I'm literally so honoured and overjoyed, I can't even find words!! This incredible care package came from the immensely talented and kind @ninjaofdeath16 who made this cushion of Kitty and Sid by hand?? What??? Every process pic they sent me injected so much brightness into my days, and now I actually have it in my studio!!!! It lives in Rodger's lap now ^_^

If I’m feeling reeaally fancy, a glass of ice water with a squeeze of fresh lime will upgrade my whole day, like oh yes I do frequent the spa with my luxurious clean water and I’m having an affair with the pool boy meanwhile it’s a 56 cent lime in water from the tap

Bright side is that my 7 day vacation starts tomorrow. Part of it will be spent at Sonic Expo in Dallas, but majority of it will be spent rotting in my hotel room, gorging on take out. I'm hoping to be very productive here during that time.

✨1,000 Followers Celebration!!✨

I can't describe how much being part of this community has meant to me. The first fic I posted here was in November in the middle of some major health and life crises (which I talk about in my about me post if you'd like to know), and I honestly don't know how I would have gotten through it without all of your support and encouragement, as well as all the laughs and good times that y'all have shared with me.

It blows my mind that there are 1,000 of you here 🤯🤯🤯 I'm so grateful for all the love, it means the world to me! 🖤🙏🏼

Here's what I've got going on:

I wanted to plan something extra special for this milestone, but y'all have been following me faster than I can write! For the 900 milestone I decided to circle back around to Numbers Game since it was the most requested fic, and I'm so happy that the bad men of the Cross Guild seem to be hitting the spot 😅

Fic & Personal Playlists

I never made playlists for writing until I was tagged in an ask game, and it was so fun! Typically my brain will only let me listen to the same 1-10 songs over and over for a month or more, lol. So in addition to the fic playlists I'm starting, I've made a playlist of my current hyperfixation songs if you'd like to check in on the sounds looping through my head that week 😅 Plus a dump playlist where I'm slowly adding all the past hyperfixation songs I can remember because sometimes I need to pull one back in when there's a void, lol. I love getting song recs too! This reminds me of hooking up my dingy little ipod nano (that I still have, his name is Desmond 🥰) to all of my friend's computers to steal their music since I couldn't afford to buy my own 😅

Small Update

Hi, guys... First things first, I am so sorry for suddenly disappearing on everyone after the last update for this story in late November. I've spent the last week trying to figure out the best way to word this, but it's still a bit difficult for me. It's a bit of a long post, so I'm adding a cut here to let you keep scrolling if you'd like, no worries! TLDR: Story update(s) expected within the next two weeks ^_^

December was great! A little rough, but I actually did a daily drawing challenge on my main account and had a lot of fun right up until New Years. Then January happened, and uh - Things didn't go great. I really don't want to get into detail, and I'd hate to make anyone feel even the slightest bit uncomfortable, but I unfortunately went through something that completely wrecked my ability to trust and feel safe around people larger and stronger than me.

By the time I was able to get out of that warped state of mind, months had passed? I genuinely feel like I just blinked, but here we are at the end of March now. Time flew by, just like that. Anyway... I didn't want my experience to seep into my writing. At all. And now I'm feeling a lot more confident that I can actually do that again.

So, hopefully within the next two weeks we'll be back on track ^_^
