Do you ever still do the show-style animation? Do you ever plan to animate more characters like Varian or Lance?

Hi! :D

Umm... I haven't thought about my Tangled the Series puppets in quite a long time. But I do still have them (obviously, they haven't gone anywhere). And I definitely can see myself playing around with them again at some point because it was a lot of fun and I was very happy with the results!

If I did do that, would I make new puppets? Hmm... probably not.

The thing with puppets is it takes SO MANY HOURS to make the initial rig. Animating after? Quick easy and fun!

Like with so many projects, the main goal was to answer the question: Can I? To which the answer was yes. So... the project has mostly done it's job already.

However, because you brought them up, I'm taking this chance to re-share some of my faves cause I put a lot of time into them:

Looking at these... I do kinda wanna find some fun TikTok sounds and do some quick animation cause they do look cool. I had fun for sure!

I know the animation industry has been going through a serious rough patch in the past 10 years. I just hope the medium and the artists making it can get the respect they deserve someday soon. So I wanna take a moment to spread a reminder of the powerful emotional scenes we've gotten from animation in the past 10 years.
