Jax knows what's going on and he's being the most douchey peacekeeper about it.

Anytime the tension rises, Jax comes in with a quip or remark to chill everyone out.

When Gangle asks about Kaufmo:

When Zooble asks where Pomni is:

And when Pomni first brings up the exit he acts like a dick to distract everyone

When the group decide they want to check on Kaufmo and find Zooble he assigns the best people based on how stable they are.

It might be possible that he didn't know Kaufmo had abstracted at this point, but the fact he paired up Kinger and Gangle on the less stressful objective shows he knows it's a possibility since no one has seen Kaufmo and that those two wouldn't be able to handle it if they saw him the way he turned out and could abstract themselves.

this is a day late and super rushed but i just had to make something for the 1 year anniversary of the pilot being out or i would've exploded, i love the hell out of this show and i am sososo excited to see more from it :3

i'm sure this has already been said but something-something, Zooble being canonically genderqueer/questioning/Not-Cis and their design being made up of random parts that disconnect and fall apart feels like a nice nod to not just experiencing an identity crisis but gender dysphoria in particular

I have a theory about this.

So throughout the episodes, Ragatha always seems not genuine when she speaks, like all the time (I hope it's not just me). I think she is actually maybe one of the developers that had put on the headset to look at how different people who enter act and what's going on in the circus. Like. Hey. I'm actually so suspicious about her, I think she's one of the antagonists fr.

Jax on the other hand, breaks the 4th wall muptiple times and always follows the rules that Caine gives them. For example, in ep 3, when Caine told them to hunt the ghosts, he sucked ghostly or whatever his name is with the vacuum cleaner. And in ep 2, when they were given that truck with all the violent equipment, he expected violence to be in the adventure. Like he seems like the only one that copes the best with all the adventures. (And he definitely knows stuff that others don't)

And Caine.... uh he is just an AI that does his job and there's actually someone higher than him who created him. (Bubble is the real villian frr🔥🔥🔥)

Also I think Gangle, Zooble and Pomni are just regular people that had put on the headset.

And Kinger, as he says something like "_ years of computer science for this..." in ep 3, is one of the workers that had lost his memories (duh) and isn't with Ragatha.

Jax also seems to know a lot about the layout of the digital circus

After he finds the bowling ball, he does a bit with rolling it down the 'zooble hole' where a bunch of bowling pins are. Could just be a joke, but the way it's shown and laid out seems more like he knew they were down there despite Kinger and Gangle having no knowledge of it, suggesting that it's not common knowledge for everyone to know it's exists.

There's also the fact Jax has access to locked areas.

The fact that Jax is even able to get into other rooms means he has to have some sort of abilities/IT admin rules within the digital world. But once again he turns the topic to centipedes to distracts Ragatha and avoid her asking further about it.

And once Jax goes to the Gloink nest you get this line:

He's been through this before, he's seen others be harmed and likely killed in this world and then go back to normal. So, that's heavy.

And once Kinger explains the concept of eating in the digital world, he immediately jumps to questioning on how he got that knwoledge:

It makes sense if Jax is the only real person who is aware of as much of the world compared to others though, since he likely is wanting to escape as well.

The fact that this is brought up is important, because it takes everyone watching the episode a while to realise that Jax is actually doing a ton of things to keep the place semi-calm. He's not some amazing figure, he is a douche to everyone, but considering the circumstances he needs a release. Or maybe that's just his personality.

No matter what, Jax knows a lot about the digital world and it's secrets and is pulling tricks like a purple Bugs Bunny to keep sane and prevent further problems. Whether it's to avoid irritating situations or whether he cares about everyone else is up to interpretation.

I know I haven’t made a comic of TADC Pliot for so long but I do apologize for not focusing on making my TADC Comics and since Ep 2 & 3 that I’ve watch, I hope you truly understand that it’s been few months since I haven’t decided to make another comics, plus I finally remake it. I’ll keep finishing it tomorrow.
