❤️ - Max is just a boy. he’s not old enough for all that yet.

🧡 - Max’s only living family member is Messiah, his older brother by seven years. To say Max dotes on Messiah is an absolute understatement. Every sentence that comes from Max’s mouth follows up with something about his big brother — he loves and depends heavily on him for any affection or attention whatsoever. Considering what they’ve gone through at the church, it’s almost impossible for Max to separate from Messiah for too long. So no sleepovers guys. ☹️

💛 - Max’s closest friend is Evelyn. He’s consistently at her home and hanging out with her, considering he sees her as a mother figure that he never had……also lets her dress him up like a little model, lol. loves that girl to death.

Max is also pretty close with Melanie since she takes him under her wing as a little brother figure. They met on the bus when Mel was in middle school and Max was still in elementary. :3

💚 - Max doesn’t have much of an opinion on Sam. He thinks of him as “the guy that used to date Thomas” and that’s about it. Kind of intimidated by him though, lol.

Violet is here too, since he’s acquainted with her, but doesn’t know how to feel about her. Similarly to Lucian, he doesn’t think she likes him very much for hanging out with Evelyn…..lol

💙 - Max DOES NOT like David. Like, at all. The entire time he was with Lucian, he had built up beef with him for various reasons, but especially from how he treated Lu throughout. DOES NOTTTT like him. Likes his older brother, Jessie, though. :3

💜 - Max doesn’t actually HATE anyone. Not even the ones that were abusing him at the church!! He’s just a boy. :3

🩷 - Max has the tiniest crush on Lucian. He thinks he’s very pretty, cool, and kind, which is right up his alley. Plus, he misinterprets a lot of Lu’s physical and verbal affection because of how deprived he is, lol….so yes, he has a tiny crush that he’ll never pursue considering their age gap and. Kai.

🖤 - Max looks up to and respects Thomas, but also has very mixed feelings when it comes down to his character. He’s blind to Thomas’s cruel nature, being as naive as he is, but also feels as though Thomas doesn’t like him very much at times. He knows better than to consider him a friend, but definitely considers him as a boss and role model more than anything. (which is very bad someone help him!)

Max is also very weary of Kai because of his feelings toward Lu and seeing how…obsessed he is over him. Also has the feeling Kai hates his guts. May or may not be true. :3

Sam

❤️ - Sam is utterly DEVOTED to Riley. Loves that girl more than anyone or anything and goes about showing it in…very unique ways.

🧡 - Kamila is Sam’s biological mother. Other than Riley, he loves her the most. He typically has to care for her due to her various chronic illnesses and finds himself separated from her for several days on end. Despite these conditions, they’re still very close and Sam feels that he can share close to anything with her. Other than his suicidal tendencies and his killing habits, lol.

Adam is Sam’s biological father. He works as a professional psychologist and is almost always working abroad. Because of this, Sam doesn’t have much of a relationship with him. He feels love for him, but also very bitter and angry about him leaving him with his sickly mother. As messed up as it is, Sam sees him as a paycheck more than anything, only communicating through letters and various deposits into the bank account.

💛 - Sam doesn’t consider anyone as a friend in all honesty. He feels as though needs to be completely loyal to Riley and, therefore, distances himself from everyone around him.

💚 - Sam is very, very neutral on almost everybody — Lucian, Melanie, Max, Evelyn, Mia, Violet….yeah he’s pretty chill with them cause they aren’t tryna fw his girl LMFAOOOO but trust if they start beefing with Riley they will end up on the hate list IMMEDIATELY

💙 - he either don’t gaf abt someone or hates them. no disliking here. 😋

💜 - THOMAS HALL!!!!!!!! for various reasons of course! they used to date, Thomas was a big cheater, liar, and manipulator, so he does NOT fw him. or any of his friends. at the fuck all.

considering david is one of thomas’s “friends,” he does NOTTTT fuck with him either. David is also a cheater so that just adds on to his spite.

🖤 - Sam…does not know how to feel about Kai. Sometimes he’s cool with Kai, since they have the same thought process sometimes when it comes to their pookies, but SAM CANNOT MATCH HIS FREAK!! ❌ no matter how freaky Sam is, Kai will always SURPASS HIM IN FREAKINESS!! I also think he’s lowkey jealous of Kai since he’s able to be so freaky (👅) and also not make Lu upset?? (ex. does not kill friends, does not kidnap, does not threaten to harm himself or others….) so yeah. Sam both admires him and sort of wants him dead bc of jealousy.

Thomas is also on here bc lowkey Sam still has feelings for him but that’s a convo for another day.

Evelyn

❤️- Violet’s her pretty ladyyy….she loves that girl with all her heart!!!!

🧡 - Evelyn didn’t have a healthy relationship with either of her parents, quite honestly. Her biological father, James, was mentally and emotionally abusive, literally degrading both her and her mother throughout her entire childhood. Her biological mother, Beatrice, was so mentally unstable that she never really had a relationship with her in the first place, so……yeah. very weird distant family member thing since they live in such a wealthy household.

Despite her two parents, Evelyn was very attached to Everett before he died. They were incredibly close and loved each other dearly, so his passing influenced her every bit of personality while growing up and maturing. The way he died is also equally as traumatic and was the initial cause of her verminophobia.

💛 - Evelyn is very distant with most of her friends as she isolates herself from social interactions in general. However, she has grown to have a fondness for Lucian, as he’s one of the few individuals who make the attempt to understand her conditions. She thinks he’s a beautiful boy and does her best to understand him as well, but it doesn’t work out all too much….cannibalism is something she just can’t get behind, lol.

Evelyn completely dotes on Max. She understands he’s a very emotionally troubled boy, which causes her to instantly want to care for him. She sees him as her little brother and subconsciously compares him with Everett, considering they act so similar. She spoils him with presents and treats and makeovers constantly. And because she knows he’s finically struggling, she tries her best to support Messiah monetarily. (Even if he denies her.) Overall, Evelyn absolutely LOVES Max.

💚 - Very neutral on most people. Riley, Sam, Mia, Aubrie…..she doesn’t know them well enough to make a judgement.

💙 - Does not enjoy David’s presence. Whatsoever. She’s also of the statistic of people who KNOW what bullshit he’s put Lucian through and, therefore, does not fw him all like that. Although, she doesn’t hold a HATE for him — she feels as though she doesn’t have enough to base that off of.

Also does not like Melanie…sigh. They have a little bit of a history together. Evelyn doesn’t appreciate her “disrespectful” attitude and behavior, since she’s very blunt and open about how she feels about people. She does think Melanie is absolutely gorgeous though…….she just wishes she wouldn’t act out so much.

Also does not fw Kai very much sadly. It’s not that she thinks he’s rude or anything, but she knows there’s definitely something...going on with him mentally. And to know that her friend is making out with him every night kind of freaks her out. Really, she gets too much in her head about him eating people. That grosses her out and therefore leaves a bad impression, lol.

💜 - Evelyn hates Thomas with a passion. Hates him, everything he stands for, his bloodline, his appearance, his personality, everything. If she had a canister of gasoline and a match, the guy would be dying of immolation. SHE HATES HIM. Knows a fake bitch when she sees one. Also, has heard all the horror stories about what he’s done to people, haha, yeah, no!

❤️ - ?

🧡 - Adrian is Thomas’s biological father. Their relationship is the only one Thomas actually cares about, to put it bluntly. Everything Thomas does is in an attempt to put recognized by his father — negatively or positively. He desperately wants to leave an impact on his father and hear some feedback, considering he’s never received any as a child other than evidently fake support. Thomas knows his father could care less about him and it pisses him off, especially with his place of power and reputation within the city. So, he does everything he can to get his father’s attention. Once.

His biological mother, Amelia, was admitted to a mental hospital after attempting on Thomas’s life ages 1 month - 5 years old. The final straw was whenever they found batteries in Thomas’s stomach after she forced him into swallowing them! With this trauma of having his mother try to kill him repeatedly, Thomas adapted many of his horrible behavioral habits and traits which reflects onto every relationship he has. So…good going, mom! He loves and hates her. Genuinely in between both those feelings.

Lindsey is Thomas’s little half sister by three years. (They don’t share the same mother.) Their relationship is incredibly strained and hardly even a brother-sister dynamic. Considering the lack of communication between the two of them for their entire childhoods, they’ve never really been close, either. Thomas just views her as the high school slut everybody else does. Doesn’t care for her at all.

Teddy is Thomas’s little half brother by twelve years. (Teddy has the same mother as Lindsey.) Again, the sibling dynamic has never been in place and most likely never will be. However, Thomas does tend to care about Teddy more than he does Lindsey, since he’s a guy and all. The most interaction they have is at church or a holiday dinner or something.

💚 - Every single person he interacts with goes here. Thomas never shows his true emotion when it comes down to individual people unless they’re a special occasion. Here’s how they’re treated:

Max: like a little henchman more than anything else. Thomas easily gets jealous over the sibling dynamic Max has with Messiah. bullies him relentlessly.

David: gets him to do dirty work for him. holds the relationship between him n lu over his head constantly to get what he wants.

Evelyn: treats her like she’s stupid. tries to trigger her into a panic attack for fun. bullies him relentlessly behind her back.

Lucian: loves to make him uncomfortable by joking abt sex. thinks he’s hot. bullies him relentlessly.

Melanie: thinks she’s hot and constantly flirts with her knowing she’s a lesbian. bullies her relentlessly for her style and being “emo” and “fat.”

Violet: harasses her gf to piss her off. flirts with her knowing she’s a lesbian. bullies her relentlessly behind her back.

Mia: actually…..he keeps his mouth shut for the most part. thinks she’s hot though.

Kai: thinks he’s a total fag and treats him like one. loves harassing his bf to piss him off. bullies him relentlessly for being “emo.”

🖤 - Thomas is lowkey still in love with Sam, but knows better than to try and go for it again. After all, he purposely put the attention onto Riley so that Sam had someone better to obsess over. And while he tried to convince himself he did it to relieve the pressure off himself by being stalked and obsessed over, he really just felt like he wasn’t good enough for him because of the way he behaves. He’s always believed Riley to be beautiful and kind, so he put them together so they’d both be happy. Lowkey regrets it now but he thugs it out. Wants to fuck Sam again real bad though.

Lucian

❤️- Kai is Lucian’s current boyfriend. They began dating nine months after the initial breakup between David and Lu. They’ve been together for three years canonly, but definitely get married in the future. Lu is absolutely in LOVE with Kai and will do anything for him.

🧡 - Felix was Lucian’s biological father. They had a very close and healthy relationship before his passing when Lu was four years old. (via suicide.) Felix remains the biggest role model of Lu’s life and Lu looks up to him to this day.

Michelle is Lucian’s biological mother. Their relationship has always been rocky as Michelle was typically prone to abusing Lu in various different ways as a young child. (emotional, verbal, and eventual physical abuse came into play.) She left Lu behind with her equally abusive (ex) husband, Ryan, when he was ten years old — since then, they have not communicated with each other. Lu has very complicated feelings about her, still wanting her affection and presence but also hating her for the lack of accountability and action she took during the incident with Ryan.

💛 - Melanie is one of Lucian’s closest friends seeing as they’ve known each other since childhood. Lu loves and cares for her very much, but has a hard time opening up to her because of hardships of their past. (They are prone to fighting and disagreeing on many things. Melanie also has a habit of slipping up and telling people some things of Lucian’s past/secrets) He entirely trusts her words but does not entrust her with VERY personal information. He sees her as pretty immature, but very beautiful and kind. As a kid, he had a fat crush on her before realizing she was a lesbian. RIP.

Mia is, again, one of Lucian’s closest friends. They met around the same time as he began dating Kai, but were only acquaintances until they subsequently crossed each other’s paths while catching predators. Since then, they team up to kill predators together! Lu looks up to her as an older sister and holds the utmost respect for her. She’s the only person he’s truly open about concerning his trauma (other than Kai) and trusts her with close to everything. He finds himself envious of her ways of overcoming her sexual trauma, considering she is sexually active and clearly “unafraid” of having sexual intercourse, and oftentimes compares himself to her. ☹️

Max is another one of Lucian’s close friends. They met shortly after Max and Messiah escaped the custody of the church, considering Max works for Thomas. Lucian views him as a younger brother and will do close to anything to protect him. He’s completely unaware Max has the tiniest crush on him…which is good because he’d be horrified, lol. Loves that boy to death….

Aubrie has to fit under this category too, considering they’re close but not enough to be family, lol. Lucian LOVES Aubrie with all his heart. He sees his younger self in her a lot, considering she underwent a lot of the same trauma, which causes him to feel inclined to protect her in any way possible. And he babies her. A lot.

Evelyn is a little more distant friend of Lucian. Lucian sees her as a motherly figure, associating the distance in their relationship with the distance within him and his mother. And since she also shares some physical similarities to his mother as well, he subconsciously feels closer to her. Unlike many other people, Lucian also holds the utmost respect concerning her mental illness. He’s always conscious and aware of it, trying to make her feel as comfortable as he can!!

💚 - Lucian doesn’t have much of an opinion on Sam. He thinks he’s a cute guy and is sweet enough, but he’s sort of weirded out by the way he treats Riley. (or originally how he treated Thomas…) And although Kai and Sam’s tendencies seem to somewhat parallel each other, he’s totally blind to it. lol.

Riley is also more of an acquaintance than a friend. Lucian thinks she’s very cute, but stays away from her for the most part because of her boyfriend’s behavior. There are times where the two get along and almost simultaneously become friends, but they distance themselves from each other almost immediately after, lol. So…it’s a strange situation overall, but Lucian likes her for the most part.

Lucian really only knows Violet because of Evelyn. He thinks she’s very smart and mature, but feels a little intimidated by her. He typically distances himself from her entirely because he feels like she doesn’t appreciate his presence around her girlfriend.

💙 - Lucian dislikes Thomas. A lot. Not only is it because Thomas loves to harass him over his trauma (making sex, jokes around/about him) but also loves mistreating other people!! he hates how he has so many people working under him, like Max, and doesn’t like anything he really stands for either — after all, his killings are mostly for his own revenge or to prove a point and range from any age. including kids. yeah, he does NOT fw that at all. The only reason why Lu doesn’t HATE Thomas is because he sympathizes for him…..which is typical for Lu.

💜 - Lucian doesn’t actually hate anyone! He’s a very forgiving and understanding person, even if it lands him into trouble. The only people he genuinely hates are predators, but they’re not actually people so. 😋

🖤 - Lucian has complex feelings concerning his stepfather, Ryan. On one hand, he hates him with the entirety of his heart. He blames Ryan for how he turned out, how he influenced his entire life and every single one of his relationships, and stripped him of his innocence. Obviously, these feelings are why he brutally tortured and killed him. On the other hand, he loves and even misses Ryan. Considering he was the only family member present in his life after his biological parents were out of the picture, he grew dangerously attached to him. This, of course, caused a lot of emotional turmoil inside. He believed that because he loved Ryan, that the sexual abuse he endured wasn’t abuse at all — that everything was his fault and responsibility for giving Ryan affection and not cutting him off. Not to mention how long the abuse lasted and how much Ryan groomed him to believing it was normal. Ryan genuinely swayed every outlook on Lucian’s life after putting him through such horrific trauma, which causes him to land in the “complicated” side of things rather than “hate.” Fuck him.

Lucian also has very complicated feelings toward his ex-boyfriend, David. While he still cares and has love for him, he’s also very angry and bitter toward him too. Unfortunately, he’s all too familiar with how obsessed David still is with him, which also causes him a lot of stress….he’s even scared of David sometimes. Overall though, Lu’s still very pissed off about the whole cheating thing and wants nothing to do with him.

Melanie

🧡 - Maria is Melanie’s biological mother. Their relationship is strained, but they love each other very much. Considering Mel is the oldest out of her four siblings, she takes the motherly role rather than Maria. Since Maria is always at work, it’s difficult for them to communicate properly or for any boundaries to be exactly set for the kids and Mel’s authority in the house. They argue a lot but at the end of the day, they still love each other dearly.

Charlie is Melanie’s little brother by one year. They have a very rough relationship considering Charlie’s constant bad decisions — especially since he hangs out with Thomas of all people. They’re at each other’s throats 24/7 for Charlie sneaking out, partying, and doing drugs, but their bond is still very strong.

Layla (5) and Julian (9) are Melanie’s little siblings who she tends for as a mother figure. Their relationship is tighter than tight. Both kids respect Melanie’s authority over them and are obedient for the most part as they find her to be “scary” a lot of the time, lol. She loves them to death.

💛 - Lucian is Melanie’s childhood best friend!! Loves that boy as if he’s one of her little siblings. She trusts him more than anyone and can talk to him about next to anything. (The only thing she ever hides is her ED….) She thinks he’s mature, kind, and drop dead gorgeous. She even taught him to kiss when they were kids! (never had a crush on him, tho.)

Similarly to Lu, Melanie loves Max like a little brother. She thinks he’s very kind and cute, and babies him every chance she gets. (helps him cheat on homework, buys him candy he’s not supposed to have…) Unlike with Lu though, she WILL beat his ass if she thinks he needs a reality check, just like her siblings. She wants to protect his innocence.

💚 - Melanie doesn’t know to feel about Sam. Like many others, she’s kind of weirded out by his relationship with Riley and worried for her fr. She does think he’s a very pretty boy though.

Similarly to Sam, Melanie also feels indifferent toward Kai. She likes him because how happy he makes Lu, but also feels as though he’s a little freak too!!! And it’s a weird dynamic since he sees Lu as her little brother and knows they make out 25/8. (Her kissing techniques worked off though!) To make it weirder, she also had a big crush on him before he transitioned so…..yeaaaah. awkward…..

💙 - Melanie has beef with Evelyn for the sole reason of perceiving her as snobby. She thinks she’s way too rich and entitled for her own good and is not afraid to tell her that. She also doesn’t fully understand Evelyn’s condition, so she kind of assumed that she was just being bitchy about things being “dirty” because they weren’t rich enough for her, lol. So…yeah kind of a misconception but she sticks with the opinion to this day.

💜 - Thomas can gtfo. Especially since he fucked Charlie before 😭 SHE HATES HIS ASS. LIKE NO!!!! DIE!!!! Also thinks he’s way too wealthy and snobby for his own good, so hates that. And hates his attitude, personality, and stupid face. She wants him dead on the street.

David’s even worse though. Mel has some SERIOUS beef with David ever since she caught him cheating with some random and he tried to LIE on her name when Lu confronted him. HELLO? Also, when she found out how much he was pushing Lu to have sex with him….yea she was genuinely tweaking out at that info. Wants him hung publicly. He’s on her list. Hopes he burns in Hell.

🧡 - Jessie is David’s older brother by six years. Their relationship is EXTREMELY rocky, which is why David has his own apartment on the other side of town, lol. They had a very rough childhood together and struggle to overcome their own individual trauma as they both had two sides of the story — Jessie remembers a lot of what went down between their parents and David can only remember really BAD moments. Overall, David feels as though Jessie is too overbearing and protective, which pisses him off and causes tension. And while they bicker and fight, they still love each other a lot.

Phoebe is David’s little sister by fifteen years. David loves her with all his heart, but can’t afford to be around her all the time because of his anger issues. (he has never caused any harm to her, but worries he will bc how easily he lashes out.) even though david is away most of the time, their relationship is still very strong and healthy!

David does not know his biological father.

David remembers only a little about his biological mother, which consists of her being high on drugs and consistently bringing random men in the house who beat the shit out of him and jessie. and, of course, he vividly remembers when she tried to leave him on the subway at five years old, as she didn’t want to take care of him anymore…so their relationship is ass, to be blunt. the last time he saw her was shortly after phoebe’s birth, where she sighed custody over to jessie and disappeared from the face of the earth. she’s the reason he has such intense abandonment issues!!!

💛 - As much as he resents it, Thomas is one of his friends. After the break up between him and Lu, he basically clings to Thomas so he can get assistance in STALKING him. their relationship is hot garbage fire, as they both betray each other and have their own selfish desires behind befriending the other. also they got freaky a few times, but that’s neither here nor there.

💚 - Riley, Sam, Evelyn, Max…..yeah he does not give one fuck abt them LMFAOOO if ur name ain’t lucian alcott williams he like this 🙈🙉🙊

David like. surpasses the insane level of Sam n Kai to be honest. (not Riley tho. no one surpasses rie.) The only reason I say that is because he will kill ANYONE (and I mean ANYONE. including his own damn FAMILY.) for this boy. fuck, he’ll even kill LUCIAN if he feels threatened enough. Stalks this boy like he in federal prison for real. Has an entire photo book dedicated to Lu walking home from school, another for him opening his locker, another for him in PE….bro is OBSESSED OBSESSED. like shit. bro is pacing outside Lu’s house hoping he’ll see him through the curtains or something 😭 but he knows to be sneaky or Kai will get his ass, soooo……yeah. Okay but in all seriousness, their relationship goes far beyond David just being physically attracted to him. When they were together, things were good for the most part — it was almost entirely David’s fault shit went South. He got Lu hooked on alcohol and occasionally had him get high just so he could try to ease him into having sexual intercourse with him eventually. yeah uh buddy that’s not good at the fuck all! ofc he NEVER did anything without Lu’s consent, but he did tiptoe on boundaries way too fucking much. What hammered the nail into the coffin was the cheating though — because Lu wasn’t ready for sexual relation, he took it upon himself to go let out his pent up sexual tension on randos without telling him. (he was scared Lu might feel guilty or pressured….) but when Lu found out n confronted him, he immediately BLAMED IT ON LU’S TRAUMA!!!! he fumbled real bad. so uhhh yeah. that’s the situation!
