A tasty and refreshing dip that is great for summer parties. Adding Greek yogurt, olive oil, fresh herbs, and the creamy texture of feta cheese makes a tangy and savory dip that goes well with many types of chips.

Ingredients: 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled. 1/4 cup Greek yogurt. 1/4 cup olive oil. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped. 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, diced.

Instructions: Put feta cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, and black pepper in a food processor and blend them together. Pulse until it's creamy and smooth. Move the mix to a bowl for serving. Add the chopped parsley and diced cherry tomatoes slowly. Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving so the flavors can mix. You can eat it with crackers, pita chips, or sliced vegetables.

About your last post I feel that way too.. Sometimes I miss watching their old videos.. So I watch the same videos every time with the same big smile on my face.. Especially the ones that show their progress. I love to notice the tiny differences in their interactions then and now.. I have a good eye for reading people and observing their expressions.. so no matter how much the feed us lately, their old videos will always have a special place in my heart and I enjoy it very much. :)
