They're mainly are found in costal Kalos, Paldean waters, and even near Galarian waters, as they patrol around these areas. they're usually protected by rangers who aid in their task with them being marked with a orange mark on their heads. They were developed by the Deeptide research center at Kalos in 2071 with them being modelled around clawziter being made for seaborne purposes. the cannon however was a conjoined effort by Magnezone Labs to understand the power of magnetism more and the applications on Pokeroids.

I nuked vault 420 because I wanted to do survival mode but ivy you can have 3 save files! I can, and I choose not to

So now we have vault 304 (which was almost named vault 069 but Im glad I didnt because THEY TAKE TOO LONG TO START FUCKING!!! Jfc it takes like 3 raider attacks to get anyone pregnant in this god forsaken vault)

I named vault 304 in anticipation of the fact Id have to keep these fools getting down with the get down because death would be imminent given this mode renders you unable to revive dwellers.

Most dwellers are assigned to rooms but I frequently have one who is almost perpetually out in the wasteland to gather supplies. For vault 304 I elected Kathy Robinson for this task.

Kathy is talented and capable, surviving for hours out in the wasteland with only a bb gun. Unfortunately at this time we cannot equip her with anything better. While the other dwellers work tirelessly to keep the vault afloat, Kathy’s exploration is vital to the security of the vault as she finds and recovers items out in the wasteland

Emma Crawford and Mark Ford, two dwellers who provide for the vault’s electricity, have taken a shine to each other. If we hope to survive we need future generations, so they were permitted to go to the living quarters to do what needs to be done.

Given that Emma and Mark are the only two who can work the power room, Tiffany Wilson was sent to keep an eye on things while they were occupied. Unfortunately, Emma and Mark took so long that things got out of hand. Tiffany has since been banished to the kitchen.

A cattle dog was discovered. It was decided that once Kathy returns, that the dog will be sent out as a companion with her.

Kathy was enthusiastic about the cattle dog, and eagerly ventured back out to the wasteland with her new companion. We hope her next trip is as fruitful as her first.

Object Class: Safe

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-069 is currently impersonating former Foundation Agent ███████ █████, and is housed at Humanoid Containment Site-06-3. SCP-069 is to be provided with any reasonable requested item and/or material so long as such request does not violate Foundation security protocols. As SCP-069 is currently on suicide watch, all requests it makes must be approved by no fewer than two (2) Level 3 personnel.

If SCP-069 attempts to breach containment, it must be subdued using non-lethal methods. If SCP-069 dies, undercover agents are to be instructed to monitor reports of incidents in which individuals appear to have escaped certain death and SCP-069 is to be re-contained as soon as possible.

Note: Despite the fact that SCP-069 is identical in all ways to Agent █████, it remains an active SCP in containment, and is not to be treated as a Foundation employee. Any requests for classified information are to be denied, and visits from former co-workers without proper authorization are not allowed.

Description: SCP-069 is a presumed humanoid entity of variable appearance and gender. Through an unknown ability, whenever SCP-069 is left alone with a recently deceased human body, the body will disappear and SCP-069 will take on the appearance, mannerisms, and knowledge of the recently dead individual.

Through extensive experimentation, it has been shown that SCP-069 is completely indistinguishable from the individual it impersonates, matching the original individual's fingerprints, DNA, and [DATA EXPUNGED] with nearly perfect precision. SCP-069 retains no knowledge of its abilities or former impersonations. SCP-069 responds normally to injury and pain, but if killed, will rapidly decay into dust regardless of any preservation attempts. SCP-069 will then re-emerge at the site of the most recent human death. There is no known maximum range to this effect, and so far has been observed in jumps of up to 675 kilometers.

SCP-069 can impersonate a single individual indefinitely. However, it will gain an overriding urge to "get their life in order", including but not limited to: resolving any outstanding financial or personal obligations, visiting extended family, updating their will and testament, and other acts of closure. When questioned, SCP-069 professes no driving motivation other than a desire to straighten out their lives in the event of unforeseen injury or death.

SCP-069 first came to the Foundation's attention on █/██/199█ following reports of one John M███████, a █████████ City firefighter who miraculously emerged alive from a 3-alarm building fire in which 2 other firefighters and 11 civilians perished. Undercover agents attached to the local authorities were notified of a possible SCP when reports emerged that the firefighter's equipment had been damaged beyond recognition, and that it had been deemed nearly impossible for the firefighter to emerge unscathed. Approximately three weeks later, then-presumed John M███████ responded to another large-scale building fire, during which he entered a smoke-filled room alone and was never found. A single civilian was rescued from the building, again nearly unharmed despite the heavy smoke reported within the building. SCP-069 was designated the following day, and rendered into Foundation custody by members of Mobile Task Force Xi-3 ("Body Snatchers").

Addendum 069-01: On ██/█/200█, Agent ███████ █████, a guard on duty assigned to SCP-069, was killed during the containment breach of SCP-███ and subsequently impersonated by SCP-069. Although initially in denial after being informed of its identity, it has been mostly cooperative since its impersonation of a mid-level Foundation employee. Contingencies for the use of deceased Foundation employees for future SCP-069 use is under consideration.

Addendum 069-02: On ██/██/200█, SCP-069 attempted to commit suicide after a junior researcher accidentally informed it that the family of Agent █████ had been told that Agent █████ was dead, and of their subsequent reactions. Due to the massive cost of possibly having to re-contain SCP-069, strict suicide watch measures are to be implemented. Plans to use other deceased Foundation employees as possible impersonation targets for SCP-069 have been suspended.

They learnt this around dinner, with the other courtiers and the Countess. They were paying very mild attention to everybody's shenanigans when Nadia suddenly spoke up:

"Oh, I meant to inform you all ; I have charged Y/N with the task of becoming the lead investigator on the case of Doctor Julian Devorak."

...huh? They stare, blinking slightly in confusion. Who ? Julian Devorak? a case?

"the magician's apprentice?" Vulgora asked with a mouthful of steak

"Indeed." the Countess replied. "They have begun their investigation just yesterday."

The courtiers hummed in thought, while Valdemar remained silent as always. They didn't want to show that they were just learning about the whole thing... Maybe spending so much time in the dungeons was not.. a good idea.

Volta took a large bite of her loaf of bread "mh- Volta thinks they will be perfect for the job. Finally he'll face the music for the murder !"

Valdemar's mind quickly tried to put the pieces together. Case. Murder. Asra's apprentice- OOoooh, they were talking about Count Lucio's murder and Dr. n° 069's possible implication ! ok, ok. Their shoulders relaxed slightly, as they leaned back in their chair, hands joined on the table. Now they could follow the conversation a little better...

After dinner, they went back down to the dungeons. They thought back on what Countess Nadia had said about tasking Y/N with the investigation. Their brows furrowed. That name sounded somewhat familiar...

They walked in the small closet in which they'd stocked all the plague-file-filled boxes and took out the one that registered the victims' names. Their eyes quickly swept through various pages, at a regular pace and speed, until they caught what interested them : [L/N Y/N ; patient n°321 ; apprentice of Dr. n°069 ; pronounced dead the [---] at 3:45 AM ; cremated]

...huh. So that's where they'd seen it... Well, as far as they knew, the dead couldn't exactly become lead investigators on cases... Oh, they'll definitely have to look into that. They don't feel particularly excited, but the fact that they don't know the answer to this very puzzling conundrum is annoying, and so they will be leading their very own investigation in their corner, without anyone's knowledge.

And they definitely will not be revealing what they found. But they do take pride when they solve this mini case on their own.

My apologies on the confusing ask, it was just asking how Valdemar would react to Mc poping up out of nowhere and becoming the lead investigator on Julian's case

• They’re touch-starved. Getting physically close to MC is a 2 birds 1 stone situation, they get to scare the pants off them (oops ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) )and they microdose intimacy.

• I like thinking about how Valdemar’s emotions, especially their love of discovery, were torn away from them over the course of their deal-making, so they’re now obsessed with science and research in the same way that Volta’s obsessed with food, they can’t stop pursuing it, they know they’re supposed to like it, but they can’t really taste the fruits of their or anybody else’s labor :’^) Their insistance that they ~love~ death and decay is a cover story, mostly. The sentiment used to have meaning.

• They could, once again, whip out their tentacles at any point when they’re alone in the dungeon all the time, but they try to remember what it is to feel like a person sometimes. They know no one’s coming down there anymore, and they’d save themself some trouble if they casually used demon powers, but they don’t. It’s weirdly vulnerable.

• Kinda fluff, kinda angst, Valdemar likes tea and the feeling of a warm drink is supposed to make people happier/friendlier as well as it simulates human touch, and I feel like they use that to feel something (like the ghost of a warm fuzzy feeling B’^) ) considering it’s something small and frivolous they go out of their way to enjoy. If you hold their hands they don’t feel the need to make tea as often ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) They cling to the last shreds of their humanity with everything they have or they wouldn’t be able to function properly.

• Underneath all their posturing and effortless intimidation, they know they fucked it all up big time, but they’ve at least convinced themself that they’ve accepted it. They’re stuck, bored as hell, and know they can’t reverse anything, so why bother entertaining the thought of regret? I think MC noting that Valdemar couldn’t have made certain expressions Muriel did speaks to that they only allow themself a small range of emotions.

• Their relationship with Death really closely mirrored Nadia’s relationship with the High Priestess, when they were human. They didn’t have a strong support network though, and thus were more inclined to accept deals from the Devil. Death might have taught them a lot, and Valdemar at least acts as if death and its processes are all they care for; they don’t have much else. I think they say a lot of things to convince themself that whatever they’ve done isn’t fucked up beyond all reason (ends justify the means wink wonk), as much as it also works as a facade.

• They started with good intentions, they wanted to discover things and help people, if they were that ancient alchemist, something made them desperate. They went too deep in the Devil’s bogo deal special, Death’s disappointment felt like a betrayal (Don’t you think I should help more people? Why are you so against my success?) and Death’s pain may not have occurred to them.

• The breakdown of Valdemar’s relationship with Death must have been long and painful on both sides at some point, but by the time Death was weakened like the Hierophant in Nadia’s route, Valdemar had their own blinders on🐴 and/ or was too deep in the Devil’s thrall to acknowledge what it really meant.

• They had a need for power and control over their life and ended up giving up what little they really had for illusions of these things, and once they realized that’s what was happening, it was far too late. Can’t half-ass it though I guess lol they said crank that shit up to 11. Then they just ended up with all the paperwork lmfao

Misc

• They helped create an entire society that at some point was even advanced and prosperous, and while they say they love to see it fall, it also means it’s in their best interest to help in bringing it up. They also would rather be employed than not, and love having opportunities to reject invitations to meetings and other things.

SCP-069′s main anomalous trait comes in the form of instant material disintegration aimed at minerals of any kind, though SCP-069 has shown a particular disdain against Rose Quartzes. 

As soon as SCP-069 makes direct contact with any mineral or metallic structure such as gemstones or metal alloys, they are immediately atomized, seemingly disappearing from existence. For such reason, all personnel tasked with securing SCP-069′s cell must wear non metallic equipment and are forbidden from bringing electronics within the research site.

Doctor 069 returned from his task, his eyes apparently riveted to the floor, his long-fingered hands wringing each other in their gloves. “So, uh, what exactly -”

“I don’t know, Doctor, what are you prepared to do?”

His face now completely red, he reached into some hidden pocket of his jacket and withdrew a small vial, corked and waxed. He reached into another, and withdrew a small packet. Marcus Aquila raised eir eyebrows.

“Is that lube?” Ey laughed incredulously. “And a prophylactic. Oh my god, you really are a slut, aren’t you?” Ey knew that Doctor 069 (apparently an apt designation) was an unstoppable flirt, but hadn’t known just how far it went. “I would say ‘for shame’… but your preparedness is strangely impressive.”

Marcus Aquila took the vial from the doctor’s nerveless fingers, setting it on the massive desk. Then ey sat back in eir chair, gesturing briefly and impatiently at eir crotch area.
