i don't know who this guy is or participate in supernatural shipping and normally don't even give anything related to the "antiship/proship" discourse the time of day, at this point, but holy shit. based
Both sides lose since you have framed it as a fight
Never seen someone sum up this problem in so few words. This applies to... SO much shitty discourse. So much deeply unnecessary conflict and fighting in general. Any time something gets escalated into a fight that didn't need to happen. Which does, in fact, include like 99% of fandom discourse. This guy gets it.

I just saw someone say that Scott has a hard time saying that he loves his teammates. I- have you watched Scott? Scott “‘We don’t need [ender]pearls, we already have the best Pearl’ right to Pearl’s face” Major? Scott “saying ‘I love you’ isn’t going to be a hard task for me cause that’s normal behavior for me” Major? Scott ‘“‘the sweetheart’ as deemed by Skizz, Impulse, and Grian” Major? Scott “‘I love you, say it back’” Major?????????? Scott the most loving person on the server other than maybe Skizz?????????????
“Scott is manipulative. He makes himself look good to protect his teammates.” “Manipulative” implies that Scott is lying. Scott stays true to his word. He’s one of the most earnest people on the server. If he isn’t going to defend someone, he tells them that he’s not going to defend them. If he says he’s going to do something for you, he’s going to get it done, which is why a lot of people value him as an ally. It might blow your mind, but Scott’s openness and honesty is what makes people trust him.
“Scott makes himself look strong.” Scott is strong. He wiped the floor with Impulse. He has escaped being chased so many times. He succeeded at a legendary and remarkably underrated bucket clutch. You think Scar’s bucket clutch was good? It was, but he was expecting to fall and onto flat land. Scott was knocked off of a tower onto a hillside. Nobody talks about that. He’s really good at PvP, and people know that. Additionally, Scott has never made himself look strong. He’s a very passive person. He doesn’t like starting fights. Bdubs is terrified of Scott, and Scott has only ever tried to be friendly to Bdubs. Bdubs just knows Scott’s reputation. Martyn is scared of Scott. Martyn has fought Scott first hand and won, and yet he did not want to make an enemy of Scott after Limited Life. Skizz picks a direct fight with a LOT of people, but he never picks a direct fight with Scott. He knows way too well how that fight’s going to go. Skizz will take on Lizzie and Scar and Tango, but he’ll never target Scott if he can avoid it. Scott knows that he’s strong. His MCC rankings are pretty solid proof. You can’t fault him for having genuine confidence in his PvP skills but not actually wanting to fight if he can avoid it. If he loses, that sucks. If he wins, he’s angered a team.
You’re calling him “manipulative” because his enemies are afraid of him and his allies trust him. That is what happens when an honest person is powerful. Most people who have had any experience with Scott know that Scott is not someone to mess with. After fighting Scott in Limited Life and being on his team in Secret Life, Impulse got WAY bolder on Scott’s team, because he trusts Scott to have his back, and Scott does have Impulse’s back. He’s constantly apologizing for Impulse and was very upset when he was asked to keep a trap secret from Impulse. Scott works so hard to be honest in a game where honesty is not always rewarded, and he does not deserve to be slandered like this, especially when nobody else is being treated like this.
Scott never makes himself out to be anything other than what he is. Lying doesn’t go well for him. He is just a guy trying to keep the fighting away from his teammates, and lying isn’t the best way to prevent that when so many people in this game are so clever or so quick to assume you’re lying anyway. Social games don’t have to be about control. Social games can be about building a reputation of integrity by having integrity.
This excludes Joel because Joel is too close to Scott in real life and will attack him because it’s funny to see your friend get irritated with you.
You know who will never say “I love you” in the life series?? Grian.
You know who was “manipulative” last session? Pearl knew there was a trap, promised not to tell her teammates, knew that Scott knew about the trap, and told him “why are we whispering? why are we crouching? there’s nothing there. you’re being paranoid”. Nobody says ANYTHING about that.
You know who likes to look strong? Bdubs, Jimmy, Ren, Impulse, and Skizz. Those are the ones who make themselves out to be bigger than they are, which is a normal strategy in a competitive situation. Bdubs loves to be LOUD and aggressive. Jimmy loves to puff his chest up and make threats, but he backs off the moment someone hits him back. Ren loves to take the lead (3rd Life, Double Life, and now Wild Life). Impulse loves to get aggressive and petty, and his confidence is often his end. Skizz LOVES to be overly aggressive once he’s allowed to kill, but he’s really bad at backing people into enough of a corner to keep them in a fight. Scott is quiet, because he doesn’t like the attention. Scott likes being distanced from the other Wild Life teams, because he likes being out of the way, but he went with the others anyway.

Whenever I remember that Tenya almost went full vigilante mode for Tensei I want to scream so bad like it's not even funny.
Bnha somersaults its way into saying "maybe heroes are just good citizens with the power to do good things" and "maybe heroism is not in the big notorious acts but in being kind and fair in the day to day details" AND THAT'S ALL TENSEI.
AND THAT'S WHAT MOTIVATES TENYA TO GO FULL BLOODHOUND ON STAIN.
I'm not denying that the world needs the big ass heroism acts like defeating AFO or saving a city or all those flashy notorious feats. All Might is very needed, because there are threats that are too old and developed and have accumulated too much hatred and damage over the years. You cannot always prevent those things from happening and to believe so would be naive, right?
What I'm saying is that those big events are the lowest percentage. They are the consequences of a systematic failure.
Take two of the biggest evil plots in the manga: AFO planning to still OFA and Overhaul with his quirk-erasure bullets. Both plans depended on an abused child being used as objects, Eri because her quirk was the base of the bullet working and Tomura because he was just meant to be AFO's new body in the future. In both cases, AFO and Overhaul were cornered after losing the child they were using for their plots. In fact it was the kids resisting the abuse that contributed the most to their failure: Eri prevented Overhaul from hurting Deku and Tomura prevented AFO from escaping his decaying body.
In that sense, the little unknown pro-heroes taking care of their neighborhood's children do a lot to prevent cases like Tomura or Eri from happening. Hell, AFO and Overhaul were also kids who went the violent route to survive.
Ingenium's silent heroism is probably the best example of what a hero looks like. They don't seek fame or glory. They regard heroism as their duty, their responsibility. No matter how little the act is, it's still important to do it.
At this point, we must admit the Tenya's crisis over what happened to Tensei is not only about their bond as brothers. Yeah, that was Tenya's big bro, but it is no less than when Deku and Bakugo saw All Might fighting AFO for the last time— the last moments of their role models.
The Iida brothers' crisis was deep rooted in the main issues of the story, so I'm still baffled at how people just tend to ignore it.
Before Stain, the "League of Villains" was just a minor threat. Dabi was a nobody with no real crimes to his name. Toga was just a lost little girl trying to survive the streets. Spinner didn't even think about being a villain. Before Stain, things were bad, but no one really thought they could change the status quo, you know?
The USJ incident was not the big deal because 1) how was attacking kids the answer? and 2) going for All Might was expected, since he was almost invincible and the biggest hero in the world and blah blah blah.
When Stain started attacking minor pro-heroes...
Stain was the opposite of Tomura. He admired All Might and saved those kids, but went after the pro-heroes with less powerful quirks. He gave the population a sense of control. It's like he said "hey, you don't have to go after All Might to change the system and why would you? The real problem are the ones on the lowest part of the pro-hero chain".
Suddenly, they could go against pro-heroes and win. Divide and conquer. Suddenly, there was a ladder to climb. Suddenly, you could target not the institutions responsible for the rotten ideology of your society, but the people who enforced the ideology with their daily work.
Stain defended his posture by saying that those people didn't want to be real heroes. They just wanted the money, the fame, they were not really committed to their duty.
And then attacked Tensei, of all people.
If big crimes are built from little crimes that are accumulated over time, what would happen if you decided to eliminate the people taking care of the little crimes?
The crisis of belief in pro-heroes was triggered by Stain. When Stain pointed out at Ingenium (the one in the suit was Tensei) and accused him of false heroism, it's when shit started to go south. He created the idea that pro-heroes should be punished if they don't perform correctly and that they deserve to die if they don't have pure ideas of their job— or whatever.
Tensei being the victim is supposed to show how hypocritical Stain is. Tensei is probably one of the only pro-heroes that never did anything wrong in the manga and one of the best family men to be presented. A man who was loved by everyone for being good in every sense of the word.
Stain projected his own fantasies on Tensei in order to accomplish his witch hunt, not truly caring to figure out who the person was. He just attacked for the sake of attacking, which explains why he was so popular: anyone could do the same and project their issues on him, fighting different battles disguised as just one cause.
When Tenya went after him, it could only make sense. The little of the Iidas is too righteous and noble, quick to judge and act, prone to making mistakes and getting carried away by the looks of it all. So easily his justice turns into revenge and he falls into the trap Stain set. Who knows what a hero student killing Stain would have caused...
At this point it's obvious I'm just ranting for the sake of ranting but 😭😭😭 give the Iidas the respect they deserve please.

Eyes off her
Tumblr media
💢 All the works are pure fictions, for entertainment purposes only so please, read it at your own will.
Summary: Your boyfriend gets jealous when someone flirts with you and a fight follows.
Find more at: Masterlist
Gavi x (female) reader
AN: Please like, reblog and give me feedback!
--
You twist your hands with nervousness as you wait for Gavi in the corridor.
The whole stadium vibrates with the loud cheers of the fans, everyone is excited for tonight’s big game and you feel the same way, wishing Gavi’s team to win. You wait for your boyfriend to show up, wanting to wish him good luck before the game.
And he finally appears, pulling you towards him for a hug, a huge grin decorating his face.
“Hey. Good luck, babe. I hope you guys win.” you say, kissing his cheek. Gavi’s arm suddenly tightens around you and as you struggle to pull away, you notice the sudden tense expression on his face as he looks to the front.
You turn your head, catching a glimpse of a tall man from the other team staring at you, more specifically at your lower back with a cocky smirk on his face.
Your eyes meet his for a second and he provocatively winks at you before turning around and walking away.
That explains Gavi’s reaction. You hold back a sigh, knowing how riled up your boyfriend gets, especially during games.
“Babe, just ignore him.” you mutter, placing a hand on Gavi’s arm. Your words don’t seem to convince him but he gives you a rushed kiss before leaving to join the other boys for the game.
You only hope he doesn’t let jealousy get the best of him.
Tumblr media
The game is dominated by Barcelona, your boyfriend’s team clearly being the best and it shows as they’re the ones leading, marking several goals.
Your hands constantly pick the material of your Barcelona’s number 30 jersey, the excitement and nervousness of the game giving you a hard time.
Especially when Gavi keeps committing fouls, all of them directed towards the player that had checked you out earlier. The referee keeps showing him yellow cards and you’re already dreading the moment Gavi gets a red card.
Just as that thought crosses your mind, whistles erupt wildly across the stadium with everyone pointing towards a commotion on the field.
Your eyes widen with horror when you notice that Gavi is in the center of it, violently pushing the other player. Both teams and its players get in the middle, attempting to stop it, but they’re unable to prevent Gavi from punching him in the face.
You gasp in horror, your heart crazily beating as the referee pulls out a red card, showing it towards Gavi. His face is contorted in an angry frown, face glistening with sweat.
He stomps the grass, leaving the field under intense boos. You hurry up leaving the stands, running towards the inside of the building.
Once you get to the locker room, you push the door open. Inside Gavi is sitting on a stool, throwing his shirt to the floor with a violent movement.
You hesitate for a moment, seeing him so angry but slowly take small steps towards him.
“Hey, are you okay?” you whisper, letting your hand stroke his hair. His shoulders slump and he looks at you, fury and jealousy burning in his gaze.
“He was fucking talking about you! Like you were a piece of meat, like you weren’t my girlfriend.” he growls, brown hair falling down to his eyes as he literally vibrates with anger.
You hold back a sigh, already knowing that the player only did so to upset Gavi. Everyone knows that your boyfriend easily loses his cool.
“He did that to make you upset, Gavi. You shouldn’t have listened to him. Now you’ve got a red card.” you say with a sad smile.
Gavi meets your eyes, intently looking at you, brows furrowed.
“So I was just supposed to let him talk like that about you? That wasn’t gonna happen.” he blurts out, hand reaching to grab your own, pulling you against him.
He wraps his arms around your waist, face pressed against your stomach. You take the chance to keep touching his hair, massaging his scalp as he takes deep frustrated breaths.
You're not sure how long you remain in this position, but Gavi eventually gets calmer, his breathing getting steady.
“I just love you too much.” he quietly whispers, pushing his face upwards. You meet his stare, his beautiful brown eyes holding an array of emotions.
“And I love you back.”

Romantic foils done right: How G-Witch uses romantic foils
Or why none of the characters who showed interest in Miorine and Suletta ever posed a threat to them getting together.
So, after the unexpected response to my last analysis and some recent discussions, I felt inspired to make another one. This time about romantic foils, a frequently misused but great tool in romances. I hope you enjoy it.
As far as I can tell, G-Witch has five romantic foils: Guel, El4n, Shaddiq, El5n, and Sophie.
In romances, when a character is in contrast to one of the main characters as a romantic option, they're a romantic foil. Having romantic foils in a story can be a great way to show what the principal characters see in each other. This is done by showcasing what the characters like and dislike about characters with contrasting attributes to the one they'll end up with.
Sometimes, it can feel like a romantic foil is just there to create cheap drama, often when they're a romantic rival, i.e., actively trying to get in the way of the main characters becoming a thing. Other times, when one of the focal characters isn’t the best person, an author might have a character who’s a romantic rival be even more of an asshole to make the character look better in comparison. This doesn’t make the character look better; it just creates a pick-your-poison situation. Furthermore, jackass and even more of a jackass ain’t foils since there isn’t any contrast. That isn’t to say that romantic foils can’t be antagonistic. Many of the romantic foils in G-Witch are also antagonists. In cases where a romantic foil is an antagonist, they emphasize the virtues of the characters they’re a foil to by being everything they’re not.
Guel, foil to Suletta – At the beginning of the show, Guel is everything Suletta is not regarding their treatment and intentions towards Miorine. Suletta is apologetic to a fault, while Guel pushes Miorine around like he owns her. Guel is abrasive, while Suletta is considerate. He’s ostentatious, and she’s shy. Crucially, Suletta’s shyness doesn’t prevent her from having pride in herself. She just doesn’t need to show off like Guel.
Miorine grows fond of Suletta for the same reason she dislikes Guel. He’s the embodiment of everything Miorine hates about her predicament, and Suletta is the opposite. Although Miorine sees them as two sides of the same coin at first, both are out to insert themselves into her life, just in different ways. Except as Miorine soon enough learns, Suletta had no intention of doing so but just couldn’t stand by while seeing someone in distress. Side note: It’s ironic how opposed Miorine is to Suletta interfering in her life when Miorine later follows Suletta around like a lost puppy and insists on helping her any chance she gets.
Attributes Miorine likes about Suletta that Guel notably lacks include, but are not limited to, her humbleness, her upbeat nature, her gratefulness, and her commitment to doing what she thinks is right. Also relevant if you think Miorine is a Lesbian; Suletta is a girl.
When it comes to why they become the Holder, Guel is doing it for himself, and Miorine is simply a prize to be won. Suletta, on the other hand, ends up as the Holder unintentionally, dueling to help out Miorine rather than to have her. In fact, when she learns that being a woman does not exempt her from being Miorine’s groom, she goes full blue screen of death.
Tumblr media
Guel, foil to Miorine – Straight from one character’s romantic foil to the other. Guel is Suletta's foil until he catches feelings for her and shifts to become Miorine's. After being the first demonstration of Suletta's extreme discomfort with someone coming on too strong Guel denies his affection for Suletta. This happens shortly after Miorine has Suletta donning the uniform which shows the two are engaged.
In episode nine, while Miorine does everything she can to guarantee they win the duel against Grassley House, Guel won’t even fight because Dad told him he wasn’t allowed to duel. He doesn’t want Earth House and, more specifically, Suletta to lose, but not enough to disobey his father.
At the backend of season two, Guel becomes a regular foil to Miorine instead of a romantic foil since he’s no longer interested in getting with Suletta or, as he puts it, there are more important things than whatever feelings he might have for Suletta. This means he isn’t being motivated by those feelings the same way Miorine is by her love for Suletta and can, therefore, look a bit more objectively. It also means that he doesn’t stop Miorine from doing something he sees as fruitless because helping her break Suletta’s heart is a prize he’s willing to pay to save Jeturk Heavy Machinery.
Side note: Guel does his job as a foil quite well, but because he’s a foil, his prominence is completely unwarranted. It might’ve been a little more reasonable if he was the only romantic foil, but this story has five. Giving this much attention to a romantic foil in a romance about a straight couple would be unthinkable. Still, because the story is about a same-sex couple, they can’t be the image of their own story.
El4n, foil to Miorine – El4n is the only romantic foil in the story, highlighting the flaws of the one he's a foil to. His function in the show is to get Miorine worked up and showcase that Suletta isn't the type to pine. Side note: Suletta appears to be quite binary when it comes to others having feelings for her. Either they like her romantically, or they never will.
From very early on, El4n shows a fondness for Suletta, which Miorine is having none of. Later on, El4n asks Suletta out to get to Aerial. Side note: Gotta love how Miorine compares Suletta and El4n to Romeo and Juliet, considering that if any characters in this series have their budding relationship sabotaged by the feud between their families, it’s Miorine and Suletta.
When El4n learns that Suletta isn’t an Enhanced Person like himself, his demeanor towards Suletta changes on the spot. The progression of Suletta’s relationship with El4n is an inversion of her relationship with Miorine. Where Miorine had to overcome a misconception about Suletta for her fondness for Suletta to grow, a misconception about Suletta is what El4n's fondness for Suletta initially sprung from. Additionally, El4n asks Suletta out because he wants something from her, while Miorine pretends she wants something from Suletta, but in truth, she wants to prevent Suletta from becoming the one who got away. Girl didn't pass up the chance to go to Earth in order to save Suletta because she needed a shield.
Despite Suletta having an interest in El4n, spurred on by him showing an interest in her and El4n eventually reciprocating, a relationship between them would never work as their goals are diametrically opposed. If El4n wants to keep his life and be allowed to live his life as he pleases, he needs to win a duel against Suletta and take Aerial away from her. Something she can’t let happen because, for one, she wouldn’t even give up Aerial for the person she’s excited to marry, and two, losing would be letting down Miorine, someone she cares deeply about, and Suletta’s not about that.
When Suletta wins the fight, she also wins back El4n’s heart, but their relationship is doomed before it starts because El4n fails to secure Aerial for the Peil company and has to die for his failure. El4n accepts this and doesn’t fight to stay in Suletta’s life, instead thanking her and letting death take him.
In the last episode, El4n apologizes to Suletta for standing her up to which Suletta basically tells him not to sweat it as she’s come to learn that the person for her wasn’t him.
Shaddiq, foil to Suletta – Here’s someone who starts out coming off as approachable but who’s revealed to be more and more deranged as the series goes on. Shaddiq is willing to do whatever it takes to get what he wants all the while keeping his friendly appearance and calming smile.
Throughout episode nine, it becomes clear that while Shaddiq and Suletta are both upbeat go-getters, their views on Miorine couldn’t be more different. Shaddiq does, to some degree, care about Miorine, but what he thinks is best for Miorine is at odds with what Miorine wants. He justifies his attempts to control her with her being stubborn and unreasonable. She doesn’t know what would be the best for her, and Shaddiq’s been nothing but kind to her, so he doesn’t get why she keeps turning him down. This guy sure is tipping his metaphorical fedora.
The epitome of Suletta and Shaddiq’s conflicting views is shown when Shaddiq runs into Suletta after being at the greenhouse. He fails to reason with Miorine, so he tries to get Suletta to talk some reason into telling her that as Miorine’s groom, it’s her responsibility to talk some sense into her. Suletta doesn’t agree with the sentiment and instead thinks that her role as Miorine’s groom is to stand by her and support her. A very how the spouge of a woman should aim to protect and provide for their wife vs. they should treat their wife as an equal and encourage them to do what they want schools of thoughts. As Miorine seems perfectly content to be the primary breadwinner in the relationship, that first idea has less than no appeal to her.
Suletta ultimately turns out to be right, with the show taking a shot at the whole strong man who’s the sole protector of what’s deemed to be his mentality. After his defeat, he tells Miorine that he should have offered to fight for her, which most likely would have gotten him nowhere. Before Miorine met Suletta, she wouldn’t let anyone fight for her, and a good part of why Miorine rolled with Suletta becoming Holder was because she had no intention to. There’s no way of having the intention to become Holder and do what Suletta did. The intention is there, and that’s the problem. It cannot be overstated how little Suletta would care about being the Holder if Miorine hadn’t wanted her to be.
When Shaddiq learns that Miorine will be at Plant Quetta, he callously shrugs off the idea that he should try to stop her from getting hurt and leave it up to fate if she makes it out alive. This becomes somewhat vindictive when he probably justifies this kind of thinking by making it Miorine’s own fault for rejecting his protection. She doesn’t want him to keep her safe so he will do no such thing.
El5n, foil to Miorine – There’s not much to say here. El5n  showcases Suletta’s aversion to someone coming on too strong and her commitment to be with Miorine, as by the time El5n first makes a move on Suletta, she’s already hopelessly in love with Miorine. He and Miorine are also opposite extremes when it comes to their interactions with Suletta. El5n insists that Suletta should get with him while Miorine rejects that she has any veto over who Suletta can be with.
Sophie, foil to Miorine – Mostly qualifies for acting antithetically to Miorine and self-identifying as someone who sees Miorine as an obstacle to getting to Suletta. Although Sophie technically doesn’t express interest in being with Suletta romantically, since she goes full Yandere mode at the mention of Suletta being with someone else, she might as well be. One of a romantic foil’s main functions is to demonstrate why a relationship with them wouldn’t be in the best interest of the person they’re interested in having a relationship with. Declaring that she’ll have to kill Miorine to get the relationship she wants with Suletta makes Sophie succeed with flying colors in that regard.
Being a Yandere, Sophie doesn’t understand what would be offputting about telling Suletta she’s going to kill her loved ones. In her mind, she’s setting Suletta free to become a ruthless killer, which really shows how much she’s misjudged what Suletta is like as a person. As the cherry on top, it turns out Sophie’s obsessed with Ericht and not Suletta.
This is another case of a character being the opposite extreme of Miorine. Concurrently with the event involving Norea and Sophie, Miorine is at the point where she’s blaming Prospera for Suletta’s actions, as she can’t see her little ball of innocence killing people unless she has been manipulated.

From a meta-perspective, El4n, Guel, and Shaddiq are also the antithesis of what a romance protagonist should be due to their inability to fight for love. They’re defeatist and, at points, almost deterministic. After one major setback, they turn back to the person of their affection in the sense that they leave the person’s well-being up to fate. Something Suletta and Miorine never do to each other. Even when their insecurities get the better of them, they still have the other’s happiness and well-being in mind.
Furthermore, having the romantic foils display philosophies associated with determinism is a sort of social commentary in a sense. A part of Japanese culture is the acceptance of bad things happening and a willingness to make the best of an unfavorable situation, sometimes expressed through the word shouganai and similar words. This is a perfectly wealthy mentality until it gets used in situations people can and, more importantly, should be doing something about or, at the very least, be less accepting of. Case in point: whatever is up with Japan being behind on queer rights despite its several partnerships with multiple Western countries. So, having characters that act like their hands are tied and just shrug it off makes them foils to Suletta and Miorine, where needing to do something about a bad situation is a major part of their characters. The fact that the characters in question are products of the elite and two queer people who keep getting screwed over by the system is quite reflective of the contrast between activists in Japan and the country they live in.
As the show is now, pairing these guys with the heroines reeks of heteronormativity. It doesn’t matter whether or not that’s the intention; it still does. Two female characters can go through thick and thin together, always having each other’s back whenever possible, and some people see their relationship as equal or even inferior to their barely existing or one-sided relationship with a man. The level of hypocrisy is astounding. It feeds into the idea that guys are entitled to have their feelings returned just by existing. That’s a big part of the reason there are guys who feel threatened by sapphic couples. It messes with their indoctrination that a woman would rather be with another woman than them.
It’s almost amusing how any of these characters come across as having a chance with either Miorine or Suletta when they’re never presented as such in the narrative. Unless the series was going to do a storytelling faux pas, Suletta and Miorine getting together is an inevitability by episode three. Having all this build-up just for them to end with someone else would be narrative nonsense. Good thing that didn’t happen.

Yandere Short Story- Satoru Gojo
Tumblr media
Playing a game of hide and seek, you tried your best to not let Satoru find you. "Remember darling...if you win you get to go home", he said. You hid underneath the kitchen sink, cramping yourself in the small space. You heard Gojo count, getting ready to seek. "Ready or not! Here I come!" Giggling like a fool, he made his way to the kitchen. You held your breath, trying not to make a sound. Through the crack in the door, you could see him looking for you. Luckily he walked away, searching other places. He searched every possible place, getting frustrated to not find you. "Hmm, I guess my darling got lucky and is smarter to not hide in an obvious place." He kept on searching with his hands behind his back. "Darling, come out now. I want cuddles." He said softly, trying to coax you out of your hiding spot.
Sweat dripped from your brow as you continued to keep quiet. "Maybe this time I'll win", you hoped. Gojo continued to look around, searching the rooms meticulously, growing more and more frustrated at not finding you. "Honey, come out and play with me. If not, I might have to give my darling punishments tonight." He said, giggling menacingly. As there were 5 minutes left in the game, Satoru grew more anxious and impatient, frustrated that you're such a good hider. "Ugh! This is so annoying," he muttered to himself, growing more restless as time went by. Only 3 minutes left, and he hasn't found you which made him even more frustrated. He clenched his fists and his foot started to tap impatiently. "Darling, please come out now," he said, almost pleading.
As he went back into the kitchen, Gojo sat on the counter, thinking intensely on where his darling could possibly be hiding. Just then, his eyes lit up after remembering a place he hadn't searched yet: under the kitchen sink. With a smirk on his face, he decided to check just in case his lover was there. He kneeled down and looked under the sink. Gojo let out a triumphant laugh after seeing his darling hiding underneath. "I found you!" He said, his eyes gleaming in sadistic delight at your frightened expression. The man grinned at you as he pulled you out of your hiding spot. "Yes, I found you! Now, remember what happens when I win?" He said, a mischievous grin on his face. You kicked your legs in the air, trying to fight back. Gojo chuckled as you tried to resist.
He grabbed your legs, preventing you from kicking. "Tsk, tsk, remember darling. You lose, I win. Now it's time to receive your punishment." He said, his eyes gleaming with sadistic pleasure. Satoru forced you onto the couch, sitting beside you. He wrapped his arms around yours, preventing you from escaping. "What punishment should you get for hiding from me so well?" He asked, running his fingers through your hair. You sat next to him, crying. "Please let me go home", you begged. Your captor’s expression changed to a mixture of amusement and condescension. He chuckled at your tears and pleas, relishing in your hopeless state. "Oh, how cute. You actually think I'll let you go home? You're mine, and you'll learn to enjoy my company." He said, tightening his hold around you.
The sorcerer forcefully kissed your lips, his tongue pushing past your reluctant lips and forcing its way into your mouth. He held your face in place, refusing to let you escape his passionate kiss. He deepened it, showing his dominance over you as his fingers tangled in your hair. You tried to push him away. Gojo smirked at your weak attempt, his strength overpowering your efforts. He pulled you closer, wrapping his other arm around your waist. Satoru eventually let go of the kiss, leaving you breathless and gasping for air. He chuckled at your bewildered expression. "You're so cute when you're helpless like this." He said, caressing your cheek with his thumb. You smacked his hand away from your face. "I hate you", you cried
He sighed and shook his head, feigning disappointment. He reached out and held your chin, forcing you to look into his eyes. "Darling, you may hate me now, but you'll learn to love me eventually. And when that happens, I'll make sure to take good care of you." the man said, his grip on your chin tightening slightly. Getting upset, you spat in his face. "Asshole". Gojo's expression darkened at your words as you spat in his face. "How rude," he said, wiping the saliva off with his hand. "Darling, you should know that actions have consequences. You're really pushing me, and I don't think you'll like it if I lose my temper." His tone was cold and menacing. He pushed you down onto the couch, pinning you down with his weight.
Satoru looked down at you with a cold expression. "You're a disobedient little brat, aren't you? I think you need a punishment to teach you a lesson." He said. Pulling a taser from his pocket, he suddenly zapped you on the side with it. The painful sting made you convulse and squirm. Gojo's eyes sparkled sadistically as he saw your suffering. You screamed out in pain as he held it against your body for a few seconds. "That hurt, didn't it? But it's good for you, darling. It'll teach you some obedience," he said. You begged him to stop. "St-stop! Please”. He smirked at your plea, enjoying the sound of your begging. "Why should I stop, darling? You need to learn your lesson and learn that disobedience will not be tolerated." He answered, increasing the intensity of the taser.
Gojo only stopped when he saw you on the verge of passing out, breathing heavily. He smirked at your weakened state, satisfied with his punishment. He put the taser away and leaned back, looking down at you with a condescending look. "I hope you've learned your lesson. But we're not done yet," he said. He took off his shirt, exposing his toned body. “You know how to turn me on so well”, he chuckled. He slid both of his hands under your shirt, groping your tits. He squeezed the fat, playfully pulling and pinching your nipples. “Soft and plumpy”, he bit his lip.
The man lifted up your shirt, proceeding to lean into your chest. His mouth latched on your breast, sucking the plumpy side of it. He dug his teeth into your sensitive skin, marking the flesh. You tried to move, but the damage from the taser made you immobile. “I should use the taser more often when you misbehave”, he smiled. His hands traveled down to your pants, slipping them off along with your panties. The man spat on your pussy, rubbing his fingers against your clit. A small moan left your lips as he added pressure to your sensitive bud. Your cheeks became flushed with red as he made you feel good. Satoru’s cock hardened, growing  a tent inside his pants. “Cum for daddy”, he whispered, leaning into your ear. He licked the side of your face, wettening your cheek.
Your legs began to shake, feeling your orgasm coming. He rubbed you harder and faster. “Be a good pet and cum for me”, he smiled. He rested his forehead on yours, staring into your eyes as he saw them beginning to tear up. “Don’t cry, baby”, he said. “You know you want this”. With him adding more pressure, you came in seconds, squirting all over his hand. “Good girl”, he praised you. Gojo licked his fingers, savoring your sweet juices. He unbuckled his belt, his dick popping out. You watched him stroke it slowly. “Like what you see?”, he teased. He placed it near your wet folds, sliding it up your cunt. He rubbed himself against you, blushing. By now, the effects from the taser wore off. You placed your palms on his chest, trying to push him off. “So weak”, he giggled, grabbing your wrists with one hand as he pinned them against the couch’s armrest.
He played with your pussy some more, before thrusting into you. Satoru stretched you open, making you wince. “Fuck, I forgot how tight you are”, he seethed. He grabbed hold of your waist, putting all his length into you. The man started off slow, giving you gentle thrusts. He wanted to make sure you adjusted to his cock. Your walls clenched around him, making him even harder. He groaned, digging his nails into your skin. He fucked you at a quicker pace. You whined as he used your cunt as a toy. Gojo pulled out, flipping you onto your stomach. He forced you to arch, slapping your fat ass. “Mmm”, he moaned, penetrating your cunt again. “Please stop”, you begged, drooling into the couch. Satoru ignored you as he felt his orgasm coming. He focused all his energy into your tight cunt, slamming himself into you hard.
With a few more thrusts, he moaned loud, cumming. You felt his warm liquid ooze into your pussy. “You make me so happy”, he whispered. Gojo pulled out, leaving a trail of cum to leak out of you. He sat next to you, catching his breath. “Did you have fun?”, he asked, slapping your ass that was still arched. You were stuck there, frozen, on the verge of crying. He heard you sniffle, wondering why you were sad. “If it makes you that upset…”, he paused. “Then why don’t we play another round of hide and seek?”. He pulled your legs, making you lay flat as he climbed on top of you. He leaned into your ear, whispering. “If you lose…you’re stuck with me forever”. With that being said, you felt his cock harden again.

Hi super sorry if your request aren’t open.
I had this thought about Zuko x waterbending reader and maybe they could be related to Hama (like a grandma or something) and r basically it’s difficult to explain but Zuko and reader started dating after the war and he tries really hard to get Hamas approval because he’s from the fire nation and Hama ends up sorta accepting him but is still hella weary about him
‘Dinner’- Zuko x female!reader
An: HIYA! So as to not be annoying I’m leaving my lil disappearance explanation at the bottom, enjoy 🫶
(As usual, thank you for your request and patience it means a lot 💕)
Warnings: fighting/agression but it’s brief dw (this is also a very short piece)
You smiled as a candle flickered in your room, kicking your feet as you read a letter your boyfriend, Zuko, wrote to you. He detailed in it his most recent endeavours as a fire lord, as well as affirmed that he could in fact come for a visit. You had been planning to move to his palace soon, as per his request, but he was afraid your grandmother, Hama, a ruthless fire nation hating blood bender who might just hate Zuko, would not be on board. You decided the easiest way was to have them both over for food, and you’d prepared a huge feast of different delicacies of both nations. Zuko was meant to arrive in about an hour, and Hama was already down stairs washing up. She vaguely knew you were going to introduce her to someone, just not entirely aware of who. You shoved the scroll into another backpack you packed for your move, which was supposed to take place a week from now if all goes well.
You walked over to the window sill and sat on a cushion you placed on the protruding wooden part, sighing. You wandered in an endless maze of thoughts, until a face appeared in front of you. You squeaked, almost falling backwards but you caught yourself. Shaking your head, you unlocked the window and pulled zuko in.
“Dude?” You questioned, pulling him in for a hug.
He smelled like the sea, you noted, originally expecting the smell of a certain beast on him.
“Sorry- I got nervous,” you giggled, pinching his pouty cheeks.
He grinned, dipping you into a passionate kiss that screamed ‘I miss you’ in every language. His hand trailed to your back, and yours his hair. Just as things began to escalate, the door swung open.
“YN!”
Immediately, you pushed him away, and he stumbled backwards. Both your eyes landed on your grandma, who was as pale as a ghost.
“I can explain!”
“What kind of nonsense is this?”
Zuko was frozen, from the long list of things that could've gone wrong, this did not even make the top one hundred list.
“Grandma, this is Zuko,” you calmed down, “My boyfriend,”
He snapped out of his trance and extended an arm to shake with her. She walked out, leaving a small stone to prevent the door from closing again.
“Sorry about her,” you groaned, embarrassed that she left him hanging.
He retreated his arm, shoving it into his pocket, “She already thinks I suck. It’s over.”
“It’s okay she’s easy to win over,” you smiled sweetly, contrasting the lies that currently fled your lips.
Stiff, awkward, weird… all of the above.
You couldn’t relax for this dinner, things were so tense after what just happened. He didn’t even get to say hello before she saw his tongue down your throat and now she probably is a hair away from blood bending him into a ball. And he could tell she hated him- when he asked you to pass him a spoon she threw it at him. She missed…
“So, why don’t you tell her about yourself Zuko,” you broke the silence.
His eyes widened, suddenly being put on the spot, “Well I-uh-um-“ he coughed.
“He helped the avatar end a hundred year war,” you chimed in.
“Yeah so he can start a 200 year war all on his own,” she remarked, glaring at him. “All fire folks are the same,”
“Gram, give him a chance, he’s trying his best,” you held his hand over the table, rubbing your thumb in comforting circles.
Suddenly, a fork came hurling at you, and when you both dodged your hands away, you found it embedded in the table.
“Right…” you breathed out.
She stood up abruptly, folding her arms, “Yn, come outside, now,”
“Yes ma’am,” you replied, looking back at Zuko with a worried expression.
You shut the creaky wooden door behind you and adjusted your garments as you stood by here on the patio.
“A fire nation boy?”
“He’s different… he’s not what you think he is,”
“That’s what they all say Yn, he’s bad news.”
“What about him is bad news?”
“Everything. Especially the fact that he’s a ticking time bomb.”
“He’s a good man.”
“Are you forgetting his past? He attacked the avatar!” Your eyes widened, “That’s right, I did my research… I know every little thing he did and so help me if you dare leave this house with him I will make sure that’s the last time either of you see each other.”
“You can’t do that!”
“Who’s gonna stop me?”
Your eyes brimmed with tears- it was one thing to ban you from seeing him, but a completely other thing to treat you like a child. You were old enough to make these decisions on your own. You huffed, storming back inside and waltzing into your bedroom, slamming the door with a lot of force.
Hama sat back down at the table, smiling before she flipped it onto Zuko. He gasped, standing up quickly to avoid being crushed. She stomped around the table and got up in his face, grabbing the collar of his shirt. She was surprisingly strong for her ancient age.
“What do you want from her?”
“To be with her,”
“Why?”
“Because I love her,”
“WHY?”
“WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO SAY?”
She pushed him onto the ground, lifting her arm as if about to bloodbend him. He’d heard the tales of what she was capable of from his friends, and he felt his heart drop.
Zuko froze, waiting, shielding himself and closing his eyes.
“Aren’t you gonna firebend?” She asked, a bitter sounding tone.
“No.”
Just then, you exited your room, finally having collected your bearings. There, you found Zuko almost curled up on himself, and Hama glaring at him. He breathed heavily, and she looked as if a blood vessel was about to pop. You immediately rushed to his side, helping him up to his feet and checking him for wounds. He was fine of course.
Your hand brushed against his cheek and he closed his eyes, humming, “I’m fine,”
“What did you do?” You yelled, looking at the old lady.
“I tested him.”
You laughed sarcastically, “And did he pass,”
“With flying colours,” 2 out of 3 pairs of eyebrows flew upwards, you and Zuko exchanged glances. “For now,”
After a bit of cleaning up, you finished the night with Zuko in your bedroom, sitting at your desk.
“Is everything okay?” You asked, leaning against the table.
“If she doesn’t even want me near you, how on Earth are you going to move in with me?”
“That’s… that’s a great question.”
An: OKAY SO idek where to start I basically obv got back to school and I had exams and then even MORE EXAMS coming up (send help) BUUUT I mainly just lost my spark and interest in writing but it feels wrong to continue to ignore my inbox so I’m gonna try my best to clear it soon. If you have requested I’m genuinely so so sorry it’s taken this long I’m sure you’re mad at me but hopefully not too mad don’t hate me okay bye love you 🩷

Armand could definitely 100% have prevented Claudia and Madeline’s death like obviously he is so full of shit 😭😭 he just chose not to. I dont think he was lying about being held captive, though. It seems more likely to me that he allowed himself to be imprisoned bcus the ultimate outcome would be desirable, rather then like, he was secretly orchestrating it all like a devious Master mind and was only pretending to be a prisoner to trick Louis. I think Armand was genuinely being imprisoned, but he could have easily escaped (as if the vampire Armand couldn’t win in a fight against Sam The Twink), and chose not to because it’s in his best interest for Claudia and Madeline to die 😭. While part of his betrayal I think comes from a comfort Armand takes in learned helplessness, where taking action feels less safe then leaning into victimhood, so armand chooses to accept helplessness rather then play the hero bcus helplessness is comforting, it was also definitely part “I want these two people to be gone from my life and this seems like a sure fire way to let it happen while I get to remain mostly blameless” 😭. Armand finds Claudia’s whole existence horrific and cruel. I don’t think he particularly likes or dislikes her as a person, he doesn’t seem to know her very well nor care to know her (he actually says this in tva lol), so I don’t think he considered letting her a die an act of spite.
Armand thought of Claudia as a suffering, rabid, sick and diseased animal that needed to be put down for its own well being. He considered her death an inevitable tragedy that “could not be prevented”, and bcus of his perspective on vampirism as a horrible curse that can only be spared through very specific very calculated and clean cut means, he wanted her death to come as quick and painlessly as possible. From Armand’s perspective, if he saved Claudia from death by execution, he’d only end up watching her excruciatingly loose her mind and self until she eventually killed herself or got put down by Armand or someone else Nicki style so that she wouldnt need to live in agony anymore.
Which, his whole perspective there is flawed, and fucked up, and dehumanizing of Claudia, but it makes sense why he would think that way. Armand considers vampirism to be always bad, regardless of the subject turned, and always smth he would hate to inflict on someone. So claudias turning, is not only cruel to Armand, but unforgivable and unsalvageable. He’s seen a lot of fucked up vampires in his time, a lot of botched turnings, and he knows from his experience how much of a toll vampirism takes on anyone, let alone someone in the body of a child. His whole “I will never turn someone into a vampire ever in my life” thing comes from this. So, of course he won’t save claudia from such a clean cut, blameless death 😭. He considers it an act of mercy, when he pictures the alternative as “Claudia clings to Madeline as she painfully looses her mind and eventually dies”. Which, comes into why he didn’t save Madeline either lol
Armand doesn’t particularly value life as smth to be worth preserving, he is very willing to view other ppl as commodities when it helps him. But he does value preserving peace and limiting other’s suffering (which is why he kills so gently). Armand is so horrified by Madeline being turned, partly bcus I think he saw himself in her. He sees a fledgling who he believes will inevitably loose her maker, the only person she rlly cares about, to horrible gruesome death, and he knows that once she experiences that her life as an immortal will be cruel and unbearable. So once she is turned, Armand sees another lost cause who will be better off if she is killed before it can get bad. What Armand misses when it comes to Claudia and Madeline, obviously, is that they r more resilient and self sufficient then he sees, and taking away their agency by deciding they have no hope and must die isn’t the mercy he sees it as but is actually like, fucked up and horrible. Armand is so blinded by his trauma fueled dog eat dog view of life as a vampire that he can’t see that.
I think the reason armand considers the perks of Claudia and Madeline’s death a priority over Louis’s happiness (and horrible grief that will ensue when his loved ones die), is bcus Armand considers Claudia and Madeline’s death an inevitable consequence of Louis’s unforgivably cruel actions. He doesn’t resent Louis for it I don’t think, but he definitely thinks that Louis will need to atone for what he’s done whether Armand wants him to or not. So, Armand is ok with Louis grieving (as long as it doesn’t turn to resentment of Armand), bcus it was ultimately inevitable, and comparatively less cruel then what he would have to witness alternatively. It’s a rip the Band aid off type of thing 😭😭
in conclusion uh Armand is bad but Armand has his reasons and Armand isn’t one dimensionally villainous, he has a ton of complex trauma induced reasons for the way he thinks, and his actions r more often then not coming from a warped view of “the kind thing to do” that comes from his lack of understanding of how kind the world actually is and can be (dog eat dog mindest etc), bcus of how horribly traumatized he is. thank u good night

agnes, just stop and think a minute
Tumblr media
gojo satoru x reader (1.2k)
" you're gone but you're on my mind, i'm lost but i don't know why. ,,
warnings: CHAPTER 236 SPOILERS, reader and shoko r going THRU it, i wrote this during a mental breakdown, denial, semi-comfort at the end
Tumblr media
a/n: when i found out about what happened i just spent 2 hours on social media just. watching everything gojo related and i kind of wanted to reflect my reaction through this word vomit of a drabble. i haven't cried at all but i just feel so devastated and oh my god it's been terrible. rest in peace to my bb </3
based off of one of my favorite glass animals songs (agnes) that i've always associated with gojo.
Tumblr media
you like to think that grief in your life always comes and goes.
it’s a part of being a jujutsu sorcerer. each day, new people are trained to become one, and others die the same day. there are new beginnings, and people who meet their ends. you know sorcerers out there who have completely closed themselves off just so they don’t have to experience the soul crushing feeling of grief.
it’s like a bud, they say. a bud that forcefully plants itself in your heart, and you can do nothing but watch it grow as it takes hold of every part of your being. people describe the feeling in many ways: a weight on top of your chest that won’t cease, or a part of your heart that’s been ripped away, and nothing in your life seems to fill the remnants of it.
you’ve experienced grief in your life many times. loss is so normalized as a sorcerer that you’ve almost lost count at this point, but the ones that have hit you the hardest are the deaths of your closest friends: kento nanami, yu haibara, and geto suguru. they haunt your thoughts every day, up until the point where everything feels asphyxiating and you sometimes want to join your friends too.
you think that geto’s death hit you the hardest.
you remember geto’s disappearance and the night parade of a hundred demons like it was yesterday. the hardest pill to swallow about his death was the fact that it could’ve been prevented. geto’s lifeless eyes made you see parallels from the weeks leading up to his disappearance. he just needed a push in the right direction, but then you couldn’t even do that and you didn’t see all the signs of his deteriorating mental health. you just felt so guilty, even though your friends assured you that it wasn’t your fault.
seeing geto’s body for the first time after 10 years made you wail uncontrollably–and you had to be forcefully pried off of him despite your screams of protest. the most prominent thing about his body were his lifeless eyes–and guilt coursed through your veins as you knew that they were probably devoid of life even before his death.
that guilt stuck with you for a long time, and you felt it until you thought that it would consume you whole.
that’s why shoko was hesitant to show you gojo’s body.
she knows that you would have an emotional outburst again, like last time. actually, she knew this one would be worse, because geto was a best friend to you, but satoru was the light of your life. he was your lover. your soulmate, even. the reason why you were excited to come home everyday. he grieved about geto with you, and you held each other when you both cried… usually when december 24th was nearing again. you think that, without satoru, you don’t know what you would do. you kept each other sane and grounded.
so you don’t understand.
why is his body in front of you right now? why are all your students crying around you and mourning gojo’s loss? it’s all the sorcerers are talking about right now, and you just don’t get it.
he’s the strongest, so why did he fucking leave you behind like this? no, no. he wasn’t supposed to lose that fight. he said it himself. he said he’d win, right? he’d win, and he’d come home, albeit injured, but home nonetheless. he’d celebrate his victory with you, and life would go on. so why did he lie?
that’s the only word coursing through your head. why?
you tried not to think about anything right now… like how there was probably so much crimson red on that battlefield. if you saw it, you’d think that the red would leave an everlasting stain in your mind, to the point where you’ll never forget about it. no matter how many times you’d wash your hands, all that red would still be there, and you hate to think about it.
you like to think that grief in your life always comes and goes.
people describe the feeling in many ways, but if you had to describe how you felt right now, the only word you’d use is empty.
you feel so utterly empty and hollow, that you can’t even bring yourself to cry or scream.
shoko’s surprised at your reaction. when she told you what happened, you became eerily silent. your eyes and gojo’s were practically identical. both so devoid of life, that all she can bring herself to say is, “im sorry.”
what do you even say at a time like this? what do you say to someone who’s had their heart ripped apart again and again as they watch each of their friends die? for you and shoko, it’s happened four times now. four is too much. you can’t bring yourself to believe it anymore.
no. this isn’t real.
this isn’t happening right now.
you move for the first time in what seems like ages, and you place your hand in gojo’s open casket, tucking a stray pearl white strand behind his ear. you observe him for a minute. he looks so peaceful, now that he doesn’t have to worry about his infinity or constantly being on his guard anymore.
“shoko, i think he’s hungry.” you say, feeling the ice cold veins in your chest stilling.
your words catch shoko off guard. “huh?”
“he’s hungry,” you repeat simply, like it’s the most obvious thing in the world. you look away from his body and turn to leave. “i’m going to go buy kikufuku for him.”
you suddenly remember all of the dates you’ve had with satoru, where you buy many sweets like kikufuku, but he always made sure to save you some. he’s known for his notorious sweet tooth—putting one too many sugar cubes in his drinks, but he’ll always share his sweets if it’s with you. even if it was kikufuku.
“it’s his favorite after all.”
you walk out of the funeral, leaving behind the confused and sympathetic looks of everyone there. shoko sighs at your reaction—she’ll let you go for now. everyone’s processing this in different ways, so she can’t blame you for how you’re dealing with satoru’s death. she’ll just hope you’ll learn to accept it soon.
Tumblr media
on the way to get kikufuku, you spot a pet shop nearby. there’s a fish tank on display, and you notice that one of the tanks has a white betta fish inside. it’s the same shade as satoru’s hair, and you feel your feet moving on its own as you walk to the glass. you exhale with a shaky sob, placing a hand on it. i love you, satoru. i won’t say goodbye, though, cause i’ll be there eventually.
you make sure not to say “soon” because you knew that if you took your life with your own hands instead of letting fate choose your death, satoru would never let you hear the end of it. so you’ll keep living. you’ll keep living for yourself and satoru, even though you want to join them. every single day hurts and it also hurts to even breathe sometimes. though you know, somewhere out there, satoru and your friends are cheering you on with every step you take.
wait for me… okay?
the betta fish suddenly notices your presence, and swims up against the glass. so close, yet so far. you take that as satoru’s answer. it was like you could hear his voice directly speaking to you.
i’ll always wait for you, no matter how long it takes.
you smile for the first time today, even if it was barely a smile. you felt a familiar presence with you on the other side of that glass, even if it was just for a short moment, and it gave you what strength you had left to keep moving.

Mand’alor Kenobi (Duke Kryze)
Obi-Wan leaves the Jedi, marries Satine, gets widowed and ends up as Duke Kryze.
Two alternative endings:
1) Jango Fett resurfaces and returns to Mandalore; or
2) After the war, Cody and his brothers receive an offer for repatriation from the Duke.
Obi-Wan leaves the order for Satine—and for Mandalore, ravaged by a civil war that never truly stops.
During his mission to Mandalore, Obi-Wan not only keeps Satine alive but is invaluable in consolidating her power. However, the hostilities never truly cease, the political situation is a powder keg, and at the conclusion of the Jedis’ mission, Satine sees how it’s Obi-Wan who’s holding the tenuous peace together. She asks him to stay and he leaves the order—not only for Satine, but for Mandalore and her people whom he feels the conclusion of their mission leaves hanging.
In the following months, everybody is running ragged trying to keep Mandalore together. Having already proved his worth as a negotiator/mediator, Obi-Wan quickly rises to a lynchpin position in the new government. Despite his background as a Jedi, his actions during the clan wars have earned him the respect of the more traditional warrior clans and he’s seen as a more moderate option to Satine’s extremism. Tl;dr: instead of treating Obi-Wan as arm candy, Satine puts him to work and inadvertently puts a lot of political power in his hands. What can you say? Sizeable and/or politically influential fraction of Mandalore’s population/clans likes Obi-Wan better than Satine—or perhaps, finds Satine more palatable with a warrior partner.
To prevent her fragile and fractious government from splintering further (and to put an end to the talk about republic agents), Satine and Obi-Wan decide to make their relationship official and marry. Half of it is because they truly care for each other, but half of it is to consolidate the political power and marry the separate factions within their government together. They have irreconcilable differences of opinion when it comes to politics, but they both want what’s best for the people and that’s a unified leadership that’s not fighting with itself. So they have screaming matches in private, but pull together in public.
Stuff happens, Death Watch kills Satine (with or without the involvement of the Sith)—and New Mandalorians/Sundari/Mandalore unites behind the widowed Duke Kryze.
SO: That’s either a plot or a setup for the erstwhile Mand’alor Vhett to resurface, with or without an army of clones, a galactic war, the return of the Sith, and perhaps a political marriage that may finally unite Mandalore.
Perhaps:
- Obi-Wan grieves his wife, he truly does. But in the aftermath, he hardly has the time. And in retrospect, he has to wonder if half of the reason why achieving compromise always seemed like an uphill battle wasn’t because he spent half of his time fighting Satine and trying to moderate her extremism to something more palatable to the clans.
- In the aftermath, Obi-Wan may or may not finally succeed in putting down the Kyr’tsad and winning the Darksaber, which may or may not go a long way in convincing the remaining traditionalist and Kyr’tsad clans to get in line.
- Any Sith coming to take a piece of Mandalore or its Duke may find they’ve bitten off more than they can chew.
- Korkie Kryze may or may not be Satine and Obi-Wan’s son. Or maybe he is Satine’s baby nephew—Obi-Wan and Satine may still end up adopting him, depending on who else is left.
- Bo-Katan Kryze may or may not survive Kyr’tsad, but regardless, a Death Watch lieutenant is not going to be accepted by the people. She may get a seat in Obi-Wan’s council to placate Kyr’tsad loyalists, but she has no shot at getting the rule. Tbh, Obi-Wan would absolutely be the type to adopt his late wife’s feral terrorist little sister.
- Obi-Wan ends up adopting a full squad of feral murder children, in a true Mandalorian fashion.
- Jinn may or may not be alive; Anakin may or may not be his apprentice or have taken refuge on Naboo after his death; Obi-Wan may or may not be carrying a grudge towards the Sith for killing the man who raised him. And then killed his wife.
- The idea of marriage is probably actually first put forward by the clans who dislike Satine but find Obi-Wan acceptable. That would be a compromise solution: they’d accept Satine’s rule, but with the moderating influence of Obi-Wan as her husband.
- Actually, wasn’t “Ben” a nickname that Obi-Wan was originally given by Satine? He might then go by “Ben Kryze” after his marriage.
- Mand’alor is the sole ruler → before and during the Clan Wars, Obi-Wan is titled the duke. After he’s unified Mandalore under one sole government, he’s the Mand’alor.
- Timeline fuckery: instead of 15, Obi-Wan and Satine are ~20, early 20s. Young, but not teenagers. Satine may be a few years older.
- Jango may think he’s coming to Mandalore to oust the hu’tuun Duchess’s Jetii widow, only to find said widow to be a) the most mandokarla verd he has ever met, and b) more widely supported than he himself ever was. There’s no ousting the Duke now and if Jango were to kill him, he would only succeed in making him a martyr and uniting Mandalore further in avenging him. Jango… deals with these revelations. Well—he tries.
ALTERNATIVELY: After the war, Marshal Commander Cody and his brothers receive an unexpected offer of repatriation from Duke Kryze of Mandalore, who was tragically widowed during the war.
And perhaps:
- The offer may or may not be unexpected: if the Sith decided to go after Mandalore, there’s no saying what the Mandalorians might have discovered and whether their Mand’alor might have taken a proactive approach to the threat.
- The second dark sabre wielding Jedi Mand’alor might be something of stuff of legends—or nightmares—in the republic space/among the clones.
- Jango Fett might not have wanted the clones, but apparently this Duke Kryze does. If he is to be believed, Fett might have been the vode’s dar’buir, but according to Mandalorian law, there is no such thing as a dar’ad. Whether Jango Fett ever called them his sons or not, the mere fact of consciously partaking in their creation is enough to make them recognised as such in Mandalorian space.
- And so, here in Cody’s hands is an offer of citizenship for all of his vode; colourful pamphlets about various welfare and retraining programs; and apparently, a seat in the Duke’s council for the aliit’alor Vhett.
- Cody is torn between crying from relief (an end to the indeterminate arguments in the senate between citizenship and decommissioning?) and justified suspicion (a no-strings offer of home and sentient rights for all of his brothers? Too good to be true).
- Mandalore’s famous warriors have been decimated first in the clan wars and then in the galaxy wide conflict, which has left Mandalore in a more precarious position than may outwardly seem. The offer is not purely altruistic (Mandalore would be gaining an army of millions), even if Obi-Wan does also see it as justice. To Cody who’s been waiting for the other shoe to drop, this feels like relief. This, he can understand. What’s honestly more confusing is the Duke rushing to explain that acting in defence of Mandalore is something that’s expected from every citizen, not just the vode. Moreover, if someone can not or chooses not to fight, they are not forced to do so, simply expected to do their part in another way.
- And if the clones want to ply their trade as mercenaries? Well, it’s a time honoured profession on Mandalore—of course they may. As it happens, in the aftermath of a galactic war, there’s no end of work for hired guns. This may… upset the struggling republic. Any vode that decide to seek work in republic space keep their buckets tightly on as they may or may not be recognised as sentient, still—and other Mandalorians do so in support. Not all of them may *like* the clones, but treating other mandalorians as lost property? Not cool.
- Culturally, I would absolutely see Mandalorians as the sort of a culture that would not only think that their children are their future, but also that their people are their strength. The republic might see millions of vode as mouths to feed and bodies to house. But Mandalore? They see millions of trained warriors the republic doesn’t seem to want anymore and think “the greatest prize in the galaxy, up for grabs”.
- If Obi-Wan went on the offensive, he could declare that the vode are citizens of Mandalore by birth and the republic better stop treating Mandalorian warriors as expendable slaves or else. He can’t, of course. But it doesn’t stop him from wanting to.
- If Jango Fett dies as in canon, Obi-Wan’s family of adorable murder children might or might not include Boba. If the kids don’t kill each other, Obi-Wan will go down in history as Mand’alor the Unifier. This sort of adopting the offspring of your slain enemies is not ethically unproblematic btw, but on the other hand, I could see how the practice might fit in the Mandalorian culture.
About politics & war:
- Point of contention: Satine wants to exile the traditionalists to Concordia, there to fight each other to extinction in a pointless battle for dominance (canon, what the fuck?). Obi-Wan wants to unite Manda’yaim, not divide it further. This point alone, if he manages it, would win him points over Satine. So: instead of all traditionalists exiled, Obi-Wan manages to wrangle a shaky alliance of New Mandalorians and moderate traditionalists. Not necessarily the same bunch as Haat Mando’ade though there might be overlap.
- Satine, meanwhile, would be happy to import agricultural products from Concordia to the biodomes of Sundari. That’s a mess from an economic and food security standpoint. Again I ask: canon, what the fuck? You exile the unwanted parts of your population and then rely on them for food production? That’s not actually a realistic plot point, maybe scrap it and write something that provides actual political tension that doesn’t make caricatures of any sides/characters.
- Actually, the New Mandalorian policies in the preceding years are probably a large influence in the development of the extremism of Kyr’tsad. (Canon—wtf, I might be tempted to terrorism if my government unilaterally exiled large fractions of the population?)
- During the clone wars, Kyr’tsad still allies with Dooku and the Sith. The civil war, which had been on a slow simmer, boils over again. In the fighting, Satine is assassinated. Obi-Wan is not only the best but practically the only option to succeed her and keep the precarious alliance of New Mandalorians and moderate traditionalists together.
- It’s a long and a bloody fight against enemies both at home and in the shadows; fought with guns, with diplomacy, with fixing the deep divides in their society, and hunting the shadows fuelling the flames. Obi-Wan proves himself the same military genius and negotiator as he did in canon. He’s decisive, ruthless and compassionate.
- And eventually, he manages to defeat the leader of Kyr’tsad in single combat, wrangle the warring clans to the negotiation table, hunt the Sith, and unite Mandalore. And that’s how the Mandalorian civil wars and the Clone Wars tie together at the end there, and how Obi-Wan emerges from those wars: with united but weakened Mandalore, a dead wife, and a couple of orphaned foundlings. Victorious, but grieving. The erin on his armour long since painted over with black and gold (which he has earned many times over now, avenging his wife and his people). While the rest of the galaxy is reeling from the aftermath of the war, the republic shaken to its foundations, the separatists defeated but but still seceding, the weakened republic unable to hold onto CIS territories.
- This is the man Marshal Commander Cody meets. This Mand’alor, who seemed to have emerged from the funeral pyre of his wife in the image of the legends of old, reforging the Mandalorian empire anew. But still: just a man, victorious but grieving; with a core of beskar, but a heart so full of light it makes Cody’s teeth ache. Cody: Himself one expendable clone among millions, defying his fate and rising to lead armies to victory or ruin. And yet, a man fresh out of a war that has decimated his brothers and broken his faith in the galaxy.

~DC Imagines~
Jason Todd X Hero!Reader
TW: Suggestive, Mentions of murder, Cussing
Tumblr media
Depending on what time in Jason's life the two of you meet, you two could be on opposite ends of justice ⚖️ or fighting side by side
Whatever your abilities are, he's going to kind of scoff at you and do his best to show he's the better fighter between you two
Either he entered your city or you entered Gotham, both of you following a lead and trying to stop something from happening
Apparently your leads ran in the same circles because you're suddenly face to face with Red Hood and he's fucking massive 👌
If you beat his ass then he'll sulk about it later and insist you pulled some dirty trick or cheated, even blames whatever circumstances were going on at the time
"You got lucky! That's what happened!"
But if he wins, then he's smug and will lord it over you in a way that is irritating and sexy
"Listen, Babe, if you're looking to get pinned down again, then you're barking up the wrong tree. I don't have time for that."
The most amicable encounters the two of you will have is when you have to team up against a common enemy, and even then, you'll have to intervene, or he'll kill them
"We aren't killing them! Stand down!"
Honestly, you'll have to stand between them and Red Hood to prevent it, but you might not be doing much to stop him
If he has to hurt you to take them down, then he will. He doesn't know you well enough to care about you and your well-being at this point
"The hell we aren't! I'm doing the world a favor by putting them down!"
Of course, he pushes back. It will honestly turn into a fight between the two of you, which leads to the villain getting away
"You let them get away!"
"I did!? You're the one who picked a fight!"
Eventually, as you two run into each more and team up more often then Jason will start to warm up to you more, be more willing to abide by your boundaries
You two still do butt heads when it comes to beliefs, but if you manage to skirt around the topic of punishment and killing, then it's a good time
He pushes those thoughts down though, not letting himself dwell on them for too long and trying to just enjoy the moment together
You two sometimes catch each other staring, both of you looking away with small blushes on your faces but neither says anything
Or one of you tackles the other to keep them from getting hit, rolling until one of you is on top, both panting and staring at each other's lips
Only to have the moment ruined when you're both attacked because you got too caught up in each other
Lots of little moments where you two smile a little too long at each other, or you hold him a little too tight on his motorcycle or you two are stuck a little too close to each other for it to be platonic
Talking about that time you two hid in a vent together with Jason on top of you and your ass was pressed to his groin, the two of you deathly still and unable to look at each other without blushing afterwards
It helps that you two have an insane attraction to each other, that he thinks you're hot as hell and could see himself working with you long-term
He's always in a better mood after a night out with you, no matter how things went down or how beat up he got
He's just in a good mood the next day, unable to hold in the small smile on his face whenever he thinks of you
Everyone around him notices it, Dick of course, being the first to press him about it, not so subtly teasing him and insinuating that Jason has a lover
Tim and Duke try to team up and trick Jason into giving up information about you but he just threatens to knock their heads together
Cass and Steph try to follow him out on patrol and see if you two are meeting up or hooking up, but you manage to catch them, Jason quickly booting them out
Damian genuinely doesn't care at first, but everyone's sudden interest sparks something in him, and he takes it as a competition to try and find out just who you are to Jason
Barbara is the one who finds out the most about you because, of course she does, she's too smart for her own good and she rubs it in everyone's faces
"I know what city they protect, their abilities, and how many times they've been spotted with Red Hood~ What do you guys have on them?"
"I know that they're really killing it in that suit. You think they could make me one in purple?"
Alfred helped her out, though. In fact, he helped everyone out because he's a sucker for all that gossip
Bruce is just tired and wants Jason to be happy, is grateful to you for putting a stop to Jason's more extreme forms of punishment
You may or may not have a run with Batman himself and have an awkward conversation about Red Hood and your intentions
But Bruce also just wants to make sure you know what you're getting into with Jason, he even gives you a way to contact him if Jason ever goes too far
"Uh-thank you..? Mr. Batman-Sir..?"
Jason is just sick of everyone trying to sniff out his business and just wants to have this one thing to himself without having to share with his family
Which makes it really sound like he likes you, just a little bit 🤏
He will deny it and tell everyone to butt out of his business, which only confirms their suspicions
"Oh, he's so into them."
"For sure."
It's not like you two know each other's secret identities so he can't just call you up and ask when you're free to hang out, he has to wait for when you two are in vigilante mode
So he looks forward to nighttime and will find excuses to come around your territory when he can, which isn't often, but it's enough for you two to grow closer
Your relationship becomes more relaxed than it was in the beginning, more playful and teasing as tension between you two turns into something else
You start to rely on each other in a fight, moving in sync and quickly becoming an unstoppable duo that balances the other out
You stop asking not to kill and instead just ask him to trust you, which seems to work because he'll always reluctantly let you handle the criminal/villain
"Just-trust me with this, okay? Let me handle them and keep the blood off your hands a little longer."
"...fine."
But he's not going to leave you alone with them, insisting on helping you escort them because he would never forgive himself if something happened to you
"I'm coming with you to make sure you don't let them get away again, got it?"
You have two options, tease him because you see through his pathetic attempt to hide his real motivation
"You could just admit you worry about me~"
Or take the bait and end up bickering the entire way there with him, making your hostage wish you had just let Jason kill them instead
"You bastard! You were the one who let them get away last time!"
He thinks it's cute to ruffle your feathers but will roll his eyes under the mask if you tease him instead
Jason gets a bit jealous if you work with other heroes, especially anybody from the Batfam, because how could you!?!?!
Is super rude and testy with whoever your partner is, and it's just horribly obvious how jealous he is but he won't admit it
"Wait, are you jealous..?"
"Of course not! I just think it would make more sense for us to work together on this, don't you?"
"Maybe, but they're my boyfriend/girlfriend/lover sooooo-"
"YOUR WHAT!?"
"So you are jealous!"
Weeks later, he'll ask you if you're actually seeing anyone, which will be the most he's ever asked about your personal life, your real identity
He doesn't know why he asked you, hates that he did because he's terrified of your answer, if you do have a boyfriend then he's going to be crushed
But if you don't, then you surely deserve better than him, every bad thing he's ever done since you two met suddenly haunting him
You hum softly and look up at the night sky, unsure if you want to really answer that before deciding that you trust him enough
"No, no boyfriend or anything like that. Just some annoying guy who won't quit bothering me at night, but he isn't so bad."
It takes Jason a moment to register what you said, relief flooding his body before hot realization hits him
"You're the annoying one!"
He throws a strong arm around you and tugs you close to him, squeezing you playfully as his heart thunders in his chest
Your laughter makes his heart ache, your flushed cheeks and smile just make it so much worse because he knows his feelings have developed beyond lust
He can handle lust, it's something hot and electric that would fizzle out the moment he's hit it and quit it
But these warm bubbling feelings inside him? He knows it's only going to get worse because he's falling for you, he wants to be with you
Yet part of him realizes that you two only know half of each other's lives, your true identities still hidden from each other
But he wants you, craves being with you more than anything, so he knows he has to start somewhere, his hands coming up to suddenly unlatch his helmet
You're not too confused, keeping your head on his shoulder, having seen him without the helmet before and knowing of the domino mask underneath
Until his hand is suddenly guiding your own up towards his face, encouraging you to remove the mask and see his real face
"What are you-"
"I want you to know me. All of me. It's okay if you don't trust me but I trust you with this."
He's blushing, you're close enough to see that his cheeks are tinted pink and you can't help but cup his face in your hands, rubbing your thumb against his bottom lip
He really does have kissable lips-
Focus
Instead you guide his hands to your own mask, giving him a reassuring smile as you start to lift his mask off of his face
"I trust you."
You knew he was beautiful, scars and all but you weren't prepared for just how pretty Jason was without the mask
It was unfair really, he already had an amazing physique why couldn't he be just a little bit ugly???
You don't even get a chance to say it because the moment your own mask comes off then you feel naked, trying to look away before a strong hand grips your chin and guides you back to him
You're frozen under his intense gaze as he pulls your face forward, lips nearly touching as he wraps his other arm around your waist
"It won't be easy, being with me you know..."
He sounds so genuine and hurt that it pulls you out of it for a moment, wrapping your arms around his neck and pulling him in for a bruising kiss
He's in a daze when you pull away, not remembering how you ended up in his lap but drunk on the taste of your lips, strong hands squeezing your ass appreciatively
You lean in to kiss him again and stop just before you kiss him, smiling and cupping his cheek softly
"I was gonna say the same thing, baby~"

Runs over and kicks your door open!! Yanyan!! I heard requests are open , would it be alright if I request yandere romantic Macaque hcs who’s falling for a female seer reader (someone who sees the future), the only thing is reader knows his next move.
This is such a cute nickname... I'll try my best 🥺 I did it general as I struggled with a plot? I mention a female darling twice in this and it can easily be ignored. I just felt the request didn't really need to be gendered...?
Yandere! Macaque with Seer! Darling
Pairing: Romantic
Possible Trigger Warnings: Female Darling, Obsession, Manipulation, Stalking, Possessive behavior, Violence, Mentions of mates, Dubious relationship.
Tumblr media
Let's start with this, "Seer" is defined differently depending on definition and universe.
However, for the most part, seer does indeed mean someone who looks into the future to make predictions.
How accurate such predictions are... vary.
I have a feeling you'd already know about you and Macaque's meeting with one another.
Not only that, but you can no doubt sense the misfortune that will come with it.
He's the shadow of the Monkey King, after all. Mischievous yet ruthless.
If you think about it, seers are probably really useful in this universe.
Based on all of the fate stuff that goes on in it.
You no doubt feel a chill come down your spine when you meet Macaque.
Macaque likes to toy with interesting people.
He originally approached you for one reason or another, no doubt out of concern for his own fate.
Afterwards... He's intrigued.
You manage to catch his interest, being able to read his every move and know the endgame.
He both wants to test it... yet is also irritated.
I like to imagine the way you get visions is like small puzzle pieces.
You have ideas on what the endgame is, but don't entirely know everything.
Although, I can see your visions giving you an idea of what he intends to do, like kidnapping plans or potential targets.
Such predictions annoy Macaque once he realizes what he can't do.
He's aware of you being a seer, yet he hates he can't fool you.
You have him figured out, you read his every move, you see right through him.
Originally he's teasing, seeing this as a game.
He's testing you... just wanting to play around.
Then he finds himself drawn to you... the cute seer woman he met by fate.
This must be destiny.
Destiny would be a big part of your bond.
As a seer, you no doubt know how this will end.
Which is much different from most obsessions.
Your abilities allow you to predict what will happen... not prevent the end goal.
You can prevent the fates of some others... but your own?
You'll eventually belong to Macaque.
So I imagine Macaque gets frustrated and jealous like your typical yandere.
He's clingy and for the most part you let him.
Although, the moment his plans get devious, you step in.
For example, you may learn he's going to harm someone close to you, which allows you to step in.
But how I like to view this is much more... hopeless.
Makes this situation more dreadful.
Like... the future is set in stone. Destiny can't be changed.
It makes the story more bittersweet.
You know, deep down, there's no preventing this.
Macaque views you as his mate, his girl, his Seer.
In the end, he'll get you.
The only change?
You know what's going to happen...
There's nothing you can do to stop what you saw.
It's like a... prophecy, somewhat.
You know your eventual role... and just don't want anyone hurt.
So, by the end, when you feel it's time...
You'll let him win.
You'll let Macaque have his way, claim you as his.
This is destiny.
Who knows... maybe your visions will tell you something better?
Maybe it'll work out...
It's not like you can fight any of it.
Macaque is overjoyed when you give in.
His grip on you is tight, he promises not to hurt anyone else.
However... Only your visions will tell you if he's lying.
Your visions have told you what will happen... changing such a fate will be futile...
The only thing you can hope for is making it bearable.

one thing I like about Outer Wilds: Echoes of the Eye is how it relates to (some) player's perception of the main game's ending. (spoilers)
So the ending of the main game is about the end of all things. You can't stop the end coming, but you can help make what comes next. It's about accepting that the end is inevitable, and that fighting against that end is pointless. The player goes through the whole game hoping they'll find a way to save Timber Hearth, to save themselves and all their friends, and slowly realizes that it's not possible. The end cannot be stopped: I'm sorry, but the universe is winding down. All that's left is to let the next world grow from the ashes of this one.
Naturally, not everyone was happy with that concept. They wanted some way to save the world, to have a "good ending", to not have to deal with the sadness of the ending. They were upset with the game.
And then Echoes of the Eye comes along, and maybe some of those gamers thought this was like the DLCs for Mass Effect 3 and Fallout 3: Maybe this'll retcon the ending, and let us finally win, and let the Hearthians live?
And then... nope. The DLC is about a race who came to the solar system and the eye told them "THE UNIVERSE IS ABOUT TO DIE: LET'S CLOSE IT DOWN AND BUILD A NEW ONE!". And they were terrified and pissed. They shut off the message the eye was sending, they tried their best to forget that that was ever the situation they were in. They retreated into a fantasy world, ignoring the world burning around them. They nearly destroyed the multiverse by preventing the next big bang, because they didn't want their story to end.
It's only because of The Prisoner and The Hatchling's combined efforts that the Nomai came searching for The Eye, and The Hatchling was able to enter The Eye, and restart the universe.
The inhabitants of The Stranger had buried their heads in the sand up until the end of the universe, trying to ignore the reality of the coming end. The game makes it clear how foolish they were, and how close they came to destroying everything in their futile attempt to save themselves.
The DLC feels like it's in dialogue with those players who hated the main game's ending, and how there was no way to stop it. The DLC shows them a bunch of monsters in the dark, terrified of the first new thing to happen in 300,000 years, about to die as their spaceship falls apart under the strain as it attempts to avoid the supernova. They could have been the ones to usher in the new world, in their image. Instead they hid, and pretended nothing was happening. One of them tried to right this wrong by letting their story come to its natural conclusion, and they trapped that individual in a casket at the bottom of a lake, immortal but trapped in solitary confinement. They were just that scared of the story ending.
You meet The Prisoner and tell them of all that happened since their confinement. You tell them that their actions are the only reason you're there, why the Nomai came and tried to find The Eye, why you will be able to find The Eye. You bring that memory of The Prisoner into The Eye, and even as a memory they must apologize for their whole race, no matter how this turned out in the end. You reassure them that they did the right thing, and you step together into a new dawn.
The story of the DLC just feels like they had those who didn't like the main game's ending in mind when it was written.

After watching the first part of Cobra Kai's 6th season, I have an idea of something that could happen in the second/third part of the season.
The whole "Tory joining Cobra Kai again because Daniel and Amanda didn't allow her to continue her fight against Sam" thing is fake.
Before you say something, hear (or read) what I have to say. Imagine if after Tory gets away from the Miyagi-Dojo, she is angry at them until she thinks about the situation and realizes that what they did was the right thing and the best thing to do for both of them (Sam and herself). And then, she finally realizes the difference between Cobra Kai and Miyagi-Dojo. She knows how Cobra Kai would have reacted. They would have allowed her to continue the fight, and it would probably have ended in a bad way for her rival. But Daniel and Amanda stopped the fight because they knew it would hurt their daughter badly. And hurting Sam again was the last thing she wanted to do.
Then, she decides to join Cobra Kai. Not because she wants to, but because she needs to. She knows the best way to win Cobra Kai is working with them to know their plans and prevent them. (And after everything Daniel, Amanda, Johnny and Sam did for her, the last thing she could do was help them to defeat Cobra Kai forever, even if they think she betrayed them at the beginning). She knows Kreese's new allies are powerful and she doesn't want Sam to get hurt in a fight against the Cobra Kai's students, so she becomes Cobra Kai's female captain in the Sekai Taikai, knowing that if they fight, she would let Sam win to avoid Cobra Kai from winning.

Leah Williamson x Reader
Word Count: 1.5k
A/N: Something soft I wrote last night. Posting early because we gotta celebrate that Arsenal win somehow, right?
[WOSO Masterlist]
She looks beautiful. Despite everything that’s happened, she still looks beautiful.
You’re sitting at the same table, no doubt because Keira wants her two best friends by her side on such a special day, but still, you can’t help but wish she sat you anywhere else but here. All night Leah’s been looking your way, not hiding the sadness and longing whenever your eyes meet. You try to distract yourself with Georgia’s random musings, but even she can’t compete with the magnetic call of Leah’s gaze.
“You should talk to her.”
You’re quick to shake your head. You took it as a win that the blonde hadn’t followed the two of you to the open bar. “She doesn’t want to talk to me, trust me.”
Georgia sighs, picking at the napkin in front of her. “The two of you are obviously still torn up about the whole break up. Just go talk to each other and make up.”
“I’m pretty sure Kei and Luce would rather we not. They don’t need us causing a scene on their special day.”
It was a long time coming, Keira and Lucy’s wedding. You had months to prepare yourself for the inevitable run in you were going to have with Leah, but it still didn’t help when you finally laid eyes upon the blonde.
The two of you had been together for what seemed like forever. You met for the first time during a youth camp eons ago, relationship building as the years passed by. By the time you signed your first senior contract with Arsenal, Leah had already asked and taken you out on a couple dates.
Leah bled red and white, a gooner through and through, it was almost fitting that you were the exact same. The two of you stayed together through all the ups and downs of both your club and national careers. When you won the Euros, you were sure nothing could beat that feeling.
And then Barcelona reached out.
You were elated. Leah… not so much.
Looking back at it now, the month between winning the Euros and the start of the new season was marred with countless arguments and fights.
Leah didn’t want you to leave. “We have a life here together. You can’t just throw it away.”
“I’m not throwing anything away, Leah. It’s Barcelona. It’s… it’s a dream. One that I want to take with you by my side.”
Breaking up was the last thing you wanted.
Somewhere it gets lost in translation.
“If you go, that’s it.” The words are spoken in the quiet of your bedroom, Leah staring at the ceiling, biting back her tears.
You have to fight the urge to hold her. To tell her what you know she wants to hear. “I love you. I will always love you. Please don’t make me choose between my career and you.”
In the end she makes the decision for you.
The night you fly out, you press a shaky kiss against the side of her head. “I love you. I’ll call you when I land.”
Leah doesn’t pick up.
A day later she deletes all traces of you from her social media accounts.
The box full of your things arrives midway through the next week.
It’s an abrupt end to a story you never thought you’d have to close.
You try calling the first couple weeks. Each time your calls go straight to voicemail, but you tell her about your time in the city, the girls you play with, how much you miss her.
The one time your call goes through, Leah interrupts you before you have a chance to say anything. “I wish you never loved me. And that I never loved you.”
She hangs up before you can answer.
It feels like a dagger to the heart when you catch a story of Leah at a party, wrapped around another woman. Tabloids run wild the next couple days, pictures of Leah locking lips with the mysterious girl splashed all throughout the internet.
Injuries prevent you from attending the next couple of camps. The only time you end up putting on the England jersey is the one time Leah’s out with one of her own.
It almost seems as if karma’s mocking you for leaving your home for the unknown.
It’s Georgia’s soft nudge that has you breaking out of your thoughts. You realize with a start that Leah’s making her way towards the two of you.
“Hi.” She sounds breathless. A little nervous. Your heart still flutters at the sound of her voice.
“I’m just gonna…” Georgia makes a jerking motion with her hand, quickly departing before you can stop her.
You’re left staring after your friend, silently cursing her out in your head.
Neither of you say anything as Leah gingerly takes a seat next to you. You can feel her staring at the side of your head, but you keep your eyes down, focused on the drink in your hand.
“I think it’s stupid, but I can’t stop thinking that it should be us out there right now.”
All at once your muscles feel stiff. There’s unshed tears pricking your eyes, because truth is, you can’t help but think the same.
The two of you had been together for close to a decade. Your friends always joked that the two of you would be the first to get married, but you and Leah were happy where you were, still feeling a bit too young to tie the knot. The two of you had talked about it, agreeing to wait until later, until you had a firmer grip on life, on your football careers.
But here you are now, a little past your mid-twenties, alone, wishing more than anything you could go back to those early days. Those days when you still had Leah and could call her yours.
You chance a look up, but Leah’s looking off into the distance, staring wistfully at Keira and Lucy who are in the middle of their first dance.
“Our best friends are getting married, and I should be happy for them, but all I can think about is how that should’ve been us. That should’ve been us standing up there, saying our vows. That should’ve been us slipping on those rings, following through on forever.”
When she finally looks back at you, you can see the watery sheen in her eyes.
“Leah,” you whisper, hand darting forward to wipe at a tear before it can make its way down her cheek. Leah all but leans into your hand, eyes slipping closed at the familiar feeling.
“Do you regret this? Us?”
It breaks your heart a bit to hear the vulnerability in her voice. Leah’s quiet, expression a bit pained, as if you hold all the power in fixing or shattering her heart.
Your hand slips from her cheek, and Leah’s face turns panicked for a moment. At least until it drops to her collar. You avoid her eyes as you fix up the crookedness of her jacket.
“I’ve done a lot of things that I regret. But loving you,” you pause, finally lifting your eyes to meet Leah’s. “Loving you is something I’ll never regret doing.”
And it’s the truth. All the fights, all the arguments, you’ll never regret a single moment you’ve ever had with her. Because through all the bad, you still had the good. You still had the memories of Leah chasing you around the house, tackling you onto the bed with a giggle. You still had the memories of Leah cuddled up next to you, pointing out all the trashy things about the rom-com you’re watching, though she stays because she knows they’re your favorite type of film. You still had the memories of nervously padding up and down the halls, of Leah screaming and jumping into your arms when the two of you get your first senior call ups, when Leah gets asked to be captain, when the two of you make the Euros roster.
You have the firsts and lasts, though you didn’t know the lasts would be the lasts when they happened, but every moment you’ve had with Leah is special in their own ways. You would never regret a single moment of calling her yours.
“I hear Barcelona’s nice this time of year.”
The question is there. Silent and hidden, but there.
You nod, not able to stop the soft smile on your face. Leah’s looking a little bashful right now, hand brushing against yours, not quite daring to hold them quite yet.
When you walk back to your table, a new drink in tow, you do so with your arms brushing each other’s, pinkies gently hooked in the space between. Nothing can be fixed with just a couple words, but for the first time since you left home, your heart feels full, knowing that there’s still a chance. The book hasn’t fully closed yet, and you’d do whatever it takes to keep it that way.

atsushi nakajima ★↷
it was just natural for atsushi to care about people that he respected or liked. but somewhere along the lines of working with you, he started caring about you slightly more than others. and originally he was embarrassed that he started feeling butterfly's in his stomach whenever you were near or if you complimented him but he started getting over that and now he was just nervous about trying to confess.
but one day when you two where assinged the mission to close up a case taht ranpo had narrowed down he started feeling concerned. not for him but for you. you both knew this was a dangerous job but you two were probably the best bet according to ranpo. so atsushi was horribly worried that something would happen to you. something that would prevent him from ever building up the confidence to confess.
but so far everything was going smoothly, you two were just clearing out the last of the mission and he had finished so he went to go find you. but when he went to go find you it seemed his fears where becoming true. you were leant against a wall clutching an open wound to your side and struggling to keep yourself standing upright with only one hand puttong pressure on the wound. he immediately ran over to help you up and called up yosano and the agency to get you help.
he layed you down and helped you try stop the bleeding and told you that you two had did it and help was on the way. and after this he promised to himself he would build up the confidence to confess.
akiko yosano ★↷
when you two originally had first started out in your relationship, she had vowed to herself that she would protect you no matter what. she had lost people she cared about before and she's never letting that happen again.
so when it was announced that you were meant to go on quite a dangerous mission she couldn't help but volunteer herself to go with you. if you were away and gravely injured how would she save you? after some bargaining and discussion, she was allowed to go with. you two wouldn't be gone for that long if all went well so it wasn't that big if their doctor was gone for a while.
plus fukuzawa knew that she cared deeply for you and after all she's already been through he wanted her to be happy with someone she truly cared about. although she couldn't accompany you when you actually went to deal with whatever business was on that mission, she held a base camp for you to return to or request her help if need be and that made her happy knowing that she could protect you.
although you had yet to return and it was getting worry some as of you had something else to deal with you would've messaged her right? so she set off in your last known location hoping that nothing was wrong and it was just taking longer. as she approached the site, she got more cautious but after seeing no one else around she assumed you had won, but where were you?
that was soon answered when she spotted you limping towards her. your leg looked completely mangled and most of your clothes look torched, most likely a flame wielding ability user. she panicked and ran over to you taking you in her arms and praying she would never have to see you in this state again.
ranpo edogawa ★↷
sometimes when strategizing for missions that require someone of a particular skill or ability ranpo doesn't really care that much about who ends up doing it. but when it involves you, going alone he can't help but try to interject and stop it especially if its rather dangerous.
there was a rather serious mission that needed solving as fast as possible to avoid more casualties. and as soon as ranpo heard your name as the final decision he felt a worry he had never felt before and immediately tried to change the president's mind but he knew deep down that you were needed to do this. and with high reluctance he let you out of the tight hug as he clung to you wishing you would make it back safe.
he simply couldn't sit still at work and seemed even less willing to actually work. he simply paced around clocks, calenders anything to could give him a countdown till you returned. for the safety of your mission no one was allowed to contact you until you contacted them back to give updates. so with no way to hear that your safe made his mind play tricks on him and always assumed the worst.
on the day of your expected return, ranpo was waiting right behind the door to your shared apartment there was no way he was going to miss you, he had to greet as soon as he saw you, he just msissed you two much. and because you got home later you siad you would come straight there. although he was slightly worried as the only sign of your status was a quick message saying you had finished and were coming back. and eventually he saw the doorknob turn and he got ready to practically pounce on you but as soon as the door opened he stopped.
there stood before him was in fact you. but with bruises on your face, slightly blood matted hair and clutching your left arm to your side all adorned eith a painfull smile. as soon as you saw ranpo you felt like you could relax and let the sweet embrace of fatugue take you as ranpo caught you in his arms and hurriedly dialing yosano to come help you. while he waited he brought your body carefully further into his embrace as he felt a small tear roll down his cheek.
