The Color Blue - Prologue
Tumblr media
image taken from @ lovevivianne on pinterest
Synopsis: As the only daughter to the leader of the Kamo Clan, you were trained and protected to one day bring your father honor through your marriage to the heir of the Gojo Clan. However, your husband ended up being something that your family never prepared you for. As you come to navigate a new world of politics between the clans, your husband convinces you that there is nothing wrong with honoring yourself too.
Warnings and Content: fem! reader, fluff, themes of forced/arranged marriage, hints of mental abuse, mentions of sex, mentions of menstrual cycle
Author's Note: As promised, the official start of my next Gojo series! Just for context, this is an AU of the JJK canon events (no KFC breakup, and as of now, no mention of Megumi). It is also inspired a little bit by my other Gojo series Someone. Other things I want to flag is that I do plan for there to be nsfw content in this series, as well as themes of physical and mental abuse. As of now, I am unsure how long this series will be. Updates will depend on my availability to write.
Word Count: ~2.4k
___________________________________________________________
People would say that if there was one thing that Gojo Satoru was not, it would be committed. Not in all ways, however. Satoru was very committed to his sorcery, to the protection of ordinary people and the balance of the their world and the jujutsu one. It was relationships that he struggled with. Yes, he had always had an authority problem, both growing up and even now, so his relationships with jujutsu elders and other clan leaders were never good to begin with, especially when he became a clan leader himself and took up the title as “The World’s Strongest Sorcerer”. However, his friends? He cared deeply for them, but he could never show them that, lest he risk the possibility of them getting hurt for that same reason. Lovers? Absolutely not. They would last a week at best, hence why his friends would say he had commitment issues.
But, what many people did not know was that Satoru was betrothed to be married, and if there was one thing that he could say that he was committed to, it was that.
And not just because he knew that the responsibility of upholding the Gojo Clan’s honor and survival was on his shoulders, but also for a reason that no one could have predicted.
The first time Satoru had seen his future bride, they were both young, too young to understand why each of their parents were sitting across from one another, or why the most important members of the Kamo Clan were staring him down when he was barely even five years old. But when his parents asked to see you, that’s when everything changed.
You were carried into the room by a caregiver and left in between the two families like you were some kind of meal. A veil-like mask covered the front of your face from the nose down, but Satoru could tell you were roughly his age. Your wide eyes looked about. First at your caregiver, who stepped out of the room with a bow, then to your parents, who didn’t even seem to notice you, then to his parents, and then finally to him, the only other child in the room.
Gojo Satoru didn’t know it at the time, but it was at that moment that he had fallen in love with you. That same day, it was agreed upon that the two of you would wed when he was 25 and shortly after you turned 24. That seemed like such a long time, but… Satoru decided that maybe he would try to speak to you when he saw you next.
Unfortunately, that wasn’t possible. Both of your families kept each of you on a tight leash, and neither were inclined to meet with one another just because the Gojo heir wanted to see his bride. They were rival clans after all, with a long history of vendettas and alliances.
However, just because Satoru saw you once didn’t mean that he stopped thinking of you. Even as a pre-teen, he sounded out your name in his head, sometimes aloud when he was alone. Kamo (Y/N). It was one of the few things he knew about you, other than what your eyes looked like. He knew that those eyes had likely changed over the years since the first time he saw you, but that didn’t mean he couldn’t think about them. About you.
There were a few other things Satoru knew about you. You were the only daughter of Arao Kamo, the Kamo Clan head. Not only that, you were his youngest child and had three older brothers, all of whom Satoru had never met before. He would take in what his parents would tell him about you, though it wasn’t much; only that you had a different cursed technique from the blood manipulation that ran strong in the Kamo line, and that you were naturally beautiful for your age.
But Satoru wanted to know more. He wanted to know what your interests were and if they were similar to his. He wanted to know more about your cursed technique and what kind of training you had received. He knew that you would receive some kinds of etiquette and liberal arts education, as was normal for daughters of the clans to do, but did you like any of those things? What foods do you like? How have you grown?
What did the rest of your face look like? That was the question that replayed constantly in his head after Satoru was notified that him and his parents were to meet with your family again to make some further updates to the arrangement. Maybe this would be his chance for him to finally speak with you, to get to know you.
But it was just the same as before. There was no caregiver to bring you in this time though, and no other Kamo representatives other than your mother and father, whom you sat beside.
Satoru remembered staring at you the whole time, taking you in. His parents didn’t lie. You were beautiful and he hadn’t even seen all of you, and you also carried yourself maturely for a young girl. Your eyes had changed, of course, more grown but still just as wide and lively as he remembered. Your face was no longer obscured by a mask. Instead, you held a delicate fan that matched the kimono you wore, covering your face as you listened intently while your parents spoke, but never speaking yourself.
You didn't look in his direction even once.
The meeting had concluded before he knew it had begun. His parents had needed confirmation of your fertility, since they were to be among the first to be notified when you started your cycle. However, in an offer that was a bit unexpected, your father had requested that the marriage date be moved up five years, to which his parents agreed. That part made Satoru ecstatic. Instead of waiting 12 years, he now would only have to wait seven.
With that, you bowed and departed behind your parents, swift and silent. Satoru tried not to look like he was running as he tried to catch another glimpse at you when his parents excused him, but when he peered out the nearest window that overlooked the front lawn where you had arrived, you were already gone.
And so, Satoru would go another seven years. Another seven years of thinking of you, dreaming of you, wondering what you looked like behind your fan and cosmetics. He had hoped to see you enrolled in the same class as him at Jujutsu Tech, though he knew for a fact that you most likely would not be. Your parents, more so your father, he realized, protected and sheltered you more than ever after that second meeting. He had expected you not to show up to that first day of school, but when that first day was over and you actually didn’t, a small part of his heart still sank.
Satoru did take some females to bed during the next seven years you spent apart, mostly out of curiosity as to what sex felt like, but also by persuasion of his friends. However, his friends would get confused as to why he would never allow those girls to stay the next morning, or why he would insist on wearing a condom even when they gave him permission to finish inside. He would give the excuse (thought it really was the truth) that he actually wasn’t that interested, or that he also wanted to protect against STDs (the latter was a great insult that had women storming out on him, to his relief). In reality, he wanted his first real time, his first enjoyable time, to be with you. Even if he was allowed to take on any amounts of lovers he wanted both in marriage and out of it, he felt guilty knowing that you had to save yourself for him. So, in a way, he was saving himself for you too.
As the years came closer and closer, he began to think of you more and tried to subtly gather more information on you, to little avail. He knew that this pining and longing could be considered childish, but he didn’t care. Was it wrong to want to come to love, to already be in love, with the person he was to spend the rest of his life and create a family with? Satoru certainly didn’t think so.
However, that didn’t mean he was without restraint. After his parents had passed and the mantle of the Gojo Clan leader was given to him, he didn’t try or demand to see you. After all, the two of you could still be considered strangers. Hell that is what you were, he had to remind himself. He figured it would be best to keep you with your family and not disturb your current life, especially since you would be seeing your family less once you came to live with him (but also because he didn’t want you to see him as some obsessed maniac). He decided he would be patient and wait, which would make your first real meeting with him all the more sweeter.
Those seven years passed by too fast, he realized as he stood in the center of a magnificent shrine in what could have been the most spectacular and slightly uncomfortable outfit he had ever worn. Your family surrounded him on almost all sides as they awaited your arrival at sunset. Your parents and your brothers with their wives sat off to Satoru's right, and he could feel their eyes on him the entire hour that he stood there in a calm panic. After what seemed like an eternity, your headpiece peaked slowly over the hill as you ascended the path to the shrine. He held his breath.
He noticed your eyes again first.
They were downcast, melancholy, almost near lifeless. Not anywhere the lively pools of color he remembered and saw so often in his dreams. Your blank expression was such a contrast to the splendor of your being. Indeed, he thought that he was being pledged to a goddess, the way your updone hair and headpiece played in the golden sunlight, the way the whites, golds, and reds of your wedding kimono and wraps made you look like a princess, and the way your face, your whole face, looked like it had been extracted from a star.
To put simply, you were the most gorgeous woman he had ever seen.
Finally, you found your place beside him, your hands clasped in the folds of your long sleeves. It took you standing this close for Satoru to realize how much smaller you were than him, though he quickly discerned how much your face and demeanor had shaped into womanhood since he last saw you. He would catch glimpses of you when he could throughout the ceremony, taking in more of your features that you had laid out for him. The curves of your face, the shade and suppleness of your skin, delicateness of your hands... His heart was beating so rapidly, hoping that you would look back at him at least once.
But you never did, even when you presented one another with ceremonial wine, or when you took his arm to leave the shrine for the reception dinner that was filled to the brim with Kamo Clan members and other officials. As soon as you both entered that reception, your fan was over your face. You didn’t say a word to him the whole time, so he never said anything to you.
A cold sweat had laid itself over Satoru as you said goodbye to your family members. It wasn’t the type of goodbye that he would expect a family to give to their only daughter. There was no affection, no emotion shown, as if leaving your family was merely another ceremony. And then you turned back to him, eyes still looking down of course, and got into his car without a word.
Satoru could tell that something was wrong and off about you. Sure, you had carried yourself gracefully throughout the entire evening. Every movement you had made between walking and eating and sitting was done to absolute perfection. Maybe it was those monotone movements that should have been his first sign. No, it wasn’t that. It had to have been your eyes. Why were they always so bleak? Why did you never look up at him or make eye contact with him or speak to him? What had happened to you since the last time he saw you?
At least your fan wasn’t up. That he could be thankful for. Satoru sighed. He couldn’t help but feel like the happiest day of his life, the one where he finally got to be with the girl he had loved for 15 years, was the saddest day of your own. He wanted to ask about it so bad, now that he had you alone, but he didn’t. He would just look at you every so often as you watched the Tokyo scenery pass by through the car window. Maybe this was your way of taking everything in, and he didn’t want to disrupt that. He trusted that you would talk when you were ready.
You remained silent as the car stopped and he walked you up the stairs to the front door of his home estate, one of the many under the Gojo name. Your new home. In a perfect world, in what he had imagined previously, you would have been smiling and excited as he picked you up to walk you through the doorway. In that world, you would have hugged and kissed him as he twirled you around and around in your own private celebration.
The door closing behind him brought him back to reality. You now stood in the center of his grand foyer, eyeing the dark polished wood and rich splendor of your new dwelling place. The space was only illuminated by shaded lamps and a dim glass chandelier above the grand staircase. A new couch, your couch, was against one wall, one of many of your belongings that had been moved in a week ago. Satoru decided to sit on that couch while you stood in the center of the room, looking down, not moving.
Satoru couldn’t take this anymore. It was like you treated the floor like it was the most interesting thing in the world. As if he, your new husband, wasn’t sitting ten feet away from you. He even considered the possibility of you being deaf or mute for a moment. No, he didn’t know what to do, other than speak to you. But what to say? Are you feeling okay? Are you happy? Sad? Were your clothes uncomfortable? How come you didn’t speak or look at him? At anyone? Was it something you were afraid of? Were you afraid of…
That had to be it.
“Are you afraid of me?”

You and Their Kids
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
˖‧₊˚ ♡ ˚₊‧⁺ JJK Gojo, Nanami, Geto x Fem Reader
Warnings: Non Curse Au, mention of menstrual cycle,
A/N: I'm such a sucker for dilfs. This is like a drabble mixed with headcannons based on what I think the main aspect of their parenting style is. part 2 maybe?
Gojo Satoru ♡︎
Becoming the guardian of Megumi and Tsumiki at the age of eighteen was no easy feat, still being a kid himself he grew with them and sometimes acted more like an older brother than a father but that didn't stop his (sometimes overbearing) affection.
When he first introduced you to Megumi you coulda swore the kid was raising Satoru and not the other way around. His level of maturity was off the charts which Satoru tried to take credit for (lies). Megumi liked having you around for the main reason of his guardian having someone else to bother, constantly stating how he likes you more than him. The boys bickered pretty often and it always made you laugh.
Satoru loved to watch you and Megumi interact, seeing a nurturing side to you warmed his heart to the core. Megumi began seeing you as a guardian as well when he witnessed you taking care of Tsumiki in the hospital, which was a part of his daily routine he didn't really like to talk about. And for that they both appreciated you immensely.
"Megs!" You called out to the navy haired boy as he walked with his peers, turning around at the nickname. He stopped in place waiting for you catch up. "I brought you lunch, I didn't want you to be starving after training."
His hand accepted the bento box with a nod of acknowledgement.
Suddenly the sound of Satoru's singsong voice caught your attention. He quickly jogged up to you two, wasting no time wrapping his arm around your shoulder and placing a kiss on your head. "You didn't tell me you were coming today, babe."
"I was just bringing Megs some food real quick." He look offended.
"And what about me??" You rolled your eyes with a slight smile at his pouty words.
"How could I forget?" Reaching into your bag you pulled out another bento and handed it to Satoru, making is eyes light up dramatically.
"Ah! You're the best. Just in time for training, thanks babe." He pressed another kiss to the top of your head before letting you go and walking ahead to talk to Yuji and Nobara.
Megumi lingered back for a moment, wrapping his arms around you in a soft in embrace. Your hand stroked his hair softly with a smile on your lips. Although he didn't convey his emotions often it was obvious this little gesture meant a lot.
"Thank you."
"Of course."
Geto Suguru ♡︎
Similar to Satoru; Suguru adopted his girls young, bringing Mimiko and Nanako into his care not long after graduating. He had such a soft spot for the girls and never failed to cater to their every need.
As the girls grew into their teen years Suguru had even more trouble saying no to them, practically bending to their every request and spoiling. He allows them to drag him into various malls and restaurants and of course he carries their many bags with a smile on his face.
The girls took to you very quickly when you entered the picture, happy see their dad smile more than usual and excited to have a woman's presence around the house.. You really played the mother role well, giving them tips on makeup and taking time to do their hair. You were the one they came to when they got their periods and it was times like those were Suguru was glad you were around to educate them on the things he couldn't. Suguru took pride in your mother like instincts, often just watching the three of you quietly with a smile on his face.
His ability to say no diminished even further when you two started dating, the girls often let you in on their schemes knowing he couldn't turn down all three of his girls.
"Can we go get ice cream? Pretty pleeeeasee?" Nanako intertwined her fingers as she pouted.
"Pretty pleeeeasee?" Mimiko followed suit, matching her twins pouting.
"Yeah Sugu, Pretty please?" A teasing smile lingered on your lips as you followed, making Suguru itch the back of his neck with a groan.
"What am I gonna do with you girls?"
"Take us to get ice cream?"
"I vote for that."
"Yeah me too."
He shook his head with a smile. "Alright, alright. Put the puppy dog eyes away."
Kento Nanami ♡︎
Nanami wasn't exactly Yuji's dad but he was the closest thing the boy had to a father figure, allowing him into his home under his protection. Despite his sometimes stoic personality Nanami cared for the boy deeply and wanted to see him succeed in life. Although it did take a bit of effort for him to bring his walls down and get out of his comfort zone when it came to his interests.
When you and Nanami started dating his softer side to him began to grow, taking more time to spend with the two of you and relish in the presences of his loved ones.
As much as he didn't want to admit it he loved that you and Itadori kept him on his toes and brought new found excitement into his life. The fact that you and the pink haired boy had similar personalities always made him chuckle to himself, the two of you were like peas in a pod and that made it even harder to say no.
"Y/N, tell Nanamin that we have to go see the new Human Earthworm 4!"
"I just don't see the appeal in those types of movies, they're too hard to follow ." Nanami didn't bother looking up from his newspaper while you and Itadori baked cookies.
"It's entertaining, hon."
"But the story doesn't make sense." "How could you not get it?! It's a tragic love story between a girl and a human earth worm, you can't get a better plot!" Itadori's eyes practically sparkled as he talked about the movie, making you chuckle.
You finished putting the cookies on the sheet allowing Itadori to put them in the oven while you walked behind Nanami and wrapped your arms around his neck, resting your head on his. "Come on hon, I heard this was the best movie out of the series."
He sighed, setting down the newspaper and rubbing the bridge of his nose. The blonde's eyes glancing back and forth between his lady and Itadori who held a small pout.
"If we must."
"Yay! Thank you!!" The two of you said in unison as Itadori also wrapped his arms around Nanami. The gesture made him crack a small smile and lean into the affection.
"Mhm."

— best of both | nanami kento.
w — female reader, mentions of periods, blood, and menstrual headaches, slight wordvomit haha
Tumblr media
During his youth, he learned how to make his hands strong. Curses fell by his hands left and right, hands becoming stronger with every mission. Especially after Haibara. He wanted to be strong enough to not die, to be able to take care of himself and live another day.
That’s how he rose the ranks within jujutsu society and became a Grade 1 sorcerer.
And then he left.
Nanami’s hands became soft as a salaryman. He learned to be more nimble, going through books nowadays without bending the corners of the pages. They learned to be gentle, tending to the few pots of fragile flowers he had in his home. The callouses he’d developed over his teen and early adult years faded off slightly. Perhaps part of it was because of the lotion you’d suggested he started using.
And then there was you.
When you two first met, he’d almost broken the coffee cup in his hand. You had been in the same aisle as him in the 7-Eleven, with him gazing at you out of his peripheral vision as you grab three strawberry and white chocolate donuts and a cup of ramen and head to the checkout. You’d barely had enough to pay for them, and that’s when he stepped in—paying for them and thus introducing himself.
You’d taught him to be gentle. When you inadvertently walked him back to your apartment, you profusely apologized to him for the accident. But you realized that his attention wasn’t on you, but the cute white orchids on the little patio. Those flowers were what got you two together. But that was a story for another time.
His firm hands learned to be gentle under your love. And he was so glad he had become softer, because it wouldn’t have gotten him here—exactly where he wanted to be.
“Is this okay?” he asks.
“It’s perfect,” you mumble, less coherent than the last time you replied. “Headache’s almost gone. Thank you, Ken.”
Your period had struck you hard, first with a heavy flow in the middle of the night that made you have to throw a pair of underwear away. Then next came the debilitating cramps that left you unable to stand up and move around, ultimately keeping you confined to the couch. And to come in and top it all off, the headache finally arrived.
The blood you could deal with. The cramps you could deal with. But the headache you couldn’t. It was the absolute worst. You couldn’t think straight, or at all, really. All you could think about was the literal feeling of feeling your brain just hurting and being in agony, to the point where you thought your brain was pulsing. There was one time you’d tried to stand up to go to the bathroom, and about halfway there, a sharp pain shot through the back of your head and sent your knees buckling under the sudden pain.
Thankfully, Nanami had just come around the corner to ask how you were doing when he saw you fall backwards, reaching you in the nick of time to brace your fall. His big, burly arms wrapped around you and gently brought you to the ground. Your back was pressed against his chest as he asked if you were okay.
“I’m fine,” you replied shortly, “just needing to use the bathroom. Got a massive headache.”
Nanami insisted on staying outside the door, only to listen if you fell again. You didn’t, thankfully. But once you’d opened the door, that didn’t seem to stop him from bending down and hooking his strong arms under your knees and back, holding you to his chest while taking you back to the couch.
Sitting sideways to meet your eyes, he gently guided your head down to his lap and asked, “Your head, right? I saw you reach for it before you fell.”
All you could manage to get out was a, “Mmhmm,” over the pain.
Nanami’s index and middle fingers rubbed at the sides of your temples, alleviation instant. It was only when his thumbs reached to the back of your neck to rub out the hypertension did you let out an embarrassingly loud moan. But damn did it feel good. And you couldn’t help but come to the realization of how large your boyfriend’s hands really were—large enough to reach from your temple to the nape; encompassing half of your head.
Lord, have mercy on your soul.
And your head. Even Nanami’s massage was beginning to reach the point of being ineffective, fighting against the throbbing pain in your skull.
“Still hurts?”
“Mmm, yeah,” you hissed softly.
“Do you want some of the painkillers in the cabinet?”
“I’ve already had two today,” you say, not missing the inquisitive hum from him. “But maybe one.”
“You can take up to four in a day,” he says. “We’ll do one now, and another in two hours if the first doesn’t work.”
“So calculating,” you muse. “Or we could just get some chloroform and—”
Nanami scoffs. “As if.”
You pat his forearm and giggle. “I’m kidding.” You lift yourself up off of your lover’s lap and rub your eyes, feeling another wave of tired wash over you. “But I’m getting kinda sleepy. One may work.”
You move to stand, but Nanami firmly puts his hand on your shoulder. “I’ll get it.”
As if he’d let you anyway. Not after seeing you fall backwards earlier. Even that brings up painful memories, ones that he doesn’t care to recollect in the slightest.
As he opens and closes the cabinet, his eyes linger on his large hands—on how rough they look; on how gentle they’ve become. And when he looks to you he can’t help but acknowledge that his hardened heart has become soft, too.
He has to thank you for being with him, for teaching him that there was more to life than the callousness of being a jujutsu sorcerer and the monotony of a salaryman. He has to thank you for teaching him to care for himself, for teaching him to slow down and smell the roses that he walked past every day. For enjoying every little moment in life that he was sure to miss, had it not been for you.
“Ken…? Kento?”
You’re flopped over the arm of the couch, snapping your fingers at him to regain his attention. Your eyes are filled with concern for him, despite looking so tired. And then he remembers what he got up for.
“Let’s get you to bed,” he says. “You don’t need to be falling asleep on the couch.”
“Okay…?” You raise a brow. “Are you okay though? You stood there for a solid minute.”
“I’m fine,” he insists.
You yelp as he easily picks you up in his arms (for the second time that day) and carries you to your shared bedroom.
“Kento! I can walk!” you whine.
“Just let me take care of you.”
You want to retort back, but a wave of fatigue washes over you and you rest your head on his shoulder.
Besides, how can you argue about your boyfriend wanting to take care of you when he looks so happy doing it?

Someone save me🙏🏾
The ballad of Tam Lin was ruined by Sarah J Maas and sadly, this beautiful love story had to pay the price of falling into the hands of an overrated author.
If you were to look up a video or Tik Tok explaining the ballad, there's a mf going "Acotar?" NO, YOU FUCKING DIP SHIT.
And the women who insult Tamlin's name like are you serious? GROWN WOMEN doing childish things like this. You're not in elementary anymore. You're not in middle school anymore.
You're an adult woman with bills and taxes to pay, a job to go to, a husband to deal with, and probably some bummy kids to drop off or put down for a nap.
But here you are. Sitting on your miserable ass, going online, and making jokes and comments about a FICTIONAL CHARACTER and calling them a menstrual product. And some have the audacity to call themselves a feminist. Are you saying there's something wrong with period cycles? Is that why you're insulting a character by calling them that?
I can't really talk though because I do the same towards the inner circle but I'm only a teen, my life hasn't even officially started. Y'all got more free will than I do and you're going to use it like this? You can do better.
Your opinion is not valid or important if you seriously call Tamlin that. I don't care if you like him or not, it's still a immature thing to call someone.
Put down the phone, go outside, and be one with nature. And perhaps when you're ready, you can come back with your big girl pants on. Hopefully, you're mature enough not to call someone "tampon" anymore but this is the Acotar fandom, maturity is a rare thing to be found in a group filled with halfwitted jackasses. Correction: GROWN halfwitted jackasses. (Coming from someone acts like a dumbass most of the time)
There's no need to do all of this. Just say you hate Tamlin and move on, simple as that. Go back to dick riding that racially ambiguous dictator (high lord that happens to leave the women and children of his two other regions to suffer at the hands of men) you call a "book boyfriend".
I'll be here ranting, criticizing, bitching, and complaining about this series and how sjm brings ruination to anything she touches.
(Used translate on the Arabic part since I ain't fluent but just put it in Arabic to English, it means the same thing. Kinda. I recommend this link.)
When will she pay for her crimes?

The fucking things they dont tell you when you fucking start Testosterone.
Yeah, everybody knows about the deeper voice and the dreaded asshair, but these were my unfunny little surprises after 3 months on T. Reminder that shit will always vary from person to person because we're not all clones of each other, whatever.
1. Bottom growth fucking hurts. Sometimes I don't want to wear pants. I knew it would happen, didn't know it'd be so uncomfortable. And it starts fast. Like first dose fast.
2. The irritability goes fucking CRAZY it's like I'm constantly PMSing. I get why dudes punch walls. Oh my god. I know how to keep my anger wraps, but holy shit.
3. On the topic of PMSing. I had temporary worsening of menstrual cramps. Jesus fuck. I was having pain before menstruation started for days, and sometimes just randomly. I hope it doesn't flare up, but it seems to be calming down now. I think my body is freaking out over weird hormone levels.
4. Vocal fatigue. Talking hurts. I expected voice cracks, obviously, but why the fuck does this shit hurt? I don't even want to talk that much anymore. My voice just gives out. It's still deepening, so a win is a win, I guess.
5. Apathy, emptiness, anhedonia, and numbness. My motivation has tanked. I don't fucking care anymore. I just want people to leave me alone so I can take a nap. I already had mental issues before starting T, and I don't think T gave this to me, but it's definitely changed how I feel my mental illnesses. I have to like relearn how to cope and shit. I don't recommend starting hormones if you're an emotionally unstable dumbass like myself. This is literally second puberty, mood swings and teen angst included. I am a volatile, angry little man.
6. Anxiety. Like I said, teen angst. My panic attacks now include intense nausea, which is New and Uncool. Dunno why that happened. But I'm just nervous. There's nothing to be nervous about. I consistently feel like I've forgotten to do homework. I am not even in school anymore. Rad!
7. Psychosis? I had my first intense psychotic break at 14. It lasted 6 months, give or take. I've had shorter episodes on and off since then. My symptoms are stress based. The emotional strain is, naturally, pushing me towards the edge again. I am sure I will explode brilliantly and violently within the weeks to come.
8. Male loneliness is real dudes. Have friends.
9. It's harder to mask. I've been periodically going mute again. I'd never really stopped, but it's more frequent now.
Anyway that's my rant I think.
I'm not telling you not to do hormones. I'm not your dad. But it's not fucking easy. Anyway I have no intention of stopping. I am thuggin that shit out. I had a really really tough time during first puberty, and I suspect I'm going to have issues the second time around.
I am happy with the changes I am experiencing physically. I still feel confident and sure of my identity as a trans man. I am just not very happy about losing control over my mental state again. We'll see how it goes. If I'm lucky, I'll get medicated. I can't afford a therapist right now.
Good luck out there, whoever you are.

I need some advice. I feel like I'm dying. Going through the worst period cramps ever (never had this in the past 11 years), it literally feels like someone is stabbing my cervix, uterine walls and the pathway walls (I feel a bit shy calling it what it is...like a normal woman). Its so bad, I've never had it like this before. Has to do with the fact I was having isues, doc put me on meds, as soon as the dosage was done: red sea spilleth over.
Know any home remedies to help? Or just any other advice to deal with this? Can't go to the doc rn, she'll suggest to hold off pain meds, I am taking over the counter anti-inflammatory stuff..yk the one for fevers and other pains. Its not working. Its been so debilitating...I can't sleep, sit, breathe, do anything...yk the type of pain that makes you bend and make your mouth water...idk if that happens to anyone else but yeah....
OMGGG 😩😨😨😓that sounds soooo rough, I hope you're feeling better now???
I have taken meftal spas for cramps since I was maybe 16-17 years old. Idk if that's available in other parts of the world??? but its widely available in India and its specifically for period cramp induced pain<333 I'm not a doctor so pls don't take any medication without exercising caution first!!! you may not react well to it or it may have adverse effects bc of the medication you're already taking ://// 😩😩
on that note, practicing yin yoga (which focuses on releasing stress from the hip area/psoas muscles) has greatly changed my reproductive system as a whole tbh, my sex drive changed, my relationship with my body changed (like even the way i walk changed bc my hips loosened up, which meant i walked more "freely" dont tell me its woowoo,, yk can just tell when someone's body is very "frozen" or "stiff" looking) and yesss my menstrual cycle was immensely affected by it.
i used to have HORRIBLE cramps, irregular cycles, HEAVY bleeding etc in my mid-late teens (this was because of trauma + eating disorder, in case u wanted to know) and now? my period is 3 days long, light bleeding, little to no pain and i attribute alllll of that to yoga<3
now i specifically like to do certain mudras and asanas (poses) which are supposed to help the female body specifically
and while this can help u when u are on your period, i suggest making it part of your lifestyle and living according to your monthly cycle's phases so that you can experience smoother periods. i dont think its realistic to do them if you're experiencing immense pain 😭
Tumblr media
Legs-Up-The-Wall Pose (Viparita Karani)
This pose is known for increasing blood flow to the pelvic region which helps enhance the health of your reproductive organs.
Tumblr media
2. Baddha konasana aka butterfly pose
helps the uterus<333
Tumblr media
3. balasana or child's pose
tbh this might actually help even if ur ON your period, lying down like this is soooo soothing and comforting. ppl overcomplicate yoga, when the reality is that holding your body in certain poses can emotionally feel very comforting/freeing/nourishing etc but then again im only familiar with yin yoga/restorative yoga (there are manyyyy different types of yoga)
Tumblr media
4. happy baby pose
as the name suggests this is how babies lay down and they seem happy for no reason,, i remember the first time i consciously did this pose and i was like???? this is yoga??? bc i would randomly do poses like these for no reason in bed (im sure we all do when we're bored) and if i intentionally do it?? its actually good for me??
again this pose helps with the hip muscles!!! the female body is always preparing for childbirth. regardless of whether or not you want to be a mom, taking care of your womb health and reproductive well being is CRUCIAL bc whether we like it or not we were designed this way and dont think of it as "preparing my body to bear children" just think of it as "preparing my body to be at its best" (the bearing kids is just a bonus) .. the state of your womb affects your whole being!!! its not a joke!!!
now here's some mudras:
Tumblr media
yoni mudra
yoni means womb and as u can see, this pose imitates the 🫣🫣 its a highly beneficial mudra for women and helps with overall pelvic health. you can do it sitting cross legged. i like to chant mantras and do this pose,, it kicks in quicker or smthng idk 😳but it feels ✨
Tumblr media
2. prana mudra
do this mudra on both hands btw!!
prana means life force
this mudra helps with overall immunity and pain management!!!
Tumblr media
3. prithvi mudra
prithvi means earth and this mudra helps balance the earth element in your energetic system which means its gives you strength, resilience and physical energy (in case u feel tired, fatigued etc for no reason) as those are the qualities of the earth
now for some pranayamas
Bhramari/ honeybee buzzing
youtube
this is my fav bc its so simple and easy to do!! and who doesn't want to buzz like a bee??? 🥰😍
2. anulom vilom
youtube
this is also a very simple pranayam for beginners
the whole idea is to get your body into a state of relaxation so that you dont operate from a place of stress or anxiety. you can just feel peaceful all the time. imagine being that unbothered!!
sorry for going off on a tangent (me with every post lmao) these are some beginner friendly yoga asanas/mudras/pranayamas (all of which are diff components of yoga) that u can try when u feel comfortable!!
NOW about alleviating pain ASAP:
Tumblr media
hot water bag
put that thing on ur stomach and lie down (after taking medicine) my mom used to do this all the time and it helped her a lot
2. roobois tea
i drink roobois tea almost everyday hehe but its said to help alleviate menstrual cramps 🤔and lower blood pressure,,
3. chamomile tea
is also said to help with period pain :o
4. look into your diet, sleep, overall lifestyle
you may not have had pain of this sort before but babe NOW UR A WOMAN ✨and u have to look at your lifestyle and ensure that its something that helps a woman's body feel rested and calm
being stressed all the time can take a physical toll on you and lead to all kinds of diseases later in life!! its in your best interest to RELAX
idk how much this helped 😭😭the most convenient thing to do would be to take medicine but u said u can't so :((( hot water bag + roobois tea???
ALSOOOO always wear socks during your period and keep your feet covered. i have sensitive feet so i wear socks at home often (this is uncommon in india, where we have a tropical climate lmao) BUT KEEP THOSE FEET COVERED,, there's some kind of science behind it but i dont remember it lmao,, all i know is that it makes me bleed less<333 and have more cozy periods and sleep better<33
ALSOOOO,, this could be an old wives tale but it worked for me (but im also delusional😍) eating dark chocolate and/or having a spoon of oil on day 1 of your period makes your period go smoothly?? 😭😭😭there's no harm in trying hehe
ALSOOO and ive never tried this but heating up like a tablespoon of oil and applying it to the bellybutton area 😳😳can help alleviate period pain 😳😳
lastly and most importantly, im just a girlblogger and NOT A MEDICAL EXPERT so pls dont put urself in an adverse position bc of something i said 😭😭😭
love always,
heaven ✨

If you dont mind me asking- Do you have any advice or tips for coping with pmdd? How did pmdd things change once you were on T? I finally got an appt with a doctor about it in a few months.
Hello friend! I don’t mind at all. PMDD is an extremely tough disorder to navigate and it looks different for all of us. In my personal experience it made me have extreme anger issues, I would fight with my family ruthlessly as a teenager and it was awful all around. I wanted to be calmer and I tried to be, but everything set me off.
What finally helped me through this was two things, therapy and birth control. I started therapy as a teen to help me deal with the larger issues and mental health struggles I was having and it helped a great deal.
However, this biggest thing that helped was being put on birth control to halt my menstrual cycle. This was for dysphoria, but had the unintended side effect of truly eradicating my monthly depression and rage cycles. Now I did still needed to treat my underlying depression with medication, but it made a huge difference not to have my period. Most people can stop their period with T, I have “extremely resilient ovaries” and still have a very minor period on higher doses of T. So I have a birth control implant, and the combination stops my period entirely.
Coping with PMDD without treatment was very difficult and I didn’t find the best ways of doing it. However, the advice I would give my younger self is to be honest with my loved ones about how I’m feeling, to keep track of when my emotions shift each month, and to work hard to set up systems of care for myself. Even today I keep a general idea of how my hormones change each month, and take a little extra care and emotional awareness during specific times. Anything that lessens your symptoms is good, even if it feels silly. Telling my partner about it helped a lot, as when I have a period (right now I do for complicated reasons) he can predict mood shifts and be a bit more patient or supportive on the weeks when I start to spiral into emotional turmoil.
Everyone has their own experience, so it may look different for you. Hopefully taking T can help bring you the same peace it did for me (if that’s what you desire!) and if not definitely speak to mental health and medical professionals about a care plan that does work. Wishing you all the best!
-Evan

I see it everywhere that people with menstrual cycles say they're so horny when they're ovulating and I know everyone's different but I don't experience that 😭 probably related to being on antidepressants a few times as a teen and a few other things but I don't really get horny?? Like if I wanna have some solo time I gotta initiate it iykwim, it's not like I get turned on and then take care of it
Its okay if you don't experience that everyone has different body functions, especially female bodies as they are the most versatile. And sometimes even if you know that everyone's different, it still can be a little difficult to accept your body in a world where what you don't experience seems to be the norm. I don't want to talk much and make it a difficult read but the reality of getting horny is highly objectified in society and media so in my opinion most people don't experience arousal the way their bodies are supposed to. Like I'm sure most people have to initiate. Regardless, it's okay if you don't get horny, it's okay if you get horny a lot. Like you said, the use of antidepressants can be a huge reason for this as they change your brain functions, that's their purpose anyway so don't go hard on yourself. Keep having fun 💓💓

Avital Norman Nathman at Rewire:
Within hours of Vice President Kamala Harris’ announcement that she had chosen Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz as her running mate, Donald Trump’s followers mockingly dubbed him “Tampon Tim.” Named for a recent Minnesota law that provides free menstrual products in public schools, the opposition took joy in deriding a man who signed a bill that addresses a very real public health need. I can’t be the only one who has had to stuff scratchy, one-ply toilet paper in my underwear after an ill-timed or unexpected period while in school. In fact, I know there are others like me, because as a teen, not a month went by without a friend asking if I had a spare pad or tampon.
In the days after the Tampon Tim moniker gained momentum, many friends shared their own stories of menstrual malfunctions and humiliations, where access to free supplies would have been a lifesaver. According to Alliance for Period Supplies, which leads a national network of more than 140 independent, community-based nonprofits working to end period poverty, 86 percent of people who menstruate have started their period unexpectedly in public. So to find out that Minnesota public schools are now stocking bathrooms to ensure that students, teachers, and staff have the supplies they need? I don’t think it’s shameful in the least. It’s exemplary.
However, conservatives took a cursory look at the law and decided to run with the sensationalized spin that Walz was forcing fourth-grade boys to have tampons in their bathrooms. Grasping to find some way to sell this to their base, they infused a “trans panic” on the public health policy that states Minnesota public schools “must provide students with access to menstrual products at no charge. The products must be available to all menstruating students in restrooms regularly used by students in grades 4 to 12 according to a plan developed by the school district.” The language actually provides schools with flexibility, and nobody is being forced to use any products.
[...]
The shock and outrage over boys as young as 10 coming across a pad or tampon while at school is just a smokescreen for transphobia—because yes, there are most likely nonbinary or trans students, staff, and faculty who now really appreciate having access to health-care products they require. And perhaps, some schools will provide products in their boys’ restrooms, but as the mother of a teen son who “bravely” uses the bathroom in our home with unfettered access to tampons and pads of various sizes, I can tell you that the boys will be alright. Worst-case scenario, these young dudes get some free toys to play with. But best-case scenario, they grow up thinking of pads and tampons as boring and normal—because they are.
In our house, menstrual products aren’t dirty, gross, or shameful, just items needed on occasion. When I asked my son if he had heard of the Tampon Tim nickname, he thought it had actually come from the Harris camp as a positive endorsement, and laughed at the thought of anyone using it to ridicule someone.
[...]
Minnesota is not alone. The state joins Hawaii, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, New Jersey, New Mexico, Ohio, and Oregon in providing state-funded, free period products in public schools. Ten other states, along with Washington, D.C., require free products to be available in public schools despite not offering funding, and eight other states (including conservative-leaning ones like Alabama, Arizona, and Georgia) have no state mandates, but do provide funding for schools that want to offer free products. So while online critics may be attempting to attack Walz, more than 50 percent of states are tackling this public health need.
Why are the right obsessed with lobbing tampon attacks against Tim Walz? Their campaign against menstrual equity is part of their campaign of reinforcing traditional gender roles.

He named himself LotusFlower? And he was gifted not just a bra but a fancy one? When many actual women in jail don’t get enough menstrual care products which are a necessity?
A source within Washington’s only women’s prison has come forward to allege that the state’s only women’s prison “gifted” a Victoria’s Secret bra to a trans-identified male inmate following his taxpayer funded breast augmentation surgery.
In June of 2022, it was learned that transgender inmate Nonnie Marcella Lotusflower, born Nathan Goninan, was provided “gender affirming” breast implants by the state of Washington while serving a 10-year sentence for the brutal murder of a teen girl.
A whistleblower at the institution employed at the Washington Correctional Center for Women (WCCW) spoke to National Review and revealed Lotusflower had successfully undergone breast augmentation surgery while incarcerated.
Tumblr media
The officer stated that three members from the prison’s specialty emergency response team had taken Lotusflower to Spokane, Washington for an appointment prior to the surgery, and then to Gig Harbor to undergo the procedure.
“One of the members told me they drove hours for a ten-minute appointment. Then they had to take him again for his surgery and he recovered at Airway Heights Correction Center,” the whistleblower explained to National Review. Despite having the ‘top’ surgery, the anonymous officer did confirm Lotusflower is fully intact.
But one source working within the institution has now come forward to allege that the breast implant surgery was not all that was given to Lotusflower at the taxpayer’s expense.
“I can confirm Nonnie got [a] Victoria’s Secret bra,” the source said. “It happened after [he] got the top surgery.”
The source explained that Victoria’s Secret is not an approved vendor from which inmates can typically order garments, but that Lotusflower “got [the bra] as a present from the facility after going 6 hours back and forth twice to Spokane for the surgery.”
Despite the existence of the bra having been physically confirmed with an inmate working in WCCW’s property room as well as with another anonymous source at the Department of Corrections, the bra is not listed on Lotusflower’s personal property matrix. The source told Reduxx that it was “kept pretty quiet” due to the fact that Victoria’s Secret bras are not technically allowed in the facility.
“No one can bring in one of these bras, and they aren’t allowed to order them,” the source explained. “The women only have a very limited number of options from the approved vendors. No push-up, no padding, no wire. It’s very strict.”
He continued that some of the female inmates are aware of the existence of Lotusflower’s bra, and expressed frustration with what they perceive to be the preferential treatment of the trans-identified male inmates.
“The women are upset when they hear this, they can barely get anything. But the men can get all sorts of options for state-issued property clothing, plus gifts like highly desired Victoria’s Secret items, and get priority for advanced medical care. The men are treated far better than the women,” the source stated.
Reduxx reached out to the Washington Department of Corrections which confirmed that Victoria’s Secret bras were not allowed to be ordered into the facility, but did not address the allegation that Lotusflower was gifted the bra directly by the prison.
Lotusflower is currently serving a 10-year sentence for the brutal murder of 17-year-old Jessica Franklin.
Tumblr media
The violent criminal targeted Franklin just hours after being released from prison in 2007, strangling her to death. Her body was found beneath an underpass in Bellingham, Washington, and a forensic examination revealed signs she had been sexually assaulted. Lotusflower was convicted on second-degree manslaughter charges.
In 2009, while serving his sentence for Franklin’s death, Lotusflower was charged with attempting to break out of prison with another inmate.
While it is unclear when Lotusflower was transferred to a women’s prison, in 2017 he launched a lawsuit against the Washington State Department of Corrections citing discrimination on the basis of his ‘gender identity,’ and demanding access to ‘gender affirming’ surgeries. The ACLU entered the complaint in support of Lotusflower in 2018.
Lotusflower was previously listed on “Caged Ladies,” a dating website for female inmates.
Washington’s prison gender self-identification policies have been under fire since 2021 when a whistleblower came forward to reveal that 150 male inmates were being assessed for transfer to the female estate.
Since then, a number of violent male offenders have already been moved. Among them, notorious serial killer Donna Perry, who was convicted of murdering 3 women in a 4-month timeframe in 1990, but claims to have murdered many more.
Other male transfers include Brett David Sonia, who was convicted in 2005 and 2006 on dozens of charges related to the sexual exploitation of a young girl, and Jolene Charisma Starr, born Joel Thomas Nichols, who was convicted of two horrific sex attacks on young girls.
As previously revealed to Reduxx by an internal source at the prison, there are currently almost one dozen male inmates at the women’s facility. Of the 11 names provided for review, 9 were convicted of crimes against women or children.

Content Warnings for THE GIRL IN QUESTION
Hi all,
ARC's are arriving in less than 48 hours, so I've posted the content warnings for THE GIRL IN QUESTION below behind the cut.
THE GIRL IN QUESTION is a contemporary thriller that concludes teen con-artist Nora O’Malley’s story which began in the novel THE GIRLS I’VE BEEN.
This is a sequel that does not stand-alone. Meaning you need to read the first book in order to understand the second. Nora has no time to explain backstory to anyone, she’s got a man to destroy.
THE GIRL IN QUESTION is about Nora O’Malley, the daughter of a con-artist who targets criminal men in a sweetheart con. When her mother fell for an abusive criminal mark instead of conning him, a pre-teen Nora engineered her escape with her sister, Lee, putting her mother and her crime-lord Step-Father in prison while she stayed hidden under a new identity all through high school. But now high school is over...and her Step-Father is out of prison. He knows her name. He knows her location. He knows what she looks like. And he knows who she cares about.
The GIRL IN QUESTION takes place a year after the first novel and covers several weeks over the summer after Nora, Iris and Wes graduate high school.
The novel is set in the Cascade mountain range on a backpacking trip. Nora, her girlfriend Iris, her ex and best friend Wes and Wes’s girlfriend Amanda find themselves in predicament when, on their trip, Amanda gets mistaken for Nora and kidnapped by Raymond—all because she was wearing Nora’s flannel.
Stranded in the forest with no weapons, dwindling gear, a one-eyed dog named Turbo and a group of men determined to kill her and everyone she loves, Nora finds herself facing a nightmare. She can’t run. She can’t hide. It’s kill or be killed. So it’s time to fight.
Content Warnings for THE GIRL IN QUESTION are behind the cut.
Violence & Abuse: violence related to surviving domestic violence, past and present, children and teens in life-threatening peril, threats to a child (past and present), surviving psychological & emotional abuse, surviving parental abuse (psychological, emotional and physical), disclosure of being a survivor of childhood sexual abuse to a teenaged peer, the aftermath of childhood sexual abuse and surviving childhood sexual abuse, drug abuse (prescription pills).
Assault: verbal threats of physical assault, physical assault, physical assault when victim is asleep, physical intimidation, hand to hand fighting, bullying, gunshot and stabbing wounds,, fire, references to a previous dismemberment, strangulation, kidnapping, eye gouging, booby traps with wooden spikes, wooden spear injuries, numerous foot injuries (shooting, stabbing, set on fire).
Death: murder, threats of murder, references to an off-screen character over-dosing on pills.
Misc: discussion of menstruation, discussion of reproductive health, choice and justice, references to living with chronic pain, references to menstrual spotting due to stress and endometriosis, mentions of drug addiction, mentions of endometriosis excision surgery.
Animals: Turbo the one-eyed dog is an important character in THE GIRL IN QUESTION. Turbo is a rescue dog with only one eye because she had an infection when she arrived at the rescue Wes and Iris volunteer at. Turbo’s eye surgery is mentioned in the novel, but happens before the narrative starts.
Turbo is not harmed in the novel. Pets do not die in my books. People are another matter.
If you have read THE GIRL IN QUESTION and feel like I missed anything and you have the time, please send me an email at [email protected] and let me know. Sometimes I miss stuff!

Would Sun know and educate a teen that is about to or in their first menstrual cycle? (Their parents either too busy or just don't care to teach their child about it)
If no one was around or willing to educate the teen, then yes. He would educate them himself. He's not a doctor, but he does know the basics and is willing to answer any questions the teen may have.
As would Moon.

So what are the ways to stop a period (and fertility) as an adult? I need to figure out my plans for when that time comes. I mean permanently, btw.
Hi Anon,
I'm getting a lot of asks like this. Here's another one:
Anonymous asked: whats the safest way to stop getting a period as quickly as possible? i was told by my gynecologist that id be given birth control that'd stop them but i keep getting them and it's been months
So let's do a menstrual suppression post.
MENSTRUAL SUPPRESSION (AKA, Secondary amenorrhea)
What can be done depends a lot on your age, where you are, what kind of healthcare access you have, as well as your reason for seeking menstrual suppression.
If you experience medical complications like endometriosis, serious menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) or heavy menstrual bleeding that causes anemia, etc., you may find you have an easier time accessing treatments beyond BC than if you just "don't want a period." (FWIW - I think that's a completely valid reason for menstrual suppression!). Trans and GNC people will fall somewhere in the middle - depending on where you are, it may be considered a legitimate medical indication all on its own, and in other areas may result in a roadblock and discrimination.
Disclaimer - my scope as a midwife will be limited to the use of hormonal birth control until I complete separate training on offering gender-affirming care. So please take what I say here only as a rough guide to your own research. If I've missed anything or get anything wrong, please let me know!
PREPUBERTAL (have not yet gotten a period)
Leuprolide (lupron) is an antiandrogen medication that basically stops sex hormones from working. When used in prepubertal/early puberty kids, it's called a "puberty blocker." It's meant to be a temporary solution until the kid can be sure what they want to do next, as its effects are completely reversible. Pediatricians will usually refer you to an endocrinologist or a gender clinic rather than provide themselves.
Otherwise, I'm afraid that you must first go through the initial period of menarche until normal periods are established before you can then go on menstrual suppression.
ADOLESCENT (teen, not yet an adult)
Progestin-only birth control is the first-line treatment. The good news is that pretty much everyone can take it, and it's relatively easy to get. This works by keeping the uterine lining thin, and keeping a level of progestin high enough that you don't experience the withdrawal that triggers menses. Methods include: IUD (intrauterine device), Nexplanon (implant), Depo shot, and pills. In all methods, it takes several months to work, and spotting/breakthrough bleeding is a possibility.
---->If you take the pills, you have to take them at the exact same time every day, so the hormone levels stay even, or you risk breakthrough bleeding. Different brands have different progestins in them, so if one doesn't work for you after several months of taking it properly, you could ask your provider about switching to a different pill.
---->The IUD has the best record with total menstrual suppression after a few months, but it is the most invasive of the LARC methods to insert.
----> Nexplanon can take some time to achieve menstrual suppression, and some people still get breakthrough bleeding, but it is also the single most efficacious BC besides hysterectomy. Yes, even more than tubal ligation.
----> Depo shot is pretty good at achieving amenorrhea, but has more side effects (low libido, dry vagina, risk of bone loss) that can take a while to resolve after you come off it
Testosterone - If you are trans and go on T, it may stop your menstrual cycles/ovulation, but it is not a guarantee. People on T are counseled to also be on BC, because it is does not eliminate the possibility of pregnancy and is teratogenic (can cause birth defects). You should not go on T purely to stop menses, as it has other permanent effects - go on T for those effects and be pleased if it happens to stop your period.
ADULT (18/21+ up)
All of the above methods, plus:
Estrogen-containing birth control may offer more suppression but also increases certain health risks (like clots), and it has a number of contraindications (reasons why someone can't use it safely). Generally don't advise teens to use it.
Tubal ligation for FERTILITY CONTROL ONLY. This will not stop periods!
For transmen: Hysterectomy (uterus removed) and/or salpingectomy/oophorectomy (tubes/ovaries removed). This is a component of gender-affirming care - but you will likely need to find a specialized provider for it. The average gynecologist is not going to do an elective (no medical indication) hysterectomy ----> https://transcare.ucsf.edu/guidelines/hysterectomy
I have seen some evidence that Lupron can be used for menstrual suppression as well, but I haven't heard much about it being used outside of certain medical indications (like if someone has cancer).
GENDER-AFFIRMING CARE
If you identify as trans or gender non-conforming and there is a gender clinic in your area, I recommend trying to get in with them, as they deal with this sort of question regularly. They have interdisciplinary teams (mental health providers, gynecologists, endocrinologists, surgeons, etc) that can meet all your needs. Someone trained in gender-affirming care will be best equipped to help you.
Here is a list of gender clinics in the USA:
Ok, all you Anons out there - I hope this is a good jumping-off point for you to find what you need. The TLDR is please try to find a provider who is willing to work with you and help you find what's available to you in your area!

The first time Deanna gets knocked up by her little brother, she’s 19. He’s 15 and a total book nerd. Awkward and shy and slow to make friends, slow to get girls. Not a great combination with their constantly on the go lifestyle.
It’s not pity. She takes it upon herself to teach her dorky little brother the skills he needs to know. How to kiss, how to unhook bras with ease, how to finger a girl and get her wet for him. Sammy was an eager and determined student so she let him go bare as a reward…every time they fuck. And they fuck like rabbits, the both of them horny teenagers full of hormones and loneliness and love.
She never tells him. About the pregnancy. She tells their dad though she never admits who the real father is. “Just some guy three towns back,” she claims. John slaps her across the face, pissed in the moment. The disappointment in his eyes lingers longer and cuts deeper. The next day while Sammy’s at school they drive to a Planned Parenthood and Deanna gets her first abortion.
The drive back is silent. John drops her off, then immediately goes off on a hunt. Deanna stays curled in bed and plays off her pain as PMS when Sam gets back to their motel room and starts asking questions. “But it’s not the right time of the month,” he says, like a confused puppy.
“How would you know?” She harrumphs. Sammy just gives her this look like she’s an asshole for even asking, for doubting him, for somehow not knowing that he memorized her menstrual cycle almost as soon as she started having one. She softens and switches up her deflection for something closer to the truth. “It’s been a little irregular lately. And today it hurts, ok, Doc?”
Sam blushes and spends the rest of the day hovering, taking care of her. She loves him so goddamn much, but she snaps at him every chance she gets because she can’t risk going soft on him. Not again.
She puts a stop to them fooling around after that. Cold turkey. It hurts them both. Sammy’s a quick learner so he stops trying fast which stings and Deanna can’t help but lash out sometimes. But she’s resolute. Her legs are staying closed. To him. She tells him it’s time they both grow up.
The urges though…so she starts hooking up with rando guys in almost every town they stop in. Always with protection. Always short lived. Always meaningless. Fast, easy, and disposable. Everything Sammy isn’t. But the craving for that intimacy never goes away.
(They will always share it.)
