i feel like the return on my deposit should directly correlate to how many issues the landlord/leasing office has left unresolved by the time i move out.
#it's snowing here! it's very cold.#and i just had to turn off the water lines for the sink in the guest bathroom (aka merri's bathroom)#because uh. under the sink had flooded. due to a leak.#i submitted another request for a separate issue earlier this weekend and haven't heard back.#also remember the water damage on my ceiling? yeah that's still there. they repaired the roof but never bothered to fix my actual ceiling#i stg if they leave all these leaks for another five months i'm gonna be pretty mad#you cannot ask me to run my sink taps overnight against freezing pipes when i have an active leak!

What sucks the most about my apartment is you can hear both the upstairs AND downstairs neighbors when you're in the bathroom (and only the bathroom). It's 3 minutes to 1am and i can hear the murder on my mind song from upstairs
