Prompt Details

Day 1 (January 10): Meet our MCs (and OCs)

HSS has given us three memorable MCs over the years! The monumental HSS Prime MC, the wildcard OG HSS Choices MC, and the adorkable HSS:CA MC. This day is for any works centric around any HSS MCs you have. Feel free to even introduce us to your HSS MCs with a profile or profiles!

If you also have any OCs or fancharacters that aren’t meant to be versions of the MC characters, including any students you enroll in Prime, feel free to post about those too!

Day 2 (January 11): Fresh Starts and Growth

“That’s the great thing about a fresh start. You can be anybody you want to be”, said by Principal Hughs in OG HSS Book 1 Chapter 1.

As such, many of the characters we know get to have a fresh start at Berry High, and grow into better, stronger people from it. What might the fresh start mean for any particular character(s)? Do they go through any personal growth? This is the prompt to explore that!

Day 3 (January 12): Favorite Characters

The HSS iterations have given us a multitude of vibrant and compelling characters. From the shy wallflowers to the ever-confident cheerleaders, from the supportive jocks to the clever nerds, from the party-loving preps to the creative musicians, from the logistical gamers to the expressive theatre club. The uniqueness is captured in the faculty of Berry High, as well as even the rival Hearst kids. Let us hear about your favorites from these characters and why they are compelling to you!

Day 4 (January 13): Friendship, Family, and Berry High Unity

A core theme of HSS has always been how students of different cliques/social groups can come together. Since the foundation of Berry High, a lot of strong friendships have been formed among its students, including our main characters as well as outside their friend group.

From there, the students are able to get stuff done like a team and and uplift each other like a family. And along with that, we get to see a lot of familial relationships outside of school as well. This day is to highlight and celebrate all these relationships which were compelling to you, as well as any you want to see more of!

Day 5 (January 14): Favorite Ships/Pairings

HSS gives our characters all kinds of opportunites for relationships. Tell us about your favorite pairs and ships in HSS! Pairs between a MC and another character, pairs between two canon characters, pairs between OCs, pairs between canon and OC or a MC and an OC, maybe even pairs between two MCs. Whether they can be paired in game or not, whether they're monogamous, polyamourous, strictly romantic, queerplatonic, long-lasting, short fling... no matter what, show us those ships!

Day 6 (January 15): Pride, Welcoming, Acceptance

“This school began as a bunch of empty plots of land and a promise to be open to everyone. A promise that ensured no matter who you were or what you liked, you'd always be included and together we can accomplish anything”, said by the HSS Prime MC in HSS Prime Friendsgiving and as shown on the statue of Ollie the Tiger.

From the very beginning of HSS Prime, Berry High was built with this promise. This is the prompt to celebrate and explore that! This can include cultural/ethnic celebration, queer/gender pride, disability and neurodivergence pride, etc. How is this welcoming and acceptance meaningful to any particular character(s)? How does it influence their identity?

Day 7 (January 16): Antagonists

Nothing comes without difficulties. Berry High has always had its fair share of challenges from the beginning. From keeping the school open, fending off bullies, sabotages from rival schools, and corrupt principals, and more. Show us who is your favourite antagonist and spill their beans!

Day 8 (January 17): Favorite Scenes/Moments

From the beginning of the Prime game in 2013 to the end of Class Act in 2020, HSS has given us nearly 7 years of stories What are those moments in any of the games that really stuck with you? Made you laugh, made you cry, had you on the edge of your seat, or were just overall really powerful or memorable? Tell us about them here!

Day 9 (January 18): Free Day/Wildcard Prompt

This one goes without saying. Are there any HSS themes we didn’t cover? Anything more you love about HSS? This is the day for that! Go wild! Be creative!

General Guidelines for Submission:

TO SUBMIT: A) mention this blog (or at least one of the hosts) and B) specify which prompt or prompts you’re submitting for.

Submissions should lean into being HSS-appreciative/positive.

The tags #HSSAppreciationWeek, #HSSAW, #HSSAW2025, are highly recommended, but not necessary.

If your post is very long in length (eg. if it’s a long fic, has images that take up a lot of length), we highly recommend putting a “Read More” button in your post.

Any submissions that lean into NSFW or suggestive territory, and/or feature sensitive topics should be tagged accordingly.

You don’t have to create for each prompt or each day. Create for as many prompts and days as you like.

You don’t have to create for a prompt on its respective assigned day. Eg. You can create for a Day 1 prompt on Day 4.

You don’t have to create only one piece per prompt. If you have multiple pieces you want to create for a certain prompt, then by all means, go for it.

You don’t have to use only a specific day’s prompts together Eg. You can have a piece that uses a Day 1 prompt and a Day 4 prompt together.

We will still accept submissions even after the event dates have passed. You will have until the HSS Appreciation Week 2026 announcement to submit posts/creations for the current prompts!

What IS welcome:

Any medium of human creation. Art, fanfic, poetry, edits, animation, picrews/meikers* moodboards/stimboards/gifboards, icons, memes/shitposts, gifs, AMVs, playlists, headcanons, character recreation in another game (eg. The Sims), etc!

Meta posts. Eg. screenshots of favorite scenes/moments from the games themselves, essay/analytical writing, even just simply gushing/rambling over any of the games nonstop!

Pieces or posts that you made prior to this event and/or initially not for this event, but you've decided you want to submit them!

WIP/unfinished pieces.

Submissions can be works that you have made yourself, or works that you have commissioned from someone else.

Cadybear's OG Choices HSS Calendar Timeline Calculations!

So I started working on this around 2 years ago, during my 5th playthrough of OG Choices HSS trilogy. I was planning to share this here at some point but I never got around to it. But in light of HSS Appreciation Week 2025 ( @hss-appreciation-events ), I figured I might as well share this.

So you know how in HSS Book 2, if you choose the premium outfit and thus get to star with Maria in morning announcements? If you do that, there's an extra feature you can add to the morning announements– either "Holiday of the Day", "On This Day", or "Animal of the Day". The first two of course will reference events that take place on specific dates.

So I picked Holiday of the Day and looked up each holiday that was referenced, and using that and time-narration (eg. "On Monday...") to get the exact dates of the timeline for HSS Books 2 and 3. It's very nice how coherently the resulting calendar plays out. Goes to show how much effort and care they put in this series.

Each color block represents one month. So green is January, pink is February, purple is March, blue is April, red is May, orange is June. The darker shades are for days that are not depicted in the game's timeline. The white lines are blocks by week.

I also attempted to do an approximate calendar/estimation for Book 1. It's much trickier though because it doesn't have the morning announcements (I imagine that would be the same case if and when I do a calendar timeline page for HSS:CA). I also tried to include other features like determining the years that the story takes place over, and the approximate ages of some of the characters.

Obviously, it's not complete. Not even the main calendar is complete. There was a point in the latter half of Book 3 where I wasn't exactly paying as much attention. Lots of parts are still very messy. I will be updating this a lot, and reblogging to announce when I make any major updates!

The sun was shining as the first day of the new school year begin at Berry High. Students chattered as they walked into the school, excited to be back after the summer holidays. But Ria's mood was dampened as she walked the school halls, past the door where the morning announcements took place. She still half-expected to run into Maria, shuffling through her papers and adjusting her dress as she prepared for the announcements and give her a quick kiss before heading inside the room. Ria sighed as she headed to her locker to take her books out for the day.

'This year is gonna be really long.' she sighed

Ria was lost in thought when she heard a voice 'Hellooo! Earth to Ria?'

Ria snapped out of her thoughts when she saw Emma waving a hand at her face. 'Huh?'

'Are you okay, Ri? you totally zoned out for a moment.' asked Emma, looking concerned.

'Sorry Ems. Just…spaced out there. I'm good now.' said Ria, composing a smile. Emma didn't look convinced but she let it slide. 'Shall we head to class, the bell just rang.'

'Yeah sure.' said Ria, straightening up. God, she can't let the thoughts of her girlfriend overtake her right now, especially when classes are about to start.

She and Emma settled in their usual seats in front of the class, with Caleb and Myra giving them enthusiastic waves. Ria forced a smile and gave them hi-fis as she settled down on the desk. Everyone were chattering about what they did over the summer, Ria did her best to pay attention but her heart wasn't really into it. She could only recall the last time she saw Maria, the week before summer holidays ended and she went off to college. She had struggled to keep her emotions together only till Maria left and she had a total meltdown for an entire hour. She was only broken out of her trance when the morning announcements started and Rory's energetic voice was heard from the screen

'Good morning Berry High! Welcome to the first Tiger news of the year…'

Ria felt another pang in her chest. 'That was supposed to be Maria's place. She already missed hearing her voice during the morning announcements, and Rory was saying everything wrong…' Ria's face scrunched into a scowl, trying to block out the thoughts, when Caleb nudged her. 'Ri, you still with us?' he whispered.

'What? Yeah I am.' Caleb raised an eyebrow. 'You look like you are going to snap that pencil in half.' Ria looked down and realized that she was pressing on her pencil a little too hard. 'Sorry.' she muttered, 'just didn't realize my own strength.'

Thankfully, none of her friends pressed her about anything for the rest of the class and she breathed a sigh of relief. Maybe she can get through the day without having an emotional breakdown or make herself look like a sappy, lovesick puppy.

During lunch break, Ria's eyes were on the homecoming committee members who were going around, taking surveys. 'Dang, why does she have to think about homecoming right now? It's not like Maria was gonna come running back for the sake of a high school dance now…'

'Boo!' Ria jumped and saw Michael behind her. 'What was that for?' said Ria, scowling. Michael laughed and raised his hands in surrender. 'Just enjoy seeing you riled up.' Ria frowned. 'Very funny. Did you want to say something or was it just to scare me?'

Michael laughed. 'Just letting you know, a bunch of us are going to the Golden Griddle for lunch today. Come on Ri, its senior year, you should enjoy a bit.' Ria thought about it. Lunch off campus and surrounded by friends might just be the thing to keep her mind off of things, even temporarily. 'Okay. I'm in!'

A couple of minutes later at The Golden Griddle:

'Can I have a slice of Red Velvet cake?' asked Ria. The waitress nods as she takes their orders before walking away.

Myra looks at her, preceptive. Ria happened to notice the stare. 'What?'

Myra folds her hands. 'You are pining, aren't you?'

'Pining? I don't know what you're talking about.'

'You sure about that?' asked Michael from across the table.

'Come on Ri, just admit it.' said Emma, looking at her best friend.

'Admit what?' asked Ria, getting a little weary of the stares her friends were giving her.

'That you are pining for a certain someone?' said Caleb, grinning.

Ria feels her face turning hot. 'Who am I pining for? I'm not pining for anyone!'

Michael grins teasingly. 'Really? Not even a certain class president with an obsession for Red Velvet?'

Ria blushes. 'What makes you think I'm pining for her? Just because I ordered her favorite flavor. Come on guys.'

Emma laughs helplessly. 'Ri, we all know that double chocolate is always your go-to flavor. In these 2 years we have never seen you order any other flavor for yourself.'

'So? I just want a change…' Ria knew that argument won't work with her friends. She had always been a terrible liar.

'Really?' asks Myra, trying to get a rise out of Ria. 'Then why have you been super sulky when Rory appeared on Tiger News today? Miss your favorite anchor already?'

Ria stammers 'I..I wasn't sulky…'

Caleb laughed. 'Sure you were. You looked like you were ready to snap.' Ria let out a long exhale. Not that she wasn't a good liar or anything but these were her friends. They could see right through her.

'Okay fine! Maybe I am pining! I just didn't realize how much I was missing Maria till school started and just…everything around school reminds me of her.'

Emma gave her an empathetic glance. 'Ri…its okay. You are missing her, its natural to feel that way.' she says, wrapping an arm around her.

'And you can always call her. It's not like you are communicating through snail mail.' said Michael.

'I know…but we already talked about restricting our calls…you know Maria, she would have a loaded schedule in the first semester itself and I don't want to inconvenience her by calling her up every time I think of her…

'Oh Ria.' said Myra, reaching out and squeezing her hand sympathetically, 'I can only imagine that being really difficult for you.'

'Gods, I am being pathetic ain't I? She is gonna have so many cool adventures at college and I am her loser high school girlfriend who can't go a day without her…' said Ria mournfully, running a hand through her rainbow streaks.

'Hey, woah!' said Caleb 'You are not a loser, Ria. Don't be too hard on yourself. Senior year has just begun and there are gonna be a lot of cool things that can happen. Take it one day at a time. You deserve to have some fun too.'

Ria takes a deep breath 'Thanks guys…I'm happy to have you guys around.'

The orders arrived, and everyone tucked in. As Ria saw the slice of red velvet cake, an idea struck her mind. She grabs a forkful of cake and took a selfie of herself eating it, and sent it to Maria, captioned

'This tastes nice, but not really sweet without you!'

Myra giggled. 'Ooh that was smooth Ri! That shot could get our darling president running here from Terman U!'

Soon enough, Ria's phone pinged with a reply from Maria.

Ria smiled as she shut her phone and went back to her lunch, grinning at her friends 'Mission accomplished.'

Maria: Are you trying to tempt me?

Ria: Is it working😉?

Maria: You are incorrigible!

Ria: I don't know who incorrigible is. I am Ria 😝!

Maria: That was so lame🙄…but I still love you ❤️❤️.

Ria: Love you too Prez! ❤️❤️❤️

High School Story Appreciation day 8: Favorite scenes/moments @hss-appreciation-events

I have so many scenes with these two that I’m in love with, but the scene where Aiden performs piano for MC for the first time and they spend all afternoon making music together has a special place in my heart. It’s one of the first times MC gets to see Aiden vulnerable and truly open about his passion for music. It’s just so tender.

Summer was gone. And with it, so was the familiar warmth of her old home, her old friends, her old school.

All the beautiful, colorful leaves that surrounded her, that she was familiar with, that had grown onto her…. now all gone. All stripped from her by the harsh, swirling winds. Leaving her empty, lifeless, lost, alone. Yet she had also shedded many pieces of herself that were now old and dying, leaving her bare and seemingly lifeless and empty… but ready to grow again. Soon enough, she would bloom with new blossoms, but still maintaining who she was at her core, all the way down to her roots.

Ripped from her home, ripped from her stability… ripped from her roots, her tree, the very place from where she was grown. Swept away by the cold, harsh winds and jostled about to a strange new elsewhere. Yet she was also freed from a restrictive life, freed from being bound down to one single place on the tree, and swept away to a life possibly more exciting.

The calm, earthy greens of her old school had faded into brilliant juicy reds, crisp golden yellows, bold tiger oranges. The greens were more familiar, more grounding… but admittedly, they could get boring after a while. The reds and yellows and oranges almost seemed more dry, more somber, like the colors of the sunset… but they were also exciting, invigorating, and most of all, a refreshing change of pace.

The change is so unusual, so chilling, so jarring, so terrifying. But this new stage of life is necessary. And as she leaves behind this previous stage, Autumn simply greets her. It is kind to her. It welcomes her. Tells her “Hey, you must be new! I love your look!”, and then captures a yearbook photo of her standing in front of the majestic mascot statue of her new school. Cementing that perhaps she does have a place in this new world.

She steps into the harsh cold and the welcoming warm simultaneously, just as she did on the day of her birth. It was always cold at first. But soon, Spring would arrive, and she would bloom with new branches, new blossoms, new loves. All more bold and vibrant than ever before. And oh, how she wants to hold onto them forever.

But she couldn't hold onto it all forever. Some of it, maybe, but not all of it.

Summer was free, it was fun, it was bright. But sometimes it would scorch her. And thus the crisp and cooling Autumn would be all the more welcomed.

But the cold bitterness of Autumn and Winter were not gone. They would never be truly gone. They would return soon enough. She would go through it all again. It wouldn’t be the same as the last, but she would still find herself shedding older, dying pieces, to make way for new growth. She would still find herself ripped from her comfort zone, and expanding her boundaries. Again and again.

This wasn't necessarily new, this was how it has always been. It was just somewhat different each time. Some Winters would be more freezing than others. Some Summers would be more burning than others.

No matter how many times she's done this, it would still be difficult for her to get used to. Even when the world wasn't being as harsh towards her, kinder towards her... there were going to be moments where it would be painful– moments where it would be scalding, moments where it would be bitter, moments where it would be just plain exhausting.

But she would learn how to cool herself off. She would learn how to warm herself up. She would learn how to manage the unkind weathers. Sometimes with more difficulty, sometimes with more ease.

No season was perfect. No season was “better” or “worse” than the rest. But Evie would make the best of each one however she could.

This is life. And Evie would make the best of all of hers.

Evie as the knight in the Enchanted Kingdom play! edit by me

She loves imagining herself as heroic. Especially being a hero for Aiden. She is very proud of herself when she does something heroic towards or protective of Aiden. She may or may not have a hero complex So naturally she'd try out for the knight role. And I like to think Rory would be just as happy to play the princess as he would be to play the knight. In the ideal world, we would have had a lovely play starring Princess Rory, Evie the knight, and Cher the witch.

Though I can only imagine how that would work with Danielle's plans. "I'm gonna mess up Evie's audition as the princess so I can get the role and kiss Rory OH SHIT EVIE IS TRYING OUT AS THE KNIGHT THAT MEANS RORY'S GONNA SLIP ON THE CUBE OH SHIIIIIIIIIIIII-"

My headcanon to work around this is that Evie wanted to be the knight, but since they were trying everyone in different roles, Mr. Olson just started off with Evie as the princess and Rory as the knight. But one day I might write something for an AU where they have Rory as the princess first.

I see all my OG HSS MCs and their playthroughs as parallel universes from each other similar to Spiderverse. Each one has neccesary Canon Events, but they're all also different characters from each other with their own identities, stories, decisions, backgrounds, outcomes, etc.

That's what I love about OG HSS MC, they're wildcard as fuck and you can actually replay the story differently. As Principal Hughs says, "That's the wonderful thing about a fresh start. You can become anybody you want to be".

So far I've only done playthroughs for Evie, Alan, and Samara. The rest I only have base details figured out and they need a lot more fleshing out, especially Josie, Logan, and Kylie (ffs I don't even have last names for Logan and Kylie yet) lol.

Maria was swinging on the monkey bars, waiting for her best friend, Ria, to come and play with her. She had sorely missed her playmate the summer holidays when she was away at New York, visiting her mom's family and was counting down the days when they would be reunited.

Her face lit up when she saw the familiar figure with jet-black hair and olive skin walking inside the park, waving at her. Maria swung off the monkey bars and ran towards Ria, tackling her in a hug. 'Ri I missed youuu….', squealed Maria as she held onto her best friend. Ria laughed, hugging her back 'I missed you too Maria! And look what I got you!' Ria took out a small orange kitten plushie from her bag. Maria's eyes widen in delight 'Its soo cuute Ri! I'm gonna sleep with him every night! Thank you!' Ria smiled, knowing how much her best friend loved cat plushies.

With the plushie tucked safely in her bag, Maria grabs Ria's hand. 'Come on Ri, you should try the monkey bars, its really cool to swing on.'

'I don't want to go on the monkey bars!' exclaims Ria, looking up at the high bars, clearly intimidated.

'Why not?' asked Maria. 'It's fun! Come on Ria!'

Ria shakes her head, stepping back. Maria frowns, thinking of a way to make her best friend comply.

'Why are you so scared? It's just monkey bars!'

'What if I slip and fall off?' said Ria. 'I don't want any of us to get hurt!'

'Don't worry. Its only sand below, you won't get hurt.' said Maria, confidently.

Ria still looked uncertain. Maria put an arm around her best friend's shoulder, giving the younger girl a sense of comfort. 'And don't worry! I will catch you if you fall off.'

'You-you really will? Pinky promise.' said Ria.

Maria laughed, holding out her pinky and linking it with Ria's 'Pinky promise, Ri. I am your protector.' Ria giggled, 'And I am the princess?'

'Damn right you are!' said Maria, holding her hand out. 'Now come on, I want to show you a cool trick!'

THE HSS SAGA: MEET MY MCs

Since I made a singular profile post where I braindump some basic details/profilesfor all 3 of my It Lives series MCs (Jo, Harper, and Cedric), I'm gonna do the same for all 3 of my (main) HSS MCs. Evie included– even though I already have a more fleshed out profile for her, it's only fair. I'm still working out a lot of details for all of them, even Evie.

I of course have multiple other OG HSS MCs like Alan, Samara, etc. But this post is for the MCs that I consider part of my main personal canon universe. Other MCs I make exist in parallel universes.

For both this and the ILS one, I will update each of these with their respective profiles as I make them.

Jordan Price (HSS: Prime)

Birthday: April 21, 1999

She's cis (she/her) and she loves masc styles (and enjoys fem styles too), but doesn't fully consider herself GNC. She wouldn't really consider herself either masculine or feminine.

She's "ridiculously jacked for a nerd". She values her academics, but she knows how to make time to work out.

She's straight. During the HSS Prime timeline, she dated some prep boy named Daniel for a while. But early into her junior year at high school, he moved away and they decided to end the relationship because they were not ready for a distance relationship. Eventually during her senior year, she started to have a crush on Julian as he started to grow out of his “macho meatheaded jock” attitude, and asks him to OG HSS prom.

Personality-wise, she's very kind, helpful, a responsible leader, happy-go-lucky, serious, and determined. She sometimes tries a bit too hard to be a goody two-shoes and preaches a lot about not wanting to stoop to the level of her enemies.

Her moms had given her a heavy education in stuff like business, socialization, and financial skills as they wanted her to be extra-prepared for any potential independent adult life (hey, you try coming up with an explanation for why a teenager is able to found and build up a whole-ass brand new high school). A lot of the inequality she saw and often experienced herself as a Black-Indian girl with lesbian moms that had to pretend they were roommates, is what motivated her to use her skills to found and create Oliver M. Berry High School, on the foundation of being a school that was accepting to everyone no matter who they were. Her moms wanted for her a life with lesser restrictions and encouraged her to pursue that.

Many initially wanted to name Berry High after her, but while she did not mind being acknowledged as the founder of the school, she did also want to be remembered as just a normal student like the rest, and did not want to be put on that high of a pedestal. so the school was instead named after its first principal.

I'm still deciding whether I want her to be a grade ahead of the rest of the Prime gang, or be in the same grade as them but gets offers from various colleges and is allowed to skip a year and graduate early. Either way, she's initially averse to graduation and wants to focus on Berry, but Julian and others reassure her that Berry is in good hands and encourage her to branch out with her skills. She attends San Jose State when she graduates, staying in very close touch with her friends from Prime while at some point eventually getting to meet Evie.

She and Julian will eventually get married. IDK if they'll have any kids.

Evie Ayana (HSS: OG Trilogy)

Birthday: March 8, 2001.

Her full name is Evelyn. Her dad would call her this name at birth, but eventually he would use the nickname "Evie-bear" as a term of endearment (because Evelyn-bear doesn't sound very fun to say), and eventually the name "Evie" stuck instead.

She's a GNC cis gal (she/her) and very very VERY proud of it. She does enjoy some feminine or fem-associated things and is proud of those too, but she really hates it when people try to define her womanhood exclusively with her femininity or act like certain things are intrinsic to womanhood. She also has major bottom dysphoria, but gets nervous talking about it because the kind of sexual acts she does prefer are too commonly misunderstood as a femdom kink thing.

She's bi with a huge preference for men. Obviously her endgame is with Aiden, but she has also felt attraction for Michael, Maria, Julian, and Kieran. After she and Aiden get married, they do eventually open their marriage and swing with Michael and Maria and a few others.

Personality-wise, she's cautious and reserved; but also confident, outspoken, and helpful. Fun-loving, but also no-nonsense. Tough, but also sweet. Will lift up Aiden, but also snuggle into his chest. Horny on main, but knows her boundaries. Sometimes level-headed, other times impulsive. She's very anxious about everything she says or does, worrying about accidentally doing something hurtful (especially if it ruins an otherwise positive relationship).

She always struggled to make friends back in her old schools and deals with a lot of social anxiety. Moving to Cedar Cove and Berry High was a major opportunity for self-improvement and pushing herself out of her comfort zone. She adapted fairly well to a more confident, outspoken, and helpful version of herself, but it's still often very difficult for her to maintain it.

She's a jock through all three books, and while she's unsure about keeping up an interest in professional competitions after graduating, at the very least she does maintain a hobby for these sports. She's also quite into running.

She named her pet hamster "Cheese Nugget", or "Cheesy" for short. She also has a white-and-orange cat named Daisy.

Besides Aiden, the person in her friend group she considers herself closest to is Emma. Emma's kindness to her on her first day of school amidst being a shy awkward wallflower is something Evie is very appreciative of, and it motivated her to push herself to make new friends and extend her kindness and help to them too.

Evie won homecoming crown, guest of honor, and prom crown in the OG timeline. But they're merely bonus things to her.

I still haven't figured out where Evie goes when she graduates, but it's definitely local. She of course stays close with her friends.

Evie and Aiden love to do duets and dance performances together, and even enter some dance competitions. Of course, their partner dances are always role-reversed, but I don't think that should matter to the competitions.

She and Aiden have kids in the future. They adopt the TBB baby and also have a boy and then twin girls. And Evie definitely won't be getting pregnant, she'd rather die.

Cher Lee (HSS: Class Act)

Birthday: January 12, 2004 (IIRC this was confirmed in her and twin's birth parents' journals)

Cher is cis (she/her) and embraces masculinity, femininity, androgyny, all of it. For this reason, she doesn't quite consider herself GNC, but rather gendercreative.

Her twin, Bear, is a very masc trans dude and has been since he was about 3.

Cher is male-leaning bicurious. She had some attraction to Rory (male version) during her middle school years, but grew out of it around the end of 8th grade. During HSS:CA 1, she had a major puppy crush on Erin Ward and was elated to go to homecoming with her. But during HSS:CA 2, she'd become closer to Ajay Bhandari and eventually start dating him.

Cher has a very deep interest and knowledge in fashion and clothing styles. Especially when it comes to stuff like drag and crosdressing. Although she wasn't specifically named after her, Cher adores Cher Horowitz from "Clueless" and greatly looks up to her sense of fashion (and she has been told she sometimes even looks like the character face-and-hair wise). Her reason for joining theatre in the first place in fact is because she loved to dress up in costume and act out the roles in said costumes.

She takes theatre and acting very seriously. Not Ajay levels of hardass seriously, but seriously enough that she's very enthusiastic about it and always puts in her best effort to give the audience a show. Most especially through putting on a stellar costume and performance for her character.

For the Enchanted Kingdom play, she actually wanted to be the witch rather than the princess. And in the Tempest musical, she wanted to be Ferdinand rather than Miranda. I'm still figuring out my HSS:CA rewrite but I may give her both of these roles.

She definitely goes to Hollywood U when she graduates. Some of the CA gang may or may not be going there too.

In the future, I feel like she and Ajay would break up on amicable terms by the end of his senior year/her sophomore year. But they might come together again years later when they're older and wiser, and might get married and have a couple of kids.

So a year and a half ago I made this edit, but this time I decided to take it a step further hehe. Cher loves dressing in distinct, sometimes exaggerated costume. And she would be absolutely living it up as the witch. She's wanna put on a persona that's pretty but sinister.

I still don't have a headcanon for when exactly she gets this look, which is why I've also included versions with her marriage era glasses and hair. I feel like most likely she'd get it in her later college years, when she marries Aiden, or when she and Aiden become parents. We'll see.
