When you've eaten nothing but cough drops and cough syrup for a week & can't wait for your ๐Ÿ• ๐Ÿ•๐Ÿ• to be ready take videos of it ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜. Got the recipe from @sami.g.fit for a fast simple way to make a cauliflower dough pizza. I got my bag of cauliflower rice at Target. Threw an egg in it, some mozzarella and Parmesan cheese nuked it and baked it a baking stone for 20 minutes and then loaded it up with everything I like on a pizza and baked for another 10 minutes. This week is not going to be perfect but you just do what you can and remember one day doesn't mean your fat or an excuse to beat yourself up over it. Don't mind the look on his face in this photo......I just told him that anyone racking and re-racking my weights for me is going to be my favorite gym buddy, I mean that ๐Ÿ’ฉ๐Ÿ’ฉ๐Ÿ’ฉ heavy. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜‚. So for my 12 Days of Fitbliss Day 9๏ธโƒฃ who is my favorite training partner, motivation and accountability buddy is it goes out to both my coaches, Luke & @fitbliss_annie (even though she isn't here to actually put my weights away ha ha like Luke can ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚). I train with Luke 3-4 days out of the week and I've learned so much in the last 5 months. Really cleaned up my technique and have also gotten through some pretty bad days when I'm not feeling well. As mentioned in previous post I struggle with epilepsy and when I'm feeling off I am off. So it's great to have someone still pushing you to finish the training although the weights might be moving slower and feel more of a grinder that day. #12daysoffitbliss Day 8๏ธโƒฃwhat is my #fitblissfavs tips & tricks to help me stick to my routine during the holidays?๐ŸŽ„๐ŸŽ„๐ŸŽ„. Be #5weeksout and start 2017 with a powerlifting meet with the intent to crush my 2016 numbers ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚. Of course I am still enjoying the holidays although I am at a little bit of a deficit. But over the years one thing that has helped me regardless of the holidays is I never go more than 3 days straight from working out. But for the most part I rarely break my routine or only make small adjustments as far as scheduling which is the case anyway when life happens. I also plan ahead so if I know Iโ€™ll be partying or surrounded by ๐ŸŽ„ ๐Ÿบ๐Ÿป๐Ÿป๐Ÿฅ‚๐Ÿช๐Ÿฐ๐Ÿฎ๐ŸŽ‚ I will usually save my refeed for that day and be a straight shooter as far as macros the days before and after. Of course sometimes that doesnโ€™t always happen and I might end up splurging on that ๐Ÿฐ but I think itโ€™s important that 1 day doesnโ€™t make you fat tomorrow. The important thing is to get back on track after. Especially on busy days like a weekend before the holidays combined with epilepsy pills that can cause me to have more of a suppressed appetite. (But that can also turn on me the opposite way alsoโ€ฆ.neither is a good thing but you just gotta deal which is what I choose to do). So today I had these with me @ostrim beef & elk snack sticks. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ high in protein and low in fat. 90kcals 2.5g (F) 2g ยฉ 14g (P). ๐ŸŽ„#12daysoffitbliss๐ŸŽ„ Day 4๏ธโƒฃ and even way before this my shoulders are violated daily with shoulder accessory work. Here is one from the day after thanksgiving. I normally have a circuit after all my lifts. So as far as favorite shoulder exercises it's all of them. Since @lukeepropst & @fitbliss_annie make me ๐Ÿ™†๐Ÿป. We've been working hard building up my shoulders. I only like them after I'm done ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคฃ. So dumbbell front raises, lateral raises, side lateral raises, banded lateral raises. Not sure if I could hack convinced Coach Anneke to do the same for me ๐Ÿ˜‚. But I do โค weighted glute bridges or banded ones like these to warm up with or finish with after heavy lifts. On the 2nd day of ๐ŸŽ„๐ŸŽ„๐ŸŽ„ @teamfitbliss gave to me........#macrohacks. These are my favorite grab-n-go's that I have on me daily. I always have an extra bottle of the GNC lean shake, my favorite is the Swiss chocolate but right now during the holiday's the gingerbread is bae๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜. I can go to a really lazy eater really fast so having this is a fail proof way for me to meet my protein and micros. 170kcals 6g (F) 25g (P) 6g (C) and also has 3g of fiber.
