An emotional pattern is a 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝗿-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 survival response. The purpose of the ego is to protect us from harm. Our ego collects all the data from our life's experiences, takes everything that is said and literally stores it. The ego's protective responses are based on past experiences, so future responses 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 unless the program is changed. As we grow + mature, we must update our ego's program to experience our 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹. The easiest way to Identify emotional patterns is through your feelings. While a trauma, either real or perceived, will set up the initial pattern, similar situations trigger the pattern, providing an opportunity to either 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲 or 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹 it. Real that again until it resonates.
