Danny as Fenton takes a hit that no human boy should survive while in a different city (im going crossover here) and just transforms into phantom and pretends to be all sad that he died. Just for a moment. He then proceeds to kick the baddies ass. Claims he got ghost powers and fucks off. Imagine if Captain America or Batman saw this while failing ti protect him, hell or any hero type. Danny doesn’t think much on it and just goes on with his week. Continues being Fenton of course but what if he runs into whatever hero, but out if costume, saw him do that.

“How are you here? And alive?”

He just shrugs it off and goes about his day. It isn’t until he finally gets some sleep later that night that he wakes up in a cold sweat realising he now knows their secret identity. “Oh well it’s neat I guess” starts to go back to sleep only to bolt back up “oh god now they know my secret identity”

Meanwhile said hero is too busy trying to figure out how to help this random kid to even be worried about the fact that they outed themselves. Someone else probably points it out to them and has to explain it twice before it gets thru.

What I really like about this scene and what puts it over the top for me is that Joke knows Jack is talking about him. Like, there's surprise and shock that Jack is openly addressing it, but there's no confusion. There's no "who is this mystery person that Jack has feelings for?" This scene just felt a lot more exciting and tense because Joke understood what Jack was saying and exactly what he was choosing.

Just something about Joke visibly trying to lock it in a bit bc he can't afford to stop and fully process while in such a high stakes situation just has me obsessed, and it lead so well into the confession/kiss scene later on. The way that Jack and Joke both know what's going on, know how the other feels, but there's still that bit of uncertainty and hesitance--not necessarily about how the other feels, but simply bc circumstances are weird and uncertain.

I was gonna make a little shitghost post poking fun at how uncanny it would actually be to slowly wake up to the Papa of your choice gazing lovingly at you, because their left eye is so jarring (and because eyes can be an issue for me personally).

But then I went to find photographs to back this argument up

Primo’s eyes are just grumpy old man. Secondo’s eyes are grumpier old man who can be consoled with a hot toddy (and tiddy) and a nap. And Copia just looks like a puppy cocking its head at the camera.

Don’t get me wrong, Terzo can definitely look normal and chill, and not he’s not scary every time he does that with his eyes. But Ngl if I woke up to this

I’m also tossing this in here but imo Terzo has the scariest command over his eyes. The shit he be doing in “He Is” besides the above image is unsettling, and I think he knows it.

I think for me, it's just how I operate best. My thinking on things is very much that negative emotions in short bursts are good, but they don't generally add that much. So trying to deal, you know, in terms of solutions is a much better way, and being able to think clearly and come up with those solutions with a clear state of mind is very important.

I know a lot of people use these two images to show Viktor's character development into a (what we have yet to seen) antagonist, but I think it shows a more resolute—hardened Viktor.

In this shot, Viktor is stagnant. He looks lost, sad, even surprised. He only watches on as Jayce speaks for them, and Hextech, as a whole.

In this scene, he feels and looks utterly powerless.

But this Viktor?

He looks determined. Resolute and unrelenting. Shaped, now, by his own regrets. Instead of Jayce doing the talking, Viktor does.

This is a Viktor who looks like he's daring the council to fuck with him, frankly. A Viktor that is determined to set things right, to not lose their dream again, no matter what.

(And whether Jayce and Viktor succeed in this, we'll see)
