July 15th: Second First Kiss

I like to think Rayla will save him this time from falling, can't see another reason why they would give her the ability to fly, I mean yeah safety measures and being able to fly with Callum but narratively speaking? something epic ya know? I like to think she will save him from the fall and they are gonna kiss when they are safe in the ground ooor mid air yeah hehe. This kiss is a reference to the TTM's one btw.

as a ballet dancer i get so excited every time i see the scene of callum and rayla entering the silvergrove because you can actually tell that they studied ballet before animating it.

rayla looks clearly like a ballet dancer -form, posture, arms, hip turnout and even the arch of her feet (this is a common topic in ballet. do not get weirded out)- while callum, again, clearly looks like someone who has never stepped foot in a dance class from the way his feet just flop around and his arms are completely uncoordinated.

adding to that, what they’re doing is real ballet choreography. this looks like something you’d do if you were to take an actual class. and that makes me so happy as someone who’s been dancing for a really long time!!!!

I'm very invested in Claudia and her dark magic journey. Ever since the end of S3 I've envisioned her getting so powerful she becomes the first dark archmage. She could be a beacon of hope and magical freedom for humanity - and a horrible plague onto Xadia, conquering it in service of the Aaravos's/her father's cause.

(Although right now the second part is more likely than the first.)
