anyway i want to reiterate that i hope the rat grinders are tpk'd, revived and uncorrupted solely bc i want them to have to spend senior year together. Imagine getting angry at Fellow for his comments? At first you could handle it: you’re used to the insults, the breaking of facades, threats to your life, but what really ticked you off? When he told you that you would never understand being poor and living off the graces of others. Now that? Had you ticked off.

But what can you do? You and the other three were slowly becoming puppets and even if you did get free of this spell, you wouldn’t be able to take Fellow or his puppets down.

Then adding on the fact of breaking the spell…Professor Crewel did say that True Love Kiss is a tried and true method…and your boyfriend is right there.

You ended up giving Lilia multiple kisses whenever the spells struck him and Fellow Honest learned first hand why Lilia was a feared Phantom General in his youth.

Holy shit it’s been another year????? The hell?????

Also! Your art style is gorgeous and that being found in 2023 and then refined throughout late 2023 and the entirety of 2024 really shows, as does your growth in panel layouts, perspective, and — as you said — experimentation. If you ever post your animation or video game art I’m looking forward to it.

As cheesy as it sounds, being able to laugh at funny comics and look at all the details of your art really made my 2024 brighter, even when things were hard. Including looking at your older art— it doesn’t need to be new to be enjoyable! I’m glad your art is well loved and it’s a privilege to have been here since the (near) beginning. I hope you take care of yourself in 2025 and beyond!

You and your art bring a lot of people a lot of joy never forget that <3

Thank you so much for keeping up with my art journey throughout these last two years! Two years!!! I am baffled at how that feels both too long and too short!

Admittedly, my art summary didn't manage to capture the fact that I did a lot of comic layouts that I'm really proud of. I also drew more backgrounds and made some very detailed works (*Dungeon Meshi spoilers for these examples*).

The growth is lot more evident when comparing my 'best' comics of 2023 to 2024:

Sometimes the growth is vertical, sometimes it is horizontal - and damn, sometimes it goes out of sight into the Z-plane. But it is always happening!

Hi! Is the master list a wip rn? It’s not working for me

Hi! Sorry to commandeer this post but there are a few things I want to say relating to this.

So over the past fortnight or so I've actually seriously been considering deleting my blog, or just stopping writing fanfiction entirely. Most of Two Birds has been deleted and I started getting rid of a few Teeth and Talons chapters, I think all the links to masterlists have been taken down and I've made most of the cbmthy chapters private.

I don't want to mislead anyone by speculating why I've been feeling the way I have, but I'm fatigued, exhausted, demotivated, and I feel used.

Fandom to me is supposed to be about community, not to be taken as charity. That means interacting with writers. Reblogging posts with more than just sorting tags. Commenting something other than asking to be on a taglist.

I want to stress there are over 3,600 of you following me, and yet only the first part of cbmthy, Unchained, and Stockholm Syndrome even a third of you have interacted with. Most stories I write now have around 100-300 hundred notes, a fraction of those being comments or reblogs, which is such a small percentage.

My problem isn't feeling there aren't enough likes/comments/reblogs.

My problem is when I now share a fic with you, less than one twelfth of you are even seeing/acknowledging it.

If you don't like my writing, I'm fine with that; there have been others who have been kind enough to express how much they do enjoy it, and sincere enough that I believe it.

But for anyone who doesn't enjoy my writing anymore, please unfollow me.

If you don't have the time to read the things I write anymore, please acknowledge that and unfollow me.

If you don't have the energy to enjoy fandom anymore, please unfollow me.

I'm more than happy if 100 or so of you enjoy a post, because that's one hundred people who have enjoyed something I've taken the time to write, but the remaining three and a half thousand of you, keeping quiet, not interacting, potentially not even seeing the stories I work hard on, just feel like dead weight.

A drabble, or a head-canon post takes me about two hours to write.

A 2k/3k word fic takes me around five hours to write.

A regular cbmthy chapter can take me up to eighteen hours to write. Not including editing.

So to answer your question: I don't know if it's a wip.

I haven't decided whether or not to fix all the links. I don't even know if I want people to have access to all the stuff I've written.

Hobbies are supposed to be fun, but if the discontent and resentment outweigh my enjoyment, then I have to take a break from it, either temporarily or permanently.

I'd love to write a book one day, and I think having this blog is a great way for me to practice my storytelling, but I can't do any of that if I don't have the will to write.

Get Back Rewatch 55 Years On: Day 20

I literally got second-hand anxiety hearing, “How many numbers do you think you’ll have by tomorrow?”. I was like. TOMORROW? They are Not ready. The only reason the rooftop works out is because they’re the fucking Beatles. No one else would pull that out of their butts so well.

Classic Paul. Starts out saying “us” ends up just talking about John. “The best bit of us always has been, and always will be, is when we’re backs against the wall and we’ve been rehearsing, rehearsing, rehearsing. And he knows it’s a take on the dub. And he does it great.” It’s okay, Paul. We all know you like to get him up against a wall. No but seriously, Paul is not okay about John. 

Takes every opportunity to flirt, doesn’t he?

“I can’t wait to work here, you know . . . I mean, here in our life, it’s like home.” It’s the gentleness, yeah. But it’s the focus, too. Most people (I know I would) would be so done with him and his anxiety spirals and his neuroses and over-thinking on and on and on by this point. John probably is, but he shows no sign of that fatigue at all. He is zeroed in on working him through this. He’s done it a million times before, and he’s ready to do it as many more times as Paul needs. Ugh, they make me into such a sap!

“Yeah, well that’s why I’m talking to John, not you.” If Paul can talk like that to George Martin, one of the most respected men in his life, when he’s in the middle of a thing with John, imagine how he must’ve bullied other people that tried to worm their way in. 

That smile he gives George though! That’s how he got away with all his shit, isn’t it? So fucking cute.

“I agree with you, I think it’s disappointing, but all right, we only got to seven. Let’s do seven.” The tone of voice, man. So. Fucking. Gentle. No wonder Paul can't stand the projected "acerbic, tough Lennon" shit. If that was how someone treated you and took care of you? And then everyone acts like that part of them just didn't exist, and emphasizes the parts of them that they themselves hated and actively worked against? Yeah I'd be pretty pissed too.

I actually think, though, that if Ringo had said he didn’t want to go on the roof either at that moment, that they wouldn’t have done it. I think they look to him for common sense in their decision-making, and Ringo saying he didn’t want to do it really might’ve broken the whole thing.

Honestly heartbroken at the “I love you, blue”. How many times did John just straight up say those words to Paul only for Paul to be completely unresponsive? That genuinely hurt to watch.

The tiny little looks they give each other. “Okay. We got this.”

“Fuck all that. I’m just gonna do me for a bit.” Good for you, baby. 

“I had a good dream last night, you’re black or you’re white, you want equal rights.” I know some people say it’s hypocritical or preachy or whatever, but I ADORE this John. Look how fucking happy he’s making Billy right now and then talk to me about how John’s political side is meaningless. I think it’s beautiful.

I think it’s actually too embarrassing for them at this point to sing Two of Us without being insane.

“We’re all sleeping at Georgie’s tonight. Get in the mood.” Oh how I wish they actually had. I mean, maybe they did. Someone write the fic!

Oh, the “who knows, Yoko,” moment. It’s so embarrassing. The fact that there was just no response whatsoever. Yeesh. 

So many nerves when I saw the camera zooming into that circled date with “Rooftop Concert” written on it. What is wrong with me?

the angel of moonlight | ivory wraith x reader

your death is not peaceful. there is blood in the snow. your clothes in tatters. the sound of footsteps echoing in the alleyway, fading with each ragged breath that leaves your split lips.

you fought well, as you always have. you feel the throb in your knuckles, the white hot slash of the knife cutting your life all too short, bleeding you dry with every passing second. there is only the darkness that awaits you. the endless sleep.

when you open your eyes, the angel gathers you into its arms. its skin glows with soft opalescence, gently shimmering with heavenly nacre that holds you as gently as the waves of the forest lake.

"this life was not kind to you," it murmurs, its lips brushing your forehead in a way that is all too familiar. "it is time for you to rest."

"i didn't know you would come for me," you tell the wraith. its ivory hair streams through your fingers like wisps in the wind as it takes you through the darkness of the forest.

a pair of blue eyes meet yours. the smile that graces its face is soft, almost sad. it is an expression you know well.

"i always do," it says.

you hear the waves lapping at the shore, the dark water gilded with the silver of the moon and crystalline slivers of ice. the wraith glides over the tide until it stops where the ruin would be.

"we only have so much time," it tells you. "a soul can only stay free for so long."

"then let's make the most of it," you say, cupping its cheek.

the wraith descends, taking the both of you into the lake's icy depths. as it presses its mouth to yours, you find that you have no reason to breathe.

once you are within the ruin, nestled within the confines of the ancient limestone, the walls echo with your name.

the rest of your death is spent in the caress of corruption. time melts, becomes meaningless. there is only you and the wraith, bound and forever promised, filling the air with the soft sighs of ethereal pleasures.

if there is a heaven, this must be it. eyes as blue as the water. skin as soft as moonlight. an adoration ever eternal.

but the wraith is a monster. a being. a force of the unnatural. a union like this can only be shared for so long. the world demands balance, for all things to be where they are meant to be placed.

and yet, with each moment that draws closer to your separation, it pulls you into its embrace. envelops you in the tide of its desire. for one more kiss, one more whimper that it eats with gentle tenderness.

but in the end, you are a being of this world and he can only hold you for so long. when your form begins to fade, the wraith presses its forehead against yours, whispering a promise.

after a few moments, the ruin becomes silent once again. the wraith retreats into itself, listening to the water drip from the ceiling.

it looks at its hands. all it can do now is be patient. it has a promise to keep, after all.

like the waves, you will always return to the shore. to live. to see the sun again. to feel the cold caress of the bright blood moon and find the wraith limned in its light, waiting for you.

So wait . . . Human Puzzles had some facial hair?! Why did he remove it ! What would he look like with it , now that his gray and no longer dyeing his hair? (And your art style is freaking awesome, no words can describe how freaking good your art and art style is!)

OOOH good question!! To be honest, he usually just goes in phases of either growing out his facial hair or going clean-shaven. It’s all just a matter of what he’s feeling at the moment, and for the PuzzleVision/Puzzle Park arcs in the story, he’s feeling like having a clean face (although I’m probably gonna grow his beard out a bit for his post-WOTFI/asylum look >:) )

As for how he would look with his old style of facial hair now…

I think he still rocks it!

Plus some bonus designs I can imagine he’s tried out:
