It occurs to me that it's hard to think of a food item that has definitely never been put on a pizza, or another culture's equivalent.

Pizza dough is a form of flat bread, right? Everything goes with bread. Meat, plants, cheese, you name it.

Anything I think of that is too weird, too extreme ... eh, it's probably been done. I can think of worse combinations. Humans are omnivores with a wide variety of food cultures, and some of us eat bizarre things on purpose.

Yesterday at karate class one student introduced me to her girlfriend.

The day before at a sketchbook club at the library, the organizer was wearing a she/they pin, and two separate participants were wearing rainbow rings.

There's a gay guy at my work who openly talks about his husband.

A fast food chain near my place has a cashier who's a trans lady.

One of my roommate's godchildren is a trans boy.

There's an older gay couple who lives in one of the units of my building.

At a thrift fair I bought a pair of earring from someone with a they/them pin.

On my second day in the US I saw a guy in the street with a bunch of pins and a hat in the colors of the gay men's flag.

I try to frequent the queer scene wherever I happen to live, but it's also so comforting to run into openly out queer people in everyday life. I don't seek us out and I find us anyway. And those are just the ones I recognized because they made themselves known in some way. We're here, we're just living our lives, and there's enough of us that I can just meet us by chance. It's incredibly reassuring and heartwarming.

Modern Au Venti would be the only archon with a drivers license HEAR ME OUT. Tsaritsa and Furine get driven around. Ei gave her license to Yae alongside her gnosis. Nahida is baby. Murata is MIA. Zhongli used to have a drivers license but since taking on a new identity he has to be careful when it comes to his government forms. He's still trying to find a loophole and its killing him. Hu tao has a lisense before he dose.

Now why Venti? Surely the drunkard would have had his license revoked or smth like that? No! He will definitely NOT drive while tipsy. He knows better! And he loves the freedom having a car gives a person. Being able to just go somewhere at any time. He may skirt the line when it comes to speed, but he keeps it legal :)
