amok time bottomifing kirk was genius actually because i do believe that this man, who is in a position of leadership and who is constantly reminded of the weight every choice he makes and every word he says has, needs to be manhandled from time to time. for the good of the soul

i think it’s brilliant how spock is incredibly stronger than kirk (and not only that, as he is physically larger as well). how the first officer makes his captain look so weak, so frail, outisde the bridge, outside the ship, ripped from any resemblance of being in control. also it’s so fucking hot

1. The policeman didn’t ask where Spock is from. Kirk just started randomly infodumping about his “Chinese” friend.

Dreamworks has the best couples/relationships ever. The thing I've always admired about their couples is how mature and well-developed their relationship is. How one respects everything about their partner, gives each other time to build trust, and also helps each other become the best versions of themselves. They rarely (or even never) say "I love you" to each other because their actions are powerful enough to evoke that.

Also: the characters individually are some of the most well-developed characters in animation (yeah, I said it).

So yeah, these are just my thoughts. I just adore DW's characters and ships.
