Luckily, the protagonist fringe in both the examples is a post tongue-bath on Chilli's head XD I'm just terrible at drawing it

Baby Chilli's head next to a closed eye Rachael, is representing Rachael's life that gave way for Chilli's birth.

The other baby with the purple eyes next to Red Genesect, represents Baby Okita, whose life gave way to create her (at least the start of her inside Unovas womb)

Morsanima (the process of recycling a strong friendship into a mewborn can split multiple times, depending on how strong the soul is. (generally a max of 4)

Okita truly is expecting twins in the comic. As for who the other one is? you're all gonna find out the long way around :'>

i think its really really important to remember how EASILY stan couldve dropped a "now i have to deal with you BRATS for the summer.." or ford to slip a "dont let these snotty little children near my lab again, stan." but instead they never do that like. idk.

i like how the show makes it a very important and clear point that at least hear, the twins are Loved and Cherished and Wanted. so very wanted.

stan ADORES THEM. in his bones. hes trying to give them freedom but he is so so worried.

ford goes from growling to MELTING on sight "shermie had kids?" they are his babies.

its a very good and nice point like. these children are Loved and Wanted and their guardians are trying so hard and that is the bare minimum. and Not loving your kids is a bad fucked up thing to do with bad consequences.

Pines Swap Sock Opera

play by play: Bill wants to get hair out of way, but quickly gets distracted by soda; remembers about the scissors and gets distracted again by jamming Mabel's arm with the drawer.

My Missing Half

A little something on the butterfly twins!

Kagari watched her feet as the walked down the street, wondering what seeds she should fill her new indoor garden with. Maybe she should get some of her favorite flowers, or some cooking herbs for her parents.

As she passed the girls' orphanage, laughter made her wings droop, like a dragonfly's (Papa was a dragonfly, and mama was a butterfly), as she looked up. Among some other girls playing soccer, there was a golden butterfly. The girl seemed to sense Kagari's pale green eyes on her and turned, and both stopped stock still.

They saw the same thing. Their facial features were so similar, and their wings had the same pattern. Kagari turned and ran in panic. Forget the seeds. She needed to get home.

At home, she poured out her story before her parents even registered she was home.

"Sweetie, calm down. Start at the beginning," her father spoke in a calm tone and took his daughter into his arms, stroking her head.

"There's this girl at the orphanage. She looks so much like me... It was creepy how similar we look. I don't know her!"

Her mother gasped and her father drew in a sharp intake of breath. Kagari looked up and saw incandescent hope on their faces.

"Kagari, sweetie, can you take us there?"

Kagari was never one to disobey either parent, so she brought them there.

The other butterfly was still there, but her laughter was strained. When her parents wrapped her in a hug, she shrieked, broke free, and ran inside screaming "STRANGER DANGER" like a mobian siren. The other girls stared with matching expressions of confusion.

Kagari didn't go inside with her father, but her mother held her close and explained.

"You're a twin. We were told your sister didn't survive. This girl... We named her Sungari, and this girl looks just like her."

A few weeks and a genetic test later, it was proven that Sungari had been found by her family.

Long story short, Kagari's parents adopted their own daughter.

Sitting in their new shared room, Kagari studied her sister. Unlike her pale green eyes, her sister's were pale blue. Her sister was golden where she was silver.

"You know... I always felt like part of me was missing," Sungari said, sitting next to her sister, observing her twin the same way Kagari had been observing her.

"Same here, actually."

"But now I've found my other half."

Kagari laughed and leaned up to her twin.

Sungari's hand slipped into hers and the twins smiled at one another. Kagari had never been so happy.

Kagari wasn't alone anymore. She never was, and never will be again.
