Shrek, Donkey and Fiona are slightly redesigned in the new Dreamworks logo but still close enough to the original film designs. Why weren’t these used? 😕

Well...not expecting to post here early in the morning.

I'd be lying if I said that my hype for Shrek 5 didn't went down as I saw this trailer.

The artstyle...maybe it's the same as Puss in Boots where we got weirded out at first but will get used to it as time goes on? So far, I'm not really getting "The Last Wish" vibe from it.

Especially when their characters already had renders that clearly fit the artstyle of TLW.

As for the plot of Shrek browsing Tiktok...it kinda makes sense?? Shrek has always been the franchise known as "pop-culture references" and with the last Shrek movie being 15 years, there WILL be a lot of changes with pop culture. I still cringed at him scrolling and seeing memes of him...

TLDR: My excitement isn't as high as before but will keep an open mind with what Shrek 5 has in store for the Ogre's story

Just watched "The Wild Robot" in theatres...

in 3D...

and cried 3 times...

and it may be one of Dreamworks' best movies

Highly recommend you watch it as it explores themes of love, parenthood, and belonging 🤖🦊🦆
