Yes I have a lot actually! Here are some (fluffy, nsfw and dark/angsty ones):

• Dean loves Sam’s birthmarks and his pointy nose, always smothering his face with kisses.

• Dean drunkenly rambles to strangers at the bar about how cute and adorable and precious his little brother ‘Sammy’ is. They never expect ‘Sammy’ to be a 6’5 foot muscular tank of a man.

• They both flinch when someone says the ‘I’ word (incest).

• They have romantic-brotherly dinner dates after a successful hunt at a local diner.

• Dean annoys Sam by using his expensive hair condinioner or his razor.

• Even after their relationship turned intimate, they never stopped being or acting like brothers. Their relationship is still brotherly to the core, they refer to each other as brothers, they can't see each other as anything else but brothers. (It's just a twisted, different kind of brotherly love)

Most of the time when Sam wakes up, John is gone on a hunt. He’s just fine with that. Dean has breakfast for both of them. Sam is happy when it’s just them. Mary died in a house fire, and John was never the same, he moved the boys around a bit, trying to visit family and friends so he has support while he grieved, He tried taking the boys to church so they could grow up with good friends and values. That's where it started for Dean, angels, and demons. He convinced himself that a demon killed their mother, he began to leave salt circles around his and Sam's bed, stealing knives and keeping them under his pillow. Sam grew up with his brother's words in his ears, seeing what he saw, and they fed each other delusion. They are beautiful and mad, frantically trying to save people who aren't in danger, killing people who pose a threat. They found the old bunker, which was actually a very expensive nuclear war shelter built by a wealthy man after WW2. They dug themselves in and filled their minds with old scriptures of thousands of religions. Every new book fills their world with more monsters, all looking for them.
