When my πŸ‘€πŸ‘€πŸ‘€ are bigger than my stomach😏. When all the new @eatenlightened 🍦🍦🍦 is finally available in my area. It was also buy 1 get one free so I feel like I made money too while hoarding macros πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. It's a great day to be a #iffymgirls I am really impressed with these, it's ice cream and it taste like ice cream without all the calories. How they do that ?πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ. Don't care. These are all the #glutenfree ones. My grocery store points out which ones are gluten free but if your not sure just check the ingredients. I was actually surprised the birthday cake one is. Deadlifts are up next but here is my 3rd attempt squat video. Having a blast but all my 2nd attempts to include bench have been a miss enough fuel a successful 3rd all from over thinking and technique being off. Need to break that trend on the 2nd on deadlifts. My #halftime snack 😍😍😍 from @bakesalepatti my #glutenfree πŸͺπŸͺπŸͺ on #povertymacros How did I make room for this at 1550kcals ? Volume foods all day long πŸ‘ŒπŸ½. My weight has been so frustrating the last few weeks & just grateful to have coaches that remind me everyday to not even focus on that. I'm human so yeah they talked me off a ledge several times πŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™€οΈ. Sure we eyeball it. While it would have been easy to just quit counting macros it actually became even more important for me to do so to make sure I am getting the appropriate amounts of macro/micro nutrients having to battle autoimmune diseases. I actually think this is the main reason as crappy as I felt it hasn't impacted my strength on top of the superior coaching @coachlukeepropst @fitbliss_annie 😁. A few weeks of being completely gluten free and my cycle finally ending my weight is exactly where I need it to be. It's been a rough couple of weeks recovering from being sick. Although I tried to track it was a total fail the last few weeks. But this week I'm ready. First step is to make a better effort eating breakfast and not considering a protein shake as breakfast. I simply do better when I eat and I feel more satisfied and less snacky. Of course @healthgrubsd had me at dark chocolate 🍫🍫🍫. This is dark chocolate protein pancakes with syrup and fruit. Large chocolate chunks too! One thing I ❀️ about them is they don't just measure the fat, protein and carbs. They calculate the full nutritional info which is great and makes it easier on me to know the fiber and micro content. I find not many meal prep places doing that. 234kcals 10g (P) 11g (F) 27g (C). Major shout out to @kleenex because you've become a really important part of powerlifting for me more than chalk these last few weeks. 🀧🀧🀧. I intentionally cut my head off of this video, I seriously had snot running down my nose every time I reset which made the workout even more annoying. All recovered from strep, but this cold is lingering when I have allergies on top of it. Being really patient with myself, although @coachlukeepropst @fitbliss_annie have seriously had to talk me off a few ledges. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. It hard coming back back from being sick, things happen. So for the most part not trying to do anything major except get my lifts in at the minimum although things are still moving slower than I would like. On a positive note the adjustment to my keppra has been a life saver. Just realized first full month I've been tremor, partial seizure and foggy head free! When you've eaten nothing but cough drops and cough syrup for a week & can't wait for your πŸ• πŸ•πŸ• to be ready take videos of it 😝😝😝. Got the recipe from @sami.g.fit for a fast simple way to make a cauliflower dough pizza. I got my bag of cauliflower rice at Target. Threw an egg in it, some mozzarella and Parmesan cheese nuked it and baked it a baking stone for 20 minutes and then loaded it up with everything I like on a pizza and baked for another 10 minutes. Don't fear this video Olylifters πŸ‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈ this clown 🀑 isn't crossing over 🀣🀣🀣. The only thing I'm learning from my Saturday lower hypertrophy workout is to stick to just watching Olyliftng. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. But I do love ❀️ adding this and also front squats as part of my accessory work. Although I still send hate text messages to my coach every Saturday. Snatch grip Romanian deadlifts. Definitely not clean and I think I need to go wider with my hands. I've been really having an off week getting my lats tight and doing some weird πŸ’© technique wise. I can see @coachlukeepropst laughing now as he grades my video with that look of WTF are you doing πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. I shall be fixed on Monday. P.S. Here is half my gainz 😏 because I won't win any awards for best camera angle in 2017. I was still 😴 #pushpress this morning......and for some reason as I did them I kept singing 🎀 "I ain't no Hollerback girl". I can definitely now spell 🍌🍌🍌🍌. I stuck with 6 x 3 at 65lbs on these today, and didn't bump up the weight as planned. Didn't sleep well last night, and while that affects most people in general it's even more heightened when you're dealing with epilepsy. So again listening to my body. Overall since the first increase to my keppra dosage I feel great. I didn't realize how crappy I was feeling until I started feeling fantastic. A little bitchy from it but physically fantastic. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. Today is the first day I do another increase of 250mg so with that I'm sticking to the game plan of listening to my body. And yes still counting macros at the minimum making sure I get all my protein in and micros at πŸ’―. I also promised my coaches to also at a minimum be at 1350kcals. (keppra can make you really lose your appetite. ). But overall I am averaging 1600kcals - 1850kcals and finally seeing my weight normalize to the point now we are watching it to make sure I don't drop too fast. Lastly is me or do I spy some actual #backgainz ? A few more powerlifting post from this weekend and then I swear the next two weeks will probably be all #foodporn & 🐢 only post. πŸ˜‹. I ended up finishing with 198|121|246 finish. My 2nd attempts on squats and bench misses were all in my head. So this meet was really great practice for mental toughness for me. It happens, we can all be our own worse enemies. Deadlifts which are usually my money πŸ’° maker lift I missed my 3rd attempt at 265lbs. But I know that wasn't a strength thing or mental thing that was why didn't I eat a pizza πŸ• while I waited. I ran out of gas! I even got light headed πŸ˜†. Overall I am so happy with this and improved about 41lbs more from my last meet. I also know I am stronger than this from what I have done in training it just didn't happen yesterday. But we learn and then we grow. I've also been struggling a lot harder the last few weeks with my autoimmune issues which sometimes likes to team up with my epilepsy as well. So between this week and next I have several doctors appointments to get through but also looking forward to resetting mentally and physically. My weight has been stalled no matter what I do and that usually is a great indication to me along with some subtle hints my body is giving me that I'm having issues. (Ok not subtle ....cramping ha ha ). But to me it's just the cards I've been given and you just deal. My fitness pal will be taking a break for about two weeks but yes I'll be back training in that time with my eyes set for another July meet. But again so grateful to @coachlukeepropst & @fitbliss_annie for always always keeping my health as the number one priority before anything else. I've learned so much from these two and continue to grow physically and mentally into a better athlete.
