fascinated by how hungry/unfulfilled A1 and A2 feel, like spiritually. What would fix each of them? Not necessarily what they want, but what they would need to be ... satiated?

they do manage to find some level of contentment in the 2020s but i think the core of their characterization is that theyre both empty, hollow men who will never be fully satiated

Don’t get me wrong because I genuinely think Taylor Swift is a talented lyricist but she really has not artistic growth… She has written the same exact songs four hundred times but now she just puts a random words generator. Like, some of those lyrics sound AI generated. And she’s 34 years old but her albums still speak on the same things. There’s zero evolution. Some of those lyrics feel targeted to a 19 years old that is in her “indie aesthetically bad boys that get high and I think I can fix phase” which is basically the same as her old material but way more cringey for some reason. And I’m not trying to compare but Beyoncé at that age was making Lemonade. It’s hard to think this is the biggest pop star the world has to offer us. This is white mediocrity. The songs are fun to edit over fictional characters but when you put into perspective her whole work is so lackluster. So utterly boring and predictable. Maybe she needs to take a break (?). And somehow, people and white music critics will pretend this album is comparable to the likes of Cowboy Carter.

Tony is so hypocritical it's hysterical. He's obsessed with watching the history channel and considers himself to be a history buff, but is insanely ignorant. He's racist, misogynistic, homophobic, and a general bigot. Tony constantly complains about Italians being stereotyped meanwhile he stereotypes every other race/ethnicity.

He's particularly obsessed with WW2 and military leadership, but most of his info is gained from the history channel, which is like a macro/surface level and romanticized/glamorized version of history. Tony also has tunnel vision and severe main character syndrome. When watching the history channel (or the one time he read The Art of War lol) he only considers history in relation to himself as a leader/captain. If he was a real history enthusiast he wouldn't be such a bigot lol.

Anyways it makes me ijbol when Tony is called based for being homophobic, racist, etc. Bcuz it's like,,, you guys do know that the show is criticizing/making fun of him lol.. He's not supposed to be "based", he's just a dumb boomer.
