I feel talkative again here's more JD headcanons for you-

Night Swan's beef with the Lady Gaga coaches and why she put them in jail (ranges from genuine concern to petty bullshit)

Louise Dials: Out of everyone there, Louise was the one Night Swan was most concerned about. As the unofficial leader of various superheroes across the Danceverses, Louise had been actively looking into the whereabouts of people Night Swan had abducted. And if she'd continued, Louise would have learned about the hundreds of possessed minions Night Swan had secretly collected over the span of six months, which just so conveniently lined up with her sons 6-month tour across the Danceverses...

Bonnie and Clyde: Two of Louise's sidekicks that were apprehended with her. After a crime spree gone wrong, Louise showed them the error of their ways and gave them a second chance. They haven't looked back since.

Icona Shard: An aspiring superhero and daughter of Louise Dials. Fortunately, she was able to call her other mom for help, the one Night Swan didn't imprison. Who's the other mom? A girl with a phone.

Adameve and Claire Obscure: Unlike most of the coaches here, Adameve and Claire aren't heroes. They're villains, working out of Eternyx for a mysterious superior. After refusing to be Night Swan's underlings, the bird decided they were too dangerous to be roaming free in her Danceverse. With no other options, Adameve and Claire put their differences with Louise aside to break out of jail.

Jane Wayne: A vigilante in Wasterra, someone Louise was trying to recruit. After losing someone near and dear to her, Jane gained notoriety for the lengths she went to in order to avenge them. Knowing Jane would be a problem in the future, Night Swan thought it would be best to deal with her early.

Aro-Ha and Indra: Two superheroes that Louise had made connections with, based in WackyGroove. They're girlfriends. Under their care, WackyGroove has never been safer! So, it's no wonder why the bird wanted them out of the picture!

Shadow Rider and Countess Butterfly: And finally, two people that are neither heroes nor villains. Rather, Night Swan had a personal vendetta against Shadow Rider. For, well... Befriending her son when they were both kids, without the bird's permission or approval. And vandalizing Swan Tower multiple times. Shadow Rider hates Night Swan with a seething passion and never fails to remind her of that whenever possible. And with Coutness Butterfly being her aunt, Night Swan found it easier to capture both of them together.

Gonna start posting my weird disjointed headcanons with no context purely so I have record of what Ubisoft does/does not fuck with in the future. Prepare for utter chaos under the cut

Daphne Lantana has a younger sister

Her sister is named Laurel Lantana

They both become supervillains

Laurel just wanted to rob a bunch of places with her friends (aka the Get Busy coaches, her two "henchmen" of sorts)

Her villain persona was P1 of No Limit/Tribal Dance

One of the places they robbed was Luz Solar, where Laurel used a gas attack to force people to dance while she and her friends took what they wanted

Which meant Hairman and his crew had to stop her

She tried to worm her way out of the situation by taking a kid hostage (briefly), but that didn't work and she was apprehended

Jack was that kid

And then shortly afterwards, Laurel went missing

*cough* Leda Nox tried to have her murdered, and would have succeeded if a different supervillain didn't swoop in to save Laurel at the 11th hour

Anyway check this shit out, all of these are Laurel Lantana at various points in her life

Also the whole reason Daphne/Amantia is a supervillain is because she blames Hairman's crew for Laurel's "death", and all her villainous acts are intended to lure them out so she can fight them again

She's also got help from another supervillain (but I aint saying who he is rn, only hint is that he's one of the coaches in Walk This Way classic.)

Anyway I got far less Daphnes up my sleeve but-

Yes, I headcanon that the two coaches of The Ketchup Song were both villains

Also the aforementioned "other supervillain" helping them both is a guy with a lot of interest in helping various other evildoers in the Danceverses

Granted, as long as they agree to be his underlings

He's a secretive puppet master that the superheroes (unofficially led by Louise Dials) are trying to combat. Although Night Swan was someone he didn't have connections to, gods forbid she be somebody else's underling right?

My lore about Louise Dials and the Gaga coaches will have to wait for another day though

The relation between the Lady Gaga coaches and their alts

Me last post about the Lady Gaga coaches didn't focused a lot on the alts coaches, so I decided to make this post more focused on them.

I imagine the alt version to be more conected to their normal version than to other songs, so the theories here are more contained.

Applause: I've always imagined Joan and the Countess as being the same person.

Just Dance: The P2 in the On-Stage mode is a younger Icona Shard, but the P1 and P3 appearence really reminds me of Born This Way so idk, as for the Sweat Version (AKA John Dance), i've seen someone headcanoning them as Icona's husband, and i've accepted that ever since.

Bad Romance: I imagine two connections between Claire and Daray. The first is that Claire is the drag persona o Daray, her name matches the naming conventions of the other drags that we know (they are all named after colors).

The second option is that Claire is trans, and Daray is her pre-transition self.

Between the two idk who to pick to be my main hc, maybe the trans option, I have some really funny ideas involving it, and I think it fits better to my "Mother Monster" theory.

Born This Way: Isaac would be Adameve in the past, before they discovered themself and their Mother Monster heritage, Isaac changed their name to fit themself better with the other Lady Gaga coaches names.

John Wayne: As I said this in the last Lady Gaga post, I think Jane and Janet (extreme) are sisters.

Telephone: It's pretty obvious that Bonnie and Clyde are Louise's friends, or maybe they work for Louise, or maybe they met at the jail and Louise recruited them on the spot.

Poker Face: I'm not sure about the coach for the Magician alt, she could be a normal coach with no connection, or a lost member of the Hearts dynasty, who knows, we still haven't got the full routine to see the full picture.
