tattoo flu is real and on the one hand, ouch and ugh and oof etc, but on the other hand, if I was my body and the idiot in charge decided to up and stab random liquid into me millions of times for several hours, I would also be like “wtf” and perhaps even give the bitch some aches and pains if it was an option

I always go for a granola bar and some electrolytes during, and then a big whack of protein after, especially if I’m under the needle for more than two hours. Calms the panic hormones down (my body does not know I just got art put on us, my body thinks I laid there for hours while someone stabbed us, it is not having a nice day!), keeps my blood sugar stable, and helps recovery. That isn’t to say I don’t also give myself a nice treat afterward. Just that it comes after a plate of steak and eggs with hash browns or something.

My favorite Arcane character is and forever shall be Ekko (best boy). Other faves are Viktor (chronic illness baby) and Jinx (trauma gremlin).

As for the S1 scene... Besides the finale and that breathtaking Guns for Hire sequence? The Ekko/Jinx fight from ep 7. It broke me. (And turned me into a Timebomb shipper. Which was arguably worse.)

never getting over the fact that one of (if not the only) time you can see mac’s shamrock tat is when he’s wearing his stupid twink shorts… like he has never worn anything else that makes it visible. so dennis truly has no reason to be so strangely invested in him getting it removed during the ireland arc UNLESS he frequently sees or is planning to see this part of mac’s thigh on a regular basis I HATE THEM SO BAD
