Well, see you next year." He waved at the girls, who had finally stopped giggling and waved back.
"Bye Cedric!" They both replied in a sing-song voice.
Once the door was closed, Violet turned to them, "What was that?!"
"We told you he fancies you!" Hannah burst out, "See?! He didn't care about our summers, did he? Only yours!"
"So what?" She blushed scarlet red, "Even if he does, it doesn't matter. I don't fancy him."
Aimee smirked, "But you fancy someone?"
"Absolutely not. Besides, don't you think we're a little young to-"
"No!" Both girls cut her off.
She stared at them in shock before shrugging, "Fine, who do you fancy then?"
Silence for a moment, then Hannah declared, "Oh... Well, no one."
Aimee shrugged, "No, me neither."
"Hypocrites, the both of ya." Violet shook her head laughing, "So, about Harry-"
"Ahah!" Hannah shouted, "You fancy him, don't you?!"
Violet stared at her blankly. Hadn't they moved on from that discussion?
"No." She replied slowly, "I was going to ask what you thought about You-Know-Who."
"Oh, oops," Hannah giggled innocently, "Can we not? It's such a dreadful topic!"
Aimee nodded emphatically, "I agree, besides, isn't he, you know, dead for good now?"
Violet thought for a moment, "I don't know... Something about the entire situation just seems weird."
"Vi, we live in a world of magic. Just last month you thought the existence of a self-stirring cauldron was weird."
"Yeah, okay." Violet relented, but she couldn't lose the feeling that something was weird. Or, rather, wrong. She knew she was missing something, and she tried to dismiss the feeling, reasoning with herself that it was probably just because she hadn't heard the whole story from Hermione, Harry, and Ron, or that she hadn't experienced it herself.
She tucked away the thought and feeling for the time being, determined to enjoy the last few hours with her friends before they all returned home for the summer.

Amnesia: Later Part 6 - Ukyo Route
Tumblr media
Lol at Ukyo quickly defeating all the guys in the game so he can go look for fireflies with the heroine🤣 I think it's really cute how Ukyo always has breakfast at the cafe, and considering how the menu seems different everyday (when it comes to breakfast anyway), it makes me feel like I want to go too!! I love how Waka just let Ukyo's imagination go wild when he was trying to ask him to take promotional photos for a cafe wedding hahaha. I never really thought about Ukyo's living space, but it must be quite saddening. He recalls memories that the heroine can't remember, he's not sure if this world is the one so he never properly furnishes his living space and literally just has shelter for himself but nothing else because there's no point, and it's just so sad to think that Ukyo really was alive but not really 'living'. So I'm very happy for him that he'll be staying in this world and he'll be picking out furniture with the heroine. It honestly breaks my heart to see Ukyo still so sincerely say that her smile is enough for him to give up everything because it's true. He really would give everything for the heroine and even if it kills him and makes him go through immeasurable pain, he still thinks it's worth it and that always breaks my heart. Ukyo kissing her forehead was the sweetest thing ever!
Tumblr media
Ukyo and the heroine shopping together is so cute. It was bittersweet when he said he wanted matching cups because if he sees it when he wakes up, then he knows that this isn't a dream. For someone like him whose been repeating an endless cycle of life and death, waking up and immediately knowing that him and the heroine are actually together and that it's not a dream is very important. The fan club girls always get off so easily, but in this case, I guess it wasn't completely their fault because it was the world that was trying to kill the heroine. The heroine and Ukyo telling each other how they love everything about each other was so cute, especially since you can see how genuine Ukyo is. I love how the guys were discussing about what to put in Ukyo's tea and pasta because they're annoyed he's dating the heroine🤣🤣 Lmaooo at Kent putting a whole bottle of habanero sauce in the pasta and Ukyo is still asking for more tabasco sauce because it's too mild🤣 Is this even pasta anymore🤣 Very understandable for the heroine to think that Ukyo is possibly living with someone else especially with that notebook and the fact that he always goes back at night. Lmao at how much everyone loves the heroine and cares about how she was crying. It was so funny when Waka was telling Ukyo about how he would treat people who make the heroine cry and Ukyo didn't get it🤣 I love Rika rushing to the cafe to check up on her, and it was really nice to see the fan club girls actually be thoughtful enough to tell Rika because they know that the heroine probably isn't comfortable with them. They're so mature for once! Lmaoo when Rika just straight up asked Ukyo if he's cheating🤣
Tumblr media
Personally, I'm not sure if I would have believed Ukyo's split personality thing if I never saw it, but considering the heroine's personality, I can understand why she would believe him haha. And it's nice that even though Rika isn't completely on board, she respects that since the heroine believes him, she will too. Gotta love how apparently he's not as violent anymore and does the chores🤣 Omgg Orion with the hoodie is so adorable!! I'm glad he appeared to tell the heroine to not give up on Ukyo and to save him. It was so cute to see the other Ukyo soften up and realise he can't win against the heroine haha. I mean, even though this Ukyo killed her many times, in the end, no matter which Ukyo it is, the only thing that won't ever change is his love for her. It was so funny when Ukyo ran away with her because he didn't want her to take photos in a wedding dress with other guys haha.
Tumblr media
Overall, Ukyo's route was pretty sweet. I liked seeing them get to enjoy life in general properly since it was something they should have had the opportunity to experience but never got to because it was robbed from them. Personally, I still think I like Ukyo and the heroine's relationship the most because you can feel how much they genuinely love and appreciate each other and their relationship. Ukyo having the chance to express his love to the heroine but also fear it was understandable and I'm happy for them. I also really enjoyed seeing how everyone including the girls and fan club girls love the heroine and how everyone was willing to stand up for her if it meant she's crying haha. It's just so sweet to watch over the heroine alongside everyone else. Even though it felt rushed, I did enjoy the story delving into the other personality and trying to have things work out for both personalities. Definitely a nice sequel.

masterlist i guess?
i am working on getting these all on tumblr but it'll be a minute!
Give me six months (formerly Disarmed)
“I think, my love, that if we survive this, I have some work to do.”
Mina/Astarion | 11/11 chapters | Mature (I'll mark the smut chapters!)
This began from the idea that Astarion's friendship ending feels (to me) like his most happy and self-actualized ending, and maybe he needs those 6 months on his own before he can have a romantic happily-ever-after.
But it turns out she was used to being the one in the relationship with her shit together and when that's no longer the case she has some shit to figure out as well...
This is so fluffy, y'all.
Read on AO3: Chapter 1 | Chapter 2 | Chapter 3 | Chapter 4 | Chapter 5 | Chapter 6 | Chapter 7 | Chapter 8 | Chapter 9 (very mild smut) | Chapter 10 (actual smut) | Chapter 11
Read on tumblr: only chapter 5 is posted here so far (because it's my fave and it stands alone decently) but i will update as that changes!
A flip of a switch (formerly At Your Mercy)
Being as beautiful as he was, people wanting him the way they certainly seemed to everywhere they went, it must be impossible for him to feel safe anywhere. To feel whole. To feel like a mind attached to a body rather than floating outside of it. Gods, but he had such a good mind. … Did he know that? What if he didn’t know that? What if he thought she only wanted his body? Surely he wasn’t that dense? Oh gods, she realized. He absolutely is.
Mina/Astarion | 6/6 chapters (for now) | Mature
A prequel to Disarmed, picking up a few nights after the tiefling party/the first time they sleep together. Focuses a lot on Astarion working through his shit, the two of them figuring out sexual and non-sexual intimacy, all that good stuff. Also very fluffy. I took destiny into my own hands and changed the title and I don’t hate it anymore!
Read on AO3: chapter 1 | chapter 2 | chapter 3 | chapter 4 | chapter 5 (smut) | chapter 6 (smutttttt)
Read on tumblr: only chapter 6 posted so far
The Gift
"I left you alone, and I’m sorry, and it kills me knowing I hurt you, but everyone is going to leave me alone in the end, even you.”
Rielle/Astarion | 4/? chapters | smut-free just sad as hell
Rielle hasn't seen Astarion for two centuries, and then he shows up at her art show (where several of the paintings are of him) for a painful reunion.
This is set 200 years after the events of the game, so the only surviving members of the core party are Rielle (tav), Astarion, Halsin, and Shadowheart, and Halsin and Shadowheart are near the ends of their lifespans. It's about Astarion wrestling with losing the first people he ever allowed himself to care about and the fact that he's an immortal spawn who's just going to keep losing people- is it even worth loving them in the first place?
If you can't tell this is just pure angst lol I am hurting my own feelings by writing this fic
Read on AO3: chapter 1 | chapter 2 | chapter 3 | chapter 4 | chapter 5 | chapter 6
Read on tumblr: chapter 1 | chapter 2 | chapter 3 | chapter 6
And isn’t that just like a sister?
"She wants to destroy you—but with her, for the first time, you think you make sense."
Female Durge/Astarion | 2/2 chapters | smut-free
An exploration of Durge and Astarion's complicated relationships with their sisters. I edited these minimally so they're a little more stream-of-consciousness. Ch 1 is Durge pov (2nd person though, you are Durge and Durge is you) and ch 2 is Astarion pov.
Read on AO3: chapter 1 | chapter 2
Read on tumblr: chapter 1 | chapter 2
We Were
“If the timing had been different, do you think we ever could have been in love?” “We were, darling.”
Female Reader/Gale/Astarion | 2/2 chapters | smut-free
You and Gale are happily married, but an old friend's wedding gets you thinking about the past and how things might have been different. Bittersweet and sad in the way life is sad.
Read on AO3: chapter 1 | chapter 2
Overlooked
You ask yourself, gently: what if you were the one he wanted to kiss? What if you were the one he looked at with those big, round, trusting eyes? Impossible, you think, and your mind pushes the thought away instinctively, but you hold it in place, letting your thoughts adjust.
Female Reader/Astarion | 2/2 chapters | smut-free for now?
You and Astarion are besties, but he's been really weird the past few weeks and you don't know why... friends to lovers and slow burn, will likely end with some smut
Read on AO3: chapter 1 | chapter 2 | chapter 3 | chapter 4 | chapter 5 | chapter 6 | chapter 7 | chapter 8 | chapter 9 | chapter 10 | chapter 11

My top 6 favorite musicals
6. Next to Normal
This list was gonna be a top 5 but I couldn’t not include this musical. I’ve only seen one production of it and it was actually at my college but it was the best production I ever saw there. Really pulls at the heart strings and it has wonderful music.
5. Beetlejuice the Musical
I finally got to see this for the first time back in December and it was just really fun! Phenomenal set design and costume design and of course amazing performances. It even made me cry during one scene and I wasn’t expecting this one to make me cry! Also made me a bit nostalgic for the movie. Just so much fun and definitely a must-see for live theatre!
4. Fun Home
This musical absolutely breaks me every damn time. Even just listening to the soundtrack gets me crying, this musical destroyed me in the best way. I unfortunately have a bittersweet memory of it as it’s the last show that my ex and I worked on together right before we broke up (I was the SM & she was Medium Alison), so I haven’t been able to listen to it or even think about it since, but that doesn’t change the fact that this is such a fantastic and heartbreaking musical that resonated with me so well.
3. Hadestown
Oh my GOD this musical gives me chills. I’ve gotten to see it live twice and both times have just left me so awe-struck, I don’t know quite how to explain it. Everything is just phenomenal. The story telling, the set, the acting, the singing, the music, the choreography. Seeing this musical was one of those experiences that reminds you exactly why you’re pursuing what you’re pursuing. This musical made me fall in love with theatre all over again and reminded me why I want to do it.
2. Legally Blonde the Musical
I will always love this musical and it will always hold a special place in my heart, especially as a feminist. This is such a good musical for women and feminism in general. The way that Elle learns that she doesn’t have to change who she is in order to be successful is SUCH an important message for women and girls. Being feminine doesn’t make you any less serious and people shouldn’t think less of a woman simply for the way she chooses to live her life. Also, Elle and Emmett are just adorable and one of the cutest couples in musical theatre. I’ll always have a soft spot for this show.
1. Into the Woods
What I consider to be a theatrical masterpiece. This show will ALWAYS be my favorite. It’s the first musical I ever fell in love with and it’s never leaving my #1 spot. I just don’t see that happening. The storytelling is some of the most creative and genius storytelling I’ve seen in theatre. The music is obviously iconic and challenging as hell but SO good. There are so many clever themes and motifs, so much symbolism and parallels, I could go on about my analysis of each character and their respective character arc. I also just love the way they were able to tie multiple iconic fairytale stories together and they touch on what happens after “happily ever after” and I just love that. I remember when the movie came out and people thought it should’ve ended on the happy ending (which would be the end of act 1 in the stage version), and it just bugged me how those people so clearly missed the whole point of the second act. The show is telling us that life isn’t as simple as “happily ever after.” This musical is one of the few musicals that wasn’t afraid to touch on more taboo subjects and darker storylines, and I love it so much for all of that.

Old memories (One-Shot)
Summary: Albus and Minerva reminisce in old memories and realize just how much Harry and Ginny are like James and Lily. (Potter's and they're red heads am I right? Hehehehehehe :)
Notes: Takes place during Harry's 6th year ( or Ginny's 5th year) aka the Half Blood Prince. Honestly, I don't feel like the characters are too OOC this time or there at least more on point!
Characters: Harry Potter, Ginny Weasley, Minerva Mcgonnagal, Albus Dumbledore, Lily Potter, and James Potter.
Warning(s): Mostly just fluff and a bit of angst/bittersweetness since James and Lily are dead. This makes me sense when you read it.
Rating: General Audiences
Hope you all enjoy <3

Author's POV
It was a bright sunny day at Hogwarts. It was particularly unusual due to Who-must-no- wait that's not his name, his name is Voldemort and as Hermione Granger says “Fear of a name only increases fear of the thing itself.” I'm not one to narrate while writing a story or for you to narrate while reading a story. But to me I've always loved stories with a narrating author or character. I've always felt that the best stories have had author narrations no matter if it's a book or a movie. I might be a bit impartial due to the fact that my favorite show started with a good narration but you know what that doesn't really matter at the end of the day. Anyways, let's get back to the actual story, not the story of my life.
As I was saying before I started rambling on, it was a bright sunny day at Hogwarts, it was a bit unusual due to Voldemort's gloom ever since he's been back. But as you know today wasn't one of those days, today was one of the good ones. Where everything seemed to be better and you could almost forget he was back. Well, almost for Harry Potter. It seems in his case, he's looking over his shoulder waiting for the day he will strike. Again with the gloom, this story on the other hand is supposed to be a happy one like when the Prince and the Princess live happily ever after. Sadly, this story isn't a fairy tale but the happy couple of this story will eventually have a happily ever after. But on this day all Harry Potter's worries are put to a halt and he does have his taste of happily ever after. Especially since a certain Redhead is with him.
In View was a boy with messy black hair with emerald green eyes alongside a girl with flaming red hair with chocolate brown eyes holding hands happily laughing together and enjoying their time together.
The couple came to a halt once the girl with fiery red hair said something "You know I've always loved this spot. The girl said, looking at the beautiful tree. She moved over to touch it admiring the beauty of it. The boy smiled at her and said "The tree is beautiful but of course not as beautiful and stunning as you." The girl blushed a deep red just like her auburn hair, she looked to the side for a split second and then back at the boy. The boy had a slight blush on his face as well. He smiled softly at her.
"You know Harry, it's no fair how much you can make me blush!" The girl said to Harry.
Harry smirked for a second while the girl smiled mischievously. She must have had some bright idea with a face like that. She stepped closer looking as if she was leaning in to kiss him but instead she used her other hand and grabbed his glasses.
"Hey, Ginny that's no fair!" Harry said, trying to reach out but she had stepped away and without his glasses Harry was blind as a bat. Ginny snickered as she waved his glasses for about a minute.
"What are you going to do Harry, hmmm?" Ginny said playfully but little did she know after going in circles he turned around he could see the blur of her red hair. Harry smirked as he ran up to Ginny and twirled her around and grabbed his glasses from her hands. After he put his glasses back on he continued to hold onto her waste and tickle her stomach. "How does it feel, hmm Gin?" Harry teased, as Ginny said "H-h-harry p-please i-im s-so s-sorry." Ginny managed to get out while laughing. She let out a squeal as Harry tickled her side which was the most sensitive area. Harry leaned on Ginny's ear and whispered "How doesn't it feel Gin?" "Not good!" She let out. Harry finally stopped, to Ginny's pleasure, they both looked at each other and burst out laughing. Harry went back to holding Ginny around the waist as they settled down and took in the peaceful breeze.
As this was happening Albus Dumbledore watched out the hall window from afar, "Albus what are you doing?" Minerva asked, walking up to the headmaster. "I just realized how much they look like Lily and James." The headmaster said to his colleague. Minerva studied the pair and said "Yes, I guess they are. This brings back old memories." Minerva said with a small bittersweet smile on her face.
"It reminds me of the time when Lily and James first kissed. It was October 14th of their 7th year they were by that very tree. Because they were Prefects they had started to get a bit better or Lily wasn't yelling at James for his crazy antics 24 hours of the 7 days of the week. Anyways, I remember there had been a nice breeze and fall colors all around, there was a certain feeling about that day that was somewhat warm even though it was fall and it was cold. Perhaps it was the fact that day Lily and James got together and shared their first kiss. Lily wasn't as cheerful as usual, her red hair wasn't as vibrant, her cheeks had less of rose to it, and her pep had been nothing of any sorts. But James had other plans that day he knew what just to do to cheer her up." Dumbledore listened intently, 'I think I remember hearing whisper or rumors that James kissed Lily and they were finally together'
"James asked Lily 'Follow me' 'Why?' 'I'm going to cheer you up!' And of course he had signature smirk plastered on his face as usually normally it would mean trouble but this time it was far from it. Minerva paused, smiling as she thought of what happened next. "He had managed to walk over to the tree and started tickling her, she couldn't resist. After a few moments she started laughing her head off. She smiled like there was no tomorrow and all her worries just vanished. They're laughter slowed down and James leaned and kissed her and the rest is history. Minerva smiled to herself remembering the old memory so long ago but so close at the same time.
"And how do you know so much about what happened?" Album asked raising his eyebrow.
"Well, Albus everyone was talking about it for at least a month and do you really think I don't know a single rumor about my lions?" Minerva said swiftly with a sly smile that quickly turned back to a warm smile watching the couple outside.
"Of course."
Minerva was quite for a few moments and then spoke up and said "I miss them Albus I wish Voldemort never got to them and Harry had his parents,"
"Me too, Minerva, I miss them. Harry deserves his parents but as fate has it doesn't always mean that's why you get."
"That's very true, they'd be proud."
"They would." Albus with a twinkle in his eyes.
"Is it just me or do Potter's have a thing for Redheads?"
Albus laughs softly and says "I believe I do." They both smile fondly leaving the blissful couple.

Solas with his lighthouse and all the mentions of Solavellan reminds me of Hero and Leander, though I doubt that it's a reference in any way, it's just for my own flavour... Hero lights a lamp for Leander to swim across the Hellespont to see her, but their love is only for the warm seasons. When he tries swimming to her in the winter at the sight of her lit lamp, a strong wind blows it out, so he's lost at sea and then drowns. Hero throws herself from the tower, and later their bodies wash up on the shore in an embrace.
I had been previously thinking of Eros and Psyche (the arrow meant for someone else and the unlikeliness of their love; Eros' masking of his true nature; the tasks and trials Psyche must fulfil to be with him; the raising of the mortal to immortal to be with her lover), but you might see more influence what with Loki's (a trickster god influence for Solas) punishment for killing Baldr of the venom dripping in his eye from a snake and Sigyn, his wife, collecting it in a bucket. This is before the onset of Ragnarök but I could see it being repurposed for after the collapse of the Veil.
This leads me to think of the current topic today I've seen people talking about which is tragic, bittersweet, and happy endings for Solavellan. It's no secret now that it seems like the Inquisitor really will carry over to DA4 unlike previous DA games, and Solavellan being discussed so openly is pretty much unprecedented. It's very hard to debate what sort of ending will look right because it depends on how much Solas is or isn't vindicated, and the fact that archetypally, trickster gods will never be rewarded or punished in a strictly straightforward fashion. From the angle of fanservice (which unfortunately comes into the PR end of things, in handling fan questions) they also seem to hold the belief that shippers like Solavellan because it hurts, and so I think that's the angle they're going to play to - and have played to so far - and based on how Trespasser was written ('what makes you cry the most') I'm not really interested in thematic analysis. I liked how Solavellan played into all the best aspects of the DA world and had serious romance writing - it didn't feel like weird self-insert weirdness, but actually like something intimate (I hate the dialogue options clearly labelled 'flirt' and much preferred something like in the pre-dialogue wheel games where it wasn't giving you a PRESS TO FUCK button). I don't know how that can be handled properly in a game where the Inquisitor isn't the protagonist, thinking from a game perspective. Will there be some sort of internal numerical metric for TURNING THE DREAD WOLF'S HEART vs. MAKING HIM BREAK UP WITH HIS GIRLFRIEND, AGAIN? If you step on a butterfly, will that make Solas refuse to answer Lavellan's phone calls? I don't know!
I can't say much with confidence, but if I were to cast an aspersion, I'd expect however Solas gets treated by the story (whether he's right about the Evanuris, which, well, seems like he is so far, how you treat him as an advisor, etc.) will heavily influence what role Solavellan plays, if at all, and if he gets punished, an ending where Lavellan ends up with him - like Loki and Sigyn - could be construed as bittersweet for the romance and bittersweet for their characters - or where he's vindicated and freed, but maybe without purpose, could be bittersweet for his ending up with Lavellan too - and if they die together like Hero and Leander...
We've done the years of separation, and I think at the very least some sort of tonally appropriate pair with the ending he gets - how Rook treats him, probably - makes the most sense. DA romances love the bittersweet and the tragic, but Solas is in a highly exceptional circumstance (and so is the Inquisitor) compared to any other companion.
Anyway, just a collection of thoughts. I'm intrigued to see where it goes considering I had lost all hope for so many years, but it's overwhelming to follow, so I just wanted to make at least one post about it.
