Had to watch a minidoc about CoTs for my marine class and it's so funny because the entire time the narrator was talking about them like they're public enemy #1

#they kept showing divers going down and collecting them and then putting them in deoxygenated water so they would suffocate #and like they are super harmful and invasive and the algal blooms that they feed on as plankton are growing in size number and frequency #and a lot of reefs are getting completely overrun and destroyed by them so truth be told its not like the narrator was too far off with tha #they are genuinely really really bad when theyre at the numbers theyre at right now and all their predators are getting overfished or dying #but like. theyre literally just starfish they have no idea what theyre doing LMFAO. they see coral and go oooh yum. more num nums and then #they stick their stomach out and dissolve it

Trying to write interactions of three or more characters when one of them uses they/them pronouns without confusing the readers or sounding super clunky.

writing something with two characters who use the same pronouns and fighting to balance using names vs using pronouns in a way that's both smooth to read and easy to comprehend
