hi so i went ham with a new AU

Extra info below:

- Blue is MARGINALLY older by a few minutes. The twins dangle this above his head constantly and both get their asses kicked at the same time.

- Both twins are judges. Toriel had a blast with that one.

- Poor fluffy bottoms... Asgore was so confused when he met both of them. They each made him think he was talking to only one person named Pyruse through the door.

- There has only been ONE successful genocide run. Chara and Frisk had a helluva time. Never again. Both twins remember this (and secretly, so does Blue).

- Sometimes Chara calls both of them Pa-pyruse. Like a dad figure. Frisk calls both of them idiots and other profanities that they could get away with.

- Temmie still hates everything.

- Muffet can tell the difference between the two of them pretty easily so she keeps different tabs on each one. Both have yet to pay her back in gold, though favors like bringing in more customers and getting her resources keep her happy.

- Ghost!Mettaton met Pyr on the internet and became friends over the internet. Ruse met him through Pyr talking about a ghost on the internet. He’s a lot happier and a lot less lonely after Napstaton/blook met Alphys.

- Both brothers are chill with Napstaton. They like his music, sometimes humming it while Blue is running the robot’s songs in the background.

- Alphys complains to Blue how she wants to spar with the twins. They keep saying no :(

- There’s twice as many explosions in Undyne’s lab, and a sudden increase in robots walking around Hotland. No one’s really complaining, as the robots pretty much take over the guards’ patrol.

- Grillby has a secret ketchup stash for Blue when he shows up because of his brothers’ antics.

About the lore(?) Under the cut!

So. Um. It's a typical Swap AU where Knives is trying to save humanity and Vash annihilate it.

But not out of hatred; instead Vash loves mankind so much he wants to save them from human suffering altogether by fully merging them with the Plants.

By merging, Plants become independent like himself and humans become (almost) immortal. No hunger, pain, or disease. But instead human subjects lose free will, or can get killed by the process. Utter Human-Plant Integration, thus "Integration AU"

Vash have amassed some zealots through his own religion (like Knives did in the canon) and the most devoted of them become "the Clerics" (Gung-ho Guns). Cleric Bluesummers however had a change of his heart and joined Knives on his mission to stop Vash. Because I can't separate millionsummers

All Clerics wear 'clerical collar' like things, but they differ in style. (e.g. woowoo's chocker)

Morality

Knives WILL kill if necessary, but not willingly. He will avoid if possible. Same goes to Legato. (Also... will do mercy killing at some point?)

Vash also will kill some if they are REALLY in the way, but mourns them deeply and weeps for days

About their powers:

Vash of course has higher capacity but his true Gate can only be open by Knives; making him essential for his plan. Without him he can only produce some plant material but can be deadly to human nonetheless. Same goes to knives; only few blades at a time, but still a deadly warrior (close-range fighter like Edward FMA). Also he carries a gun, since you can't really bring a knife to a gunfight?? Lol. he wears cropped jacket, so his gun is hidden on his sides, with a holster. Knives also can heal other plants, like Vash did in the canon.

But yeah, Swap AU. One of UF's first original AUs, focused on, for those of you not in the know, Steven and the twins essentially swapping roles (lots of other swaps in there too but that's the main one). In this AU, the twins are Garnet's kids (Sapphire was Dipper's mom, Ruby was Mabel's). Everything else here is probs pretty explainitory. It was fun to draw these kiddos again, and to give their fusion a much needed redesign. If I do more Swap sketches, I'll probs do Steven and Connie next, for fun ^_^

Idea popping out of my head where everything is the same but Turbo twins replace Turbo. I also do the King candy version of them too the design have a reference from KC concept art and adapted it a bit

In this swap AU Turbo twins being two playable characters instead of Turbo himself and got jealous of RoadBlasters so they destroy it. You know the story same as Turbo

I think I have some ideas for some of the other Traveler's Mal Du Pays (unfortunately the only one I can't come up w/ one for is Isabeau). You can take 'em or leave 'em as you so choose, I just want to share the ideas I've come up with.

Okay, starting with Mirabelle, maybe their whole thing is the face changes to the other party members like how the change god statues all have different faces. Not sure if Traveler!Mira has the same kind of connection to the change belief, but it would be an interesting way to take it design wise. Maybe their look changes to any of the other Mirabelle getups too, and it changes in regard to the face they take on.

For Odile, I was thinking it could be 2 bodies for one entity - one takes on Odile's Ka Bue traits, the other her Vaugardian traits. Both are different in appearance to themselves and Odile, yet still part of the same whole and look enough like her to see the connection.

And for Bonnie... honestly I think it'd be an interesting move to make them resemble Pétronille (granted they still have an important link to Traveler!Bonnie). You could have them be your own unique design and nothing more, or they could be a revolving door of other Nille designs on top of your own in a sort of "you can't even remember what they looked like" kind of way or something.

If nothing else this is very good spaghetti you've thrown at the wall on my behalf and we'll see what sticks when I start thinking about the game-events for real! I WILL SAY THO. Traveler!Mirabelle used to be a housemaiden, but left the ranks (not the faith! she's still trying to practice the Change Faith) to figure things out on her own. So the idea her inner Sadness shifts and changes faces and shapes is SUPER cool and fascinating! Like, it's everything she thinks she should be. The vibes compel your honor!

One rule of being a demon is having a grand entrance. Also this is set the first months after the fall of Shen Yuan (Yuan-jun). He was found by some passerbys and immediately took him to Cang Qiong Palace because having the same face as the empress is technically treason (which they didn't know SY was the long lost twin!) Also Ming Fan and Ning YingYing are their majesties' personal attendants. They basically rank third to them (second being the demon lords)

Here me out:

Romana, obviously she will switch with Scott, Which means she will be having to fight his "5 exes" (remove The twins)

1st: Mathew and Knives (it's one of the most common I see when people make this au)

2nd: Lucas and Lisa Miller! (Though Lisa does not count as a ex, I guess she and Scott had some things?)

3rd: Todd and Kim will be switched (which I feel like their fight would be hilarious)

4th: Then Roxie and Wallace of course. (Awesome Lesbian roommate and Half-Ninja Ex)

5th: Gideon switch with Envy. (A take I see no one do.)
