Hi everyone!

As promised I am here with the character profile for my OG: HSS MC. I'm really looking forward to develop on her story more. Like Principal Hughs said: 'That's the wonderful thing about a fresh start. You get to be anybody you want to be'. So without further ado, introducing *insert drumroll*

RIA MONERO

Birthday: 7th September, 2000

Meaning of name: It comes from Spanish origin, meaning small river, or mouth of the river.

Pronouns: She/Her (cis-woman)

Sexuality: Lesbian. Boys have never romantically attracted her, even before moving to Cedar Cove, and she only sees them as friends, brothers or family.

Personality:

May look reserved and closed off to people, but she is very passionate and downright idealistic.

She is highly empathetic and sensitive to people who she cares about, and really genuine to the people she opens up to.

She is also the biggest conflict-avoidant person you will ever meet.

Parents and Backstory (TW: Emotional Trauma) :

Her father Scott, and her mother Ana are college sweethearts who immediately marry after graduating and they move to New York. While Scott works as an engineer, Ana was a singer. They had Ria 2 years into their marriage and they were happy for a while till Ria got diagnosed with lung cancer when she was 4.

It took a huge toll on her parents, both financially and emotionally. Ana couldn't handle Ria's suffering, and a year later, she left Scott and Ria and cut all contact with them. Ria still remembers running after her mother, begging her to stay and promising her that she will be okay.

Though Ria got cured before she started middle school, she often blames herself as the reason that her parents marriage was ruined, and gets scared of becoming too close to people.

Religion:

Ria does not follow any particular religion and neither does Scott insist on following one.

Hobbies:

She loves listening and singing classical music and playing the piano. It was the only solace she had when she was sick. Beyonce music is her favorite too.

Reading all kinds of books, from mysteries to fairytales. Additionally she writes poetry as well.

Baking is something that she and Scott both do together on weekends.

Love Life:

Ria did not have much of a romantic life before Berry High, as many people in her old school still looked at her as the sick kid.

She had a small crush on one of her close friends, Megan, but didn't have the courage to tell her how she felt. Ria was still in the phase of discovering her sexuality.

After coming to Berry, she and Maria start dating and eventually when Ria goes to college, they maintain long-distance. They take time to figure things out before getting married.

Other Facts:

Her favorite piece of music on Piano is Mozart's Piano Sonata No. 16, and Single Ladies is her and Emma's favorite Beyonce Song, and I HC that they dance to it.

She is NOT a sports person, be it playing or watching it.

so I didn’t come into to hss w/any romances in mind + I kinda wanted to know if you could play through w/o any romances but Micheal’s route is kind of tempting rn.

on the surface it looks like the classic bad boy x good girl romance where the good girl will fix the bad boy. But, the slight complication is: Lenny wants to be more like Micheal. She likes how unafraid he is of other’s opinions and, frankly, the two of them get along pretty well.

I will say, I’m not sure if this is, like, final or anything. Im still considering it!

Days 4 & 6-Friendship, Family, and Berry High Unity & Pride Welcoming, Acceptance @hss-appreciation-events

Hey everyone, for these days I decided that I would be writing a fanfic instead of a drawing. Its been years since I typed one out and I wanted to freshen up my skills. The story below follows my HSS MC Erica as she finally comes out of the closet and the unity between her friends and cheer mates. The story takes place between books 2 and 3. I hope you like it!

(TRIGGER WARNING FOR MENTIONS OF CHRISTINANITY AND COMPULSORY HETEROSEXUALITY!!!!!!)

The party was in full swing and almost everyone from Berry High was there. The music was loud, the snacks were delicious and the games were hyped up! The middle of the living room Erica and her friends were playing an old time classic: Truth or Dare.

The game was easy for her because all she had to do was pick truth and not tell a lie. Lying was a sin after all. Thankfully, all the truth questions were simple as well as the dares. It was Erica's turn to ask and the bottle landed on Emma.

"Ok Emma, Erica slyly said, Truth or Dare?'

"Uh...Truth." Emma answered

"Ok, have you ever stole candy from the store?"

"No, never!"

"Yeah, I believe ya, Michael sighed, You don't have the nature to steal, no offence Emma."

"None taken." Emma responded

After Erica was Myra.

Myra took the bottle and gave it a good spin. Round and round it went, fast to slow, finally landing on...

Erica

"Ok Erica, Myra gleefully asked, Truth or Dare?"

"Truth!" Erica exclaimed.

Another win secured. Nothing was going to ruin this party for her. Erica was ready for Myra's question.

"We all know that Caleb is your boyfriend now, Myra started, but when you first arrived at Berry... Who was your crush?!"

Erica's heart SANKED. The angelic grin soon became a terrified frown. Her heart began to pulse harder. Now a normal teenager in this situation would just lie and say there current partner...but that wasn't Erica. She made a commitment to her Lord to never sin and lying was a sin. Erica look down, blush started to form in her cheeks and her eyes started to water. Finally, she looked up with a deep breath.

"Morgan..." She wispered

"I'm sorry what?!" Michael snorted

"Morgan! Morgan! MORGAN JENNINGS!!!" Erica shouted.

Luckily it wasn't loud enough to disrupt the party.

Everyone but Michael was shocked. In fact, he was snort laughing because he thought it was a joke at first. However, it took one look at Erica to realize it was true. Then he matched everyone's expressions.

Erica started to whimper.

"Oh...Well...That's..."Maria started to say but the faces were enough.

"I'm sorry! I'm so sorry!" Erica apologized

"No Erica, it's really..."Emma tried to acknowledge

"I'm terrible, I'm filthy, it wasn't supposed to happen but it did, and now you all think I'm disgusting!!" Erica cried.

"No Erica, we just didn't think.." Caleb tried to explain

"Don't worry, I'll try to fix on it some more. Then I wont go to Hell. Everything with be normal!" Erica exclaimed with tears in her eyes.

Her friends just stood there with worried emotions on their faces. Witnessing this brought Erica to more tears. Were her friends really going to leave because of her feelings towards the blue-haired rebel? Was Berry going to be another Westchester? Maybe it was better for her just to leave. Leave and never come back. Leave and repent for even surfacing that part of herself again.

Before any of them could get a word out. Erica bolted out the door, running to her car. Caleb got back up and tried to chase her. He wanted to let her know that he still loved her and accepted her for who she was. He wanted to hug her and tell her that it was going to be alright, but Erica was already out the driveway by the time he came outside.

"ERICA!!!!"Caleb yelled. He yelled and yelled again, but it was no use. She went back home.

Caleb was soon gathered by their friends and a sobbing Myra.

"I'm so sorry, Myra sobbed, I didn't mean to.."

"Its ok Myra, it wasn't your fault, you didn't know." Caleb reassured.

"Poor Erica, sighed Sydney, she must feel really awful right now."

"See its stuff like religion that makes someone like Erica feel bad for what she cant control!" Michael angrily spouted shaking his head.

"Now Michael you can't fully say that, Maria stated, My father's and I all go to church and we are told that we are loved and accepted by God."

Michael rolled his eyes, he was still agnostic.

"Right now, is not the time for Erica to mope!" Maria stood "We need to let her know that we as a school accept her, and maybe if she sees how we can accept her sexuality, she'll realize God loves her the way she is!"

Nods and shouts came around the lawn. Even Michael was on board. The only problem was...how.

The idea soon popped into Caleb's head. He soon gathered everyone around for his plan.

That Monday...

...was finally here and Erica was still depressed. During the weekend she prayed and prayed and asked to be forgiven for her sin. She prayed right, so why does she still feel so guilty? Maybe if she does it again after cheer practice.

Erica expected to find the same old red locker she used but when she got there she found a beautiful surprise! Her locker was adorned with bisexual stickers, pink, blue and purple streamers, and finally fake flowers of the same colors!

Erica was confused at first but a cough got her to turn around and her face was even more shocked.

All of her friends were dressed in the bisexual colors and giving her loud encouraging cheers. Emma threw confetti and Mia and Sydney came from behind with a cute little cheer!

The cheers from the friend group got louder, with even a little toot from principal Hughs.

"I...I don't understand, Erica said, What is all this?"

"We at Berry High just wanted to let you know that we love and accept all of our LGBT students!" Principal Hughs noted. "Your friends told me about the little incident that happened at the party and they wanted to throw this for you to show their support!"

Erica looked at her friends. Instead of confused or off-putting faces, their faces were full of cheerful and accepting smiles. Erica started to cry again. She began to realize that she was blessed to have a friend group to go out their way to show her love. Two hands touched her shoulders, they were Caleb and Maria's.

"Erica...Maria stated, I understand what you are going through, but I was told that God loves all his people, so I know that he loves you too."

"And you shouldn't have to hide who you are and be miserable." Caleb said. "I love my bi girlfriend."

"And Erica, I didn't mean to make you uncomfortable at the party on Friday, I just thought you were going to say Caleb. Myra apologized.

"T...Th...Thank you all!" Erica exclaimed. A sigh of relief left her body. She was able to let go. Able to smile once again. Able to see the love God has given her through her friends.

The group including Principal Hughs hugged Erica.

"But for the record Erica, you can do so much better than Morgan!" Michael snorted followed by a light punch by Caleb.

Laugher went around but was interrupted by the first bell. It was time to get to class.

Later it was time for lunch. Everything felt normal. Erica was just about to take a bite out of her salad when Emma asked.

"Hey Erica, how did you figure out you were bi anyway?"

Erica took a breath in and answered. "I've always had crushes on guys but back in my old school, there was this goth girl with beautiful red and gold locs in her hair. I was so armored on how she expressed herself without a care in the world. At first I thought I wanted to be her but soon I realized I wanted to be with her, but then..."

No...NO! She was NOT going to let it happen again! Erica Vine was bisexual and she was proud of it, and God loves her the way she is !

"...anyways, looking back on it, I don't think she would of liked me back anyway. She comes around my mom's wiccan shop sometimes. I wondered what she's doing now?" Erica finished.

"So Erica...Myra smirked...You sure got a thing for bad girls huh?"

Erica blushed and everyone laughed. Caleb gave Erica a kiss on the fore head to calm her down.

"Oh Myra!" Erica sighed.

Author's Note: This is my first time writing fanfic in a while so I might be rusty. I based this on my own experiences with my sexuality. While I don't really know yet, it was nice to share some of my struggle through Erica. Also, when I was creating Erica, I remember low key shipping her with Morgan and Ava Cunningham and thinking it was cute. I called this blooming with color because its a transition from the straight flag(Black and White) to the Bisexual flag(Pink, Blue, and Purple) and Ericas are a type of flower. I hope you all enjoy this as much as I had making it!

Came out as a trans man at the end of middle school

His mother disowned him after he came out which lead to his parents divorce

His father took his side, won full custody, and moved to Cedar Cove with him where he then transferred to Berry High for Sophomore year of high school and onward

Lived in a very conservative town beforehand and didn’t have any friends worth keeping in touch with

He had to transfer to several schools before Berry High - hence why he said “You’ve been the new kid before” at the beginning of the series

Fun facts:

Huge music geek

Loves to play classical and jazz but likes to sing indie

Has played saxophone since he was 6 years old

Has played piano since he was 8

Started taking singing lessons in high school when he signed up for voice lessons for his transition

Half Vietnamese, Half-American

Bleached his hair blonde in freshman year before dying it back to black during winter quarter of sophomore year

Counseled kids at band camp for several summers during high school

Life after the Series:

Got into Juilliard with his boyfriend Aiden after high school but elected to go to a different college for a masters in psychology and counseling and minor in music first

Eventually attended Juilliard for a 2 year master in music

Visited Aiden all the time when they were at separate colleges.

Became a music therapist after college

Plays in professional orchestras and teaches private music lessons as a side gig (post college)

Auditioned and got into the same symphony orchestra that Aiden is concertmaster and assistant conductor of - Aiden never stopped writing music for him to play

Eventually marries Aiden, who proposed to him

They live in New York City together and meet with the gang back in Cedar Cove annually

Personality:

Confident after years of therapy getting over what his mother did to him. Somewhat of a huge flirt and a bit of a jokester sometimes - gets it from his dad - but takes things seriously when need be. Incredibly kind and dependable to the people he cares about; goes out of his way to be there for the people he loves. Isn’t afraid to bite back when confronted and takes care to not repress negative emotions like he used to before he transferred to Berry High.

Birthday is 18 November 2023, had since 7 weeks old

Likes- crinkly foil balls, feathers, playtime, and sleeping on me, catching moths/flies/spiders. Head pets and forehead kisses. Favourite toy is fluffy rattle mice with feather tails.

Dislikes- picking up, me going to work, burrito-ing, nail cutting, brushing, strangers, vets, pet carrier, waiting for playtime.

Hss mild seperation anxiety. So she will cry for me to get back in my room in the morning and bedtime as she expects me to be in there. Also she will cry when I'm in toilet, as she can hear me (room is opposite loo).

Her mum, brother and sister were white. Her dad was a classic tabby and white. Her other brother was black and white.

Second cat, first cat I've spayed. Zoe is indoors only, she is allowed outside in a harness with my supervision.

On 1/2/2025 was diagnosed with eosinophilic granuloma complex.

Has food allergies (needs hypoallergenic diet), allergies to dust mites, and Flea spot-on aswell.

Birthday is 23rd July 2022, had since 14 weeks 6 days old.

Likes- Pepsi the rabbit, Kale, chewing thick clothes and lounging fully stretched out. Will happily greet you multiple times when exercising. Kisses sleeves occasionally. Likes to stand on my chest (when I'm laid down). Chews toys.

Dislikes- head pets in the open/outside her bed, other rabbits (she's intact) that are not Pepsi, non leafy greens, things/medicine touching her face or mouth.

Is a pet and retired brood doe. Partner- Oreo (Aunt's black otter broken mini rex). She is a retired brood doe due to carrying a recessive gene for malocclusion.

One of my most cherished memories was her trust in me. When I first obtained her, she hid behind me, when she was scared. When she couldn't (I was laying down) she jumped on my chest for "safety".

Yellow Dutch doe.

Birthday is 13th October 2021, had since 9 weeks, 6 days old.

Likes- head pets (body pets are inferior), grunting with joy, will try any food, kisses. licking my arm, face, hand, basically anything near her. Destroying toys.

Dislikes - not getting pet, sadly cage aggressive, other rabbits (although she is spayed). Not getting attention.

Is a pet. First rabbit I Spayed.

Is the friendliest rabbit I have ever met, and I've owned 13 rabbits and four lively bunny kits. Will literally lick you until you move away. Biggest dream is forever head pets.

Likes- her mum (Juno), Squishing her mum (mostly stepping on her head), kale and destructable bunny safe toys.

Dislikes- going to the vets for teeth trims and health checks.

Very friendly baby rabbit.

sadly, she was born with dental malocclusion. This resulted in an underbite and molar spurs. She goes for bimonthly incisor trimming. If her molar spurs worsen and cause injury, she will need to be euthanised. Currently, she has managed to grind down her molar spurs. So, there is hope for the future.

Jasmine

Black Himilayan Netherland dwarf doe

Birthday is 6th June 2021, had since 14 weeks, 2 days old.

Likes- loafing in her bed. Chinning toys and being left alone. Ignoring toys (occasional nibbles). Likes rocket and kale. Likes to sit on people's collar bone for "safety".

Dislikes- being pet, being handled (all while complaining audibly), Hands in her bed area, having her bottom or scent gland cleaned, Kisses. Other rabbits (is intact). Is very grumpy rabbit overall.

Is a pet. First Rabbit I Vaccinated. Cannot be spayed due to risks from small size, poor appetite and age past 2 years leading to higher risk of complications and irreversible Gi stasis.

Was in the woods for 23 days after escaping her hutch. Only would try greens after that time coincidentally.

Least favourite rabbit due to dislike of Netherland dwarfs, skittish temperament and overall grumpiness.

Only got as was told by parent to have nethie or no rabbits at all (at time we thought they were friendliest due to Hairoo and Jack the nethies, Caramel the Dutch mix was aggressive in comparison).

Who was her celebrity idol growing up? i don't think i've ever shared her idols growing up. gloria swanson was a huge influence for sure (and what inspired her to pursue a film career), but i don't think she was one of claire's biggest idols. claire looked up a lot to grace kelly and her very classy filmography (and style and public persona and everything else), and she was a huge audrey hepburn fan -- she had an audrey fanclub in middle school. as for more contemporary actresses, claire was very inspired by nicole kidman!

Does she have a favorite drink she always orders? claire always orders a cosmopolitan. she really likes the pink colour and how it's a little sour lol.

What's her life motto? stars can't shine without darkness! good things and bad things happen in your life, and you can't let yourself be held down by tough times -- as difficult as it may be. i think claire likes to remain positive so she tries to see the good side of everything that happens to her. it's not easy but she tries really hard to always see a silver lining... which can be really unhealthy sometimes.

Does she have her own clothing line? this is not something i had considered before, but i do think it's a possibility, especially how fashion is an important part of claire's character (in-universe and out of it; it's something i give a lot of thought to). i really like the idea! if claire had a clothing line, i think it'd focus on mixing classic styles with more contemporary fashion trends. maybe chanel in the '90s is a great example... you can see a lot of influence from the 1960s, but it's still a very modern style. i just knowww that whatever she decided on doing, it'd have a lot of sweetheart/halter necklines. and bright colours as well!

What would she tell her younger self? i think claire would tell herself that, eventually, things are going to fall into place. there was a point in her life where she truly believed she'd never be able to pursue a career in fim/follow her dreams, but she didn't give up hope and everything worked out in her favour in the end. there was a lot of hard work involved, of course, but she'd tell herself that just because it feels like it's the end of the road it doesn't mean she can't carve another path for herself.

The first day of the first ever Aiden Zhou Appreciation Week begins tomorrow!!!!

Day 1’s prompt Music Man Aiden is simple. Aiden’s most notable trait is, of course, his intense dedication, talent, and passion for music. Specifically, classical music– but he’s also not averse to stepping outside his comfort zone. He’s shown to be a fairly good singer as well, he does find enjoyment every now and then in songs from other genres such as pop and punk rock, and slowly picks up some dancing skills over the course of the trilogy. In HSS: Class Act, we also get a glimpse of him in new roles such as composing the soundtrack for the Enchanted Kingdom play, leading a jazz band, and being the singing director for the Tempest musical.

This prompt can focus on anything relating to Aiden’s experience music. It can be about Aiden playing/composing music, Aiden singing a song, Aiden dancing to music, Aiden trying out different genres, an Aiden-themed or AidenXMC-themed playlist, anything! As long as it involves Aiden and music!

Cadybear's MC Wardrobes: Alan Parke, OG HSS Book 2. Featuring some edits by me!

How this series goes: With each book, for a MC I'm invested in, I'll assess each of their in-game outfits. How much do I like or dislike the outfit? Is this something that suits my MC's style, or does it make me go "My MC would NOT wear/own this"? And for the outfits that my MC would not wear or own, how would I alter or replace them? I'm not going to use screenshots from the actual game because I can't be arsed. Also I want to use the different sprite expressions to express how my MC would feel about each outfit.

I like to think this is a good opportunity to elaborate on my MCs' dress styles, and show off some edits :D

Now let's see how well the Book 2 outfits does justice to Alan!

Ch 1: "Hipster Handsome", "Winter Wonderland", and "Snow Day" Starter Outfits

These outfits are pretty neat. I think Alan would like the scarf and jacket from hipster handsome and the sweater in the winter wonderland one. But that's about it. Even then, they're not quite his style.

Verdict: Only the first two outfits are in Alan's wardrobe, and only partly. Alter by combining some pieces and adding a skirt.

Here's something more in his style. Weather appropriate, but still stylish.

Ch 1: "Live From Berry High" Outfit for Tiger News

It's nice, but he'd prefer the f!MC's version. This looks more like the m!version of the premium casual "Make A Statement" outfit from f!MC's wardrobe. Hence, something Evie would wear as a semiformal/date night thing (reminder to self: edit this outfit onto Evie).

Verdict: Alan would not wear this. Replace entirely.

Here's what he'd prefer.

BONUS ROUND: Ch 2: Basketball Uniform

Doesn't look bad on him, but not really his style either.

Verdict: Technically not in Alan's wardrobe because you have to return uniforms, but he wouldn't care for it either way.

Ch 3: "OMB Tigers" for Winter Carnival

Solid look, but he deserves to have a little "B" necklace like the f!MC version has.

Verdict: Part of Alan's wardrobe, but needs the addition of an extra piece. Alter by adding necklace. And replacing pants with skirt.

Ch 7: "Evening Jade" for Maria's birthday party

This actually looks really nice on him! The tie goes with his hair. But it isn't really his preferred style.

Verdict: Alan would not own this. Replace entirely.

Obviously, I'm gonna give him a dress. I wanna keep it just nice enough for the restaurant, but still have a bit of a casual feel to it and not overly flashy, and somewhat maintain the aesthetic of the original. As much as he loves to grab people's attention with his dress style and make things all about him, he knows better than to upstage the birthday girl. Especially since he likes the birthday girl. I already made him lean into self-centered jerk in Book 2's storyline, no need to top that by having him straight up upstage the birthday gir...

...oh fuck it. His logic is that he should wear something extra nice to celebrate the special day of a girl he likes. And also that she gets some good eyecandy on her birthday. I don't think Maria would mind. Classic Alan Parke.

And I do still plan to make new outfits for the other characters for this event. Stay tuned.

Ch 11: "Clean Sweep" Janitor Disguise

Not his usual style, but he rocks the look, ngl. It's worth disguising himself.

Verdict: Alan would wear as a disguise, but he would not own this item (and I'm not sure if he'd be allowed to anyways). Keep it as is.

Ch 14: "Saturday Night" and "Forever Young" Premium Outfit for Payton's Winter Party

Ohhhhhh my god these have got to be the PLAINEST outfits in the whole game. They make the pool party outfit look like a met gala fashion show outfit. Legit the f!MC options are a shimmery gold sequin top and a bright pink tight top with a short pattern skirt, and then the m!MC outfits are THIS poopoo-colored shit!?!?!

I'm having a hard time deciding which is blander. The button-up on the first one kind of looks like snow falling in the night sky which is a bit of a nice touch, and I'd also say the blazer at least looks appropriate for the party setting but DID IT HAVE TO BE BROWN???? Meanwhile, the second one has a much better color scheme, but it's so plain and casual??? The f!MC's pink tank top and skirt outfit could also be technically considered casual, but it at least had a distinct style and some eyecatching design that I can actually buy the other characters fawning over them. I can not buy that with either of these.

Verdict: Alan would NOT own either of these. Replace entirely.

How do you want to be known on Tumblr? Peony, Jay, or Ethan

1- When did you start playing Choices? What was the first book you played? 

I started playing Choices when it was first introduced after I saw the promos on HSS and HWU. Ofc the first book I played was High School Story!! 

2- When and why did you join Choices fandom?

I joined the Choices fandom because of Thomas Hunt LMAO. After playing the Thomas dates in HWU, I looked him up on Tumblr to see if there was any fan content, and there was (HUGE shoutout to @lovealexhunt and @gutsfics because their works were the first ones I saw). Through following a few Thomas Hunt fan accounts, I found some other stuff in the fandom, like CFWC, and decided to read some other really popular stories, and it just snowballed lol.

3- How did you pick your blog name? 

I wanted something that wasn’t fandom-specific so I could post content for any of the many fandoms I’m in. And peonies are my favorite flower! 

4- Pull up the first post in your archive, and tell us about it!  

The first first post in my archive is a reblog of a One Direction fanfic. My first original post was about the show Miraculous Ladybug. 

5- How long have you been writing fanfiction?

Ooh. A long time. Sixth or seventh grade, so nine or ten years? 

6- What is your favorite Choices book, and what is your favorite Choices book to write about?

My favorite Choices book is America’s Most Eligible, but my favorite book to write about is Red Carpet Diaries/Hollywood U. I think I just like reading and writing about stories in the film industry since that’s what I do, lol. 

7- Share the first fanfic you wrote with us. Do you still like it, or would you change it if you were writing it today?

Waiting Game / peonyblossom / AO3

I still like it! But, if I were writing it today, I would probably make it third person instead of first. It’s still cute, though!

8- What is your favorite fic that you’ve written?

Okay, probably a tie between What If It’s Now? and Love Lost.

9- Do you have a fic that you didn’t expect to be well received, but it was? What about one you expected to be but found could use a little more love?

I think there are a few I thought would’ve gotten a little more attention when I first posted them, but by now, I don’t really think that anymore. 

10- If you could write only angst, fluff, or smut for the rest of your writing life, which would it be and why? 

FLUFF. I mean, I pretty much only write fluff right now; I just love it so much! 

11- Do you ever recognize yourself in any of your MCs or in your writing?

Oh yeah. I think I see myself the most in my RCD/HWU MC, Jackie. In the HWU Universe, she’s a film student, like me, and in both universes, she’s an actor, like me! 

12- What element of writing do you struggle with most?

Finding the time to do it 🥲 Other than that, probably just get started. I tend to psych myself out, especially with bigger projects. 

13- Do you have any neglected work you really want to finish?

So. Many.

14- If someone you know in real life (who isn’t involved in fandoms) asked to read your work, would you let them? If yes, what would you recommend they read first? 

It depends on who it is, but I’d probably let them. As for what I’d recommend, it also depends on the person. Honestly, might just send them my AO3 and let them decide ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 

15 - Are there any writers (published authors and/or fanfic writers) who influenced your writing? 

Probably more than I know! I’m sure there are plenty of authors who influence me subconsciously. But, I would say I tend to be influenced by classic novels like The Great Gatsby and The Picture of Dorian Gray.

16- Which one of your stories would you most like to see as a movie/series? 

Forever Sounds Perfect! I would love to just watch Ethan propose to Sydney 🥺

17- Do you write original fiction? 

Yeah! I mostly do screenwriting, but I also do fiction and poetry writing. 

18 -  What other hobbies do you have?

Hiking, reading, and yoga!

19 - What’s your favorite emoji?

Pros of the Vintera strat:

- I like the look. Good colouring

- Very very comfortable

- Classic strat versatility

Cons:

- Is it basic? I feel like it's basic. I'm trying to impress my future music college classmates and shit. I'm not a massive Strat guy

- Normally quite a bit cheaper than the Tele which makes me think it's a bit less quality? Not sure if that's a good indicator though

- My current guitar is a Strat style body. It is HSS though and is also just generally shit so it's not like it's too similar by any means

Pros of the telecaster:

- Look at this thing. Fucking gorgeous. The colours. Very jazzy very indie rock. Beautiful. Showstopping almost. Love that red

- Bit more unique than the strat. For people impressing powers

- Still versatile

Cons:

- Bit less comfortable than the strat

Heading back to the guitar shop tomorrow to check out the tone one more time because I've erm. Sort of forgotten. Feel free to tell me your opinions I need to know. Also if you have experience with either, hmu

The HSS text stories are making me nostalgic for the HSS books. It was a highly enjoyable series, and definitely inspired by John Hughes’ classic high school teen movies.
