What do they (Splints + bros) do when each other are sick? And how would it differ from a common cold/the flu to a majorly bad fever?

i'd actually had this written down for a while before I got this ask.

Raph: takes care of everyone when they’re sick (except splinter who bats him away)

Leo: hangs out with all sick bros to keep them company, Leo is the only one Splinter will let take care of him wen Rat Dad is sick

Donnie: takes care of the more sterile medical stuff and can often help cure diseases faster, but he generally stays away from sick ppl cause he gets sick easily. He will send robots with necessities though, if need be.

Mikey: Helps Raph make food & brings comforting items/keeps bros company with Leo

Splinter: Only checks in on Leo when he’s sick, but Raph is still the one mostly taking care of Leo. When Splinter gets sick, he only lets Leo take care of him.

Donnie: habitually gets mildly sick to the point that he'd rather work through the pain than rest because he'd be bored doing nothing all the time. when he gets seriously sick it’s usually worse than anyone else (he can get pretty delirious) so he has a lot of precautions & inventions put in place to help his brothers take care of him.

didnt end up getting much done, but heres the update on Ginnys vest!

(idk why they look really wonky on camera, they look decent enough in person- though i did position them mostly on vibes, ill admit)

i decided to do all the design as appliqué, given the curves & that im using what i cut off the skirt to do it all, so its good to save fabric! the next step is trimming up the edges & adding the binding (draped on the right side)

ive gone with straight binding for fabric economy (and that it was in lots of pieces) so we will see how that works out! im thinking about doing one side of raw edge applique and one turned over so i dont worry so much about double stitching lines, but we will see how i feel tomorrow, i guess!
