How do you imagine TFA Taraprowl happening?

In my mind (and thanks to the fandom) there were two paths:

first:Following a path similar to that of the comics, Mesothulas goes to Earth and falls in love with Prowl. But he becomes obsessed with the techno-organic and the ability of humans to reproduce

Second:He is already a beastformer and they have a secret relationship, which could be during the prowl nomad's life or already in the time period of the series (in both they have springer)

I'll address your two ideas first.

First Idea: I do love the idea of them not meeting until then and Prowl, who is fascinated by organic life, being pretty open about Tarantulas's own interest. I would imagine Tarantulas is a neutral in this case trying to be far from either society.

Second Idea: Beastformer would be fascinating especially since we don't really see any beyond the Dinobots in TFA. Given their reactions to Blackarachnia and the sharp divide between flight and ground modes between Autobots and Decepticons, I suspect Beastformers occupy an unsteady place in those societies. Given Prowl's own wanderings during his nomad time I can definitely see him bonding with a fellow outcast. Something happening to separate them or even an assumed death or breakup could happen eventually leaving Prowl alone for meeting the Repair Crew and joining them.

For how I picture it? Hm, I'd say something along the lines of them meeting pre-war when Tarantulas was Mesothulas and having a relationship whether just friendship or more. They end up in vastly different places when the war happens with Prowl becoming a draft dodger and Mesothulas eventually defecting to the Decepticons.

I feel like Mesothulas was probably always not entirely happy about his frame, not hated it but not exactly neutral too it. Him not realizing he wants to change it until he sees Blackarachnia and finds a new goal. Instead of it being forced on him for survival like in the comics I say we go more along BW side and him enjoying his spider frame which he deliberately changes himself and renames himself. For him it is a joyful reinvention.

I'd say reunion on Earth would make sense and them both having grown and changed a lot appreciating and learning to accept each others difference and who they've become now that they've "grown up". Definitely was a first/young love to mature love situation prior.

I've seen several characters as his children (chase, strongarm, bluestreak, smokescreen)it would be hilarious (for me) for this to happen here, since he is one of the oldest on the team

They all maintain a good relationship, but they also "disappear" for a while, it's practically a family thing.

Springer 100% is the one who visits first

hmmmm. tfa TaraProwl could work. Prowl seems to be an organic-liker. he wouldn’t mind a spider boyfriend (Optimus doesn’t have to be the only one...).

Springer is his big baby, but Prowl was probably never too fond of getting too attached. They are still in contact over the years but it’s easy for either of them to just disappear for a few decades or even centuries. Springer often-times waits for his mom to call him but Prowl never does. He always has to get fed up and track him down!

And Prowl treats him more like a distant friend than his sparkling...

My favourite continuities are TFA (how I got into TF proper), IDW1, the Sunbow G1 cartoon, Cyberverse and then. You know I probably do like Beast Wars: Uprising enough to give it fifth spot, lmao. It's too unhinged for me to not give it that. I mean. It's just TOO ridiculous and there is nothing I love more in the world than something utterly committed to its own bit. The final piece of canon is an academic paper written in-universe, for gods' sake. There's a virus that turns people into Galvatron. A character speaks in hashtags. Eject runs the hunger games. First neopronoun in Transformers canon. Incredible.

My top five ships are IDW rodimags, taraprowl, arcee/aileron, cdrw, and the fifth is a constantly rotating list of whatever currently has my attention, traditionally, lmao. Right now I am thinking a lot about megop, they can have the spot.

Okay, as I've established before tfa Springer is neutral (whether it's because of tarantulas taking him away from cybertron or if it's because of prowl doing this during his time as a nomad I haven't decided yet),once he discovers his carrier's current location he decides to visit.
