I know there's been lots of people choosing Cardinal as a more unique new hero name for Tim (cause let's be honest, him mashing up names of two first people he could think of, both of which are his brothers, AND also a name of a fastfood chain is pretty lame).

But aside from the fact that there's already a marvel hero called Cardinal, people aren't choosing the obvious superior option:

Redstart

Redstarts are part of the same family as robins and are closely related. The painted redstarts however, on which I'm basing my idea, are not (and are classified as "whitestarts" and are only in the same genus, not family, but are still misnamed as redstarts due simillar looks), which would connect him to his origins as robin while still keeping him a separate entity.

It contains part "red" as the RR does and "start", which not only could reference his "new start" but also, considering that the "start" in the name is also archaic word for "tail" could reference him "tailing" behind the clues about Bruce's status during his debute.

The Old World name of the genus, Phoenicurus, could also reference his "rebirth" as a new hero.

Edit: redstarts are also apparently traditionally used as a symbol of change, transformation and new beginnings, which again.

Also, his suit and the painted redstart coloration and its configuration are basically the same

Also, his feather cape looks kinda like the redstarts tail if you replace the red on it with white, which they fan when seeking and "hunting" for bugs to make them come out

Chapter 1:Hidden fangs

Melody was upset. Now while she was never given a say in her life before this one kind of took the cake. Her parents had decided she was going to live with a family away from them and there was something about it that made her stomach squirm as if she swallowed live eels. They seemed all too happy to send her off and reminded her once she got to school shed meet the people she'd be staying with. Even stranger than Melody living in a farther place was the fact shed be attending a night school but she didn't exactly have a say in that either and even when she protested her mother and father shot it down quite fast with an angry look and reminded her she should be grateful that she was brought into the world because of them.

A few hours after she arrived at the school Melody found herself in music class but there weren't many people there save for a tall blonde who seemed to be sleeping with earphones in his ears. He seemed almost peaceful in this "sleep".

Taking out her sheet music and sitting at the piano Melody started to practice and felt a sense of peace as she lost herself in the music with each note she played. This was the one time she could always feel as if the awful things in her life didn't happen and oddly enough it seemed to make her parents less angry when she performed. As Melody played the last notes the bell rang and she gathered up her things not noticing that the boy from before watched her leave with a raised brow

Lunch soon came around and she looked for a spot that wasn't too crowded. She couldn't help but dislike the idea of being swallowed up in a crowd. She was pulled out of her thoughts when she felt a tap on her shoulder turning she saw a girl with bright eyes that reminded her of stars in the night sky and a statuesque girl with sunglasess and a rather serious look

"You looking for somewhere to sit down?" The taller one spoke

"Y yeah" Melody said

"You can sit with us if you want we know a spot that isn't that bad" the smaller one said

Melody couldn't help but admit she was curious of where they had in mind so she followed them

The two girls led Melody to a beautiful rose filled garden which inhabited the school grounds. It was peaceful that much she could admit

"Oh yeah we never told you our names I'm Iris and the tiny one over there is Celine " the tall girl spoke

"Whats your name?" Celine asked with a kind smile on her lips

"M Melody"

"Cute name you new here too? " Iris inquired

"Y yeah "

The three talked about many things but Iris seemed worried about something she kept staring at a corner of the garden and Melody could swear she heard hissing, for a moment it seemed like Celine was looking for what it mightve been that Iris was tense about

"Is something wrong ?" Melody asked them

"No not at all" Celine reassured as if she wasn't just staring out at the garden for a good two minutes

"But you were-" She tried to speak

"It's nothing to worry about just the wind" Iris said keeping the stern look on her face

The bell soon rang reminding them it was time to return to class

"You want to have lunch with us again? You seem like nice company " Celine said

"Sure"

While walking back Melody could swear she could smell something odd, it was something that reminded her of darkness, iron and wood. She didnt have the time to figure out where it was coming from but what she didnt know was the owner of the scent was watching her with deep ocean blue eyes

Neil: He is the one who will make fake excuse to his parents just to come with everyone else. He would take aLOT of pictures (guess who would be the subject in most of them! 🤭) Also you would probably see him drinking a fresh coconut juice (I need someone to draw this please)

Todd: Would probably stay in the poolside where there are less people… He is a decent swimmer for me but I think he would just prefer sitting by the poolside instead of having to communicate with some strangers

Charlie: Looking for his next victim (someone to flirt with, he is such a quirky bisexual) probably good at entertaining the elder people he sees! Would do canonball ALOT and will always go to the longest slides

Knox: Probably just laying down in a pool lounge chair with a sunglasess and a complete set of sunscreen, other shades of glasses, floaties and etc. Stack of canned drinks are besides him waiting to be taken to the trash can

Pitts: Probably the one who would still have their head up on the deepest part of the pool and he would often try pulling everyone’s bottom just to play with them and would challenge Neil, Meeks, Charlie and Cameron on who would last longer under the water

Meeks: Idk but he would probably wear a rashguard and swimming trunks that covers his entire body (would probably also wear goggles??) The first one to get out of the pool once they get too tired and you would see him wrapped in a towel drinking something!

Cameron: Does freestyle as if he was at the contest and would menacingly laugh if he saw someone that could be drowning (Yeah he’s a bit mean in my headcanons) Pitts would also probably drag him down 😭😭

That is all I have for this I think, I haven’t really tried visiting a waterpark since we only visit resorts and beaches which.. has no slides at all 😔😔 so pardon me if somethings actually takes place in a different area I have no experience at waterparks at all HAVDJBSJSBSJNS
