Just an imaginary scenario:

Young Yoru found Luke crying by himself and offered to become his "guardian human" to cheer him up. While Luke was embarassed since it was supposed to be the other way around (him being her guardian angel), he appreciated her kind words.

They later met again in the student exchange program at Devildom and while Yoru doesn't remember their past encounter, it's probably better that way since now Luke can properly act as a real guardian angel (not a crybaby!) to her! (o゜▽゜)o☆

(Yoru still treats Luke like a little brother though, she feels like a caring big sis to him XD)

literally genuinely there is a sign on the dean cave door that says “no little brothers allowed !!!!!” and sam has never stepped foot in the room again after scoobynatural. however, adam’s allowed in when he and dean have “educating the angels on pop culture” movie nights. sam does not huff in annoyance, he does not stomp his feet and whine abt double standards and gesture wildly with his gargantuan arms at the sign, dean! the sign says no LITTLE BROTHERS ! he does not do that, nope. (dean later crosses out “little brothers” and adds, “middle children”)

No idea what I wanna do with them, I was just mainly having fun. They're siblings because of course they are. I might wanna try to draw them as anthros and as regular bunnies too later,, also I thought it'd be fun to name them very typical bunny names

theory/head cannon: The reason Angel dust is so protective of Charlie despite her not needing it is because she reminds him of his sister Molly personality wise. For this reason he sees her as the little sister he had to protect when he was alive.

Its a fairly popular theory!!! And i can see why i definitely think theres some similarities between Charlie and Molly!

I personally don't go for the siblings' take on them, i ship Rainbowdust platonically, so i don't really think they see each other as siblings. Platonic partners and close friends, yes! But not siblings.

But that is 100% just my preference on it! people are welcome to view it as a sibling-like relationship its just not my personal vibe
