But what if you could supercharge your tea and make it a metabolism-boosting powerhouse? Thatâs where Tea Burn comes in.

Read on to learn more about how this product works, its key ingredients, and why so many people are making Tea Burn a part of their daily tea ritual.
What is Tea Burn?
If youâve ever wondered how you could turn your favorite tea into a fat-burning beverage, youâre not alone. Many people love their daily tea but donât realize that by adding the right nutrients, they can take the benefits to a whole new level. Tea Burn is a tasteless, instant powder that you can add to any tea, whether hot or cold, to accelerate your metabolism and promote fat loss.
Unlike typical tea blends, Tea Burn is designed with a scientifically-backed formula that targets key areas of metabolism, fat-burning, and energy support. Itâs an easy way to enhance the effectiveness of your tea without changing its flavor or compromising on the experience you love. Simply mix one packet of Tea Burn into your tea, and youâll be giving your body the metabolic boost it needs.
Why Choose Tea Burn?
Tea has been used for centuries for its various health benefits, including its ability to increase energy levels, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being. However, the latest scientific research has shown that tea can also be an incredible tool for weight loss. With Tea Burn, you can harness the power of tea and unlock its fat-burning potential, all while supporting your metabolism and boosting your energy throughout the day.
The magic of Tea Burn lies in its unique formulation, which combines several potent ingredients that work synergistically to accelerate metabolism and promote fat-burning. By adding Tea Burn to your daily tea, you can enjoy enhanced weight loss results without the need for drastic changes to your diet or exercise routine.
The Science Behind Tea Burn
One of the key factors in the effectiveness of Tea Burn is its ability to work with the natural compounds in tea to unlock your metabolismâs full potential. Scientists have spent years researching the best ingredients to boost metabolism and support fat loss, and Tea Burn combines these ingredients into a powerful formula. Letâs take a closer look at the Tea Burn ingredients that make this possible.
1. Chlorogenic Acid
Chlorogenic acid is a powerful antioxidant found in green coffee beans and has been shown to support metabolism. It helps to regulate blood sugar levels, which is essential for managing weight. By incorporating chlorogenic acid into your tea routine, you can naturally promote fat-burning while supporting your bodyâs insulin levels.
2. Camellia Sinensis
The foundation of most teas, Camellia Sinensis is a plant that has been revered for centuries for its health benefits. It is packed with antioxidants and compounds that help support metabolism and fat loss. This ingredient is also known to promote heart health and improve mental clarity, making it a perfect addition to your tea ritual.
3. Chromium
Chromium plays a significant role in maintaining healthy blood sugar levels and supporting a balanced metabolism. This mineral is essential for the breakdown of fats and carbohydrates, which helps the body convert food into energy more efficiently. Tea Burn includes chromium to ensure that your metabolism remains at its peak, aiding in weight loss and preventing fat storage.
4. L-Carnitine
L-Carnitine is an amino acid that supports fat-burning by transporting fatty acids into your cells to be used as energy. By boosting your body's ability to burn fat for fuel, Tea Burn helps you get the most out of every cup of tea, transforming it into a fat-burning beverage.
5. L-Theanine
L-Theanine is an amino acid found in tea that promotes relaxation and helps reduce stress. One of the key challenges people face when trying to lose weight is stress-induced overeating, and L-Theanine helps combat this. It also supports improved cognitive function, making it easier to stay focused and on track with your health goals.
6. Vitamin Complex
The vitamin complex in Tea Burn helps support your immune system, boost your natural energy levels, and contribute to your overall well-being. These essential vitamins work in tandem with the other ingredients to help your body function optimally, making it easier to achieve your weight loss goals.
How to Use Tea Burn for Maximum Effectiveness
Using Tea Burn is simple. Just add one packet of Tea Burn to your favorite tea each day, and youâll be on your way to boosting your metabolism and supporting fat-burning. Since Tea Burn is tasteless and dissolves instantly, it wonât alter the flavor of your tea or make it difficult to enjoy.
Here are some tips to get the most out of Tea Burn:
Stay Consistent: Like any weight loss aid, consistency is key. Make it a daily habit to add Tea Burn to your tea, and youâll start to notice the effects over time.
Pair It with a Balanced Diet: While Tea Burn can help accelerate your metabolism, pairing it with a healthy, balanced diet will enhance its effects. Focus on eating nutrient-dense foods that support your bodyâs natural fat-burning process.
Exercise Regularly: Incorporating regular physical activity into your routine will help you maximize the benefits of Tea Burn. Whether itâs a brisk walk, a yoga session, or more intense workouts, exercise will help boost your metabolism and make fat loss easier.
Tea Burn and Weight Loss
A common question is whether Tea Burn can actually support weight loss. The short answer is yes. Tea Burn is designed to work with your bodyâs natural processes to enhance metabolism, improve fat-burning, and promote steady energy levels throughout the day.
Many users report feeling a boost in their energy and reduced hunger cravings after using Tea Burn regularly. By improving your metabolism and helping your body burn fat more efficiently, Tea Burn creates an environment where weight loss becomes more attainable.
Additionally, the unique combination of ingredients in Tea Burn helps reduce feelings of hunger, making it easier to stick to a calorie-controlled diet and avoid overeating.

SINGLE DAD! X BABYSITTER! READER HAS ME FROTHING OMGG. Even better when the rest of TF 141 is involved
part 1 | part 2 (coming soon - rest of tf 141 introduced)
master list
MDNI 18+
Warnings: big age gap, babysitter! reader, reader is in medical school (but still legal guys)
You told yourself it was just a temporary summer job, something to fill your pockets over the Summer break as you moved into another year of university. Medical bills were not easy to pay off and your old job that paid the bare minimum did not help you in the least. All it taught you was that you had a nasty uppercut (from the time you actually hit someone and got fired).
So, you found yourself standing in front of John Priceâs house. You stared up at the tall building, brows raised in surprise. He had understated how big his house was⌠it even had a garden and a pool. You may as well consider it a mansion.
You quickly rang the doorbell, smoothening out your tight blouse. Your much more appropriate one was in the wash so you prayed whoever answered the door did not notice.
It was a tall middle-aged who greeted you, beard cleanly trimmed and⌠a hat on his head. Y/N L/N?â He asked you. You swiftly nodded, softly smiling when he stepped aside.
âSo, medical school, huh? Training to become a doctor?â He asks as he brews you a cup of tea while you read over his terms and conditions.
âA surgeon, sir. Not much better, though.â You offer him another smile, hoping to ease the awkward tension.
âRight. Next time I need surgery, Iâll call you up.â He takes a sip from your tea, which you notice but you say nothing. âJust checkinâ the temperature. Wouldnât want ya to burn yourself.â He hands you the mug, his fingers lingering on your skin for a moment too long.
âI assume this is only a quick job for you? Just away to gain a bit of money to pay those student fees off?â
Your cheeks heat up in embarrassment as you nod. âYes, sir. I know I should have clarified it but Iâm a little desperate at this point. Besides, no retail places want to hire me⌠after I hit someone.â
Your words intrigued him. He let out a low chuckle as he sat across from you. âNow Iâm interested.â
âWell⌠thereâs not much to it⌠a guy kept staring at my chest. He said some vulgar stuff and next thing I knew, I was punching him.â
Price shrugs, leaning back in his seat. âThe lad was askinâ for it. So, what do you think about the job? Youâll honestly be a glorified babysitter. Just do some cleaning and cookinâ here and there and make my baby happy and youâll get a nice pay check every week.â
It all happened in a blur. You agreed to the job and weeks later, you found yourself at Priceâs house more than your apartment. You hadnât stepped foot into your apartment since two days ago, Price generously allowing you to use one of the guest rooms.
âLila has a sleepover tomorrow.â Price mentions as youâre reading the instructions on how to make cookies for Lilaâs bake sale.
Based on the cooking skills you had seen from Price, you doubted he could bake very well. In fact, all he could cook was steak, which was general knowledge for dads.
âI can drop her off if needed.â You offer while opening the packet of flour only for it to explode in your face. You smacked your lips together, grimacing. âNot a word.â You mutter to Price whoâs chuckling under his breath.
âWasnât gonâ a say anything, love.â He helps wipe the flour dust off your face, still grinning in amusement.
In all honesty, your relationship with Price felt a little too domesticated, especially right now as you wore a frilly apron he had bought just for you.
âYour skirtâs too short, by the way.â Price grumbles, attempting to tug it down. âYou sure no creeps stared at you on your way âere? Wouldnât want ya in danger.â
You push his hands away from your hips. âEven if people were staring, Iâll just punch them.â
You had tried to maintain a professional relationship with your boss but it was hard when he carelessly manhandled you and treated you like his wife rather than his daughterâs babysitter.
And all professional behaviour came crashing down when he unexpectedly stood behind you as you whisked the cookie batter.
âYou look like a coke addict.â Price jokes, referring to the flour that still stained your face. âLike you got it everywhere but up your nose.â
âI can assure you, sir, I have never tried coke unless my friend daring me to snort sherbet counts.â
Price grins at your biting remark, his heavy hands falling to your waist. âYeah? Heard it doesnât feel too good with sherbet.â
âNot in the slightest.â
His hands trail dangerously low but you donât have the courage to ask him to stop⌠nor do you really want him too. He seems to sense your willingness as he rests his face in the crook of your neck, body pressed up tightly against yours.
You feel more like his spoiled wife than a medical student just trying to pay her bills.
âYouâre pretty, ya know that? Surprised you donâ have a boyfriend⌠or girlfriend. Or partner. Dunno what your label is.â
With shaking hands, you place the bowl filled with cookie batter to the side, afraid youâll only spill it.
âNever met a woman as soft as you⌠most think I chased Lilaâs mother away. But nah. Her mother ran off, leavinâ me with a baby. Not that Iâm complaining, I love Lila⌠and without her, I wouldnâ have met you.â
Youâre reduced to listening to Priceâs words, stuck between his larger frame and the marbled kitchen counter.
âSir.â You whisper but it reaches his keen ears. Everything after that is a distorted blur and you find yourself bent over the counter, clad in nothing but the apron, with Price right behind you.
Price was a mystery to you. How could a man be turned on by something as simple as an apron? Though, he was a single dad so it made sense.
Price is muttering praises in your ears as your knees tremble, threatening to buckle. You never imagined youâd be in your employerâs kitchen, having your back blown out by the man himself.
His hands were hungrily climbing your body, gripping every bit of exposed skin he could find. If it wasnât for him holding you upright, you would have toppled to the ground in a heartbeat.
You feel Price lift a hand to grip your hair, tugging at your locks. Heâs in a desperate stupor but youâre not any better, pushing back your hips to meet his harsh thrusts.
âGonâ a fill ya up. Give you a baby of yer own. Fuck⌠be so pretty just like you. My perfect little wife.â He grunts in your ear. You have no energy to correct him; that youâre not actually his wife but youâd have no complaints if he bought you a ring.
If anything, his words spur you on more.
Your chest is heaving by the time you near your release. Youâre whining like a damn dog, high pitched noises slipping past your saliva-slicked lips. And you only grow in volume as Price speeds up, pressing his body against your back.
Heâs older than you, thatâs a fact you knew from the start, but heâs definitely more experienced as well. His well thought out words have the desired effect on you as the coil in your stomach snaps.
Your fluids drip down your exposed legs, hitting the tiles kitchen ground in thick droplets. You hear Price swear under his breath, quickly pulling out and staining your back white.
He doesnât say anything for a moment as he rests his forehead on your shoulder. Then he leads you towards his bathroom, ushering you inside and handing you a spare set of clothes.
âImma place your old ones in the washing, yeah?â He mutters, pressing a soft kiss to your cheek before leaving you to wash off.
You sit on the shower floor for a good five minutes, replaying the moment in your head. When you finally cleanse yourself of sweat, you slip Priceâs shirt over your head, inhaling the intoxicating smell of his cologne. It was the one you liked too.
His clothes engulfed you as you stumbled back into the kitchen, hobbling a little.
âI guess Iâll⌠get going then.â You murmur, fidgeting with your hands.
Price reaches out a hand to brush a strand of hair away from your face. Then he nods. âSee you tomorrow night, lovie.â
Right, you still had to finish those cookies and pick up your clothes.

You were a ray of sunshine in the Batfamily's life. You loved the children and Bruce with your entire heart, and everyone took notice. You loved each of the family members differently but equally intensely. No kid ever felt unloved by you.
You softly hum as you trace Damian's face. He always struggled to sleep. He struggled to relax enough even with sleep medication aiding him most nights. Until you start humming softly and draw patterns on his face lightly. His entire body physically relaxes as his eyes flutter shut, his breathing evening out after a minute. His face subconsciously leans into your soothing touch.
With a tender smile on your face and a gentle forehead kiss, you moved onto the next Batboy who struggles with sleep: Dick. You knock your secret knock with a smile on your face. You had a soft spot for Dick the second the kid lost his parents. How could you possibly not when his small body shook so badly in your arms? He had the same tormented look Bruce used to have before your loving family formed.
You hear a soft but excited "come in" from Dick, who seemed to have still been getting ready for bed. He loved it when you told him stories above all else. You told him thousands of your stories, but he was always excited to listen to you talk about the moment you adopted him. You'd tell him about how much you loved him as you reminisced on the first time he called you mom. How your heart had never been so full of love and adoration for your kid. He wasn't an easy kid, but you loved him deeply, and you reminded him constantly.
Dick gives you a warm smile as you set down his nighttime tea: always chamomile with lemon and sugar cubes on the side. It had to be sugar cubes, as the packets tasted weird to him.
"What story do you want tonight, sweetheart?"
He surprised you, honestly, when he asked to hear about how you met Bruce. You chuckle softly.
"It was a rainy Thursday night. We both became vigilantes the same day and met during our nightly adventures. We looked at each other for a long time before we heard police sirens and ran towards it. I must have saved his life hundreds of times that night. We have been close together ever since."
Dick cuddles into his bed and looks at you with wide eyes. He was always excited to hear this story. With a look of adoration, he murmurs,
"And you give us a hard time about our recklessness."
You roll your eyes but can't fight the fond smile off your face. You gently play with Dick's hair, continuing your tale,
"I'm not the one charging into burning buildings nightly without superpowers, darling.
Dick and Bruce adored your moral compass more than anything. You always did what was right no matter how hard it was to do. You saved thousands of lives throughout the time you were a vigilante with Bruce. He called you rash every night because of the way you handled being a superhero, but you see the endangered people and never hesitate. You are immune to damage of all types, so it was easy to run into the thick of danger to save everybody from a burning building or from the Joker's psychopathic game. Joker was angry when he found out you couldn't get hurt. You don't even feel pain because of your powers. You weren't a fun target to him, so he gave up.
"I wish I could've met younger you. I love seeing my mom being a casual badass."
You laugh softly, giving him a cheek kiss as a goodnight. Batboy number 3 was Jason. Jason took after your personality more than the rest and defends you even when it's just reporters talking bad about you. You taught him how to love and accept being loved, despite everything. You taught him to look for the best in everyone because their stories often run deeper than the surface.
You can hear his excited steps as he lets you in. He held up the newest book he wanted to share with you. You read to him every night, as he finds your voice soothes him.
He drags you to his bedside and climbs into his bed. You kissed his forehead before starting to read the book. He knows he could listen to Audiobooks, but he found it was you that soothed him. He found the narrators of Audiobooks often annoying or dramatic, but you read the exact way he wants you to and at the perfect speed.
He was soon drifting off as well, your hand holding his and squeezing morse code messages into his hand. You kissed the tip of his nose gently before moving on.
By the time you were done with all the children, Bruce was back. You grabbed the first aid kid you keep in your shared room. Bruce must've had an easier night because his injuries weren't nearly as life-threatening as usual.
He hissed through his teeth as you cleaned his wounds, but you murmured reassuring words and held his hand with your free hand.
"Just a few more, baby. You're doing so good, my hero."
He squeezed your hand when you were done. His exhausted smile was still so full of love for you.
"We're so lucky to have you in our lives."
He kissed your cheek gently. He loved you deeply, even when it was hard for him to express it. Love truthfully scared him ever since his parents' deaths, but you were the ray of sunshine in his darkest of nights.
"I'm lucky to have my little army of heroes. I love you and the kids."
He gave a tired hum of acknowledgement.
"We all love you too."
Alfred, appearing as silently as ever at the doorway of the bedroom, said,
"Master Wayne, if you don't marry her, I will."
You laugh at Bruce's shocked expression. He whipped around to face Alfred, who was staring at him with a look that was so serious you couldn't help but smirk at. While you'd love to marry Bruce, you knew it wasn't that simple for him. He struggles with the idea of having a loving wife waiting for him. He doesn't feel like he deserves it at the moment, and you respect that. You will continue to be the mother of his children and the warm presence in his life. You voice your thoughts,
"Alfred, I don't need to marry Bruce to be part of the family."
Alfred raised an eyebrow at Bruce, but Bruce was in another place.
"That much is clear, but I still want you officially part of the family. You're the glue holding everyone together."
You smile at the duo. Family is so much deeper than blood, and you continue to prove it to the Bat family every day. You ruffle Bruce's hair gently.
"I'd never say no to my boys."
Bruce took Alfred's advice on your anniversary. He proposed in front of the entire family, which inevitably ended in a dog pile of hugs from all your boys and a sweet kiss from Bruce.
Bruce, your private and loving fiancĂŠe, confirmed the engagement to the world the next day, holding up your hand and giving it a gentle kiss. He held your engagement hand everywhere he went, the rest of the Bat family fighting to hold your other hand, eventually scheduling who holds your other hand in an endless cycle.

A study in Tea || I.N (18+)
Synopsis: An innocent date to a tea shop takes a wild turn when you and Jeongin stumble upon aphrodisiacs.
Pairings: bf!Jeongin Ă fem!reader
Warnings: SMUT MINORS DNI 18+, p in v, rough sex, oral (f), fingering, roughdom!Jeongin, spanking, hair pulling, thigh riding, needy reader, USE OF APHRODISIAC, jeongin being a hot little shit
A/N: not gonna say anything yall enjoy the porn
"Oh look at that one!" You excitedly pointed out a light blue sachet of tea, placed high and proper on a pedestal. Beneath it was a plaque which read 'Butterfly Pea Flower'.Â
"Doesn't this turn pink when you add orange juice or something?" Jeongin eyed the tiny tea flakes in the sample cup wearily, as if it would hop out and attack him at any moment. You rolled your eyes at his utmost ignorance.Â
"I think you mean lemon juice." You corrected him in a matter-of-fact voice, "Ugh just leave me in this place forever!" You bounced up and down on your heel, excitedly looking at all the colourful sachets of teas, coffees and chocolates surrounding you.Â
Cute, Jeongin thought.Â
"Am I going to be spending money on dried leaves all day?" Jeongin peered at yet another sachet suspiciously, to which you rolled your eyes, and pointed towards your handbag.Â
"I have my own money, you know?" You chuckled, going back to skipping through the aisles to find something you like. But Jeongin shook his head.Â
"Now what kind of a boyfriend would I be if I let the love of my life spend money huh?" He said, placing his hand on his chest as if the mere thought of you spending money was nothing short of a scandalous affair.Â
"Ooh let's look there." You said, completely ignoring him as soon as your eye caught a magnificent section filled with different hues of pinks and reds. Your boyfriend complied, letting you drag him wherever you wanted.
After all, he was the one who had suggested going to âthat aesthetic shopâ three blocks down as a date in the first place.
Jeongin admired you while you happily moved through the vast ocean of bold reds and calm maroons, each shade getting inkier as you moved along to the end of the tea section. A soft smile appeared on his face everytime you excitedly pointed at a sachet of tea, rambling for a minute about everything you knew about the fragrant tea leaves sitting in the free trial cup. To any stranger, he would have looked like a madman, going insane out of his love for you.
You, on the other hand, were immersed in reading the titles of each different tea. A mischievous smirk (which your beloved didn't notice), appeared on your face as you reached some of the darker magenta packets. They were outlined in a different kind of font than the other. They were bolder, more tantalising, and to simply put itâsexier. But that smirk was also combined with an involuntary blush, one that Jeongin, with his sharp, fox-like eyes, noticed immediately.Â
âNow which non-existent man here just made my baby blush hm?â He inched closer to you, placing his nose close to your neck, inhaling your scent, âIâll fight him with my bare hands.â
âChivalry exists after all.â You giggled, when you felt his strong arms wrap around your waist as if they were magnets which had been torn away from their iron. Goosebumps erupted on your skin, when Jeongin pressed a particularly wet kiss on the curve of your neck, sucking on it with his plump lips. You were thankful that not a lot of people were in the shop and the employees were on the other side of the store.
âInnie.â You said in a waning tone, hoping it concealed your shaky voice, by god did he make you melt into his hands with a single kiss, âWe are in public.â
âAnd?â Jeongin questioned, teasing your waist with his moving fingers painting invisible murals, âDidn't really stop you from staring at thoseâwhat were they called?â He glanced over your shoulder at the teas, âLove potions.â
You felt your cheeks burn, not out of embarrassment, but from the way Jeongin spoke in that alluringly low voice of his, bringing it down a few octaves just to send ripples through your body. He had you trapped in his arms as well, his lips free to attack your neck like a starved man lusting for food.
âHow aboutââ You felt his grip loosen (only slightly), ââwe test these out at home hm?â
==============================
âDonât drink it yet!â You slapped Jeonginâs hand away from the steaming cup of tea, âThe instructions say we need to wait for five minutes forââ You stopped in the middle of your words, taking a breath before speaking, ââfor the effect to fully register.â
âOh the effect will register alright.â Jeongin smirked, his dimple appearing on his face, âBut what should we do while weâre waiting hm?âÂ
âYou really wanna ruin the magical adventure of drinking this, donât you?â You bit your lip, eyes flickering down to his swollen ones (the parking lot was an amazing place for a messy makeout). Jeongin scrunched his nose, making you chuckle.
âIâve never even heard of these things.â Jeongin glanced down at the mugs filled with lilac-coloured liquid, âAphrodisiacs huh?â He chuckled darkly, âShame that we didnt know about it before, imagine all the fun we could have had.â Jeongin noticed your awkward smile and the way you avoided his eyes. He raised his brow at you.
âDonât tell me you knew.â He groaned on seeing your smile widen, âAnd you seriously never told me?â
âWell would you look at that, it's been five minutes.â You said quickly, grabbing the mugs and shoving one of them in Jeonginâs hand, âCheers!â You clinked your mug with his.
Jeongin smirked into his cup before lifting it to his lips, pretending to pour it down his throat. He eyed you from a corner, silently musing over the way you were forcing yourself to drink it. It must have tasted horrible, a fact which he used as an opportunity.
âFuckâi canât drink the rest.â He said, loud enough for you to hear it. He proceeded to walk over to the sink and dump the entire tea in, making it look like he had only drunk half.Â
âMe neither.â He heard you groan, following in his footsteps and dumping only a little amount of tea into the sink. You wiped your mouth with the back of our hand, sticking out your tongue in a disgusted manner.
âWe did not just waste our money on that horrible thing.â You said, âI need sugar right now.â
âWoah, hold on.â Jeongin grabbed your wrist, pulling you closer to him, a mischievous glint in his eyes, âDidn't the instructions say it wouldn't work if you ate anything after drinking it?âÂ
âWelp.â you shrugged your shoulders in defeat, âGuess we have to wait then.â you turned around to face the counter and your eyes landed on the ripped packet of tea laying on the granite surface. âEffective in less than a second!â was written in front in cream, coloured italic letters, to complement the magenta colour of the packaging.Â
What a scam, you thought, wondering why you weren't immediately feeling the urge to go ham crazy on Jeongin right in the middle of the kitchen.
If only you knew what would happen later.
============================================
âUgh fucking hell....â You said, rubbing your forehead with your fingers, did the living room always smell so much like Jeonginâs cologne?
âYou okay babe?â He asked, looking up from the book he was reading. He had noticed you constantly bringing your hand up to your head, in an attempt to soothe your nerves. Was this a side effect of the tea? Jeongin wondered. You were sitting only a few inches from him, with your feet slightly touching his.
âWhy do you smell so good right now?â You asked him, albeit you had to admit that you were technically asking yourself that. Jeongin chuckled darkly, and put his book down on the table, crawling over to you on the sofa. His arms automatically wrapped around your waist.
âYou sure youâre alright baby?â He asked again, this time inching his face closer to yours, âDo you wanna get to bedââ
Jeonginâs sentence faded into a groan, the sound deep and raw, and before you could pull away from your sudden attack on his lips, his hand moved to the back of your neck, pulling you back to him, his lips crashing against yours with a carnal hunger. You felt the heat too, the urgency that was beginning to rise between you so suddenly.Â
You felt his tongue caressing the inside of your mouth, tracing the shape of your teeth, stroking your own tongue, coaxing it to move with his. A soft moan escapes you when the kiss becomes more intense, Jeongin's slender tongue effortlessly sliding into your mouth and dominating the kiss, arousal pooling between your thighs while your mind fogs with lust, the feeling of his hands burning into your skin as you think you're going to go mad with desire.Â
The aphrodisiac worked after all, a small voice at the back of your head said. You felt your head grow light from the lack of air, but still, you were locked in the kiss, unable to pull away, unable to do anything but respond to him.
âcâmere, baby,â he murmured, voice heavy with arousal. You shifted forward, practically climbing onto his lap, pulling a groan from deep within him. Your entire body moved on its own accord, as if you had come alive for the first time; your mouth worked against his and you circled your hips against his and you were consumed entirely by him.Â
He kissed back more firmly this time. His fingers dug into your hip and you sighed into his mouth in response. He took this as a good sign, moving his hand around to palm at your ass.
He gives an experimental roll of his thigh, and the friction against your clothed core draws a sharp gasp from your lips. The sensation is maddening, just enough to stoke the fire thatâs been smoldering inside you, but not nearly enough to satisfy.
You brought your left hand to his shoulder, fisting your fingers in the fabric there and pulling him closer. He understood your intention eased up on your lips and began a slow trek towards your collar bone, leaving a love bite there that had you gasping. He kissed down the low lying neckline of your oversized shirt, which covered your thighs. Jeonginâs fingers reached below the shirt, hitching it up to your bustline, and ghosting over the skin there,
As if you had unconsciously understood him, you raised your arms up to give him better access. Jeongin smirked as he pulled your shirt off the top of your head in one swift motion, leaving you in your bra and panties.Â
His hands eagerly travelling across the exposed skin you just revealed, fingers dancing across your lower abdomen before reaching your lower back and up, swiftly unclasping your bra and pulling it off while your lips meet his passionately, both of you smiling into it to start with.
You gasped at his touch, your hands moving in the hair at the back of his head, fingers winding through the strands, nails dragging at his scalp. The adrenaline racing up your spine made you feel like you might vibrate out of your skin. Jeonginâs eyes darkened at the sight of your perked up nipples.
âSo fucking needy for me.â he mumbles, a hand coming around to let you wrap your arms around him. As soon as your weight falls on his thigh again, your mouth falls agape, and your forehead falls on his shoulder. Your breathing gets heavier, softly rubbing your lower half on his thigh.
âYou alright baby?â Jeongin asked, his hand coming up to rub your back, his leg muscle unintentionally flexing under you. You let out a loud gasp at the sudden stimulation. Though you had ridden him multiple times before, this one felt so much more different. So much more ravenous.
You continued to move on his thigh, finally finding the spot, your clit rubbing against his thigh. Jeonginâs eyes continued to eye you up and down, lingering for a long time at the sight of your naked breasts bouncing up and down rhythmically.
âSuch a good girl, you're such a good angel,â He said, now feeling the strain on his grey sweats.
The heat off of him felt so nice. You nuzzled your head into the crook of his neck. Your bare chest pressed against him. You slowly caressed the skin on his back. Turning your head up, he turned his gaze down and your eyes met. A moment savoured just before you leaned in and you kissed. You lingered before you both pulled back just slightly.
His thigh rubbed your cunt just right, making the right amount of friction. You buck your hips to grind against him, moaning out. âNghâŚfuck..â You grasp at his shoulders and grind harder, your shame got thrown out the window. You were dripping on his pants at this point, your stomach forming a burning knot.Â
"Innie," you groan when he cups your breasts, squeezing firmly but not too hard, his fingers grazing over your nipples and pulling on them softly, dragging more sinful noises out of you. "I need you," You sigh out, lolling your head back as he toys with your boobs shamelessly with his long, sleek fingers, smirking against your skin at the feeling of your hips grinding against him harder, needing to ease the incessant throb between your legs, the intolerable heat that only he could help you with.
âPlease, please, need your fingers,â you pant like youâre in heat. The tea was working its wonders on you, which Jeongin was highly pleased to see.
Like mercy from God, his middle finger leaves through your folds. It simply strokes up and down for a little while, focusing fleetingly on your sensitive nub before tracing around your entrance, making you whimper desperately. You closed your eyes and exhaled softly, when you felt his cold fingers against your wet folds.Â
"So wet for me, honey?" His rhetorical questions were turning you on even more. His dominance knew no bounds and so did his fingers, that were gently rubbing your labia. Everything around you started fading away, the only thing you could focus on was Jeongin and his fingers on your pussy.Â
You lost yourself when he slowly inserted his finger inside, finally making you moan properly (just the way he liked it) and burying your face into Jeonginâs clavicles, desperate arms scratching at his back.
âOh you like that don't you?â He grinned, watching your poorly hidden scrunched face as he felt your throbbing arousal. You started seeing stars even so your eyes were tightly closed. Wet juicy sounds wafted through the living room and for a moment, you forgot where you are or what your name is.Â
Jeonginâs curling inside you picked up the pace, his hot breaths turned into chuckling, as he felt your clenching around him. You let out a loud moan, your chest was moving rapidly, as you tried to catch your breath.
But Jeongin wouldn't let you have your fun. And soon enough his fingers had left your panting pussy faster than you could comprehend anything.
âInnie!â You cried, edging towards him, with a shocked expression on your face, âWhy would youââ
He didn't let you complete your sentence properly, choosing to make you fade it into a pleasured scream, when his hand collided with your rear with a loud smack, jolting you forward slightly. You whimper at the pain but find oddly that thereâs a sensation. You find yourself moaning softly, and now magically laying on your stomach.
Thwack, thwack, thwack. He delivers a few more. With each one, the feeling is more pleasant, your skin tingling under his ministrations. He takes a moment, gently rubbing up and down your back, almost like heâs soothing you. He feels you rising and falling with your sharp breaths under his hand. Youâre mortified at how much youâre liking this. Perhaps it was because of the tea.
âDirty little slut.â he taunts, smacking you once more, eliciting a guttural groan from you, âWhoâd have thought that my sweet baby would love this so much?â Jeonginâs warm breath on your ear tickles you.Â
He shifts slightly and then chuckles deeper, noticing a dark wet patch on your underwear. âYouâre really liking this,â his hand settles between your cheeks, rubbing at your clothed heat. You whimper and arch your back. âYouâre soaking darling,â he coos. âIâve barely even touched you and youâre a whimpering mess,â he moves his hand up to pull down your underwear, it peels slowly away from your core, the cool air hitting your wetness and making you shiver.Â
Jeongin grips your hips tightly and shifts your position to lay on your back, the soft material of the sofa providing a sort of comfort to your skin, which was already bruised by the multiple kisses that had escaped from your boyfriend's mouth. You watch as he takes off his shirt and pulls down his trousers, exposing his hard cock, dying to burst out of his boxers. Jeongin's cock is oozing with precum, and you can see the dampness spreading on his boxers as he slowly takes them off, coming to rest between your legs. You hook one leg each over either shoulder, bringing yourself closer to him.
You stretch a bit uncomfortably in this position, but any discomfort fades away the moment he leans forward and licks from your entrance to the top of your clit. A loud moan escapes you as his warm, wet tongue makes contact with your pussy. You sigh into the sensation, your eyes fluttering shut as you tangle your fingers in his hair, anchoring yourself as you urge him deeper. His tongue glides up your folds, skillfully, occasionally pausing to plant soft kisses on your clit. He encircles your clit and sucks, pulling whimpering pleas from your mouth.
âThat feel good, baby?â He murmurs, making you whine in response.
âYes, i-it feels real-really good!â You choked out as his tongue began burrowing into your core, sliding in and out with a wet sound that set your nerve endings on fire.
âOh, my God, Jeongin!â You cry as you feel the tension in your belly tighten, your thighs tremble warningly, and he grabs firmly onto your thighs so he can make them squeeze his head to lock himself in place.
âFuck, yes!â You whine, clenching your thighs around his head as your back arches from the pleasure of your release. Jeongin laps sloppily at your folds, drinking your sweet nectar greedily, refusing to stop until youâre begging him to quit. âInnieâIâahhhh.â You sigh weakly, your body jolting with every languid stroke of his tongue.
Jeongin groans against you, sending delicious vibrations coursing through your body as you tug on his hair, lost in the pleasure. You find yourself grinding your hips forward, desperately seeking more contact as your arousal drips down his chin like a waterfall.Â
You didn't really notice the way Jeonginâs eyes trailed darkly up your body, or the way he lapped up the arousal he had collected on his chin from your heavenly pussy. You didn't notice, until he was laying on top of you, his naked body sprawled out in a magnificent display. You practically drooled.
âPoor baby.â Jeongin cooed at you, cupping your cheek with his hand and leaning forward to place a kiss to your nose, âDo you need my cock, darling?â
You knew he was taunting you, mocking you even, for being so needy for him, but you didn't mind, how could you? When the delicious tip of his naked cock was teasing your throbbing labia so much. You couldn't even say anything, choosing to remain silent and enjoy his teasing.
âCome on now.â Jeongin urged you, smirking, âBe a good girl for me,â He lowered his hips so that his cock was an inch deep in your cunt making you gasp loudly, âand beg for my cock.â
âPlease Innie,â You whined, grabbing his bicep with your right hand and squeezing it, âPleaseâneed you so bad.âÂ
That was all it took for his massive cock to completely split you open. Jeongin thrusts his whole length into you, black dots cover your vision at the feeling of it.
You whimper at the new angle, struggling to accommodate his impressive girth. As your walls squeeze around him, trying to adapt, he uses more force to push deeper, stretching you further. The sensation is intense, almost overwhelming, as it feels like youâre being torn open, split in half by his thickness.
âS-shit itâs like youâre fucking choking my cockâ he grunts out, looking at the slight bulge in your lower stomach. The sight is enough to make him cum right then and there. You nod, babbling incoherently into his ear. Your skin takes on a feverish sheen, but you donât care. All you care about is the feeling of his cock slamming into you and how his arms flex with every thrust.Â
Jeongin doesn't give you any adjustment time, his thrusts are hard and quick, his one hand moves to your head, he grabs a fist full of your hair and puts your head back making your arch your back. He smirks at you like he was testing a theory and he was right about it. He lets go over your hair and moves to your neck. Your eyes widen as he pushes harder and harder against your neck.
âAh, fuck!â Tears are already dripping down your face onto the sofa. His cock is so big, long and hard and he makes your pussy and tummy feel so full of him.Â
âIâve got youâfuckkk.â he soothes and moans his pleasure out simultaneously, fucking you at an impossible pace. This hedonistic feeling was heaven on earth.Â
All you can answer with are moans as they slip off your lips. Your mind goes blank as all you can do is focus on the feel of him stretching you, filling you up, so overwhelmed with bliss already. He thrusts deeper inside you, earning whines and moans as you continue to cry out his name. You try to tell Jeongin, breathlessly, about how good he makes you feel. The sound of your pleasure fuels his desire to fuck you better, urging him to do more. He picks up his pace, thrusting into you quicker, harder, hitting the spot that has your body going numb.
You claw at the sofa's material, burying your face into the crook of his neck to muffle your screams. The air is all stuffy around you as his hips move faster, you whine as you try to push back your hips against his to take more of his thick cock. He moans at the sight, kneading your ass as he tries to bury himself more inside you, the tip hitting your cervix instantly. Your eyes roll back inside your head as you dig your fingers more into the sofa, you mewl at the overwhelming pleasure heâs giving you.
âF-fuck fuck fuck, this feels so gooodââ The sentence doesnât even fully come out from your mouth.
He's so deep inside you, your legs are shaking. He doesn't stop though, instead of his regular thrusts he does small ones so he can stay buried inside you. He stays like that for a while just slowly fucking you, you start to get annoyed, you want more. More of him.Â
"Baby, please."Â
"What do you want, princess?" He looks at your drooping eyes.Â
"Harder please harder." Jeongin chuckles at your pathetic words.
"Fuck" You say breathless as he begins rubbing and thrusting into you once more. Jeongin bites and kisses your ear and your neck. You hold in your moans but can't help the few squeals and whimpers that escape your lips. He whispers the filthiest words known to mankind in your ear, you can't take all the pleasure it's too much.
"I can't" You say but it's barely audible.
"Yes you can baby." Jeongin whispers "Just one more time." He kisses your cheek. You close your eyes tight, your body shakes, your head is fuzzy. "That's a good girl." He praises. "Look at you, cumming for me. Such a good girl." You open your mouth but you can't make a sound.
 You cum, hard.Â
His massive cock and immeasurably hard thrusts were all too much. You came undone with a loud cry, clenching around him as his fingers worked over your clit. The orgasm hit you like a tidal wave and your thighs shook, gripping at the headboard as his breath hitched and he came too, fucking you through it, leaning heavily over your back. You felt your vision turn hazy and gave a moan as you felt him spill inside you, moving your hips what little bit you could into his jagged thrusts, eating up every breathless sound he made by your ear. He pushed into you a couple more times before halting, breathing like a bull behind your head.
His lips peck yours once more before pressing a loving kiss to your temple, his body rolling next to you. You stay like that for a while, sounds of heavy panting filing the air. Your mind racked inside its skull and your eyes started feeling heavy as pure exhaustion hit you like a truck.
You felt Jeonginâs gentle touch pull you closer to him, turning you on your side so that you were more comfortable in his arms. Pressing a kiss to your forehead, he waited until you were fully asleep before slowly removing his arms from your body and sneaking into the kitchen, with hastily worn pants.
Jeongin chuckled at the sound of your loud snores, which could be heard even from the kitchen, before he reached into the shopping bag, filled with goodies from the tea shop. Smiling to himself, he collected all the dark maroon packets and quietly tucked them into a cabinet, to keep them absolutely safe and sound.
(And absolutely hidden from you.)

810 words
You were attacked with affection the minute you had stepped foot in the house, but you werenât complaining. It was like James had appeared from thin air to help you shuck your coat off and hang it up for you.Â
âChrist, babe. It didnât know how freezing it was out there. Youâve got like, bits of ice on you.â He fussed, scrutinizing your shaking body and wind-pinched face.Â
âIt wasnât that bad, the walk was pretty.â You thought that would be reassuring, but James just looked more aghast.Â
âYou walked the whole way here?â
âI mean, yeah. I didnât have money for the bus.â You admitted shamefully. It seemed like Sirius had appeared in the room to give you a (loving) talking to as well.Â
âThen in that case, you call one of us, yeah?â He grabbed your face gently, turning you away from James to look at him. He had his whole intimidation thing going on that made you want to melt into the floor. âYou donât get to put yourself in danger walking in this.â He gave your chin an affectionate squeeze before dropping his hand from your face, you let your gaze fall to the floor.
âI will,â You muttered, barely intelligible. This time it was James who tilted your face up.Â
âSpeak up baby, and look Pads in the eye when you talk to him.â He was gentle but still assertive. You quickly corrected.Â
âI will call you next time.â Still mousy, but at a discernible volume, and now you could see when Siriusâ usual grin overtook his concerned features. He pulled you into him, giving you a tight squeeze.Â
âYouâre okay, babydoll. Youâre not in trouble.â He kissed your neck, making it hard for you to breathe.Â
âWhoâs not in trouble?â You heard Remusâ even tone from the kitchen. You tugged the two men next to you over to where Remus was. He was sitting at the counter, doing some work on his laptop.
âWell it seems like Y/N was determined to give us the fright of our life this afternoon.â James joked (rather dramatically in your opinion), but itâs all good now.Â
âThey will be requiring some hot chocolate, though.â Sirius pinched at your nose, making an awful cooing sound. âBaby, your face is still all cold.âÂ
Remus stood up to rummage through the box of hot drink mixes. âPads love, could you run upstairs and grab the sweater off the end of the bed?â his voice turned more serious as he looked at you. âIt doesnât surprise me that youâre still cold, that shirt likely isnât doing much to keep you warm.âÂ
âActually,â You spoke up, ignoring his comment. âCould I have some coffee instead?â James scoffed and Remus rolled his eyes.Â
âItâs half past five, baby dove. Youâll be up all night if you have caffeine right now.â Remus clearly wasnât in the mood to be argued with, but you pressed in.
âIâll be fine! Besides, my head hurts and I need to get some work done.âÂ
âYeah, well, get that idea out of your head.â James shook your shoulders affectionately. âYouâve been burning the candle at both ends lately, you need a rest.âÂ
âWho needs a rest?â Sirius trotted over to you, manhandling you to get Remusâ sweater over your head.Â
âY/N,â James tattled. âThey think theyâre getting coffee at this hour.â He laughed like you were being obviously ridiculous. âThey also have a headache and didnât tell us.â You mustâve looked absolutely appalled and quickly floundered to control the damages.Â
âI didnât think it was important! Itâs not bad anyway.âÂ
âWell, letâs try to keep it from getting bad.â Remus handed you a steaming cup of hot cocoa, along with a packet of biscuits. âHere, eat these so you can take some pain pills.â He glanced over to James, making the bespectacled boy rummage through the medicine box while Sirius set on getting a glass of water for you.Â
âI donât need any medicine, it will go away on its own.â You pleaded, covering your mouth full of biscoff and feeling flustered from all the attention. Sirius clearly disagreed, because the comment earned you a hard pinch on your bum.Â
âDo what Moons saidâ He punctuated the order with a kiss to your forehead, letting you know he wasnât really upset with you. Sirius may play stern, but he was really just silly and enjoyed ordering you around a bit, knowing that it made you heated and blushy.Â
You set down your hot drink and half-eaten snack to take the pills and water, swallowing your pills and finishing the whole glass before you handed it back.Â
âThere you go,â James cooed, pulling you into his side. âThatâs a good girlâÂ
You groaned, earning a dark chuckle from Remus.
"Poor baby," He teased, clearly not feeling very sorry for you.
It was going to be a trying night.

going to a cafe with the jujutsu kaisen men a/n: (based on irl experience with a wide variety of subpar men) đ gojo's order being my order...aurkay!
gojo â def the type to walk in and push his sunglasses down to check out the place. his order def goes something like a venti caramel macchiato with almond milk, two pumps of vanilla and two pumps of hazelnut, and a little caramel swirl at the top. smiles and is friendly to all the baristas, he's never rude to workers. tells the barista is gojo, with an o. whoever's unfortunate enough to be stuck next to him is doomed to hear him wax poetic about how coffee beans are the soul of the earth, and its 'really deep, you wouldn't get it lol'. if you order a black coffee, he'll ask if everything is okay at home. can't leave the cafe without ordering a $8.00 sweet treat and then wondering why all his purchases are adding up
geto â walks in as if he's a regular and tells the barista that he'll have his 'regular'. the barista has never seen him before. probably orders a flat white, double shot of espresso, no foam. he always says he doesn't have to pretend to like foam because he's chill like that. he'll ask for the wifi password, but only so he can show off how good he is at working in a cafe, but his ass is on coolmathsgames. will nod and pretend to care about whatever you're saying but he's still thinking about coolmathsgames. will also drop random metaphors like 'life is just like coffee. you either take it strong or with sugar.' you tell him to save the bad metaphors for his cult.
nanami â doesn't wander or hesitate when he enters the cafe. checks his watch every five minute. orders a black coffe, medium, and adds one packet of sugar. he's pretty good at ordering what he wants efficiently, and it leaves even the barista worried. he's here to relax so don't ask him any unnecessary question because this man needs a break. actually enjoys eavesdropping on people's conversations, and ends up tilting his angle to snoop on gossip better. avoids small talk like its another curse. you can't really make him react too much in a cafe, unless you spill coffee on his freshly pressed suit. will be passive aggressive and suggest that the cafe chooses better music. likes a good, dependable pastry. apple danishes are a favourite.
sukuna â prefers tea, without debate. but still orders relatively normal things. likes a good latte with chocolate syrup. but the king of curses kinda has to look cool, so he powers his way through a black coffee, with no sugar or milk. you swear his eyes are tearing up as he pretends to like it. after every sip of coffee, he sighs really loudly and it gets a bit annoying. even after you ask what's wrong, he says its nothing and continues to sigh loudly. nanami may be the one who eavesdrops, but sukuna is the one who interferes. will turn around in his chair to give unsolicited advice, but he genuinely thinks he's being helpful by telling schoolgirls to buy cleavers to chop their friends' hands off. is mildly offended when they move tables and give him weird looks. passes loud comments on other people and tells couples when he thinks they will breakup. attempts to connect to the wifi three times before threatening to burn the router.
toji â the barista asks if he wants a pastry with his drink and he asks 'do i look like the type of man to eat a muffin?' but if they're free, he'll take two. sits with his back to the wall like he's in a mob movie. god help anyone who sits too close to him, he really just doesn't trust anyone in his personal space. doesn't even acknowledge the existence of others until he's had at least three sips of his coffee. you could tell him his house is on fire, and heâd just mutter that he can't do anything about it now. types the wifi password on his phone with one finger like a caveman. tells parents to 'control their spawn' but entertains kids with coin tricks when no-one is looking. sometimes struggles to fit the lid on his go-to cup, and refuses to asks for help. wrestles with it for five minutes, getting increasingly annoyed before rushing out the door.
choso (this one is dedicated to pookie @creamflix) â frowns at the menu like it's written in an ancient language, like wtf is affogato. if someone behinds him coughs, he scolds them and says he's going as fast as he cans. spends 10 minutes deciding and then panics at the last second, tells the barista to give him whatever. if the barista asks any follow up questions (like milk preferences) he genuinely short circuits, "what kinds of milk are there?" he's genuinely baffled that there are options beyond 'cow.' he'll point at a pastry and ask what's in it. the barista explains and he replies with 'okay i trust you.' always ends up picking a wobbly table by accident and spends 15 minutes trying to fix it with folded napkins. if someone asks to share his table, he'll look like they just asked for his kidneys. if someone asks for his opinion on his pastry, its always a dumbass cryptic answer like 'its interesting.' uses his phone on full brightness and everyone can see him look up 'how to pronounce cafe au lait.' cleans up after himself because he's nice like that. if the staff get his order wrong, he never says anything even if it tastes like dirt.

Satoru - You'll be smothered to death
You got sick.
Of course, it would happen now, while Satoru was off on one of his endless missions, leaving you to fend for yourself in the pristine prison he called an apartment. He hadnât been home in days, blissfully clueless to the fact that even swallowing felt like trying to gulp down shards of glass. Your muscles ached, your head throbbed, and every inch of you craved nothing more than a warm drink and a blanket.
Dragging yourself to the kitchen, you held onto a sliver of hopeâmaybe there was tea or, if you were really lucky, a sad packet of instant ramen. But every cabinet you opened revealed a whole lot of nothing. Great. You checked the fridge next. Also empty, naturally. Your meals were always mysteriously delivered by someone you'd never met while Satoru was away. Maybe they'd bring you soupâŚor were you destined for another serving of that fancy sushi you could barely stomach in this state?
You almost wanted to laugh at the absurdity of complaining about such âluxuries.â
And cooking for yourself? Yeah, right. Satoru had confiscated the knives ages ago, forbidding you from using them unless he was there to watch over you like the lovesick freak he was. You cast a sarcastic, vulgar gesture toward one of the many cameras heâd installed around the apartment. Not that heâd ever actually check the footage, right? âŚRight?
With a sigh, you shuffled into the bathroom, opening one cabinet after another, desperate for somethingâanythingâthat could bring a sliver of relief. A cough drop, even a crusty, ancient one, wouldâve been a miracle right now. But no, it seemed that the only things Satoru deemed essential were shea butters, body scrubs, and various impractical âessentials.â Your throat burned, each swallow a new brand of torture, and frustration prickled behind your eyes.
Before you knew it, youâd sunk to the floor, tears slipping down your cheeks as exhaustion took over. You tried to laugh at the ridiculousness of it all, but it came out as more of a weak wheeze. Trapped, sick, and utterly alone, you let yourself drift off on the cold tiles, surrounded by empty cabinets and an even emptier feeling gnawing at your chest.
You werenât sure when youâd fallen asleep, but the faint sound of the front door clicking open stirred you from your feverish dreams. Footsteps echoed through the apartment, far too energetic to belong to anyone but him. You groaned softly, squinting against the bright light as Satoruâs familiar voice filtered through the fog of your headache.
âYoo-hoo! Iâm home, sweet cheeks! Did you miss me?â
You tried to sit up, but the ache in your muscles protested, leaving you slumped against the wall. Before you could answer, Satoru poked his head into the bathroom, his usual grin plastered on his faceâthough it faltered as his blue eyes landed on you. In an instant, he was crouched at your side, his hands hovering around you as if he couldnât decide where to start.
âOh, sweetheart,â he tutted, his grin morphing into a mock pout. âDid you get all pathetic while I was gone?â His fingers found your forehead, and he clicked his tongue, his eyes widening as he felt the heat radiating from your skin. âYouâre burning up! Were you planning to bake yourself in here like a cute little fever muffin? And why didnât you ping me?â
Ah, yes. The pager. Right. Because apparently, pagers were still a thing in Satoruâs world.
You groaned, trying to turn your face away from his intense stare. âSatoru⌠I was fine.â
âFine?â he echoed, clearly amused. âYeah, sure, if by âfineâ you mean pathetically slumped on the bathroom floor.â Without warning, he swept you into his arms, ignoring your weak protests as he carried you to the bedroom. He laid you down with the same exaggerated care he reserved for something truly precious, pulling the soft white sheets over your shivering frame.
âDo you realize,â he said, half-joking, half-scolding, âhow irresponsible it was to get sick while I was gone? Honestly, you should know better.â He bundled the blankets around you so tightly that you could barely wiggle a finger. âYou donât have permission to be sick without me around.â
âPermission?â you mumbled, your voice muffled, eyes half-lidded as the fever continued to fog up your mind.
âExactly!â He ruffled your hair with that chipper enthusiasm. âIf Iâd been here, I wouldâve made sure you ate properly. And I wouldâve personally spoon-fed you medicineâdoesn't that sound delightful?â His eyes sparkled with a teasing glint, though there was something unsettlingly serious beneath it.
âAre you going to⌠let me breathe in here?â you managed to ask, noting just how thoroughly heâd cocooned you.
âOh, no no,â he chuckled, settling onto the edge of the bed with an exaggerated sigh of satisfaction. âYouâre not escaping my care now. Not after letting yourself get sick while I was gone.â He leaned in close, his face inches from yours, that unnervingly charming smile back in place. âIâm on nurse duty, and youâre my sole patient. Lucky you, huh?â
You whined as he pressed a kiss to your forehead. Sure, he was sweet, even doting at times. But he was also, without a doubt, a little bit of a freak. He left, claiming heâd be back with âsuppliesâ that you could only imagine were absurdly over the top.
An hour later, he returned, brandishing a spoon and a cup of soup, and propped you up as if you were some doll. âNow, open up,â he cooed, lifting the spoon with exaggerated gentleness. âYouâre going to eat every bite, and then weâre binging every Studio Ghibli movie youâve never seen. You love those, right? You mentioned it on our first date.â His eyes flashed, a brief, intense look that was almost⌠possessive, before softening again. âAnd if I hear even a hint of a cough, I might just smother you in blankets until you forget what a cold feels like.â
You tried to roll your eyes, but the warmth of the soup soothed your throat, and despite the fever still clawing at you, you managed a faint smile. Satoru kept feeding you, chattering on about his mission, each story punctuated with exaggerated gestures that made the soup tremble on the spoon. His presence was overwhelming, but, for once, you didnât mind.
âSee?â he said proudly when youâd finished, grinning down at you like a smug nurse. âAll you need is a little Gojo love, and youâre practically healed already.â
He moved to start up Porco Rosso, something youâd never seen but that he insisted youâd adore.
But as he fussed over you, you caught a flicker of worry in his playful eyesâa soft, fleeting look, as though he truly believed you were the most fragile thing in his world. And despite everything, despite the suffocating way he hovered, you felt a strange sense of comfort. Perhaps in a way you were growing insane day by day. Heâd stay by your side, even if you were only here because heâd pulled you into his world and held on so tightly, refusing to let go, because losing you was something he couldnât bear. He couldn't lose someone so important to him.
Suguru - Just let him take care of you, yeah?
Your muscles ached, and your eyes felt swollen, as though youâd cried them shut. Everything hurt, every shiver that wracked your body twisting the ache deeper. Cold sweat clung to you, dampening the sheets that Suguru had so carefully arranged around you. You were caught between chills and feverish heat, unable to reconcile how you could be shivering and sweating all at once.
Heâd left early this morning after a long, restless night, one that left its marks painted across your skin. The ache wasnât entirely unfamiliar, but you could still feel each bruise, each biteâa reminder of his hands, his mouth, his possessive need to leave you claimed. Maybe that was why your muscles were so sore, why each breath felt like it only barely filled your lungs.
You swallowed, the pain flaring in your throat. You stared up at the wooden beams of the traditional ceiling, another piece of this house heâd locked you inâfor your own good, as he liked to remind you. Once, youâd tried to tell him you needed space, that the relationship was too much, that he was too much. Now, the only âspaceâ you had was this house, shared with him, furnished to his tastes. The traditional Japanese garden beyond the window, with its perfectly placed stones and swaying bamboo, felt like a prison as much as it did a picturesque scene out of a movie.
You drifted off to the rhythmic patter of rain against the shoji screens, wondering how he'd react when he saw you like this. Unease filled you.
A sound brought you back, barely louder than the rainâa soft, padded footfall just beyond the sliding door. A familiar twinge of anxiety stirred in your stomach, the kind you had yet to shake whenever he approached. The door slid open with practiced care, his silhouette filling the frame before stepping inside.
"My love?" Suguru's voice was gentle, almost reverent, as he moved toward you, closing the distance with graceful precision. His violet eyes swept over you, dark with concern, though a small smile tugged at his lips, as though he found a strange beauty in your frailty.
âYouâre not feeling well, are you?â he murmured, his voice softening further as he knelt beside you. A sick smile on his lips as if he enjoyed this. One of his hands brushed a damp strand of hair from your forehead, his touch tender, and intimate. âYou poor thing⌠itâs no wonder. Youâve been keeping everything bottled up. All those silly little thoughts and worriesâŚâ
He pressed a warm cloth to your forehead, his fingers gentle, almost soothing. Yet there was something in his touchâa possessiveness, a kind of pride in seeing you like this, dependent on his care, trapped under his gaze.
âYou know,â he whispered, his voice low and sweet as he continued to smooth back your hair, âyou donât have to hold back with me. Iâll take care of everythingâeverything you could ever need. Iâll make sure you never have to worry about a single thing. Not your health, not your happiness⌠not even your freedom.â His smile softened as his hand moved to cradle your cheek, thumb stroking softly, possessively. âAll you have to do is trust me, my love.â
A faint shiver went through you, whether from the fever or his touch, you couldnât be sure. You tried to turn your face away, but his hand held you firmly, coaxing your gaze back to him. âRest, darling,â he murmured, his tone leaving no room for argument. âIâll stay by your side. Iâll make sure youâre safe, warm. Isnât that what you need?â
His eyes, gentle yet held something so dark in those violet irises, held a depth of obsession that left no room for refusal, and despite the fever clouding your mind, you could feel itâthe certainty that no matter how many walls you tried to build, Suguru would tear them down, piece by piece, until all you had was him.
The last thing you heard as sleep overtook you was his voice, murmuring soft reassurances, as he brushed his lips over your forehead.
Suguru adjusted his hold, wrapping the blanket more snugly around you as he cradled you closer, pressing a few soft kisses to the top of your head. You felt his fingers trail down your arm, gentle yet something dark lurked under such a touch, as though even your feverish skin was something precious to him.
He shifted, leaving the bed momentarily, though his gaze never wavered from you, his eyes flickering with a hint of unease at the brief separation. He returned a moment later, a bowl of rice porridge.
Something he must have prepared while you were half-asleep. âI made this just for you. Something gentle, soothing⌠I didnât add anything too spicy; I know your throatâs sore.â
He carefully lifted the spoon to your lips, watching intently as you sipped with half-lidded hazy eyes. âGood girl,â he encouraged softly, his voice dripping with satisfaction. âEat up. Iâll make sure you do. Iâll stay right here, feeding you every bite if thatâs what it takes.â
You shifted slightly, trying to sit up more reaching for the spoon, but Suguruâs hand pressed gently against your shoulder, holding you down. âAh, ah, donât try to get up, my love,â he chided, a faintly scolding edge to his tone. âYouâre in no condition to move around.â He gave a soft sigh, though there was a smile in his eyes as he leaned closer, âJust rest. Let me dote on you as much as you deserve. I donât mind taking care of every little thing.â
He continued to feed you with small, measured bites, murmuring reassurances and encouragements with each spoonful, as though the simple act of eating was an accomplishment he was proud of. âThatâs it,â he whispered. âYouâre doing so well. Just a little more, love⌠Thereâs no need to be shy.â
As you finished, he wiped your mouth gently, his gaze softening as he watched you with a near-adoring smile. âThere,â he said, his tone full of satisfaction as if he had achieved something profound just by keeping you fed. He pulled the blankets back up, tucking them so tightly around you that it was almost suffocating, as though he feared even a single draft could harm you.
With a sudden look of inspiration, he began fussing over the room itself, adjusting the windows, pulling the shoji screens shut just a bit tighter. âCanât have any chills sneaking in, can we?â he said, more to himself than you. âYou need warmth, peace⌠not a hint of discomfort.â He glanced back at you with a pleased smile, clearly contented by the thought of keeping every single detail in perfect order.
Finally, he returned to your side, pulling you back into his arms, and settling you against his chest again. âThere we go,â he murmured, his fingers combing carefully through your hair, untangling every knot with precise, gentle strokes. âYou donât need to worry about anythingânot about what youâll eat, not about what youâll wear, not even about how youâll get up tomorrow. Iâll handle every little thing.â
You tried to shift, but his hold only tightened, his warmth both comforting and stifling. âJust relax, my love,â he crooned, his lips brushing your temple. âAll you have to do is lie here and be good for me, let me keep you safe. Iâll take care of every breath you take if I have to.â
A faint pang of claustrophobia crept in as he held you, but his soothing, rhythmic touch on your hair made it hard to resist sinking back against him. His fingers trailed down your spine, rubbing gentle, possessive circles as he murmured sweet nothings, his voice a soft, dark lullaby.
âYouâre everything to me,â he whispered, his tone dipping into something almost dangerous, though his touch remained gentle. âThereâs nothing in this world I wouldnât do to keep you safe, keep you here with me.â He stroked your cheek, his gaze intense as he watched you, his face softening as he took in every detail of your weakened state. âSo donât even think about leaving, whether that be in life or death.â
In his embrace, you felt yourself drifting once more, lulled by the warmth, by the touch that was both smothering and tender. And as you lulled to sleep, you couldnât shake the feeling that with every little act of care, every gentle touch, Suguru was binding you tighter and tighter, locking you in a world where you would always be his to protectâhis, and only his.
Nanami - Just to be sure
You awoke abruptly in the night, a sickening wave rising in your stomach. You slipped from his tight grip as quietly as you could, pressing a hand over your mouth as you stumbled to the bathroom, desperate to make it in time. The door shut behind you with a muffled slam, and you collapsed in front of the toilet, gripping the cold porcelain as your body heaved, your breaths coming in short, ragged gasps. You didn't care whether your captor heard you or not as you continued to drain every ounce of you. You slumped over the seat, letting your cheek rest against your arm as you tried to steady yourself.
But then came the soft, deliberate click of the lock turning. Your heart plummeted as his shadow filled the doorway. Nanamiâs gaze was heavy, his sigh almost⌠indulgent, as if heâd expected this. You couldnât even bring yourself to meet his eyes.
"Rough night?" he murmured, his tone deceptively soft. In his hand, you heard the faint rustling of cardboard being opened. Medicine, perhaps? You flinched, a prickle of fear clawing up your spine, as your eyes met the cardboard box. "Here," he said, stepping forward and extending a small, pink test between his fingers. "Take this for me.â
The sight of the pregnancy test twisted your stomach again, but this time with a different kind of nausea. You swallowed hard, feeling your hands tremble as you stared at the item he held out so calmly, that familiar, unsettling smile ghosting over his lips.
âPlease,â he continued, voice coaxing, his smile a bit too unsettling. âItâs the holidays, after all. Good news would mean so much to me.â His eyes gleamed with a strange intensity, one that made your skin crawl. âIno and Yuji would love to hear about our little addition.â
Your hands shook as you took the test from his hands, too frightened to refuse, too exhausted to protest. You didnât dare push him further. You knew what lengths he would go to. You were lucky he wasn't forcing you to piss on it on the spot. The lines between his kindness and his control had long since blurred, and you knew the cost of defiance.
âCould you⌠step out?â you whispered, your voice barely above a rasp. His expression tightened, a flicker of annoyance clouding his face before he relented, stepping back, but only leaving the door open a sliver.
âI wonât look,â he promised, though his voice carried that familiar edge. âBut Iâll be right here in case you⌠need me.â
His words hung ominously in the silence, and even with him just outside, you felt his presence pressing in on you, felt the weight of his watchful attention. Fucking freak. You forced yourself to go through with it, nerves fraying with each second, each stolen glance you imagined him taking through the door. Finally, the result appeared: one line. Negative.
When you opened the door, he stood waiting, his face unreadable, his gaze fixed. He didnât say a word, simply handed you another test, and then another, his lips thinning further with each negative result.
A dark shadow crossed his face as he let out a slow, disappointed sigh. âMust just be a stomach bug, then,â he murmured, his tone clipped, tinged with quiet frustration and disappointment. He reached for you, his touch firm as he wrapped an arm around you, guiding you to the shower, reaching to lift the hem of your nightgown. "Let's get you bathed, shall we? My little wife." he said softly.
The words hung heavy in the airâmy little wife. There was a possessiveness in his tone, one that sent a fresh wave of dread coursing through you. His hands, steady and unrelenting, guided the straps of your nightgown over your shoulders and down your arms, letting it fall to the floor in a soft whisper of fabric. You felt his gaze travel over you, inspecting you as if to memorize every detail, every inch of skin he considered his.
He turned on the shower, adjusting the temperature with his usual calm precision. The warm water began to fill the silence, though it did nothing to wash away the creeping chill that had settled in your bones. His hand remained on your shoulder, a steadying presence that felt more like a shackle than a comfort.
âStep in,â he murmured, his voice soft, almost coaxing, as though this were some intimate, shared moment between husband and wife, as though youâd chosen to be here.
You stepped under the water, feeling its warmth spread over you, but Nanami didnât move away. Instead, he reached for a cloth, lathering it with soap, his movements deliberate, almost ritualistic. He ran the cloth over your shoulder, then down your arm. You could feel the weight of his gaze, his attention never wavering.
âMy little wife,â he murmured again, the words slipping from his lips with unsettling ease. âYouâre too fragile. You need someone to look after you⌠how do expect us to build a family, if you don't let me take care of you?â
His touch moved to your back, the cloth trailing down your spine. Every motion was painstakingly slow, as if he was savoring the moment, drawing it out. His fingers pressed just a little too firmly, a subtle reminder of the control he held, his grip tightening slightly whenever he sensed the faintest hint of resistance.
âYouâve been so stubborn,â he continued, his voice a quiet murmur just above the sound of the water. âIâve had to go to such lengths to make sure youâre safe, to make sure you understand that this is where you belong. With me.â
You swallowed, the words dying in your throat as you felt the cloth glide down your arm again, his movements lingering, methodical. He was talking as if he truly believed thisâhis delusion woven so deeply into his mind that he couldnât see it for what it was.
As he finished, he reached to turn off the water, his hand lingering on the knob for a moment before he looked back at you, his smile too kind for comfort. âIâll dry you off,â he said, almost tenderly, reaching for a thick towel off the counter and wrapping it around your shoulders.
He guided you out of the shower, his hold firm as he began patting your skin dry with a soft towel. His hand brushed your cheek, wiping away a stray droplet, his gaze softening in a way that wouldâve seemed caring if not for the dark gleam beneath it.
âYouâre everything to me,â he whispered, his voice low and sickeningly sweet.
His words sent a shiver down your spine, but before you could pull away, he held you tighter, pressing his lips softly to your forehead, a mockingly gentle gesture that only served to deepen your dread.
âLetâs get you back to bed, my little wife,â he murmured, his tone soft and full of sickening love that made your skin crawl. He guided you out of the bathroom, his hand firm on the small of your back, and with every step, you could feel the walls of your world closing in, tighter and tighter, until there was no room left for escape.

Light Roast Mosaic
Five stages of a relationship, little moments captured at a small cafĂŠ in Monte Carlo, one melting into another. Is it one story? That is for the universe to know and for us to wonder.
warnings: fluff, angst featuring: Franco, Lando, Oscar, Charles, Max
//
Franco's first sip
"Another espresso?" the not-so-polite waitress glanced over both of them, her thick French accent pushing through.
Franco needed to look confident. Third coffee was totally fine and probably on brand with him, so what that his fingers were shaking?
"Yes, exactly," he smiled at her, doubting whether he kept the eye contact for too long or not enough. He was trying not to let his composure down.
His palms were already sweating, they had been for the past hour. Part of him wanted to get up and run away, the other would do anything to make sure you were glued to the chair you were sitting on forever.
The waitress left, leaving her opinions to herself and you were back at the semi-awkward conversation break again. He looked back at you, you averted and blushed, missing the part where he blushed too. The French waitress had just interrupted you telling a story about your sibling, one that still made you laugh years later. Your heart was beating fast - because you managed to make him laugh too.
"I'm sorry, so what happened next?" Franco asked leaning forward towards you.
You fiddled with your fingers. "Um, nothing, that is it, I believe," you replied, regretting that the wind was taken out of your punch line. You were nervous, hell, nervous times seven. And yet, the conversation flew back and forth, as if you wanted to use up all of your words on him and choke on his.
"Sounds like a fun childhood," he remarked naturally. You could feel his gaze burning through you. For some reason, you dared not to look back. Was this a date? You had just met few days ago at random and he kind of asked for your contact. Few DM's and one post-poned meeting and now you were here. Across him. No idea why his presence felt so exhilarating. This was a coffee in the afternoon. Just talking. Why did it produce the same chemical reaction as a rollercoaster ride?
"It was, but definitely not as cool as Argentina must have been," you replied and nonchalantly grabbed a sugar packet of the table and broke it apart on your small plate. You just had to do something with your hands, it was getting riddicculous and he would notice unless you did something. "Tell me about Argentina."
"I will, one day," he responded and your stomach exploded with butterflies at the thought of him suggesting another date, "but, first you tell me what you're doing," he asked, hinting at your sugar creation. In the meantime, another coffee cup landed in front of Franco.
"Um, nothing. It's something I always do. A habit, I guess." Lies, lies, lies. You'd never done this. But it was either this, or staring into his incredible eyes and you were not ready for that yet. Freaking him out was not the plan.
"Looks like you're drawing something," he observed and took a sip of his third coffee. Not that he was such a big of a fan of the bevarage. He just wanted to keep sitting there with you. You smiled, mindlessly. Perhaps yes, it did appear like a drawing. A flash of the memory of your grandma, pretending to be a tea leaves fortune teller, when you went young, came to your mind. You looked at him with a challenging look.
"Do you want me to read your future?" you asked, gaining some confidence from unknown sources. It was as if your body wanted to tease him. To lure him in and then never let him go. But you were also scared of the attraction you felt, so you know, casual confusion going on there.
"Can you read the future from, em, sugar?" he raised his brows with an amused, skeptical look. Then he took a big gulp on his coffee and failing at keeping it cool, he choked like a little kid. You couldn't help but laugh at the sudden loss of his "suave" look.
"You ok there?" you said, trying to push in your laughter.
Took him few coughs and deep breaths to compose himself before he spoke. "Ay, don't worry. Three coffees might be just enough...But, guess what?" he spoke, quickly back at his irresistible self.
"What, Franco?" Oh, you were so doomed.
"I just saw the future," he challenged you and licked his lips. Not that you noticed, no. Definitely not.
"And what did you see?" you replied, keeping a firm eye contact.
"Next Tuesday."
"Hm, so not that strong coffee, I guess," you diverted.
"Strong enough," he countered, not letting his gaze of your face.
You took a breath and surrended. "So, what did you see?"
"You and me on another date."
//
Two sugars
A quick coffee run before going back to the safety and comfort of your apartment. You and Oscar had a good run of days lately. Maybe too good. Your core almost ached when you walked, but that was a fair price for the bliss he made you feel. How many times in one day is too much? It looked like you were about find out. But first, coffee and some carbs.
You two picked a quiet corner away from the window, trying to enjoy the privacy Monaco offered sometimes. Sitting next to each other rather than across and having a whole table dividing you provided you both with a clear view on the cafĂŠ. Oscar was about to give a cheeky kiss and pushing you further into his embrace when you lightly pushed back and nodded to door. Oscar let a loud sigh out when he finally spotted Colapinto and Bearman walking in to get a take out after their run.
"God, I hope they don't notice us. I am not in the mood for F1 bullshit today," he murmured and sunk deeper into the chair.
"Uuh, beware, the young ones are coming," you teased and watched them. It was a relief to see them walk away immediately, locked in their own conversation and not noticing the self-absorbed couple in the back corner.
Oscar looked at you, puzzled. "Young ones? They are our age."
"I'm not talking about me, but you! Age works differently in F1," you said lightly and put your hand back on his upper arm.
He brushed your cheek with his hand. "Sweetheart, two years ago, you had no idea racing existed. Look at you now, almost ready for your own podcast!"
"Uuh, what would I talk about? Interesting..." you pretended to be lost in the thought of it and he did not buy it at all.
With a smirk, he made a simple comment. "Knowing you, you will always find something."
"I could talk extensively about prep before a race," you replied and stole a quick kiss from him.
"Is that so," he said and pulled you even closer to him and locked your lips again.
"Yeah. You know," you whispered between kisses "..stroke first, the touch the balls before you take him in your mo-"
He pulled away and put his finger on your mouth, trying to hide his amusement and quickly stepping in to avoiding finishing so easily. A habit, one might say. "Ok, ok, stop, there are people here," he pointed out, observing the cafe again. He was not that keen on PDA, but you managed to break through that wall, especially if you managed to keep him comfortable for longer period of time.
"Fuck people," you hoped one day he's become less worried about other people.
"You wanna fuck people? " he frowned, mildly disgusted once he eyed the cafe again. "Not an impressive crowd, interesting choice on your part," he teased you with his dead pan expression.
You rolled your eyes, typical Oscar. "Well, maybe not people, a person."
"If you say Lando again, I swear to God.." he added without missing a beat.
Oscar smirked and you mirrored his action. Even after a year and a half of teasing each other 24/7 it still felt fresh, like a ripe strawberry, still warm from the sun. You had each and every of his freckle mapped, he could tell just by the way you did your hair in the morning what kind of mood you'd have throughout the day.
"Come to the next race with me. Please," he pleaded, changing the tone of the conversation to more of a serious one, as he fiddled with a random strain of your hair. Then he licked his lips, as he would always do when something bothered him.
During the time you'd dated you visited only two races. People kept constantly nagging him about it, but he tried to put as little pressure on you as possible. Remembered more than vividly how a crowd of fans surrounded over you the first time around, nearly causing you a panic attack. You were never a crowds person. There wasn't much of a choice during a Grand Prix. You loved supporting him, sent him videos of your reaction to the race whenever something happened, for him to watch on the plane ride home. His favorite one was the one where you went on a five minute rant after his dive bomb in Baku. Like a parent who is trying to explain to a child that jumping of a cliff might not be the best idea. He found it adorable. Just wished he could have you there in person.
"I'll think about it."
//
Cold Brew
"Lando, you're lost in your thoughts again."
At the beginning it was easy. No drama, hard conversations avoided. Just pure fun and light weight life. She was willing to drop everything for him, come out to races and twirl around him, without needing any extra care. She was easy. But she was not you.
Lando smiled apologetically and tried to push the train of intrusive thoughts back in and focus on what his current girlfriend was saying. But it was so hard, when a Taylor Swift song was playing and a raspberry macaroon was just brought to the table next to them. Punch to his guts came free with that. It's been months now since you last spoke together. First two months were fairly easy, he found distractions and one of them even made it to this cafe as well and was now sitting across from him. With seasons turning, it was like you started to creep back in from every corner of each room. Impossible to escape your ghosts.
Lando felt like a prey, trying to escape attacks from everywhere. But there was no one attacking him, apart from his own brain. It's not that you were suddenly all over any place he was at, it's that his brain searched for you.
Was that your car outside? Did he just smelled your perfume? He could have sworn he just heard your heels.
He fiddled with a spoon in his almond milk latte. You hated when he would order that and joked about never kissing him again. It should make him happy that the girl sitting across from him has ordered the same drink as he had. She was a good match on paper.
Just not you.
"Lando, can you please listen to me?"
//
Second batch
"Y/N?"
You turned around, nearly dropping your phone and purse. It was a middle of a busy day for you, emails popping off like crazy and your mind was anywhere but present. The plan was to get a quick coffee and get into the office and join the emergency online meeting your boss initiated.
His voice was something you could recognize under any circumstances. But maybe, just maybe you were mistaken. You turned around slowly, just to make sure that you were correct. As your eyes met, it became clear you made no mistake. For few seconds, you just stared at each other.
"Hey, Charles."
Time stopped. There he was, once again in his full casual glam. He was really good at that, always had been. You never felt like you could keep up, back when you used to date. But it was a long time ago, you both grew up and years added on seemed to suit him well. Just like you observed him, he did you. It was clear you were in a rush, but also rushing somewhere where you were important and needed.
"How are y-"
"Your coffee, madame," the rude waitress interrupted Charles, a signature move you were more than familiar with as a local customer. Unlike Charles. He would usually avoid this place.
"Thank you," you turned your attention briefly towards her and took your coffee, balanced your things and took few steps away from the counter, not to disturb the lady more. Charles ignored anyone, but you. When you regained your composure, he tried asking again.
"How are you?"
His piercing blue eyes were dawning on you, a painting of conflicting feelings locked in them, begging to be set free.
"Um, yeah. Very busy currently," you spoke in a muted tone, still not fully comprehending that you just randomly bumped into him on a day like that.
Soft smile crept on his face. "You look busy." His eyes were trying to catch yours, without much success. Then they flashed to the top of your head and you knew that your hair was probably all over the place.
"Oh, fuck, is it that bad?" you asked, hoping for an honest answer. At least this one time.
He nodded. "It's just the-em..bun?"
"Can you please hold this?" you sighed and started handing him your things.
Without questions, he took your bag, coffee, another bag, notepad and held all of that while watching you trying to fix your hair. It was shorted than it used to be when you dated, he observed. Curlier. He wondered what kind of person you grew into.
"Ok?" you checked geniuenly for his approval, first time you fully locked eyes with him. Stood there, waiting for what he had to say.
Wondered was an understatement. His curiosity was burning him from inside. You used to never leave a stone untouched when you dated together. A quality he searched for ever since with no luck.
"Yeah, perfect," he managed to get out of him and began handing you your things back.
"Listen, I really gotta rush, so..."
It was obvious you were not lying, so he figured trying to keep you there would just make you mad. "Yeah, of course."
"Uh, see you, I guess," you said, barely waited for his response and hopped off to where ever you were originally headed to.
So many things he never found the guts to say. Never apologized. He was ready now. The forgotten notepad he held in his hand served as a glimmer of hope he might get a chance to fix what he once fucked up.
//
The usual, thank you
"Lady, I am sorry, I am showing you on a map, what else do you want from me?" Max said with his signature dead pan annoyed tone and wiggled his phone in front of a poor lady, who barely spoke English. Originally, he thought she was a fan asking for a photo, instead he got stuck in trying to explain the concept of left and then long straight walk to whichever place the tourist was looking for.
You watched him struggle impatiently as you waited by the door with two coffees in hand, amused as usual. Whenever he was frantic like this, you just could not help yourself.
The two finally parted ways, Max waved her goodbye and then rubbed his face. Annoyed and tired, he was like that the past few weeks.
"Tough day the office?" you joked and handed him his coffee.
"I wish. Give a photo-hungry fan over this anytime, please."
You grabbed his hand, an subconscious gesture at that point. "Come on, we still have some time before we need to leave for the plane. Let's enjoy this walk."
He kissed you, not bothering to turn his head around and search for people with their phones ready to photograph. Max stopped doing that a long ago. His "not giving a fuck" attitude was a turn on for you in any shape or form.
The two of you walked for a few moment before you had your first sip of the coffee. A small frown escaped your face upon the first sip. "Never liked the coffee here, it's so bitter."
He had a different opinion, as per usual. "Yeah, but I like the place. They keep their bullshit levels on low. The staff is pleasant."
Max was always about getting to the point straight. Made it a very interesting quality when you fought. But you would not have it any other way.
"Is that why you wanted us to take the longer route and come here today?"
He calculated his response. "Hm, not really. Apparently they might be closing soon. Slow business."
"Ah, shame. Great location," you replied, not exactly affected by that new information.
"See, knew you'd like it," he said with a suspicious joy in his tone.
"Why are you so interested in me liking that place?"
"Well. I was thinking of buying it if they really go under," his response came with a tone suggesting he had already made that decision.
This time, you couldn't hide your shock. "Max Verstappen, what the fuck?"
He just chuckled. "Oh you'll love it. We'll have our cute little place."
"Is it because of Leclerc's ice cream? Are you jealous?" you asked, still baffled. This man will probably never stop surprising you.
He stopped and looked at you. "Good thinking, we can get his ice cream here. That'll dram crowds. I'm happy you're on board," he said and gave you a small kiss on the cheek.
"Never said that," you tried to protest, but knew it was a lost battle.
"But you'll be. For me, please? I'll make sure you always get free coffee?" he asked, with a hint of sarcasm, but you knew better than that.
So be it. You searched for a hint of doubt in his deep blue eyes, but only found determination and devotion. "Free bitter coffee, what a win!" you cheered sarcastically, but an honest smile formed on your lips.
"And a kiss with it," he bargained with a devious smile.
Was there ever any other choice than the magnificent man standing in front of you? The answer was clear to you. Where ever he went, you followed and vice versa.
"And a kiss with it."

Unlike other products, Tea Burn comes in the form of a tasteless, dissolvable powder that can be added to any tea, hot or cold. Its primary claim is that it helps boost metabolism and support overall health, making it a popular choice for those seeking an extra edge in their weight loss journey.
The concept behind Tea Burn is straightforward: by combining it with your favorite tea, you can potentially amplify the fat-burning properties of the beverage. But what makes this product stand out? Let's break down the key aspects of Tea Burn to give you a clear picture.
Key Benefits of Tea Burn
Metabolism Boost: One of the most significant claims of Tea Burn is its ability to boost metabolism. By incorporating Tea Burn into your tea, you might be able to enhance the natural metabolic rate of your body, which can be beneficial for weight management.
Supports Fat-Burning: Tea Burn aims to support fat-burning processes in the body. The idea is that by increasing metabolic efficiency, the body can more effectively burn fat, leading to better weight loss results.
Increased Energy Levels: Many users report feeling more energetic after using Tea Burn. This increased energy can help you stay active and motivated throughout the day.
Reduced Hunger: Tea Burn may help in controlling hunger, which can be crucial for those who struggle with overeating or cravings. By managing appetite, it becomes easier to adhere to a balanced diet.
Supports Overall Health: Beyond weight loss, Tea Burn is designed to support general well-being. It includes ingredients that are meant to promote overall health, making it a holistic addition to your daily routine.
Tea Burn Ingredients: Whatâs Inside?
Understanding the ingredients in Tea Burn is crucial for evaluating its effectiveness. Hereâs a closer look at the primary components and their roles:
Chlorogenic Acid: Found in green coffee beans, Chlorogenic Acid is known for its potential to support metabolism and regulate blood sugar levels. It is a key ingredient that contributes to Tea Burnâs fat-burning claims.
Camellia Sinensis: This is the plant from which tea is derived. Camellia Sinensis is associated with various health benefits, including metabolism support and fat-burning properties. It also has positive effects on heart health.
Chromium: Chromium is a trace mineral that helps in regulating insulin levels and supporting healthy blood sugar. It can aid in reducing cravings and stabilizing energy levels.
L-Carnitine: This compound helps in the transportation of fatty acids into cells, where they are burned for energy. It supports fat metabolism and nutrient absorption.
L-Theanine: L-Theanine is an amino acid found in tea that promotes relaxation without causing drowsiness. It also supports cognitive function and may help in reducing hunger.
Vitamin Complex: Tea Burn includes a vitamin complex that supports immune function, natural energy production, and overall well-being. This ensures that while youâre focusing on weight loss, youâre also supporting your general health.
How Does Tea Burn Work?
Tea Burnâs effectiveness lies in its ability to work synergistically with tea. When you add a packet of Tea Burn to your tea, the super-nutrients in the formula interact with the teaâs natural compounds to potentially enhance the teaâs metabolic and fat-burning effects.
Hereâs a simplified breakdown of how Tea Burn works:
Instant Dissolving Formula: The powder dissolves instantly, ensuring that the nutrients are quickly absorbed by your body. This helps in maximizing the potential benefits of the ingredients.
Enhanced Metabolism: The blend of ingredients in Tea Burn is designed to boost your metabolism, which can lead to increased fat-burning and energy expenditure throughout the day.

When in Rome
word count; 2392 â f!reader
Moving to Italy as a young adult to work as an au pair through a shady website wasnât the most reckless thing anyone your age ever did. However, you hadnât counted on the job being a complete lie and ending up stranded at the airport with nowhere to go.
You strolled over to the large notice board by the taxi section where people promoted anything the tourists might not want to miss. Your eyes skimmed over a few places to eat and cheap Airbnbs, and you sighed loudly until your eyes zeroed in on a laminated note.
âProfessional athlete needs an in-house cleaner and language teacherâ it said in Italian, and you had never been so thankful for taking all those language courses prior to this.
Hurriedly, you called the number and were greeted by an older manâs voice claiming to be a manager for Ali Roma, whatever that meant. You claimed to have experience in anything he asked and responded just quickly enough in Italian that you got the job.
By the time evening rolled around, you were sitting by the wall and leaning on your suitcase. The manager needed time to produce a contract and send it to your e-mail. Thank goodness for airport wifi. You had the contract open on your phone and quickly skimmed through it until you found the section where you would be living in an adjacent apartment by his house, before immediately completing the e-signature.
When you got there for the first time, that manager had been waiting in your new apartment to greet you and go over some details, also making sure you were who you said you were and then introducing you to Kageyama Tobio.
He was interesting, that Kageyama. Not as old as you might have imagined, and ridiculously handsome. Seemingly shy but not against having company. Kind but very direct.
It had been a long day of cleaning, which was the kind of manual labour your body wasnât so used to performing yet. Finally off work for the day, you were singing to yourself over the stove, trying to read something off a food label when a dark head of hair appeared in your peripheral vision. Jumping in surprise, you held up the pasta packet as if to throw it, only to see Kageyamaâs upper body leaning into the doorway with a curious wiggle of his nose. âKageyama, you scared me.â
âIâm sorry.â The sauce was still cooking as you had forgotten to put on the pasta for boiling, so it would have to simmer for longer, but the smell must have wafted far enough to draw him in. âDid you make that?â
You proudly flourished your hands over the food. âI sure did,â you picked up some sauce on a spoon, holding it up for him with a hand underneath. âWanna taste?â
The two of you spoke to each other slowly in Italian, adding some English words here and there. âYes, he confirmed, coming into the kitchen and walking straight over to you. You expected him to take the spoon from you, but your ears burned red as he leaned in close and ate the sauce right off the spoon. He seemed to consider the taste while all you could do was try to stay focused with him so close. Finally, he nodded and looked at you. âItâs really good, can I have some too?â
Luckily you had made a lot, intending to save some portions for later, so you spent the evening eating with Tobio â he insisted you call him Tobio â in the setting Italy sun.
Tobio had a lot of practices and seemed to stay longer than planned almost every time, so you would typically have a cup of tea and lounge on his couch, which was much more lavish than yours until you heard the door unlock. The general idea was for you to clean while he was out, so when he stayed longer than what it said in the schedule, you happily enjoyed the quiet luxury of his living room or the heat of Italy from his balcony after finishing the obligatory work. Then when he got home, you would often make dinner, which was not part of the original plan but naturally became part of the routine.
He was funny, in his own way, and the way you both laughed so quietly sat well with you as the sound of the busy city flowed through the open windows in the background.
Over the first weekend, you had done your best to prepare some learning materials that would suit his level, and you two would mostly use conversing as a way of learning, spending a few hours every Saturday. Whenever he hit a word he didnât know in Italian, he would awkwardly move his hands in the air and look at you for help.
And sometimes, you werenât sure either. âOh⌠I donât know that, actually,â you admitted, feeling your ears burn red as he was still staring at you expectantly. You chuckled under your breath to relieve the tension and opened up your computer to look it up. When you finally found it, you looked up, only to realise he had scooted closer on the couch to look at the screen too, not noticing how you took in a sharp breath of air at how your arms brushed against each other.
He nodded, seemingly happy with the answer as he tried to say it out loud. âChiacchierare.â
You repeated it back to him with emphasis on where he struggled with pronouncing it. âChiacchierare.â
And when you focused back on his face, he was staring at your lips, probably because you were teaching him pronunciation, but it still made you feel flustered. He repeated the word more properly, until he looked back up at your eyes, expectantly again.
âThat was⌠good.â You cleared your throat and glanced at the wall clock before turning back to him. âDid you already go for your jog today?â
Tobio looked at his wristwatch and seemed to frown. âI would rather go later, itâs still pretty hot outside,â he said, getting up and walking into his kitchen now that it seemed you wanted a break. âDo you want anything to drink?â
âJust water, please!â You started packing up the teaching materials you always had lying around for the basic rules when Tobio came back in with two tall glasses of ice water.
âWeâre done for the day?â he asked, and your heart skipped a beat at the disappointed look he wore.
âI just thoughtâŚâ You drifted off because you werenât sure what you thought. He just looked so ridiculously handsome in his leisure wear, and when he scooted closer, he smelled so good, andâŚ
âMaybe we can do something else?â he asked, putting the glasses down without any coasters, so you added one underneath each glass. âLike go swimming?â
Tobio started asking you to do more things with him that couldnât be considered something you weaved into the routine of your job. They were more like⌠dates. He would take you mini golfing, hiking or to a volleyball court, and then always buy you dinner wherever you wanted to try eating next. Whether it was some exclusive local restaurant or in the next town over, he would get you there.
Obviously, you knew what this might look like, what it might be becoming, but bringing it up brought on the risk of bursting the bubble. You were still keeping up with all the work they expected from you, and your time together never affected his practices or other work routines.
You fell in love with Kageyama Tobio and he fell in love with you.
A right person, right time kind of love.
It was the most casual evening you finally gave in to it. You were in your own kitchen, once again humming under your breath as you cooked, Italian tunes playing from the radio.
The sunshine came through the windows and lit up the room, alerting you when Kageyamaâs shadow crept in. âHello, there.â You looked up at him and smiled softly, stirring the pasta sauce that had a much better recipe now than it did when you first arrived. Speaking with the locals and making friends outside of work hadnât been easy, but you got there.
âHi.â He walked closer until he stood arm to arm with you, picking up the ladle to unnecessarily stir the pasta while you worked the sauce. His hair was damp, telling you he just got out of the shower after practice. âHow was your day?â
âVery relaxing, video called my parents and went to the old neighbour for lunch,â you recalled. âShe told me to bring you next time, said itâs been too long.â You bumped him with your elbow and he smiled, doing the same back. He didnât need to know said neighbour referred to Tobio as your partner. âAnd you? How was practice?â
You couldnât help but glance at him when he pouted. âIt was fine, but I had some trouble with my serves.â
âServes?â you repeated. âWere you trying something new?â
âNot really, just⌠had my mind on something else, I suppose.â
You hummed in understanding, then the Italian tunes took over the aura again as you finished the food, putting both the pot and pan on the cold parts of the stovetop.
You both slowed to a stop and seemed to be waiting for the other to choose your next move. In the end, you would never be able to tell anyone the answer to who moved first, because it only took a second for the two of you to be devouring each other.
Tobio had one hand on the back of your head, the other hand splayed across the middle of your back to pull you closer. Your arms clung to his shoulders to make sure he was actually there with you.
Your lips moved in perfect sync, and then either of you interrupted the flow with a different tangent in irregular intervals before naturally syncing back into each otherâs pace.
By the time you two snuck back out of the bedroom that night, the pasta was cold, and he kissed you against the kitchen counter as it heated back up.
This routine you had been trying to piece together eventually blurred into your day-to-day life. Tobio would go to practice when he needed to, and on the days he stayed late, you were sometimes already snoring away in his bed, or sometimes waiting for him with a cup of tea by the time he returned. While he was out, you always cleaned the house, enjoying how it visibly turned into a home for two. Your clothes from yesterday needed to be thrown into the laundry because Tobio had made quick work of them before bed and his finished protein cup was left on the table in the dining room because he didnât have time for everything in the morning. Every little thing made you smile.
You two eventually spoke almost exclusively in Italian, leaning affectionately on each other while searching up any words you didnât remember. The neighbours loved you, and you even hosted a dinner for some of the local couples you spent time with.
âY/n?â you heard called from the hallway. You sat on the sofa with Tobioâs iPad and browsed open positions in the area or online. Even though Tobio said you didnât need to work to be with him, you wanted something to give your life some extra colour. Something like working with children or teaching language to people of all ages interested you greatly.
âTobi?â you responded, lifting one arm to let him settle his head in your lap, letting your arm fall back over him while still scrolling.
âLet it go for today. We still havenât talked to my manager about ending the contract,â he mumbled, closing his eyes to rest. He had early practice today, which left him plenty of quality time that you should be spending on giving him your attention!
You chuckled airily. âDid you do well at practice today?â
âVery well,â he confirmed, giving you that stiff smile that made you laugh more and think of the high school photos he had shown you before. âHinata will be here in a week, we should settle everything with my manager by then so I donât have to explain it to him. Heâs not very smart.â
As your fingers stroked through his hair, you put the iPad to the side after locking it. âIâll do it tomorrow,â you said. âFor now-â Tobio opened one eye to watch you, finding a coy smile. âTell me what youâll introduce me to Hinata as.â
He wasnât sure how to take your tone. Was this relaxed attitude real or were you just waiting for him to say the wrong answer? âYouâre my- Uhh⌠I canât say girlfriend?â he asked and felt some relief at how a bigger smile stretched across your face. Then you leaned over to squish his face and push your lips against his in several small but loving kisses.
âOf course you can!â
âTobio?â you yelled when you walked out of the kitchen to greet him at the door. He wasnât supposed to be home for another ten minutes according to his last message, so you were curious about who else would just walk right in.
You stopped abruptly in the hallway as you saw his manager, staring at you with furrowed brows. You looked down at your bare legs and Kageyamaâs hoodie, then back up in horror.
âI was going to ask if you know who Kageyama is seeing.â A silence fell over you where you did whatever you could to not meet his eyes. The heat crept up your neck and over your cheekbones. âBut never mind!â
You would both later agree on ending the contract early, as Kageyama wouldnât need your services anymore in the same way and you wouldnât need to use the adjacent apartment.
Instead, he would save up some of that money he could have paid you with to buy you the kind of engagement ring that best suited your style.
Tobio wanted to spend the rest of his life with you. You were the right person, and it was the right time.

Best Things I Have Bought
I'm not sure how successful I will be in remembering all of it, but I'll try. These have all been game-changers for me, in a variety of ways. If teen me had had access to all of these, I would have been a vastly happier person.
This one is long, so I'll put in a cut.
-outlet timers. Not having to go around and manually turn off lamps at bedtime? Amazing. I bought these but you can and should get some that have a grounded outlet with three prongs so you can attach good extension cords to them.
-famotidine. aka Pepcid, it's the safest option I currently know of for managing acid reflux. I get nauseated when I get acid reflux, so this is a necessity for me.
-T-Gel shampoo. The only one that keeps my husband's insane dandruff under control. Coal tar shampoos smell peculiar, but are totally worth it if they work. For my hair, I like anti-dandruff conditioner--I apply it to my scalp and my other conditioners to the length of my hair. After bleaching my hair, I use Olaplex 3 to prevent more severe damage; the difference is very noticeable.
-white vinegar for a laundry rinse. I get horrendous contact dermatitis and adding this in the "fabric softener" cup in my washer keeps things from making my skin burn.
-on a similar note, all Oxy laundry booster. Doesn't make my skin burn but does make stains and smells noticeably better than detergent alone.
-Aquaphor. If you have eczema, nothing helps like Aquaphor, unless it's hydrocortisone ointment (the same white petrolatum base as Aquaphor but with hydrocortisone) or a prescribed steroid.
-Bissell Stomp 'N' Go pads. I have stomped. The stain goes.
-Prune puree. A packet a day keeps the chronic constipation at bay. Less volume to consume than prune juice and, in my opinion, slightly more palatable.
-Chinotto is a bitters-based beverage that I discovered by accident really helps my chronic nausea. I've tried other brands, and San Pellegrino is definitely my favorite. Tastes weird at first, but when heavy-duty ginger ale doesn't ease it, Chinotto can. And when that doesn't work, I have Zofran (ondansetron) my doctor prescribed me for the nausea I get with migraines, and that's an effective anti-nausea agent for more than just migraines.
-"You Just Need to Lose Weight (And 19 Others Myths About Fat People)" by Aubrey Gordon.
-rolling laundry cart. Doesn't have to be this one but if you CAN roll your laundry to and fro from the machines, do it.
-"Why Does He Do That? Inside the Minds of Angry and Controlling Men" by Lundy Bancroft. If you Google, you can usually find a free pdf floating around.
-"The Vagina Bible," by Dr. Jen Gunter.
-satin scrunchies. Wet Brush. Terry cloth lined shower cap. AOA terry cloth hair turban (way, way better than similar ones from drugstore).
-stretchy work pants.
-bra liners. For large-chested people who tend to get sweaty underboob, this is a life-saver.
-Goo Gone.
-Dr. Scholls medicated foot powder and the Earth Therapeutics tea tree oil foot spray. The foot powder works for super long days and the spray for lighter days.
-Reflective heat pad. I use this on my car seat in the winter and I am so happy for that every single chilly morning. I've repurchased it... once or twice? now.
-Retin-A. I used to use Differin, which is adapalene, the most potent retinoid available over the counter, but the switch to prescription-only Retin-A has been very noticeable. Decreased wrinkles, clearer skin. More inclined to flake and burn but it's worth it for me.
-Red LED therapy. Near-infrared stimulates collagen production in the skin. The only other thing that really does that is retinoids. I bought the Omnilux mask, which is certainly high-end, but HotandFlashy (a YouTube content creator) did a great comparison of different masks available by specs and this was the best at the time. The difference is noticeable within days. I've tried other, lower-powered masks, but what made me make the jump to high-end was that I got the Dennis Gross red LED eye mask for crows' feet off eBay and I was like "holy shit, this is better." And Omnilux is better still. It makes sense, since they were the OG of the models that have been in dermatology clinics for a couple of decades now.
-AOA foundation has been at least as good at my TooFaced foundation, and it's like 1-2 bucks instead of 40. There are light, medium, and deep shades, each on different pages; I'm linking to light because that's what I use. The lightest shade works for me, and I'm basically translucent.
-AOA VitaGlow tinted moisturizer is absolutely my go-to for lighter coverage days.
-AOA PawPaw blending sponges. Best out there and also the cheapest.
-(do not buy any of the AOA eyeshadows. Total waste of time, zero pigment. I've tried repeatedly and they're just garbage. The highlights are generally fine though.)
-Direct acid foot peels. The calluses come off. Just don't do it when you have ANY open wound on the feet, because it's acid and will sting like hell.
-blendercleanser solid cleanser for blending sponges and brushes. Actually a) gets them clean and b) rinses out.
-PureWine wine wands. I let these puppies sit for three minutes in a glass and suddenly I can drink red wine without migraines or hangovers. Fucking miraculous.
-Dustbuster. Holy shit it's amazing for ADHD peeps. Small thing bugging you? Can't get yourself to bust out the "real" vacuum? USE THIS.
-Crocs. Don't @ me. I wear a black pair around the house and for garden chores and they make my feet happy. Salonpas patches and/or BenGay for a topical when you're sore--topicals are great pain relief.
-Vibrating neck pillow. Don't need it right now? Wait until your next head cold. Vibration clears sinuses.
-PooPourri. I love not having to smell poop. This, and similar products, work pretty well by trapping scent particles in the oil layer instead of letting them evaporate into the air.
-Electric snow thrower. I can't manage a large, heavy snow blower and I don't want to deal with a gas engine. This little guy helped me clear my large driveway in 3-4 hours instead of 12.
-The Demon-Haunted World: Science as a Candle in the Dark, by Carl Sagan.
-Handheld home IPL for hair removal. I ordered this exact one and I like it. You can get these on eBay or Amazon for cheaper sometimes; just make sure you PROTECT YOUR EYES during flashes. Targets pigment in the hair bulb so lighter skin and darker hair work better, and deeper skin tones may burn.
-Lanolin chapstick. Makes all other chapsticks I've used look like garbage.
-Steam eye masks. ShopMissA sells these and you can find them on a lot sites; shouldn't cost more than about a dollar per mask. I ended up buying an electric eye mask because I wanted to treat my dry eye and that just felt more environmentally responsible, but I love falling asleep with these on and I can't do that with my plug-in mask.
I think this is where I'll leave it--I've gone back quite a ways in my shopping history across multiple sites and thought about my daily routines--but if any of these problems torture you, these are my suggestions.

Limerence | Haechan x Reader (A Lucid Special Chapter)
Limerence (n) - a feeling of all-consuming longing or desire for someone.
Summary: After years of longing, can strangers find it upon each other to forgive and remember again?
Warnings: Note: This story will NOT make sense if you have not read Lucid. Haechan is aged-up and in his early thirties. There are mentions of torture, abuse, and kidnapping. Haechan and the rest used to be really toxic.
Disclaimer: This story is pure fiction. I do not claim any likenesses between the characters here and their real-life counterparts. I reserve all rights to this work and I post nowhere else but Tumblr.
Read here for: LUCID SERIES | JENOâs VERSION | JAEMINâs VERSION | RENJUN's VERSION
And with this, the story finally comes to a close.
"TO BE LOVED IS TO BE REMEMBERED."
âThis room has more smog than a city center. How many packets have you smoked?â
A sigh from somewhere made Mark blindly turn towards the only lit part of the space. Peeking in between wisps of heavy scented smoke, a bronze plate with several burning sticks stood against the light of a yellow lamp. The apparatus was resting on a handsome oak table, puttering away silently to screen the figure of a dark-haired man sitting beyond it. Mark smiled wryly to himself before taking deeper steps inside the room.Â
âItâs called incense, my uncultured big brother. Itâs supposed to make you feel relaxed and inspired,â came the low but lazy drawl of someone. Mark stopped just a foot away from the desk, his hands buried in his pockets.
âLet me guess, Renjun gave them?â
The other shrugged before slightly frowning at the paper in front of him. Itâs obvious that he is not much up for a conversation right now, but Mark didnât fly 15 hours to Seoul just to be snubbed by his little brother. Slowly, his eyes dropped on the pages laid out on the table, noting the scribbles and crossed-out words there.Â
âLet me make another guess. The smoke isnât really cutting it for the âinspirationâ part?â
At that, brown eyes snapped up to glare at him, hidden behind the slight reflection of black-rimmed glasses. The next second, he had a balled piece of paper thrown straight at his face, one he easily caught with a light laugh.Â
âDid you just come here to be stabbed by me?â
âWell thatâs better than being ignored by you after a long flight. Jisung asked me to make sure to check on you before I go to South East Asia. He said you havenât been answering any of their calls.âÂ
The other scoffed. âSince when have we been on daily calling terms?âÂ
âAnd since when have you been so against it? Or is the great best-selling author Lee Donghyuck too popular for his brothers now?â
Another piercing glare, then followed by a roll of the eyes. Mark laughed again, noting how the shoulders of the other just ever so slightly softened.
âWell⌠how are you, Haechan?â
*******
Haechan placed the steaming pot of tea on the table without even bothering to pour one for his guest. To be honest, a visit from Mark was something that he wasnât expecting tonight, and he would have for sure bolted if not for nosy Jisung making sure he didnât have any idea about it until the last minute. Now he is cornered and has to deal with something worse than a creative blockâa brotherly talk.Â
âHowâs the book going?â
He waved a hand towards the littered surface of his table before taking a sip of his once scalding coffee.
âItâs going swimmingly, as you can clearly see.â
In his peripheral vision, he saw Markâs lips slightly tighten into a line. It was an expression he knew far too well, especially with him in the context. With an internal groan, he took another drink from his cup in an effort to hide his wince.Â
âI donât think being back in this place is helping you at all. This manor, of all places⌠I still donât understand why you think being here will help you finish your book.â
âWould you rather have me camp out in Rosewood then? Because I would have. If only it hadnât been burned down.âÂ
Great. The words were out before he could even realize what he was saying. With a frustrated sigh, he finally looked up to see his older brother with a stoic expression, one that only clouds his usually accommodating features every time their past was mentioned. Haechan looked away guiltily, but kept his silence.Â
Ten years. A long time, but a short one all the same. Even now, mentions of their old home still feel like a strike of burning metal against their insides, a proof that sometimes, your ghosts can still catch up with you at the mere mention of a word or a slip of memory. He could see it on his brotherâs face now, and there is no doubt the other sees the same on him. They were older now, but under the dim lighting of the room, they looked like the same boys who ran away from the nightmare that shaped up their younger years.
So much has changed⌠and yet so much has remained the same.Â
Mark moved on to be the official heir of the Rosewood wealth, working hard to bring back public trust on their family after they were officially cleared of suspicions of kidnapping. He rarely visited Seoul, opting to jump from one country to another to make sure their âbusinessesâ run smoothly.Â
Renjun moved to Paris to start an orphanage, which also doubled as a school for children who were abused or shunned by their family. Itâs where he also continued his career in art, though he opted to keep his works anonymous and mostly hidden away from the public eye.Â
Jaemin is a father now to a daughterâa chatty adorable girl that he met on a visit to Renjunâs school. Both relocated to London where he had built a career as a photographer under a different name and identity.
Jeno⌠None of them really knows where Jeno is, only getting letters from him every now and then from different addresses. He makes sure never to miss their birthdays though, sometimes even sending some trinkets that could only give the slightest hints of where he could be living his quiet life.
Jisung and Chenle both decided to settle in China, the latter having had the need to trace down his real family before he was taken to Korea. He found nothing but a sister who accepted him back to the fold and he had been in close relations with ever since. Finally, there's their youngest Jisung who also found family there but in a different way, now a happily married manâand a father soon.
As for him? Oh he had moved on too for sure, if you could call being an author hiding under a pseudonym that, at least.
Haechan tried his best. He really did. On his good days, he would wake up and feel like the wounds have finally closed and turned to scars. Writing helped him cope for the most part, because it was a way for him to escape reality and repent for things he could never grovel for in the flesh. It kept him sane. Grounded. But more than that, it made him still feel connectedâŚÂ
To you.
Of course, he knew better now to even consider himself worthy of even remembering you. He hurt you badly, stole you away from the world, and left you wounded in ways that heâll probably spend a hundred more lifetimes to repent. Yet in those dark days when he thought what he was doing was out of love, there were also moments when you two connected from the stories you both loved. In those slivers of time, he thoughtâhopedâthat maybe, you wanted to be with him too.Â
âYou didnât have to come back here. Thereâs nothing to come back to anymore.â
Markâs voice was what he needed to pull him from his spiraling thoughts again. Hand stiffening, he kept quiet, because he knew his brother was telling the truth.Â
Being in the same house in the middle of the woods where he shared the days with you is not going to heal him of anything. It was not going to give him forgiveness.Â
Nor was it going to give you back to him.Â
The slight sound of rustling made him look up just in time to see Mark pushing a long slip of paper towards him from across the table. He picked it up and frowned at the print there.Â
âCome to Hong Kong with me. You can stay there for a few months, or weeks, I donât care. You can try and finish your book there and decide what you want to do after. You can go anywhere, except here.âÂ
Haechanâs gaze didnât leave the plane ticket. He was barely touching it, and yet it felt like it was burning the pads of his fingers. From across him, he heard the sound of a chair pulled back across the floor, followed by his brotherâs voice before he closed the door.Â
âI leave in two days. Think about it. I hope to see you in the airport, Haechan. I know it's hard... but itâs time to finally let her go."
*******
âWhat are we going to say if they ask you for updates about your book? We donât even have a publish date yet!âÂ
Haechan tried his best not to bash his head against the brick wall he is leaning on. He was currently on his third stick of cigarette, and yet the nagging of his publisher was doing more to his blood than the nicotine pumping in his veins. With a sigh, he pinched the bridge of his nose at the hopes of staving off an oncoming migraine.
Why the fuck did he even agree to do a book signing in the first place? And is it too late to bolt from here?
âXiaojun, if you donât shut up, I will walk away and not do this at all. Stop worrying too much.âÂ
The poor man pacing in front of him stopped and looked at him with eyes as big as saucers. If he wasnât so irritated, he would have laughed at his reaction.
âWhat?! You canât do that! There are already people waiting for you outside!âÂ
âYeah? Well those people only know Lee Donghyuck, not my face. I can easily walk out the door without them recognizing me.âÂ
The threat holds true though. In his career, he had only held a few exclusive book signings that all required guests to turn over their phones and cameras. It was the only way he agreed to do them after Xiaojun finally cracked him down with his incessant pestering. Surprisingly, the man loved the idea, saying that his mysterious persona will add on to his popularity.
âOkay, okay fine. Iâm going to stop and go back inside. But please, can you have that as your last stick? Weâre about to start in five minutes.â The same man blurted out now, face pale. âYou canât ditch this. This is your first ever book signing in Seoul!âÂ
And probably the last, came his silent, sour thought.
âJust get in. Iâll be there on time. Make sure nobody takes pictures,â he said as he shooed the other one last time. With one last suspicious look thrown at him, he finally heard the clicking of the door. He sighed and took one last hit of his cigarette before crushing it on the bin beside him.
âStupid Mark. This is all because of him.âÂ
*******
âI love your book so much. Iâve been such a fan since the first one!âÂ
Haechan gave the woman a smile as he started scribbling on the copy of his book. He had lost count of how many people had said the same thing to him since the line started moving, but he accepted each one with practiced grace anyway. He might have lived as a hermit for the past few years, but that doesnât mean he had lost his flair for charm for necessary situations like this. At least thatâs what he can say from the way the guests, especially the women, seem to blush and look just a little disoriented when speaking to him.
âThank you so much. Who is your favorite character?â
âOh I love IL Bagatto! The Magician! I think he is so different from the rest.âÂ
He gave a slight laugh as he flicked his wrist to finish writing his signature. âGood choice. He is my favorite too. Thank you so much for supporting my work.âÂ
âOnly five more,â Xiaojun mumbled quietly behind him as the man placed the final fresh batch of books on the table. As he waited for the next person to come, Haechan took the chance to reach out for his glass of water to take a sip.Â
âThankfully. I need a new pen. This oneâs out of ink,â he grumbled back.
He had just uncapped the new marker he was handed when a shadow fell over his table. Like auto-pilot, he reached out for the top book from his pile when a soft voice stopped him.
âOh. Iâm so sorry⌠But would it be alright if I have my old copy signed instead?âÂ
It felt like the floor dropped under him with the way his lungs stopped breathing. Like the flip of a switch, everything around him fell silent, except for a heavy thudding that banged against his ears. It almost seemed like an out of body experience as he slowly looked up to meet a pair of eyes he had begged all that is holy to never let him see again in his living days.
You smiled at him, and all of a sudden there was a God that cared for the heavens again.Â
âYah⌠Hyuck⌠there are people waiting.â
He barely felt the slight nudge that Xiaojun gave him as he continued staring at you like you were a ghost. The world could be burning around him right now for all he cared. It was only when your smile slightly wavered did he snap out of his trance, your gaze hesitantly moving to the book that you have placed on the table.
âA-ah⌠itâs fine if I get a new copy. I donât want to hold you back,â you said in the same voice that he remembered even after all those years that passed. Haechan felt his heart constrict as he tried to search for something else in your face.Â
You⌠Do you remember
âYour name. Whatâs your name?âÂ
You looked a little worried yourself as you heard him croak a reply. Quietly, you answered as he blindly pulled the book towards him. It was only then that he realized it was not the same one as the title he is signing for today, but his very first story.
The Girl By The Window.Â
The same book he was drafting when he last saw you in the hostel by the woods. The one whose pages you picked up and read under the dying light of the sun before he lost you again.
âI know this is just the start, but the way you wrote her makes me feel like you love her deeply as an author.âÂ
It took him his last strand of self-control as he heard your voice utter your name. Fingers shaking, he turned the battered cover of the book and flipped to the first page where his author dedication was. The copy was a soft cover version, and he noticed how well-loved it was from the yellowing paper and the earmarked pages. Shakily, he started writing there, barely aware of the words he scrawled.Â
âThatâs my favorite page. That dedication,â you said with a breathy laugh as you watched him sign. âTo be loved is to be remembered. I think itâs a very beautiful quote.âÂ
Haechan looked up and felt himself drowning in your eyes. It only lasted for a few more seconds, but the way you held each otherâs gaze felt as if every single day you spent apart came together as a singular unit in that moment. When he handed you back your book, he knew he had once again crossed a boundary he promised himself he would never tread again.Â
âCan you wait for me to finish the signing? I want to talk to you⌠About this book.âÂ
He watched as your eyes rounded in slight surprise, before giving a slight nod to hide away what he just whispered from a curious Xiaojun over his shoulder. Without another word, you walked on, clutching the still warm book against your chest.Â
*******
He found you at the end of the classics aisle, silently reading a book opened on your right palm. The bookstore is mostly empty now, except for a handful who mostly stayed at the front of the shop where the new releases are. The aisle where you are is a long one, and he simply stood at the end of it in silence, giving himself a few seconds to admire you from afar.
You looked so beautiful that he almost wished he could spend longer to just stare at you from a distance. The vision of you standing there, content in your silence and peace sent a painful throb through his chest. You looked so⌠safe with yourself. So free. All of the things he had only seen in his dreams, none of which consisted of him. In that moment, Haechan realized what he was about to start the moment he takes another step closer to you. This couldnât be right⌠It has been ten years. He canât throw that all away and mess it all up for you again.Â
He took a step back to walk awayâŚÂ
But then you looked up and said the words that turned his world upside down again.
âHaechan.âÂ
It felt like he had swallowed fire at that moment. Every part of him was burningâhis hands that want to reach out to you, to his heart that seemed ready to burst out of his chest. He walked towards you slowly, as if afraid the image of you would disappear like an illusion if he approached you too fast. But you stayed there, resolved and unafraid.Â
âYou waitedâŚâ he whispered, breathless. You turned your body to him fully now, closing the book you were reading.
âYou asked me toâŚâÂ
His eyes fell on the cover that you were holding and he felt his breath silently catch in his throat again. Shining in gold letters etched against the cover were two words.Â
Wuthering Heights.Â
âWhat do you want to talk to me about?â Your voice shook him back from his trance. You were looking at him so openly and yet he canât read a single thing from you. Do you remember? Are you here to punish him? Or do you still not know him?
âHow do you know my name?â It was not how he intended to ask the question, but it was the only thing he managed to push out now. You stared at him for a few heartbeats before finally giving a small smile and showing him the other book on your hand.
âYou wrote it in the dedication you signed for me⌠Here,â blankly, he blinked at the page he just wrote on earlier, the black ink still fresh there. He didnât even realize thatâs how he signed.
âOhâŚâ
Silence fell on both of you then. You patiently waited for him to say more, while he was right there, combusting and putting himself together again and again internally. He didnât plan ahead of this. How could he? He was never even meant to see you again.
âI was justâI was surprised when you brought my first book out. It has been so long since IâŚâ he fumbled now, at a loss of what to say. Itâs not too late yet, a voice inside him said. She doesn't remember. You can still walk away.
âI wanted to know why you like it.â
No. No, I don't.Â
âAhâŚYou must be curious as its author,â you said kindly as you looked at the copy fondly. âIt just felt so raw and real. To be honest, I stumbled upon it at a low point in my life and it helped me a lot. I can see how much you felt for her⌠the character you wrote.âÂ
His throat felt dry. He didnât know what to say to that.Â
âMay I ask a question?" you asked again when it seemed like he has lost his tongue.
Do you still feel the same?âÂ
His gaze snapped back to you. The way you stared at him was still unreadable, but there was something in the light of your eyes that made the chaos in him slowly quiet down. It was as if you took hold of a thread inside of him and slowly pulled at it to unravel him slowly.Â
âFeel whatâŚ?âÂ
âLove her. Do you still love her, Haechan?âÂ
That was all it took for the rest of the world to fall away around him. Fear was replaced with something else. No, that's wrong. He is still afraid, but he is willing.Â
âI do. It never changed,â he said softly as he took another step towards you. You didnât move back, even when he slowly raised his hand to cup your face.
âAnd you? Do you still like the way I loved her?âÂ
âI do. And do not at the same time,â you paused, and for a moment he could see it. All the answers he was looking for as he gazed down on your face.
âYou hurt her.â
âI know.â
âYou abandoned her. All of you did.âÂ
âWe didâŚâ
âYou didnât come back after taking everything from her.âÂ
âWe didnât think we deserved to come back. None of us did.âÂ
âAnd now? What do you think of it now?âÂ
Haechan paused, allowing himself to review every right reason why he is wrong for you. Yet, for every mistake and every risk, he found an excuse to never let you go again.
âIâll stay. Even if I spend the rest of my life trying to make it up to you⌠If you let me.âÂ
You watched him, thoughtful and doubting. He was ready to grovel to your feet at your denial. He'll beg you if you want him to, like the lost man he is.
But then you smiled.
âEven if I make you suffer for every wrong thing you did?âÂ
He stilled, surprised, before a soft laugh broke his silence. Gently, he lifted his other hand to cradle your face and tip it back. With a sigh, he leaned over to press his forehead against you.
âYou can torture me every day of our life and Iâll still thank you at the end of it, noona."
This time, it was your turn to chuckle. You waited as he slowly dipped his face to yours, but stopped him just before your lips met.
âHaechan?âÂ
âHmm?â
âWhatâs your favorite story?âÂ
He smiled before finally meeting your lips together.
âYou. Forever you."

Cigar smoke and Sleepless nights |Part four
Switched gifs cause this one is wider and prettier
Logan Howlett/Wolverine x reader
Reposts and likes are appreciated
Cw: Cigars and smoke, drinking, reader has ptsd. Logan has ptsd, canon-typical violence, references to abuse
Part one two three
For once, you were up 'late,' and by late, it meant daytime. You couldn't sleep, to anxious since your zippo ran out of lighter fluid and you couldn't by more. You sat in the window sill, staring at the fresh snow that blanketed the grass and trees.
Dispite the fox, you felt cold. Maybe it was the lack of your nic fix, maybe it was the absence of talking to any real people. The sun had long risen, and people had been awake for an hour, maybe two. Realistically, you could go out there- talk to someone. Go buy lighter fluid. You had the money from Charles. It was to cold to go outside, you decided. Slipping from the sill, you glanced at yourself in the mirror. Just the same old you.
A lump rose up your throat the closer you got to the door, and it felt like it was burning. To anxious to try to leave your room. What if- What if, so many what's began to fly through your head, but then, they all went silent.
'[Name], it's okay.' A voice. It wasn't Charles? You heard a knock and then opened the door. A lean redhead with bright eyes was looking right at you. "[Name]," she said. "I'm Jean. Charles told me to check on you, and it seemed like perfect timing. He could hear your thoughts from down stairs." You were still confused. It was ger voice you heard in tour head.
"Are you like Charles?" It was the first words that slipped passed your lips. She shook her head,
"No, but I am similar. He can hear just about every one constantly. I'm not like that." She placed her hand on your shoulder. "Are you okay?"
"I will be, I think I just need some tea to ground me." You wished it was bourbon, or whiskey, or maybe any other liquor. Jean snorted and backed away, having heard what you thought. Of course you were unaware. For a moment, you worried she was laughing at you, but she was able to quell thag worry in just a moment.
"I'd best be on my way. Be safe, [Name]. You'll be okay. Just keep that head up." You nodded and watched as she walked away before you stepped out your own door. Stepping down the stairs, minding the flood of people of all mutant sorts, trying your hardest to ignore the beating of your heart from your chest.
You made it to the kitchen, and with no students there, you were finally able to breath, really breath. Grabbing a mug off the rack, you quickly filled it to the brim with water and put it in the microwave to heat. Whole that happened you shoveled through the cabinets till tou found a perfect tea packet. Chamomile and sweet berry.
After tossing the packet on the counter, you spent your time looking for the honey. That was fairly easy. It was in a large squeeze bottle, shaped like a bear. When the microwave beeped, you were quick to pull the steaming ceramic mug out, taking as little time possible do tou wouldn't burn your hand.
Putting the packet in and rigually tying the string to the handle, you squeezed the honey on top thag way it would dissolve and mix with the pinkish tea flowing from the bag.
Sitting there, you patiently waited. And by patiently, you were actually darting around the kitchen, desperate to find something to do. You looked in the sink, in the fridge, freezer, cabinets and pantry, in the fridge again. Anything to keep your mind off of the driping anxiety.
Like a timer went off, you squeezed the rest of the bag around you fingers getting any of the concentrated tea out of the cup and threw the garbage in the trash. Using your finger to briefly stir it, then licked it off you finger.
You took a deep gulp, one that took almost a third of the glass, trying to use it to calm your nerves. What you didn't realize was that the reason you were growing calmer was the scent of tabacco flowing from behind you. It was hard to smell metal with all of the worry, confusing it for the smell of your own blood. That was until someone cleared their throat.
"That's my coffee mug," Logan said behind you. Jumping from you skin, you nearly spilled the tea over your sweatshirt. "Oh my gods," you sighed. "You scared the fuck out of me. I'm sorry, I didn't know it was your mug, I'll wash it right now." You didn't even give him a moment to speak. You grabbed another mug from the rack and poured your tea into it,
"Oh," he said, to slow to stop you. His brows knitted together as he watched you quickly wash then scrub his mug, rather diligently. You flipped it upside down into the drying rack. "Hey," he said. He wasn't loud enough to break through your trance as he watcher you dip around, grabbing the coffee pot.
"Seriously I am-"
"Hey," he shouted. You stilled, the coffee pot dropping from your hand, the hot drink spilling over the linoleum tiles.
"Oh my god," you said, beginning to panic. Logan was quicker than you this time putting some hand on your shoulder and the other on your wrist, stopping you from nearling pulling you your hair.
"Jean," he yelled for the redhead, his jaw twisting over his shoulder. "Jean!" Then, you relaxed, your vision going spotty.
When you woke up, your steaming cup of tea was on your bedside table. Charles sat next to you, his hands folded neatly on his lap. His expression was cross, funn of concern and worry.
"I always try nor to pry into my students head without permission, however you had such a poor reaction to an accident I had to try to help," he said gently. A sour taste filled your mouth, as if bile was rise up your throat.
"What did you see?" He looked at you and you couldn't already tell it was everything. You sat up, glancing to the mug and taking a sip.
"I can take all thoes memories away, [Name]. Usually, I wouldn't offer it, but I feel like it could help you. Wothout living in fear." You raised your hand.
"No, I can't. They make me who I am. They're so important- they show me what not to do." Charles only nodded.
"I know. Don't be afraid to seek help."

Spring of Longing
Request: Hello friend! I got she fell first but he fell harder đ
AN: Perfect timing with this one anon. I am still recovering from a particularly angsty book I just finished reading. Enjoy!
Tropesvania Event- feel free to request
Genre: hurt no comfort
Pairing(s): Adrian Tepes x gn Reader
Summary: S/O fell first but he fell harder
It is the mundane that wounds him most. After decades of living with you, a life now faded into the past, Adrian shouldnât be like this, a sobbing mess on the cold, hard kitchen floor.
Clutching the brittle packets of seeds, he presses them to his heart, his body wracked with sobs.
The chill dawn breeze creeps in through the window he had just managed to pry open, its icy fingers matching the freezing tears that fall down his face.
Like a dam breaking, the grief he has buried for so long comes rushing forth, unstoppable and all-consuming.
Etched on the back of each packet is your handwriting, the elegant cursive preserved across the ages.
In cramped spaces, you had written meticulous instructions: dates, months, irrigation tips, and care. Each word was a tender promise, a piece of you now reaching across the chasm of life and death to find him.
âHow do you do it without me noticing?â Adrian had once asked, standing amidst the vibrant blooms of the garden.
It was as if spring had snuck into his fatherâs dreary grounds overnight, scattering flowers in an explosion of life.
Daffodils, peonies, snowdrops, and primroses heralded the early days of the season. Later came the roses, jasmine, and marigolds, ending the spring with their heady perfumes. Each year, a different arrangement appeared, unfurling as if by magic.
In the center of it all stood the small gazebo, draped in fragrant vines. It was your shared spot for evening teas and soups, or for quiet nights spent snuggling and stargazing.
Adrian turned to you, astonished yet fond. âItâs like they appear out of nowhere. When do you even find the time to do all this?â
Youâd grinned at him, a playful light in your eyes. âItâs a secret, my love,â you chuckled, crouching to caress the delicate petals of a petunia.
Standing, you tucked the bloom behind his ear, your fingers lingering against his cheek. âOne day, youâll know. But until then, let me do it for you.â
Then you kissed him, your eyes full of a love so deep it made him weak.
But you never did tell him.
And now, you never could.
Adrian hadnât dared to set foot in the garden since illness had taken you. He hadnât even looked its way, not after it had whisked you from his arms. Curtains had been drawn, windows nailed shut, keeping out every wisp of spring breeze.
Grief had consumed him, and with it came wrath. He had abandoned Castle Dracula, along with every promise he had made to himself, to Trevor, and to you. He had left it all his lineage, the Belmont knowledge of the ancient, and the echoes of your voice, left to decay in silence.
In his mourning, he had raged and cursed the world for its cruelty.
Then, decades of wandering foreign lands had numbed him. On good days, he could forget the sound of your laughter, the feel of your hand in his. On bad days, he stood unmoving for hours, waitingâprayingâfor you to find him.
Perhaps that was why he had returned. The walls of his childhood home still stood, their cold stone preserved by his fatherâs enchantments. But walking through its hollowed halls, Adrian found himself a stranger in a place he had once known.
Your room had long since been stripped bare. That had been his doing, burning every piece of furniture, every remnant of your presence, in a fit of grief. Better ashes than the thought of strangers claiming them.
The kitchen, however, had gone untouched. It wasnât until a faint scuffle of mice drew his attention to an old cupboard that he discovered them. Tucked high above the cobwebs and dust, he felt the crisp edges of stacked paper: the seed packets.
Somehow, even in death, you had found him.
Adrian sits frozen, clutching the packets. âYou never did tell me,â he whispers, his voice raw with emotion. âHow am I supposed toâŚ?â His words break, drowned by another wave of sobs. âYou never told me.â
It takes a long time for him to stand. His legs tremble beneath him as he leans against the counter, willing himself forward. Step by step, he walks toward the one place he had forbidden himself to go.
The garden.
He expects to find it barren, overrun by weeds or swallowed by the encroaching forest. But what greets him is a sight he cannot comprehend.
The garden blooms, vibrant and alive, as though time itself had held its breath. Daffodils sway gently in the breeze, roses climb the trellises, and the gazebo stands untouched, draped in fragrant vines. Dew glistens on the petals, catching the soft light of dawn.
For a moment, Adrian forgets to breathe.
He steps forward, his heart pounding as memories flood back with every flower. He half-expects to see you there, stepping out from behind a rose bush with that proud grin he adored so much. Or perhaps seated in the gazebo, fussing over an errant vine that refused to climb properly.
But there is only silence.
The sun rises slowly, its mellow rays spilling over the dew-covered blooms. Adrian stands amidst it all, surrounded by the love you had left behind. His tears fall freely now, unrestrained.
In this sacred place, he mourns you anew grieving with the flowers that carried your touch.
It was never-ending. His grief would bloom with every season like the garden that still remained bound to your neatly written notes.
