It’s Momo and Tenn from Idolish7 at a cat café! 😊 This is also in a way the birthday card for @godtier1 ! 😀🎉

I usually make a colored pencil birthday card for her. But this year she asked that instead of making a card for her to make fanart for myself because it would make her happier to know that I took some time to relax and finally do one of the watercolor projects I’d been putting off in favor of using my rare free time to make art for other people. Which I thought was so sweet!! ��� ❤ She even told me to not rush it and that it’d be okay if it was late (I had the sketch done on time, but yeah, the finished version is very late 😫). I have a massive mountain of Idolish7 fanart ideas, but I chose this one because Momo often takes Tenn to the cat cafes as a way to force him to relax (Tenn is very much like me in that he will take tiny breaks every day, but unless forced to he rarely takes big breaks because work always comes first 😅). So it’s basically what Allie wanted me to do with this art! 😊Momo and Tenn are also my favorites from Idolish7, so they're fitting for my first fanart from this show. 🥰Hehe and I had to include the mon plushies as the cat toys because I love Pumpkin Momo and Mouse Tenn, and they both seem like plushies kitties would love to play with. 😆 The kitty that Tenn has is modeled after the kitty I had growing up since he had a Tenn-like personality! 😊 While the kitty Momo has is the one that my family had from senior year of high school up until earlier this year when he died of old age (even though I only lived with him for that one year before leaving for college, he was my kitty too and I miss him so much 😭) since he had a Momo-like personality! 😊 And the kitties in the background are Allie and her wife’s kitties! 😀

So once again, happy birthday, Allie!! 🥳 I had a lot of fun making this and I had a lot of fun at your virtual birthday party! 😀 Thank you for being a Momo-like friend to my Tenn-like self! 🥰

valentine's day headcanons ft; kanata yatonokami, tenn kujo, sunday, nagi seishiro

notes: fluff, bit suggestive in tenn's

༄ kanata yatonokami:

✣ it’d be a lie to say he’s ever held something so commercial as valentine’s day in high regard. all the overpriced stuff in stores and seeing an onslaught of affection in public made him roll his eyes at best and sick to his stomach at worst.

✣ even after dating you, he’s still not that big of a fan. honestly, he wasn’t even planning on doing much of anything but nayuta nearly crucified him for that idea. 

✣ (nayuta thinks it’s a miracle kanata even has a partner with how unromantic he is.)

✣ gritting his teeth and bearing it, he takes you out to a more laid-back restaurant in hopes that you’ll like it. something on the high end scale would just be uncomfortable and out of place for him, but if you had really insisted he would do it for you.

✣ it’s so cute to see him obviously flustered yet trying to be on his best behavior for you. he’d normally tell you off for acting so smug and lovesick around him but he figures this is the one day he can let you get away with it.

⁀➷ “ugh, can you just… nevermind. don’t expect this all the time. you’re lucky i love you. no shit i said it outloud. you think i’d be doing all this if i didn’t?”

༄ tenn kujo:

✣ obviously trigger’s angel is able to woo his partner. what kind of idol would he be if he didn’t devote every piece of himself into satisfying you?

✣ as much as he’d love to take you out for the holiday, it’d just be too risky. sure he could wear a disguise but he feels as if that takes away from the intimacy of the holiday.

✣ so, the next best thing is to have a catered dinner at his house. how he got aya and kujo to leave is a mystery, but evidently it worked.

✣ everything about him is practiced and perfect, to the point where you tell him it’s okay to be a little more relaxed. it’s not that he’s trying to put up a front, it’s just that he’s so in love with you he doesn’t even know what to do with himself.

✣ at his core, tenn is a giver - to the point where he’d sacrifice his own wellbeing just to see your smile. there’s nothing he values more than making you happy, and it’s evident with every kiss he gives you, setting your heart ablaze as he takes you to his bedroom.

⁀➷ “i’m relieved everything went well. i wish i could’ve taken you on a traditional date, though. maybe sometime in the future? before we get married at least. … obviously i’m marrying you.”

༄ sunday:

✣ the (former) oak family head is no slouch. even if he’s never formally been in a relationship, he was raised right and knows how to treat you. 

✣ granted, the astral express isn’t exactly the ideal location. he’d much prefer to wine and dine, giving you only the best the cosmos have to offer. unfortunately, he’s also kind of broke after the events of penacony and his defecting, so an in-house date it is.

✣ that doesn’t mean it’s any less special than a traditional night out ; in fact, he puts twice the amount of effort into it. from perfecting a meal filled with your favorite dishes, to paying march and stelle to pick up some drinks and gifts on one of their rest stops.

✣ that of course is then curbed by dan heng giving sunday the most distressed look he’s ever seen, because why would anyone trust those two with a task like that? dan heng then takes it upon himself to get the proper gifts instead of the caterpillar farm suggested by stelle.

✣ the upside to the express is that the view is second to none. throughout dinner, sunday’s wings are fluttering a mile a minute as he watches you admire the stars and swirling galaxies that pass by. he can’t be bothered to look out the window when the most ethereal view is sitting across from him.

⁀➷ “can you look at me once more, dearest? no, nothing’s wrong. i just want to imprint this into my memory. if you had told me even a year ago i’d have you in my arms, i’d have assumed it was a terrible joke. i’m simply grateful the aeon’s have led us together.”

༄ nagi seishiro:

✣ reo is easily the most stressed out person in this scenario. for as sweet and clingy nagi is towards you, that boy is romantically dense. he figures he can get you a candy bar and call it a day, and reo is on the urge of strangling him for even suggesting it.

✣ flowers! gifts! chocolate! jewelry! fancy dinner! reo is trying to hammer in some more ideas into nagi’s brain and nagi’s expression grows more and more bored with every word. he even insists that he knows his partner and all of that stuff would probably overwhelm you (and make you think nagi had been kidnapped and brainwashed.)

✣ they compromise in the end. reo uses some connections to have a chef prepare dinner at nagi’s apartment and nagi gets off his lazy ass to buy you some flowers and a box of chocolate. for all his whining about existing being a hassle, he does listen to you pretty intently. he knows you think roses on valentine’s day is a bit too cliche, so he opts to get you something like a mixed bouquet with ranunculuses, daises, and lily of the valley’s.

✣ it’s sweet and very nagi. even in his own way, he’s able to show how much he adores you. you’re the only thing worth putting effort into in his eyes - all he demands is that you smother him in cuddles afterward.

⁀➷ “i told reo everything would be fine… why does he worry so much? i really like you, so i’m not gonna mess it up. everything is less annoying with you around. … did i say something weird?”

You sighed shakily, breath dangerously close to Gaku's neck. Hot air fanned against his bare skin and he shuddered, feeling electricity sparking all over. Even though you weren't doing anything right then, his body was on fire, still recovering from the overstimulation you put him through. After all that, you still had the audacity to pull him on your lap and fuck him?

He let out soft pants, trying to wrap his head around just how full he felt now, your dick filling him up to the brim. The tiniest shift in movement had him gritting his teeth in a mix of pleasure and frustration. It was like every sensation was amplified, and Gaku couldn't help but hold on to you for support. "I need you to stop treating me like glass! I'm not fragile so just- just go already-!"

Tenn's outburst is interrupted by his own choked back gasp, body jolting forward into your arms. His body wasn't that small, but it sure did feel like it when he was on your lap, grinding back and forth. He shivered, feeling your touch overwhelm him.

Tenn is surprisingly bratty when he's all worked up hmm? Not so refined after all..

"You're the center of TRIGGER, I thought you knew what you were getting into when singing that song. Most of the lyrics go to you anyways.."

Yeah, you're being a little salty. There's no point in telling him all this when he's too focused on the fire in his stomach right now. Taking a few breaths to steady himself, Tenn hoped his words wouldn't shake.

"Shut up. I'm not.. I'm fine. Keep going."

A smile that felt a bit too mischievous bloomed onto your face, and you kissed his soft cheek.

"Okay, keep your promises then. 'Never gonna stop', hmm?"

Damn, Ryuu was tall as fuck.

The original plan was to have him ride you on your lap, but.. well it was a little tricky. Despite his size, the power his puppy eyes had on you was lethal. Of course, he never, ever wanted to hurt you in any way, but the way he brought the idea up was so cute it stuck itself in your mind.

A few days before, Ryuu came to you, chewing on his lip in a sort of fidgety way. Apparently the new song that TRIGGER released gave him an idea that just wouldn't leave him alone. Guess the both of you thought the same thing, huh?

"Of course, I won't hurt you I swear it's just.."

Resisting the urge to jump him right there for being so cute, you just nodded, maybe a bit too stiffly.

A few days later, here you are, leaning back against a few pillows. They were messily piled up against each other, one almost falling over. You swear they were neater when you first started..

Speaking of that, Ryuu ground down on your dick again, letting out a whimper. Because of his size, he was basically just fucking himself on you, but that's fine. Such a pretty show he was, just for your eyes.

Usually in advertisements or dramas, he was the dominant, firm one on the relationship, but right now, he was the complete opposite. The both of you probably had a thing for size differences, because every time your smaller hands rubbed his torso he would jerk forward, uncontrollably leaning into your touch.

"Good job.. riding me so good, hmm? Don't I feel so big inside you?"

Poor Ryuu. He let out short, uneven gasps, overwhelmed by everything you were saying. Every time he grinded down on you it felt like his limits were being pushed, the lower half of his body hot like fire.

"Gonna.. gonna break..!"

"Hey, hey.. you'll be fine, just keep going and you can come one- no, two more times right?" He nodded, body limp but so eager to please. "Mmh.. good boy."

Again, poor Ryuu. He'll be staying here for a while.

I see a lot of analysis about Riku but I think the thing that's kinda missing in discussions about him (and by extension, his relationship with Iori and Tenn) is his disability. His respiratory disorder may be undescribed and is shown to be improving but it still makes him a disabled person canonically and I think that slightly adds a bit more to the analysis of him as a character. As an example, I see a lot of people talk about the difference between him and Tenn with Riku as somebody that only takes while Tenn as somebody that only gives. There's a scene that really exemplifies Tenn's act of only giving and that was when he was telling Riku to quit due to getting sick from all the stress of being an idol. This makes sense to Tenn because that was how he showed support to Riku when they were kids, Tenn is very cold here but, in my opinion, he's essentially saying, "Stop hurting yourself, I'll do all the hard idol work, you should just quit and be happy with your friends." Here he thinks he's giving Riku a chance to be happy in a way that won't hurt him. Already this is not the best thing to say to somebody whose just trying to pursue their dream but with Riku's disability in mind there's another layer to it. I don't know how else to say this without sounding like I hate Tenn so bare with me, Tenn is basically telling Riku he can't be an idol because he's disabled. I was always bothered by this scene and I couldn't put my finger on it until I realised that Tenn is being accidentally subtly ableist here. This is simply not how you show support to a person with a disability, it's just kinda patronising to tell a disabled person that their disability is going to kill them. Telling a disabled person who is trying to chase a dream to simply stop because of a hurdle caused by their disability is not really support even if it makes sense to Tenn because of just who he is as a person and his past with Riku. When the I7 members and the manager changed centers to help Riku out, make sure to keep the place as clean as possible to not trigger his disorder or offer him warm tea/drinks to make sure he can perform the best he can, that is actual support. They're actually being accommodating to Riku's disability instead of making him not do anything at all.

I say all this not to say that Riku's entire character is his disability, but I hope I've shown how acknowledging it adds more to the discussion surrounding him and his relationships and just makes everything more interesting!
