sometimes you just wanna gush about your favorite artist and let them know everything you adore about their art

sometimes your favorite artist is your best friend, and now they have no choice but to know about all the good things their art does and how much you adore it

thats me with Doody btw. Ill always remind them how they are my favorite artist and wont believe me.

But thats the truth, and I think more people should shower their favorite artist in compliments to remind them that YES!!! theres people out there who go insane with their art, even small little sketches, that you pay attention to every detail in their work! Even if its incredibly unnoticeable, it shows an artist how much you care for their craft and makes them feel like their work has been appreciated.

Cuz yeah, you can support and artist with all the likes and RBs in the world (please do) but also, replying to the art, commenting things that you love about it, means SOOO much more, even just a simple key word smash bc you just love it so much you cant put it in to words makes a difference.

Show your favorite artist love, they deserve it

then everyone i met was saying that drawing hands is super hard so you have to practice drawing them a million times until you get them right

so I got good at drawing hands

but i never learned how to draw human faces

All of this but ALSO a note about dirty dishes and the dishwasher!!!

Dishwashers have a sensor to gauge how much filth is on the dishes and cleans them based on THAT so you really don't need to be rinsing them!! All washers are different tho and all soaps are different, but overall you don't need to be doing all these extra steps bc that's what the washer is for!!

Something my dad does is add a lil apple cider vinegar to the loads which helps w the grime, but if extra steps make u not want to do it at all, just spend a lil extra on the Good Soap :]

But please, please, PLEASE scrape the big chunks of food off ur plates and such. That should be a given, like goes without saying to scrape ur dishes into the trash or the garbage disposal, but please do not put dishes with food still in or on it in the dishwasher.

If the right way is too hard, fuck it. Do it the wrong way.

Folding clothes keeps you from getting the laundry done? Stop folding clothes. Put a basket in your room and throw your unfolded clean stuff into it right out of the dryer, it's fine.

Rinsing dishes off keeps you from loading the dishwasher? Load them dirty and run it twice.

Chopping onions keeps you from making yourself dinner? Buy the freezer bags of chopped onions.

You forget to take your meds and don't want to get out of bed to get them? Start putting them next to the bed.

Can't keep up with the dishes? Get paper plates. Worried about environment impact? Order biodegradable ones online if your local store doesn't have one.

Make the task easier. Put things where you use them instead of where they "go." Eliminate the steps that keep you from finishing the task. Eliminate the task that is stressing you out.

Do it the "wrong" way. It's literally fine.
