Indeed, Allāh knows the pure heart, and hears the hidden sounds, and when you call upon saying “O Lord”, then He will either respond to your request, avert some trials away from you or write down some hidden reward for you.

Astaghfirullah for all the times I've been ungrateful. The things we take for granted, someone else is praying for. Even at our lowest point, we have a lot more to be thankful for, than to be hopeless about. Alhamdulillah for everything.
It means well-being / protection from harm.
It means safety from anything that could shake our imaan.
It means being granted sabr when we are tested in hardship.
It means expansion of one's heart to accept the qadr of Allah.
Asking 'aafiyah from Allah in this dunya and akhirah means asking for Allah's Rahmah and Protection from any sort of harm in this life and in the hereafter.
🌿 Allahumma inni as-aluka al-'aafiyah fid-dunya wa al-akhirah.
