I make my lil drink thats at least a double, and then my nephew calls me over to help him build a desk and I end up having 3 beers with him while also bringing my lil drink.

Went out to the gay club last night for a friend's birthday and I wore a skirt that I usually never wear cause it makes me real self conches about my stomach (took mirror pics to send 2 my mommy and was already immensely regretting wearing it cause I felt like I was gutmaxxing like someone's round uncle) but when we got in and I took my coat off my friend was like omg WOW I love your outfit you look so *motions* hourglasssssss and I'd just let my hair air dry and left it bc ever since it started to get a little wavy and curly after moving here I haven't really known what to do with it and it feels a bit shitty and just There doing whatever but a girl on the dance floor came over to me and was like OHHH I LOOOOVE YOUR HAIR! AND YOUR MAKEUP!! so moral of the story? Never kill yourself

update: still a WIP. still chugging along. we're on ch. 10. I don't know if I should keep spilling more lmao I'm a Very Anxious Person sooo yeah.

ANYWAY.

what you see here is the second draft, being polished until it becomes ready to share. thing is, that won't be happening until maybe after one more draft or two. I prefer to keep things finished before posting them because I've had unfinished WIPs in the past. but again, we're chugging along! life just keeps happening, and maybe one day I might also find time to talk about what it is that's been happening. but spoiler: I've rescued a kitten! he's my world atm and he will always be my world from now on and forever.

I aim to have this (re)fic before this year ends, but I can't guarantee that. what I do promise is that this beautiful heart-rending very gay thing will be finished and see the light of day - hopefully soon. there are a total of 12 chapters right now, and ch. 10 is halfway done. once that's finished, I'm gonna be taking a couple weeks off (or a month) and come back to it again. that has always been my process. gives me fresh eyes whenever I hop back in to do Dog's work. I can't wait to (re)share this story to the world. I love it so much and it means the world to me that I am able to give it a second chance - one more shot. so I'm excited!
