Inktober 21: chains. Basically these characters are from a story I’ve been thinking of rewriting that I wrote a while ago, the Taylor swift lyrics (which are way messier than I wanted 😭) are about a romance but the story is more about a tragic friendship with dragons involved. Something something how it feels to slowly be losing touch with a friend who’s been with you your whole life something something getting a gift they wanted and you didn’t something something no matter what the two of you do no matter how lowkey ev you get you’re still connected still chained still coming together by fate something something something

As Yuu approached the sight of coronation, his eyes were focused. While he never gave much emotion in his gaze, it was even more monochromatic today. As he thought more and more on the subject at hand, a voice came screaming behind him.

“Burn’n ‘ell! Ya false Hero!”

As a knife neared his back, he took a simple side step out of the way, dodging the possible death with one swift movement. His hand laid on his blade’s hilt, looking over the attacker’s eyes like he didn’t even exist.

Inktober 2023 Day 7: Drip

Old God(des) Kindred and Wolf. I imagine her being the goddess of swift, bloody death. Whenever someone dies to a blade in the back, dies choking on their own blood, or dies to a gruesome accident - she is there, drinking in the visceral ambience of their end like a crimson wine.

Also taking this time to announce I’m slowing down on the Inktober posts to every other day. These drawings don’t look like much, but they take up a ton of my time, and I can’t keep up with doing one daily.
