i love your art!! I'm not a big fan of jesskas but it's nice to see your passion in the ship, it gives me good vibes!! anyway, do you have fanchilds or have you considered them at some point? i like them because i feel like it's seeing a new type of connection between a ship :DD

It’s not exactly a fanchild (I personally don’t care for those) but I do love to imagine that in the far future once Jesse has coped through the loss of Reuben and found comfortable ground and the ability to move on from losing his best friend, then he’s able to open up the idea of adding a new member to fit that role in his life. It takes a long time to get to this point, and I feel like the reason Jesse is so awkward around other animals is because they remind him of Reuben. Eventually though he and Lukas do get a dog. Years prior, he would have been so put off by the idea of having a pet like this, but once the offer is up and he’s mentally ready to handle it, he takes the offer and accepts a new member to the family. He can’t help but hold on to his old ways in the beginning, kind of comparing her to Reuben but he very quickly stops that when he realizes this little puppy is a totally different experience, and very much gets a soft spot for her. Also Lukas loves to see their little family grow…

this is probably a common question but roughly what is your approach to anatomy? i’m into biology in itself so that + nude figure studies have been so so helpful but your lines are so effortless and confident and stylized while still carrying so much raw human weight. that is especially why i love your 18+ stuff because it feels tasteful and real and not just gooner slop 😭. you have a very very good understanding of how fat and muscle sit on the body and i’m impressed thoroughly

😢 thank you so much! my go-to for learning anatomy was live drawing! not classes though but just watching people in motion and drawing like that. I still have a habit of staring so much at people when I'm outside mostly bc im thinking about drawing the shapes I'm seeing that I have to catch myself to not weird someone out LOL

after having a good enough grasp on anatomy then it was learning what to exaggerate and how I wanted to do it! many of my favorite artists who I dutifully copied as I learned how to draw are all animators so I picked up a lot of quirks from that despite not animating myself lol bowed legs and such

and LOL I'm grateful I'm above goon sloop..I think its impossible to come away from live drawing without appreciation for all kinds of bodies! and all the less flattering angles of them. I think its what adds a lot of charm and warmth to erotic scenes :-)

Do you do wrist stretches or exercises before drawing? Because those are an absolute must to ensure your wrist doesn't get injured from drawing long term.

I do stretches pretty regularly, just kinda naturally. I have some really bad chronic pain stuff in my neck and shoulders though so its just a chronic thing I deal with every day. Its just particularly fucky today

Worry not tho, its one of the many things I’m looking into with a doctor right now. Theyre not super sure what it might be yet so I have a referral for an x-ray soon. We’re looking i to kyphosis(fellow artists - look into this) and possibly neck injuries from my past that were never treated

every now and then i’ll visit family and every single time someone and their big fat mouth has to bring up i dont have a boyfriend and now that im not a teenager anymore and especially now that im almost done with university theyre wondering why i dont seem to want one but unfortunately i dont have the kind of family that would understand what an “asexual” or “aromantic” person is so its just constant “when? when? why not?” GODDDDD SHUT UP!!!!! and i can only keep using the “im still in school” excuse for so long its bad, its so bad. is it not enough that i am busy chasing my own career goals and personal dreams? 1) i dont even have words for the things im feeling right now. youre so good to me. youre too good to me sam i will be going to staples soon to get this printed so i can tape it to my wall. ive spent so much time looking at it already... its the only thing i could think about last night. i fell asleep thinking about it. a few sparse tears may have been shed because 2) i stopped everything i was doing to watch this movie and it bummed me out so bad. all the more because i was thinking about this frostpod picture the entire time... very on point. thank you so much for thinking of my horrible little family IM RUNNING AWAY....
